终端控制方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及智能控制技术领域,尤其涉及终端控制方法及装置。
背景技术
随着终端技术的不断发展,越来越多的智能终端进入人们的日常生活、工作当中。例如,使用手机打电话、浏览网页、观看视频等;在家庭中使用路由器建立Wi-Fi,使用空调制冷或制热,使用电脑浏览网页、观看电视等;或者在公司使用投影仪投影画面、使用网络打印机打印文件等。
目前,用户可以通过手机控制设置在家庭中的路由器、空调、电脑等终端设备。随着NFC(Near Field Communication,近场通信)的发展,用户通过连接NFC可以改变手机的状态。然而,目前还无法通过手机连接NFC改变与手机通信的终端设备的工作状态,还需要通过遥控器或远程设备去逐个或联动控制上述的终端设备,导致终端设备的控制操作复杂、不够方便,进而使得终端设备的控制效率差。
上述内容仅用于辅助理解本发明的技术方案,并不代表承认上述内容是现有技术。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种终端控制方法及装置,解决目前还无法通过手机连接NFC改变与手机通信的终端设备的工作状态,还需要通过遥控器或远程设备去逐个或联动控制上述的终端设备,导致终端设备的控制操作复杂、不够方便,进而使得终端设备的控制效率差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种终端控制方法,包括步骤:
第一终端侦测所述第一终端是否连接近场通信,在侦测到第一终端连接近场通信后,进入预设的控制模式;
所述第一终端确定处于所述预设的控制模式下的第二终端;
所述第一终端控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
优选地,所述第一终端进入预设的控制模式的步骤包括:
所述第一终端获取所连接的近场通信的标识信息;
所述第一终端根据标识信息与预设的控制模式的映射关系,确定所获取的标识信息对应的预设的控制模式,并进入所确定的控制模式。
优选地,所述第一终端控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态的步骤包括:
所述第一终端判断是否已与所述第二终端建立通信连接;
所述第一终端在已与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
优选地,所述第一终端判断是否已与所述第二终端建立通信连接的步骤之后,还包括:
所述第一终端在未与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,创建与所述第二终端的通信连接;
所述第一终端在成功与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
优选地,所述第一终端控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态的步骤之后,还包括:
所述第一终端侦测所述第一终端是否再次连接所述近场通信;
所述第一终端在侦测到再次连接所述近场通信后,退出所述预设的控制模式,并控制所述第二终端退出所述工作状态。

侦测模块,用于侦测第一终端是否连接近场通信;
模式选择模块,用于在侦测到第一终端连接近场通信后,进入预设的控制模式;
处理模块,用于确定处于所述预设的控制模式下的第二终端;
控制模块,用于控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
优选地,所述模式选择模块包括获取单元和模式选择单元,
所述获取单元,用于获取所连接的近场通信的标识信息;
所述模式选择单元,用于根据标识信息与预设的控制模式的映射关系,确定所获取的标识信息对应的预设的控制模式,并进入所确定的控制模式
优选地,所述控制模块包括判断单元和控制单元,
所述判断单元,用于判断是否已与所述第二终端建立通信连接;
所述控制单元,用于在已与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
优选地,所述控制模块包括创建单元,用于在未与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,创建与所述第二终端的通信连接;
所述控制单元,还用于在成功与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
优选地,所述侦测模块,还用于侦测是否再次连接所述近场通信;

本发明通过第一终端连接近场通信并建立与第二终端的通信连接,所述第一终端在其连接近场通信后,进入预设的控制模式,并控制处于该模式下的终端的工作状态。有效避免目前还无法通过手机连接NFC改变与手机通信的终端设备的工作状态,还需要通过遥控器或远程设备去逐个或联动控制上述的终端设备,导致终端设备的控制操作复杂、不够方便,进而使得终端设备的控制效率差的问题。降低了终端设备的控制操作复杂度,使得终端设备的控制更加方便,提高了终端设备的控制效率。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例的主要解决方案是:第一终端侦测所述第一终端是否连接近场通信,在侦测到第一终端连接近场通信后,进入预设的控制模式;所述第一终端确定处于所述预设的控制模式下的第二终端,并控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。通过第一终端连接近场通信并建立与第二终端的通信连接,所述第一终端在其连接近场通信后,进入预设的控制模式,并控制处于该模式下的终端的工作状态。有效避免目前还无法通过手机连接NFC改变与手机通信的终端设备的工作状态,还需要通过遥控器或远程设备去逐个或联动控制上述的终端设备,导致终端设备的控制操作复杂、不够方便,进而使得终端设备的控制效率差的问题。降低了终端设备的控制操作复杂度,使得终端设备的控制更加方便,提高了终端设备的控制效率。

基于上述问题,本发明提供一种终端控制方法。
参照图1,图1为本发明终端控制方法的第一实施例的流程示意图。
在一实施例中,所述终端控制方法包括:
步骤S10,第一终端侦测所述第一终端是否连接近场通信,在侦测到第一 终端连接近场通信后,进入预设的控制模式;
提前预设控制模式,所述预设的控制模式包括家庭控制模式、会议室控制模式、办公室控制模式等,且每个控制模式下包括至少一个终端设备,为每个不同模式下的终端设备设置不同的工作状态,所述工作状态包括开启、调整工作参数等。提前设置控制模式与不同近场通信设备的关联关系,可以以列表的形式体现,也还可以是以其他方式体现等,每个近场通信设备对应不同的控制模式。用户在需要控制某个或某些终端时,通过连接对应的近场通信来控制。
所述第一终端可以是手机、pad等具有近场通信功能的易于携带的电子设备。用户在需要控制所述第一终端触发控制模式的进入或者切换操作时,通过与近场通信设备连接,所述连接的方式是将第一终端与近场通信设备靠近。
所述第一终端侦测第一终端是否连接近场通信,在侦测到其连接近场通信后,进入预设的控制模式。
具体的,参考图2,所述第一终端进入预设的控制模式的过程可以包括:
步骤S11,所述第一终端获取所连接的近场通信的标识信息;
提前预设有不同近场通信设备与控制模式的映射关系,每个近场通信设备对应不同的控制模式。所述近场通信设备的标识信息可以是近场通信设备的标签等。通过近场通信的标签来区分不同的近场通信设备。
所述第一终端在侦测到其连接近场通信后,获取所连接的近场通信的标识信息,即获取到所述近场通信设备的标签。
步骤S12,所述第一终端根据标识信息与预设的控制模式的映射关系,确定所获取的标识信息对应的预设的控制模式。
所述第一终端在获取到所连接的近场通信的标识信息后,根据预存的标识信息与预设的控制模式的映射关系,确定所获取的标识信息对应的预设的控制模式。所述第一终端根据标签不同,确定所获取的标签对应的预设的控制模式。
步骤S20,所述第一终端确定处于所述预设的控制模式下的第二终端;
用户提前通过第一终端预设不同控制模式下需要控制的终端设备的工作状态,例如,在会议室控制模式下,控制开启投影仪、打开空调器到一定温度(26度等根据用户需要设置)、打开会议室主机等;在家庭控制模式下,控 制打开Wi-Fi、打开空调到一定温度(26度等根据用户需要设置)、打开电脑、打开电视机等。所述第一终端在与近场通信连接之前、同时或者之后,创建与需要控制的终端设备的通信连接,所述通信连接包括但不限于Wi-Fi连接、蓝牙连接、红外连接、互联网连接等。
所述第一终端在进入预设的控制模式时,确定处于所述预设的控制模式下的第二终端,所述第二终端可以是空调、投影仪、路由器等,所述第二终端可以是一个或多个,根据用户需要设置,例如,在会议室控制模式下,可以包括投影仪、空调等。
步骤S30,控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
所述第一终端在确定处于所述预设的控制模式下的第二终端后,控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
具体的,参考图3,所述控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态的过程可以包括:
步骤S31,所述第一终端判断是否已与所述第二终端建立通信连接;
所述第一终端提前建立与所述第二终端的通信连接,所述第一终端在进入预设的控制模式,且获取到所述预设的控制模式下的第二终端后,判断是否已与所述第二终端建立通信连接。所述判断方式可以是:所述第一终端向所述第二终端发送检测数据包,在预设时间(20s或30s等根据网络状况设置及/或根据用户需要设置)内接收到所述第二终端基于所述检测数据包的响应消息时,判断已与所述第二终端建立通信连接。在本发明其他实施例中也还可以是采取其他方式来判断两个终端之间或者时一个终端与多个终端之间是否已建立通信连接。所述第一终端在已与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,执行步骤S32,若未建立,则执行步骤S33和步骤S34。
步骤S32,控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态;
所述第一终端在已与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,表示所述第一终端可以控制所述第二终端,所述第一终端确定所述第二终端在所述预设的工作模式下的工作状态,例如,所述第二终端以空调为例,所述工作状态可以是开启空调或将空调温度调整为26度等。所述第一终端控制所述第二终端进入 所确定的工作状态,即控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。在本发明其他实施例中,若所述第二终端为多个终端,则分别确定多个第二终端对应的工作状态,并控制各个终端分别进入对应的工作状态,例如,在会议室控制模式下,控制开启投影仪、控制开启空调等。也可以按照各个终端的优先级顺序,依次控制各个终端进入对应的工作状态。
步骤S33,创建与所述第二终端的通信连接;
步骤S34,所述第一终端在成功与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
所述第一终端在未与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,创建与所述第二终端的通信连接,若创建失败,则重新创建与所述第二终端的通信连接,并侦测与所述第二终端通信连接的创建的次数,在所述创建的次数大于预设次数阈值(2次或3次等根据用户需要设置)时,发出通信连接创建失败的提示信息,所述提示信息包括但不限于创建失败的终端的信息及失败的原因等,所述提示信息的形式可以是文字、语音、视频、图片等。通过发出提示信息是的终端侧用户及时查找通信连接创建失败的原因并及时解决,以更加快速的达到控制第二终端的目的,进一步提高终端控制的效率。
所述第一终端在成功与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。通过利用近场通信触发控制终端设备,使得终端设备控制方式更加多样化。
本实施例通过第一终端连接近场通信并建立与第二终端的通信连接,所述第一终端在其连接近场通信后,进入预设的控制模式,并控制处于该模式下的终端的工作状态。有效避免目前还无法通过手机连接NFC改变与手机通信的终端设备的工作状态,还需要通过遥控器或远程设备去逐个或联动控制上述的终端设备,导致终端设备的控制操作复杂、不够方便,进而使得终端设备的控制效率差的问题。降低了终端设备的控制操作复杂度,使得终端设备的控制更加方便,提高了终端设备的控制效率。
参照图4,图4为本发明终端控制方法的第二实施例的流程示意图。基于上述终端控制方法的第一实施例,所述步骤S30之后,还包括:
步骤S40,所述第一终端侦测所述第一终端是否再次连接所述近场通信;
步骤S50,所述第一终端在侦测到再次连接所述近场通信后,退出所述预设的控制模式,并控制所述第二终端退出所述工作状态。
所述第一终端在根据所连接的近场通信进入预设的控制模式后,所述近场通信设备更改自身标签为退出所述预设的控制模式。所述第一终端侦测自身是否再次连接所述近场通信,若未侦测到,则继续控制所述第二终端处于所述工作状态;若侦测到,则所述第一终端在侦测到再次连接所述近场通信后,退出所述预设的控制模式,并控制所述第二终端退出所述工作状态。例如,退出会议室控制模式,关闭投影仪、关闭空调等,即将投影仪控制为关闭状态,将空调控制为关闭状态。在本发明其他实施例中,为了更加方便的控制终端设备,还可以是:所述第一终端在根据所连接的近场通信进入预设的控制模式后,所述近场通信设备根据设置指令,将所述近场通信设备的标签设置为其他控制模式,例如,另一个会议室控制模式,该模式下需要关闭投影仪,控制空调为28度等。所述第一终端在侦测到再次连接所述近场通信时,切换至设置好的其他控制模式,并控制所述第二终端进入所述其他控制模式下的工作状态。也还可以是:在预设时间间隔(1个小时、两个小时等)内未侦测到所述第一终端再次连接所述近场通信时,自动退出所述预设的模式,并控制所述第二终端退出所述工作状态,或者在特定时间点(例如,凌晨3点或4点等)自动退出预设的工作模式,并控制所述第二终端退出所述工作状态。例如,在会议室控制模式下,可以通过设定时间来管理和控制会议室的使用。更加方便的控制第二终端的工作状态,更加合理的分配和管理终端设备的使用。
本实施例通过所述第一终端在根据所连接的近场通信进入预设的控制模式后,更改近场通信设备的标签,并侦测是否再次接收到所述第一终端连接所述近场通信,若连接,则退出所述预设的控制模式,并控制所述第二终端退出所述工作状态。进一步使得终端控制更加方便,提高了终端控制的效率。
上述第一至第二实施例的终端控制方法的执行主体均可以为终端或与终端信号连接的控制设备。更进一步地,该终端控制方法可以由安装在终端或控制设备上的客户端检测程序实现,其中,该终端可以包括但不限于手机、pad、掌上电脑等。
对应上述各个实施例的终端控制方法,本发明进一步提供一种终端控制装置。
参照图5,图5为本发明终端控制装置的较佳实施例的功能模块示意图。
在一实施例中,所述终端控制装置包括:侦测模块10、模式选择模块20、处理模块30及控制模块40。
所述侦测模块10,用于侦测第一终端是否连接到近场通信;
所述模式选择模块20,用于在侦测到第一终端连接近场通信后,进入预设的控制模式;
提前预设控制模式,所述预设的控制模式包括家庭控制模式、会议室控制模式、办公室控制模式等,且每个控制模式下包括至少一个终端设备,为每个不同模式下的终端设备设置不同的工作状态,所述工作状态包括开启、调整工作参数等。提前设置控制模式与不同近场通信设备的关联关系,可以以列表的形式体现,也还可以是以其他方式体现等,每个近场通信设备对应不同的控制模式。用户在需要控制某个或某些终端时,通过连接对应的近场通信来控制。

所述第一终端在侦测到其连接近场通信后,获取所连接的近场通信的标识信息,即获取到所述近场通信设备的标签。
所述模式选择单元22,用于根据标识信息与预设的控制模式的映射关系,确定所获取的标识信息对应的预设的控制模式。
所述第一终端在获取到所连接的近场通信的标识信息后,根据预存的标识信息与预设的控制模式的映射关系,确定所获取的标识信息对应的预设的 控制模式。所述第一终端根据标签不同,确定所获取的标签对应的预设的控制模式。
所述处理模块30,用于确定处于所述预设的控制模式下的第二终端;

所述第一终端在进入预设的控制模式时,确定处于所述预设的控制模式下的第二终端,所述第二终端可以是空调、投影仪、路由器等,所述第二终端可以是一个或多个,根据用户需要设置,例如,在会议室控制模式下,可以包括投影仪、空调等。
所述控制模块40,用于控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
所述第一终端在确定处于所述预设的控制模式下的第二终端后,控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
参考图7,所述控制模块40包括判断单元41、控制单元42和创建单元43,
所述判断单元41,用于判断是否已与所述第二终端建立通信连接;
所述第一终端提前建立与所述第二终端的通信连接,所述第一终端在进入预设的控制模式,且获取到所述预设的控制模式下的第二终端后,判断是否已与所述第二终端建立通信连接。所述判断方式可以是:所述第一终端向所述第二终端发送检测数据包,在预设时间(20s或30s等根据网络状况设置及/或根据用户需要设置)内接收到所述第二终端基于所述检测数据包的响应消息时,判断已与所述第二终端建立通信连接。在本发明其他实施例中也还可以是采取其他方式来判断两个终端之间或者时一个终端与多个终端之间是否已建立通信连接。
所述控制单元42,用于在已与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,控制所述 第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态;
所述第一终端在已与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,表示所述第一终端可以控制所述第二终端,所述第一终端确定所述第二终端在所述预设的工作模式下的工作状态,例如,所述第二终端以空调为例,所述工作状态可以是开启空调或将空调温度调整为26度等。所述第一终端控制所述第二终端进入所确定的工作状态,即控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。在本发明其他实施例中,若所述第二终端为多个终端,则分别确定多个第二终端对应的工作状态,并控制各个终端分别进入对应的工作状态,例如,在会议室控制模式下,控制开启投影仪、控制开启空调等。也可以按照各个终端的优先级顺序,依次控制各个终端进入对应的工作状态。
所述创建单元43,用于在未与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,创建与所述第二终端的通信连接;
所述控制单元42,还用于在成功与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
所述第一终端在未与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,创建与所述第二终端的通信连接,若创建失败,则重新创建与所述第二终端的通信连接,并侦测与所述第二终端通信连接的创建的次数,在所述创建的次数大于预设次数阈值(2次或3次等根据用户需要设置)时,发出通信连接创建失败的提示信息,所述提示信息包括但不限于创建失败的终端的信息及失败的原因等,所述提示信息的形式可以是文字、语音、视频、图片等。通过发出提示信息是的终端侧用户及时查找通信连接创建失败的原因并及时解决,以更加快速的达到控制第二终端的目的,进一步提高终端控制的效率。
所述第一终端在成功与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。通过利用近场通信触发控制终端设备,使得终端设备控制方式更加多样化。

  1. 一种终端控制方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    第一终端侦测所述第一终端是否连接近场通信,在侦测到第一终端连接近场通信后,进入预设的控制模式;
    所述第一终端确定处于所述预设的控制模式下的第二终端;
    所述第一终端控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的终端控制方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端进入预设的控制模式的步骤包括:
    所述第一终端获取所连接的近场通信的标识信息;
    所述第一终端根据标识信息与预设的控制模式的映射关系,确定所获取的标识信息对应的预设的控制模式,并进入所确定的控制模式。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的终端控制方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态的步骤包括:
    所述第一终端判断是否已与所述第二终端建立通信连接;
    所述第一终端在已与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的终端控制方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端判断是否已与所述第二终端建立通信连接的步骤之后,还包括:
    所述第一终端在未与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,创建与所述第二终端的通信连接;
    所述第一终端在成功与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的终端控制方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态的步骤之后, 还包括:
    所述第一终端侦测所述第一终端是否再次连接所述近场通信;
    所述第一终端在侦测到再次连接所述近场通信后,退出所述预设的控制模式,并控制所述第二终端退出所述工作状态。
  6. 一种终端控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    侦测模块,用于侦测第一终端是否连接近场通信;
    模式选择模块,用于在侦测到第一终端连接近场通信后,进入预设的控制模式;
    处理模块,用于确定处于所述预设的控制模式下的第二终端;
    控制模块,用于控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的终端控制装置,其特征在于,所述模式选择模块包括获取单元和模式选择单元,
    所述获取单元,用于获取所连接的近场通信的标识信息;
    所述模式选择单元,用于根据标识信息与预设的控制模式的映射关系,确定所获取的标识信息对应的预设的控制模式,并进入所确定的控制模式
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的终端控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块包括判断单元和控制单元,
    所述判断单元,用于判断是否已与所述第二终端建立通信连接;
    所述控制单元,用于在已与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的终端控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块包括创建单元,用于在未与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,创建与所述第二终端的通信连接;
    所述控制单元,还用于在成功与所述第二终端建立通信连接后,控制所述第二终端进入与所述预设的控制模式对应的工作状态。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的终端控制装置,其特征在于,所述侦测模块,还用于侦测是否再次连接所述近场通信;
    所述处理模块,还用于在侦测到再次连接所述近场通信后,退出所述预设的控制模式;
    所述控制单元,还用于控制所述第二终端退出所述工作状态。
