一种显示装置,包括显示单元(10)和底座(20),所述显示单元(10)设有背光源(11)的一侧固定于所述底座(20)上。通过将底座(20)与显示装置进行配合设计,使显示装置厚的入光侧藏到底座(20)一侧,使整机实现超薄的外观效果,观看者在观看显示装置时,露出底座(20)部分的显示装置为超薄结构,显示装置的厚的入光侧被底座(20)遮挡,从而不会影响整体显示装置外观的薄型化效果。

一种显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示装置。
背景技术
目前超薄设计以及曲面设计是电视发展的必然趋势。超薄设计,能够提供一种时尚美观的电视外观。由于厚度以及外观的限制,超薄曲面电视内部结构设计与以往技术相比,往往设计得更加紧凑。
由于显示装置的显示单元部分的入光侧通常设置有具有光源的灯条和散热件等结构,使得显示单元的入光侧部分结构复杂,尺寸相对较大,不利于显示装置整体外观的薄型化设计。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种具有超薄外观效果的显示装置。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种显示装置,包括显示单元和底座,所述显示单元设有背光源的一侧固定于所述底座上。
其中,所述底座上形成有面板插槽,所述显示单元设有背光源的一侧插设并固定于所述面板插槽内。
其中,所述显示单元包括依次堆叠的显示面板、光学膜片组、导光板、背板和散热件,所述散热件包括相连的第一水平部分和第一竖直部分,所述背光源固定在所述第一竖直部分上;所述显示面板靠近入光侧一侧的外表面还包覆有前框,所述前框与所述第一水平部分分别紧贴所述面板插槽的内壁。
其中,所述显示单元还包括胶框,所述胶框包括相连的第二水平部分和第二竖直部分,所述第二水平部分紧贴于所述导光板的上表面,所述第二竖直部分夹设于所述第一竖直部分和所述前框之间。
其中,所述底座包括前壳和后壳,所述前壳和所述后壳相对固定并合围形成所述面板插槽,将所述显示单元夹设于其中。
其中,所述前壳和所述后壳通过固定件固定在一起。
其中,所述面板插槽还包括自所述后壳的内壁凸出的第一凸块,所述第一水平部分的端部与所述第一凸块相对设置。
或者,所述面板插槽还包括自所述后壳的内壁凸出的第二凸块,所述第一水平部分与所述后壳相对的一侧开设有凹槽,所述第二凸块卡设于所述凹槽内。
其中,所述后壳的内壁靠近所述面板插槽开口的一侧朝所述面板插槽内凸起形成台阶部,所述第一水平部分包括朝所述背板拱起的过渡面,所述台阶部紧贴所述过渡面。
本发明通过将底座与显示装置进行配合设计,使显示装置厚的入光侧藏到底座一侧,使整机实现超薄的外观效果,观看者在观看显示装置时,露出底座部分的显示装置为超薄结构,显示装置的厚的入光侧被底座遮挡,从而不会影响整体显示装置外观的薄型化效果。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。需要说明的是,本文中所指的“上表面”“下表面”等方位是以图1所示的放置方式为参考标准,即将显示面板水平朝上放置。
实施例1
参阅图1,本发明的显示装置包括显示单元10和底座20,显示单元10设有背光源11的一侧固定于底座20上。
具体地,结合图2~4所示,底座20包括前壳21和后壳22,前壳21和后壳22相对固定并合围形成面板插槽200,显示单元10设有背光源11的一侧插设并被夹设于面板插槽200内。本实施例的前壳21和后壳22通过若干个固定件23固定在一起,固定架23为螺纹连接件,在其它实施方式中,二者也可以通过卡合等方式进行固定。
显示单元10包括依次堆叠的显示面板12、光学膜片组13、导光板14、背板15和散热件16,散热件16包括相连的第一水平部分16a和第一竖直部分16b,背光源11固定在第一竖直部分16b上;显示面板12靠近入光侧一侧的外表面还包覆有前框17,前框17与第一水平部分16a分别紧贴面板插槽200的内壁。
胶框18包括相连的第二水平部分18a和第二竖直部分18b,第二水平部分18a紧贴于导光板14的上表面,并且,显示面板12同时设置于第二水平部分18a上表面和光学膜片组13上表面,该第二竖直部分18b夹设于第一竖直部分16b和前框17之间。
在面板插槽200内,自后壳22的内壁凸出有第一凸块221,第一水平部分16a的端部与第一凸块221相对设置,用于阻挡第一水平部分16a的端部,限制散热件16脱出,从而起到对显示单元10的多重保护。
本实施例的第一凸块221设于面板插槽200的开口处,即自后壳22的自由端弯折形成。
作为本实施例的一个优选方案,后壳22的内壁靠近面板插槽200开口的一侧朝面板插槽200内凸起形成台阶部22S,第一水平部分16a包括朝背板15拱起的过渡面16c,台阶部22S紧贴过渡面16c。相当于显示面板12的入光侧朝向后壳22突出形成枕头部(图未标),该枕头部被前壳21和后壳22夹设于面板插槽200内,可以有效地对显示单元10进行夹紧并防止其脱出面板插槽200。
由于显示单元10具有光源的入光侧被插设于底座20上的面板插槽200内,伸出底座20的部分可以做得很薄,能够有效提高显示装置的整体外观,避免了较厚的入光侧影响显示装置的超薄化效果。
实施例2
如图5所示,与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的面板插槽200内,自后壳 22的内壁凸出有第二凸块221’,第一水平部分16a与后壳22相对的一侧开设有凹槽160,第二凸块221’卡设于凹槽160内。第二凸块221’与实施例1中第一凸块221的作用相同,同样可以起到限制散热件16脱出,实现对显示面板12的多重保护。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种显示装置,其中,包括显示单元和底座,所述显示单元设有背光源的一侧固定于所述底座上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述底座上形成有面板插槽,所述显示单元设有背光源的一侧插设并固定于所述面板插槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示单元包括依次堆叠的显示面板、光学膜片组、导光板、背板和散热件,所述散热件包括相连的第一水平部分和第一竖直部分,所述背光源固定在所述第一竖直部分上;所述显示面板靠近入光侧一侧的外表面还包覆有前框,所述前框与所述第一水平部分分别紧贴所述面板插槽的内壁。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示单元还包括胶框,所述胶框包括相连的第二水平部分和第二竖直部分,所述第二水平部分紧贴于所述导光板的上表面,所述第二竖直部分夹设于所述第一竖直部分和所述前框之间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,所述底座包括前壳和后壳,所述前壳和所述后壳相对固定并合围形成所述面板插槽,将所述显示单元夹设于其中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述前壳和所述后壳通过固定件固定在一起。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述面板插槽还包括自所述后壳的内壁凸出的第一凸块,所述第一水平部分的端部与所述第一凸块相对设置。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述面板插槽还包括自所述后壳的内壁凸出的第二凸块,所述第一水平部分与所述后壳相对的一侧开设有凹槽,所述第二凸块卡设于所述凹槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述后壳的内壁靠近所述面板插槽开口的一侧朝所述面板插槽内凸起形成台阶部,所述第一水平部分包括朝所述背板拱起的过渡面,所述台阶部紧贴所述过渡面。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其中,所述底座包括前壳和后壳,所述前壳和所述后壳相对固定并合围形成所述面板插槽,将所述显示单元夹设 于其中。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述前壳和所述后壳通过固定件固定在一起。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述面板插槽还包括自所述后壳的内壁凸出的第一凸块,所述第一水平部分的端部与所述第一凸块相对设置。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述面板插槽还包括自所述后壳的内壁凸出的第二凸块,所述第一水平部分与所述后壳相对的一侧开设有凹槽,所述第二凸块卡设于所述凹槽内。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述后壳的内壁靠近所述面板插槽开口的一侧朝所述面板插槽内凸起形成台阶部,所述第一水平部分包括朝所述背板拱起的过渡面,所述台阶部紧贴所述过渡面。
