本实施例中采集指示信息为运行信息采集程序过程中需要调用的信息,其作用是指示采集程序采集业务产品信息中用户所需信息;当采集指示信息包括所述待采集的业务产品的产品信息采集引导文件;采集指示信息可以指示采集程序采集业务产品的何种模块的何种信息、或者模块部署结构信息或者其他模块相互关联的信息。
本实施例中产品信息采集引导文件可以事先通过扫描业务产品所部署的服务器来获取,也可以通过用户输入产品信息采集引导文件的方式来获取。
本实施例中所述产品信息采集引导文件包括:所述业务产品中模块的识别特征、所述业务产品中模块之间的业务关系、所述业务产品中模块的部署特性和所述业务产品中模块的待采集项。
其中,业务产品中模块的识别特征用于供服务器识别业务产品中的模块;
业务产品中模块之间的业务关系,可以包括:模块之间的建链关系;
业务产品中模块的部署特征用于供服务器识别模块的部署方式,例如单机部署、双机部署等;
业务产品中模块的待采集项用于指示服务器需要采集业务产品中模块的哪些信息项。
如果需要对区分是否全部深度采集,还是制定小范围的信息采集,则可以对信息采集划分等级,每个等级代表不同的采集深度,因此,本实施例中 采集指示信息还可以包括:所述待采集的业务产品的信息采集级别。本实施例中信息采集级别可以包括业务产品中模块的信息采集级别,即指示对每个模块进行信息采集的深度。
步骤103:接收所述服务器返回的采集信息,所述采集信息为所述服务器根据所述采集程序和所述采集指示信息采集到的所述业务产品的信息。
服务器在接收到采集程序和采集信息之后,可以运行信息采集程序且在运行程序过程中调用采集指示信息完成信息的采集。
在本实施例中服务器执行采集程序采集到信息之后,可以对采集到的信息进行过滤和打包,然后将打包后的信息发送给终端进行展示。
可选地,为避免零散信息的不可读性,本实施例方法在接收到服务器返回的信息之后,还可以包括:对接收到的采集信息进行整理,且统一展示整理后的采集信息。其中,对信息进行整理和包括:对接收到信息进行分类,然后汇总。
应用本实施例的信息采集方法可以实现对复杂电信级业务产品进行自动信息采集,可以一次性地采集到所需的复杂电信业务产品的信息,与相关技术相比,降低了现场采集的时间和人工的参与度,提高了对复杂电信级业务产品信息采集的效率;另外,应用本发明实施例方法不需要现场维护人员具备较高的技能,提升了业务产品的可服务性,本实施例方法可以满足对复杂电信级业务产品的采集要求。
为了能将信息采集程序和采集指示信息发送给服务器,本实施例方法在发送信息之前登录业务产品所部署的服务器,通过访问服务器将采集程序和指示信息发送给服务器,因此,本实施例方法在上述步骤102之前,还可以包括:
接收所述待采集的业务产品所部署的服务器的登录信息;
根据所述登录信息登录所述服务器。
例如,用户进入终端侧采集系统后,可以在采集系统交换界面上选择待采集的业务产品和该业务产品所部署的服务器,然后输入该业务产品所部署的服务器的登录信息(包括:登录密码和服务器IP),之后,采集系统可以 自动根据登录信息登录该业务产品所部署的服务器。
本实施例中在登录服务器之前,还可以包括:
通过用户输入确定待采集的业务产品和该业务产品所部署的服务器(例如在系统界面上选择或输入业务产品信息和服务器信息来确定);
获取待采集的业务产品的采集指示信息(例如输入采集指示信息,或者从本地获取存储的采集指示信息。
因此,应用本实施例方法现场维护人员只需知道业务产品所部分的服务器和登录信息即可,对维护人员的技术能要求不高,降低了对现场运维人员的技能要求,提高了业务产品的可服务性。
实施例二:
本实施例提供了一种信息采集方法,应用于电信系统中的服务器侧,如图2所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤201:接收终端发送的采集指示信息和用于采集待采集的业务产品的信息采集程序,所述采集指示信息包括:所述待采集的业务产品的产品信息采集引导文件。
可选地,考虑到采集深度的区分,本实施例中所述采集指示信息还包括:所述待采集的业务产品的信息采集级别。
可选地,所述产品信息采集引导文件包括所述业务产品中模块的识别特征、所述业务产品中模块之间的业务关系、所述业务产品中模块的部署特性和所述业务产品中模块的待采集项。
步骤202:根据所述信息采集程序和采集指示信息采集所述待采集的业务产品的信息,并将采集到的信息返回给所述终端。
服务器可以在终端侧触发下运行信息采集程序,且调用采集指示信息完成对业务产品的信息采集。在采集完之后,可以对信息进行过滤和打包,然后发送给终端侧以供其显示给用户。
当产品信息采集引导文件包括所述业务产品中模块的识别特征、所述业务产品中模块之间的业务关系、所述业务产品中模块的部署特性和所述业务产品中模块的待采集项时,采集信息的过程可以为:
待采集服务器在接收到终端下发的信息采集程序和产品信息采集引导文件之后,触发执行信息采集程序;
信息采集程序执行时读取产品信息采集引导文件中业务产品中模块的识别特征完成业务产品模块的识别;
信息采集程序执行时读取产品信息采集引导文件的其他三部分内容(所述业务产品中模块之间的业务关系、所述业务产品中模块的部署特性和所述业务产品中模块的待采集项)完成对模块全部需要采集项的计算梳理;包括待采集的环境变量,有业务关系的模块信息,数据库信息,存储信息,配置,日志,版本文件,部署类型;
根据上述计算和梳理的待采集项,完成信息采集,打包发送给终端;
应用本实施例的信息采集方法可以实现对复杂电信级业务产品进行自动信息采集,可以一次性地采集到所需的复杂电信业务产品的信息,与相关技术相比,降低了现场采集的时间和人工的参与度,提高了对复杂电信级业务产品信息采集的效率;另外,应用本实施例方法不需要现场维护人员具备较高的技能,提升了业务产品的可服务性,本实施例方法可以满足对复杂电信级业务产品的采集要求。
下面介绍应用本实施例方法的情况,如图3所示,为一种信息采集系统,包括:部署信息特性定义模块301、统一登录操作模块302、规划现场服务器信息模块303、自动信息采集模块304和统一展示采集信息模块305;图3中自动信息采集模块304可以位于业务产品所部署的服务器上;
规划现场服务器信息模块303,运维人员基于此界面化的规划模块,根据要采集信息的业务产品涉及的每个物理刀片服务器的登录信息,为每个物理服务器增加一个设备,它输入登录密码和ip信息。实现现场物理设备登录信息的规划;
统一登录操作模块302,基于此界面的一个操作工具,供用于选择待采 集的业务产品和信息采集级别,本模块还加载导入待信息采集产品的部署特性;本模块可实现全局物理服务器的统一登录管理和自动采集模块304的调用和被采集信息的收集;
自动信息采集模块304,本模块被统一登录操作模块302调用,基于特定产品的产品信息采集引导文件定义模块(文件)和采集信息级别,按照特定的算法实现信息分类收集,远端汇总;
部署信息特性定义模块301,用于供用户定义业务产品的部署信息特征,包括:所述业务产品中模块的识别特征、所述业务产品中模块之间的业务关系、所述业务产品中模块的部署特性和所述业务产品中模块的待采集项;
统一展示采集信息模块305,收集每个远端服务器打包的采集信息,实现分类,整理,统一展示;本模块实现所有采集信息的统一展示,避免零散信息的不可读性。
用户使用图3所示系统采集信息的过程可以包括:
第一步:基于界面化的规划现场服务器信息模块303,有几个物理服务器就增加几个设备,输入登录密码和ip。完成现场登录规划。
现场运维人员无须对待采集信息的业务产品的特性非常精通,只需了解本产品部署的物理服务器登录信息,其中包括登录密码和ip信息。
第二步:现场运维人员,进入界面化的统一登录操作模块302,加载第一步的登录规划信信息,选择待采集的产品,目的是加载导入待信息采集产品的部署特性,最后选择信息采集的级别。
说明:信息采集的级别是为了区分是否全部深度采集,还是制定小范围的信息采集。
第三步:现场运维人员触发开始采集开关,后台即自动登录到多个物理服务器,调用自动信息采集模块304实现自动信息采集,采集完之后或在采集过程中并在远端(即服务器)实现信息的收集,过滤,打包。
第四步:现场维护人员触发统一展示采集信息模块305收集每个远端服务器打包的采集信息,实现分类,整理,统一展示。
实施例三:
图4所示,本实施例提供了一种信息采集装置,应用于电信系统中的终端,包括:生成模块401、发送模块402和第一接收模块403;
所述生成模块401,设置为:生成用于采集待采集的业务产品的信息采集程序;
所述发送模块402,设置为:将所述信息采集程序和所述待采集的业务产品的采集指示信息发送给所述待采集的业务产品所部署的服务器,所述采集指示信息包括:所述待采集的业务产品的产品信息采集引导文件;
所述第一接收模块403,设置为:接收所述服务器返回的采集信息,所述采集信息为所述服务器根据所述信息采集程序和所述采集指示信息采集到的所述业务产品的信息。
可选地,所述采集指示信息还包括:所述待采集的业务产品的信息采集级别。
如图5所示,本实施例还提供了另一种信息采集装置,应用于电信系统中的服务器,包括:第二接收模块501和采集模块502;
所述第二接收模块501,设置为:接收终端发送的采集指示信息和用于采集待采集的业务产品的信息采集程序,所述采集指示信息包括所述待采集的业务产品的产品信息采集引导文件;
所述采集模块502,设置为:根据所述信息采集程序和采集指示信息采集所述待采集的业务产品的信息,并将采集到的信息返回给所述终端。
采用本实施例的信息采集装置,与相关技术相比,达到了满足服务电信业务产品的自动信息采集效果,节省了现场信息采集的时间,降低了对现场运维人员的技能要求,提高了业务产品的可服务性。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计算机程序流程来实现,所述计算机程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如系统、设备、装置、器件等)执行, 在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现,这些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
工业实用性
通过本发明实施例可以实现对复杂电信级业务产品进行自动信息采集,可以一次性地采集到所需的复杂电信业务产品的信息,降低了现场采集的时间和人工的参与度,提高了对复杂电信级业务产品信息采集的效率;另外,不需要现场维护人员具备较高的技能,提升了业务产品的可服务性。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种信息采集方法,应用于电信系统中的终端,包括:
    生成用于采集待采集的业务产品的信息采集程序;
    将所述信息采集程序和所述待采集的业务产品的采集指示信息发送给所述待采集的业务产品所部署的服务器,所述采集指示信息包括:所述待采集的业务产品的产品信息采集引导文件;
    接收所述服务器返回的采集信息,所述采集信息为所述服务器根据所述信息采集程序和所述采集指示信息采集到的所述业务产品的信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述采集指示信息还包括:所述待采集的业务产品的信息采集级别。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述产品信息采集引导文件包括:所述业务产品中模块的识别特征、所述业务产品中模块之间的业务关系、所述业务产品中模块的部署特性和所述业务产品中模块的待采集项。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其中,在将所述信息采集程序和所述采集指示信息发送给所述待采集的业务产品所部署的服务器之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述待采集的业务产品所部署的服务器的登录信息;
    根据所述登录信息登录所述服务器。
  5. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其中,在接收所述服务器返回的采集信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    对接收到的采集信息进行整理,且统一展示整理后的采集信息。
  6. 一种信息采集方法,应用于电信系统中的服务器,包括:
    接收终端发送的采集指示信息和用于采集待采集的业务产品的信息采集程序,所述采集指示信息包括所述待采集的业务产品的产品信息采集引导文件;
    根据所述信息采集程序和采集指示信息采集所述待采集的业务产品的信息,并将采集到的信息返回给所述终端。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述采集指示信息还包括:所述待采集的业务产品的信息采集级别。
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的方法,其中,所述产品信息采集引导文件包括:所述业务产品中模块的识别特征、所述业务产品中模块之间的业务关系、所述业务产品中模块的部署特性和所述业务产品中模块的待采集项。
  9. 一种信息采集装置,应用于电信系统中的终端,包括:生成模块、发送模块和接收模块;
    所述生成模块,设置为:生成用于采集待采集的业务产品的信息采集程序;
    所述发送模块,设置为:将所述信息采集程序和所述待采集的业务产品的采集指示信息发送给所述待采集的业务产品所部署的服务器,所述采集指示信息包括:所述待采集的业务产品的产品信息采集引导文件;
    所述第一接收模块,设置为:接收所述服务器返回的采集信息,所述采集信息为所述服务器根据所述信息采集程序和所述采集指示信息采集到的所述业务产品的信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述采集指示信息还包括:所述待采集的业务产品的信息采集级别。
  11. 一种信息采集装置,应用于电信系统中的服务器,包括:第二接收模块和采集模块;
    所述第二接收模块,设置为:接收终端发送的采集指示信息和用于采集待采集的业务产品的信息采集程序,所述采集指示信息包括所述待采集的业务产品的产品信息采集引导文件;
    所述采集模块,设置为:根据所述信息采集程序和采集指示信息采集所述待采集的业务产品的信息,并将采集到的信息返回给所述终端。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-8任一项的方法。
