一种确定目标小区的方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种确定目标小区的方法及装置。
背景技术
小区重选和切换是终端在移动通信网络中的基本操作,是终端在移动过程中,保证网络连接和业务连续性的基础。
在现有的小区重选过程中,终端仅对服务小区广播的邻区进行测量,当服务小区的信号变弱时,只有服务小区的邻区才可能作为小区重选的目标小区,当服务小区的邻区的信号更弱或者没有信号时,将导致终端掉网;在小区切换过程中,终端仅对服务小区指示的邻区进行测量,当服务小区的信号变弱时,只有服务小区指示的邻区才可能作为小区切换的目标小区,当服务小区指示的邻区的信号更弱或者没有信号时,将导致终端业务中断。在实际场景中,会遇到孤立小区的情形,比如在高层建筑的落地窗边,往往有距离较远的其他小区的信号覆盖,且信号覆盖较强,而该孤立小区的覆盖信号则较弱;由于其他小区与该孤立小区距离较远,该孤立小区和其他小区之间没有配置为邻区,按照现有技术中的小区重选和切换的过程,将造成终端掉网或业务中断。
因此,当服务小区没有邻区或者邻区不能满足小区重选或切换的条件时,现有技术的方案将会导致终端掉网或业务中断。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种确定目标小区的方法及装置,能够将终端的历史驻留小区作为小区重选或切换的目标小区,从而减少终端发生掉网或业务中断的几率。
为达到上述目的,本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案:

所述终端对所述第一小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到测量结果;
所述终端根据所述测量结果,从所述第一小区列表中确定目标小区。

实际中,当终端在某地点掉网后,经过一段时间后,终端驻留到新的小区,新的小区和原小区之间可能并没有互配邻区。如图1所示,例如在高层建筑的落地窗边,往往有距离较远的小区(如图1中小区G)信号覆盖,而本地小区(如图1中小区C)的覆盖信号则较弱,由于小区G和小区C距离较远,因此它们之间没有相互配置为邻区,当终端从小区C沿图1中箭头所示方向移动到小区A的过程中,按照现有技术中小区重 选和切换的方案,由于小区C的邻区中没有合适的目标小区为终端提供服务,因此将会造成终端的业务中断或掉网。以下本发明实施例提供的确定目标小区的方法,可以解决上述问题,在终端从小区C移动到小区A的过程中,可以接入小区G,从而避免了终端业务的中断。
实施例一
本发明实施例提供一种确定目标小区的方法,如图2所示,为该确定目标小区的方法的流程示意图,包括:
S101、终端获取终端的历史驻留小区列表和终端的服务小区的邻区列表。
历史驻留小区列表中的历史驻留小区是指终端在驻留或者接入服务小区之前驻留或者接入过的小区,服务小区是指当前为终端提供服务的小区,服务小区的邻区列表中的服务小区的邻区是指与服务小区相邻的小区,通常,服务小区的邻区预先配置在服务小区的邻区列表中。
可以理解的是,服务小区的邻区列表中的小区和历史驻留小区列表中的小区有可能存在相同的小区。
终端将历史驻留小区的信息记录在历史驻留小区列表中,因此,历史驻留小区的信息从终端上获取,服务小区的邻区的信息由服务小区提供,具体的,在小区重选的过程中,终端接收服务小区所属的基站广播的系统信息,从系统信息中获取服务小区的邻区信息;在小区切换的过程中,终端接收服务小区所属的基站下发的测量配置,从测量配置中获取服务小区的邻区信息。
S102、若终端的服务小区的信号强度小于或等于第一预设值,则终端确定第一小区列表为服务小区的邻区列表和历史驻留小区列表。
可以理解的是,若服务小区的信号强度大于预设值,则终端确定第一小区列表为服务小区的邻区列表;若服务小区的信号强度小于或等于预设值,则终端确定第一小区列表为服务小区的邻区列表和历史驻留小区列表。当服务小区的信号强度比较大时,重选/切换的可能性较小,因此可以只测服务小区的邻区,从而使得终端达到省电的目的,当服务小区的信号强度比较大时,第一小区列表即为服务小区的邻区列表,终端接下来的 执行过程与现有技术相同。
S103、终端对第一小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到测量结果。
终端确定第一小区列表之后,开始对第一小区列表中的小区进行测量,具体的,测量指标包括第一小区列表中的小区的信号功率,信号质量,工作频率,第一小区列表中的小区支持的网络制式等中的至少一个。测量结果用于指示第一小区列表中的小区是否可以作为终端进行小区重选或者切换的目标小区。
S104、终端根据测量结果,从第一小区列表中确定目标小区。
在小区重选时,如果第一小区列表中满足作为小区重选的目标小区的条件的小区有多个,则终端选择其中信号功率或者信号质量最高的小区进行小区重选。
在小区切换时,终端将第一小区列表中的小区的测量结果上报给服务小区所属的基站,基站根据各个小区的测量结果,选择合适的小区作为终端切换的目标小区,终端根据服务小区所属的基站下发的切换命令切换到目标小区。具体的,基站根据终端上报的测量结果确定小区切换的目标小区的过程可以采用现有的技术,本发明对此不做限制。
本发明实施例提供的一种确定目标小区的方法,包括:终端获取终端的历史驻留小区列表和终端的服务小区的邻区列表;若终端的服务小区的信号强度小于或等于第一预设值,则终端确定第一小区列表为服务小区的邻区列表和历史驻留小区列表;终端对第一小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到测量结果;终端根据测量结果,从第一小区列表中确定目标小区。
基于上述实施例的描述,本发明实施例提供的确定目标小区的方法及装置,当终端的服务小区的邻区不能满足终端进行重选或切换的条件时,可以将终端的历史驻留小区作为终端重选或切换的目标小区,从而减少终端发生掉网或业务中断的几率。
实施例二
本发明实施例提供一种确定目标小区的方法,该确定目标小区的方法可以但不限于应用在小区重选或者切换的过程中。
示例性的,如图3所示,为将本发明实施例所提供的确定目标小区 的方法应用于小区重选的过程:
S201、终端获取终端的历史驻留小区列表和终端的服务小区的邻区列表。
在本发明实施例中,终端接入服务小区之后,如果要进行小区重选,就可以综合考虑服务小区的邻区和历史驻留小区,从而选择信号强度最好的小区作为小区重选的目标小区。具体地,信号强度包括信号功率或信号质量,或者信号强度包括信号功率和信号质量。
其中,终端直接从终端的历史驻留小区列表中读取历史驻留小区的信息,服务小区的邻区信息是由服务小区所属的基站广播的系统信息携带的,终端驻留在服务小区,接收服务小区所属的基站广播的系统信息,并从中获取服务小区的邻区信息。
S202、若终端的服务小区的信号强度小于或等于第一预设值,则终端确定第一小区列表为服务小区的邻区列表和历史驻留小区列表。

具体的,若服务小区的信号强度大于预设值,则第一小区列表中的小区仅为服务小区的邻区;若服务小区的信号强度小于或等于预设值,则第一小区列表中的小区由服务小区的邻区和历史驻留小区共同组成。其中,当第一小区列表中仅包括服务小区的邻区列表中的邻区时,终端仅对服务小区的邻区进行测量;若第一小区列表中包括服务小区的邻区和历史驻留小区的总和,则终端对服务小区的邻区列表和历史驻留小区列表进行合并,并对合并后的所有小区进行测量。具体地,终端对服务小区的邻区和历史驻留小区进行合并包括:若终端的服务小区的邻区列表和历史驻留小区列表中存在相同的小区,则第一小区列表中不包括重复的小区信息。例如,若终端的服务小区的邻区列表和历史驻留小区列表均包括A小区信息,则合并后的列表(即第一小区列表)中仅包含一个A小区信息。
S203、终端对第一小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到测量结果。
由S202可知,第一小区列表包括两种情形,第一种情形:第一小区 列表中仅包括服务小区的邻区;第二种情形:第一小区列表中包括服务小区的邻区和终端的历史驻留小区。
在第一种情形下,终端对第一小区列表中的所有小区进行测量,具体的,可以包括对第一小区列表中各个小区的信号功率或信号质量的测量,或者对信号功率和信号质量同时进行测量,并根据测量结果选择合适的小区作为小区重选的目标小区,具体的,可以采用现有技术中的方法选择合适的小区作为小区重选的目标小区。
在第二种情形下,终端对第一小区列表中的所有小区进行测量,终端可以对第一小区列表中的所有小区(包括服务小区的邻区、历史驻留小区)进行测量,可以包括对第一小区列表中各个小区的信号功率或信号质量的测量,或者对信号功率和信号质量同时进行测量,并根据测量结果选择合适的小区作为小区重选的目标小区;或者,终端首先对第一小区列表中服务小区的邻区进行测量,当服务小区的邻区的信号强度小于第二预设值或服务小区的邻区的测量结果都不满足小区重选的条件时,再对第一小区列表中的历史驻留小区进行测量,从而选择合适的小区作为小区重选的目标小区,其中,服务小区的邻区的信号强度小于第二预设值是指服务小区的邻区的信号比较弱,终端无法对其进行测量。
S204、终端根据测量结果,从第一小区列表中确定目标小区。
具体的,终端根据小区重选判定准则,选择合适的小区作为重选的目标小区,执行小区重选的过程。
具体地,当第一小区列表中包括服务小区的邻区列表和历史驻留小区列表,并且当测量结果满足下述条件时,终端将会选择历史驻留小区作为小区重选的目标小区。
1)历史驻留小区的信号功率高于阈值a1或信号质量高于阈值a2,或者信号功率高于阈值a1和信号质量高于阈值a2,且服务小区的信号功率低于阈值b1,或信号质量低于阈值b2,或信号功率低于阈值b1和信号质量低于阈值b2;或者,
2)历史驻留小区的信号功率高于阈值c1或信号质量高于阈值c2或信号功率高于阈值c1和信号质量高于阈值c2。
这里a1、a2、b1、b2、c1、c2的值可以根据实际经验预先配置,也可以依据服务小区发送的系统信息中的参数进行配置。进一步地,可以设置历史驻留小区与服务小区的优先级,若历史驻留小区的优先级较高,则采用上述条件2),反之则采用上述条件1)。
当满足上述条件的历史驻留小区有多个时,终端可以选择信号功率或信号质量最高的历史驻留小区,作为小区重选的目标小区。
需要说明的是,历史驻留小区列表中的小区为终端掉网或掉话前最后驻留的小区。
示例性的,当终端在移动过程中发生“驻留-掉网”(即:由正常驻留变为掉网)的变化或者“通话-掉话”(即:由正常通话变为通话中断)的变化时,就将终端在掉网或者掉话之前最后驻留过的小区ID加入历史驻留小区列表。
需要说明的是,历史驻留小区列表中包括预设数量的小区,历史驻留小区列表存储在存储器中,可选的,历史驻留小区列表中的小区可以按照终端驻留的时间先后顺序存储;同时,终端可以为历史驻留小区列表中的每个历史驻留小区设置索引,该索引用于指示终端离开该历史驻留小区后首次驻留的小区。
具体地,终端为历史驻留小区列表中的每个历史驻留小区设置索引,例如,终端在A小区驻留,在移动过程中,发生掉网,然后驻留或接入G小区,则终端为A小区(一个历史驻留小区)设置的索引为G小区的ID;终端在B小区驻留,在通话过程中移动到D小区,发生掉话,即通话中断,则终端为B(另一个历史驻留小区)小区设置的索引为D小区的ID。

示例性的,终端在一段时间内发生如下过程:驻留在A小区-掉网-驻留在B小区-掉网-驻留在C小区-掉网-驻留在D小区-掉网-驻留在E小区,如果终端中用来存储历史驻留信息的存储器最多可以存储3个历史驻留小区的信息,则在上述过程中,当历史驻留小区列表中存储了小区A,小区B,小区C的信息之后,就没有剩余的存储空间了,当最新的历史驻留小区小区D的信息要写入时,就用小区D的信息覆盖小区A的信息,则历史驻留小区列表中将会存储小区D的信息,小区B的信息以及小区C的信息。
又示例性的,本发明实施例所提供的确定目标小区的方法还可以应用于小区切换的过程,在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的一种确定目标小区的方法,包括:终端获取终端的历史驻留小区列表和终端的服务小区的邻区列表;若终端的服务小区的信号强度小于或等于第一预设值,则终端确定第一小区列表为服务小区的邻区列表和历史驻留小区列表;终端对第一小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到测量结果;终端根据测量结果,从第一小区列表中确定目标小区。
基于上述实施例的描述,本发明实施例提供的确定目标小区的方法及装置,当终端的服务小区的邻区不能满足终端进行重选或切换的条件时,可以将终端的历史驻留小区作为终端重选或切换的目标小区,从而减少终端发生掉网或业务中断的几率。
实施例三
本发明实施例提供一种确定目标小区的装置,如图4所示,为该装置的结构示意图,包括:
获取模块10,用于获取终端的历史驻留小区列表和终端的服务小区的邻区列表。
确定模块20,用于若终端的服务小区的信号强度小于或等于第一预 设值,则确定第一小区列表为服务小区的邻区列表和历史驻留小区列表。
测量模块30,用于对第一小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到测量结果。
确定模块20,还用于根据测量结果,从第一小区列表中确定目标小区。
测量模块30,具体用于:
对服务小区的邻区列表中的小区进行测量,得到服务小区的邻区的测量结果,并对历史驻留小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到历史驻留小区的测量结果;或者,对服务小区的邻区列表中的小区进行测量,若服务小区的邻区列表中的小区的信号强度小于第二预设值或者测量结果不满足预设条件,则对历史驻留小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到历史驻留小区的测量结果。
其中,历史驻留小区列表中包括预设数量的小区,历史驻留小区列表中的小区为终端掉网或掉话前最后驻留的小区。
如图5所示,确定目标小区的装置还包括:
记录模块40,用于将历史驻留小区按照终端驻留的时间先后顺序记录在历史驻留小区列表中。
设置模块50,用于为历史驻留小区列表中的每个历史驻留小区设置索引,索引用于指示终端离开该历史驻留小区后首次驻留的小区。
更新模块60,用于当终端离开某一个历史驻留小区的时间大于预设时长时,将该历史驻留小区的信息从历史驻留小区列表中删除。
本发明实施例提供一张确定目标小区的装置,包括:获取模块,用于获取终端的历史驻留小区列表和终端的服务小区的邻区列表;确定模块,用于若终端的服务小区的信号强度小于或等于第一预设值,则确定第一小区列表为服务小区的邻区列表和历史驻留小区列表;测量模块,用于对第一小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到测量结果;确定模块,用于根据测量结果,从第一小区列表中确定目标小区。
基于上述实施例的描述,本发明实施例提供的确定目标小区的方法及装置,当终端的服务小区的邻区不能满足终端进行重选或切换的条件 时,可以将终端的历史驻留小区作为终端重选或切换的目标小区,从而减少终端发生掉网或业务中断的几率。
实施例四
本发明实施例提供一种确定目标小区的装置,如图6所示,包括:
处理器70,用于获取终端的历史驻留小区列表和所述终端的服务小区的邻区列表;若所述终端的服务小区的信号强度小于或等于第一预设值,则确定第一小区列表为所述服务小区的邻区列表和所述历史驻留小区列表;对所述第一小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到测量结果;根据所述测量结果,从所述第一小区列表中确定目标小区。
处理器70,具体用于:
对所述服务小区的邻区列表中的小区进行测量,得到服务小区的邻区的测量结果,并对所述历史驻留小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到历史驻留小区的测量结果;或者,对所述服务小区的邻区列表中的小区进行测量,若所述服务小区的邻区列表中的小区的信号强度小于第二预设值或者测量结果不满足预设条件,则对所述历史驻留小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到所述历史驻留小区的测量结果。
历史驻留小区列表中包括预设数量的小区,历史驻留小区列表中的小区为终端掉网或掉话前最后驻留的小区。
该装置还包括:存储器80,用于将历史驻留小区按照终端驻留的时间先后顺序记录在历史驻留小区列表中。
处理器70,还用于为历史驻留小区列表中的每个历史驻留小区设置索引,索引用于指示终端离开该历史驻留小区后首次驻留的小区。
处理器70,还用于当终端离开某一个历史驻留小区的时间大于预设时长时,将该历史驻留小区的信息从历史驻留小区列表中删除。
本发明实施例提供一张确定目标小区的装置,包括:处理器,用于获取终端的历史驻留小区列表和终端的服务小区的邻区列表;若终端的服务小区的信号强度小于或等于第一预设值,则确定第一小区列表为服务小区的邻区列表和历史驻留小区列表;对第一小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到测量结果;根据测量结果,从第一小区列表中确定目标小区。
基于上述实施例的描述,本发明实施例提供的确定目标小区的方法及装置,当终端的服务小区的邻区不能满足终端进行重选或切换的条件时,可以将终端的历史驻留小区作为终端重选或切换的目标小区,从而减少终端发生掉网或业务中断的几率。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种确定目标小区的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端获取所述终端的历史驻留小区列表和所述终端的服务小区的邻区列表;
    若所述终端的服务小区的信号强度小于或等于第一预设值,则所述终端确定第一小区列表为所述服务小区的邻区列表和所述历史驻留小区列表;
    所述终端对所述第一小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到测量结果;
    所述终端根据所述测量结果,从所述第一小区列表中确定目标小区。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的确定目标小区的方法,其特征在于,所述终端对所述第一小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到测量结果,包括:
    所述终端对所述服务小区的邻区列表中的小区进行测量,得到服务小区的邻区的测量结果,并对所述历史驻留小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到历史驻留小区的测量结果;
    或者,
    所述终端对所述服务小区的邻区列表中的小区进行测量,若所述服务小区的邻区列表中的小区的信号强度小于第二预设值或者测量结果不满足预设条件,则对所述历史驻留小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到所述历史驻留小区的测量结果。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的确定目标小区的方法,其特征在于,所述历史驻留小区列表中包括预设数量的小区,
    所述历史驻留小区列表中的小区为所述终端掉网或掉话前最后驻留的小区。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的确定目标小区的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端将所述历史驻留小区按照所述终端驻留的时间先后顺序记录在所述历史驻留小区列表中。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的确定目标小区的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端为所述历史驻留小区列表中的每个历史驻留小区设置索引,所述索引用于指示所述终端离开该历史驻留小区后首次驻留的小区。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的确定目标小区的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述终端离开某一个历史驻留小区的时间大于预设时长时,将该历史驻留小区的信息从所述历史驻留小区列表中删除。
  7. 一种确定目标小区的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取终端的历史驻留小区列表和所述终端的服务小区的邻区列表;
    确定模块,用于若所述终端的服务小区的信号强度小于或等于第一预设值,则确定第一小区列表为所述服务小区的邻区列表和所述历史驻留小区列表;
    测量模块,用于对所述第一小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到测量结果;
    所述确定模块,用于根据所述测量结果,从所述第一小区列表中确定目标小区。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的确定目标小区的装置,其特征在于,所述测量模块,具体用于:
    对所述服务小区的邻区列表中的小区进行测量,得到服务小区的邻区的测量结果,并对所述历史驻留小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到历史驻留小区的测量结果;
    或者,
    对所述服务小区的邻区列表中的小区进行测量,若所述服务小区的邻区列表中的小区的信号强度小于第二预设值或者测量结果不满足预设条件,则对所述历史驻留小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到所述历史驻留小区的测量结果。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的确定目标小区的装置,其特征在于,所述历史驻留小区列表中包括预设数量的小区,
    所述历史驻留小区列表中的小区为所述终端掉网或掉话前最后驻留 的小区。
  10. 根据权利要求7-9任一项所述的确定目标小区的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    记录模块,用于将所述历史驻留小区按照所述终端驻留的时间先后顺序记录在所述历史驻留小区列表中。
  11. 根据权利要求7-10任一项所述的确定目标小区的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    设置模块,用于为所述历史驻留小区列表中的每个历史驻留小区设置索引,所述索引用于指示所述终端离开该历史驻留小区后首次驻留的小区。
  12. 根据权利要求7-11任一项所述的确定目标小区的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    更新模块,用于当所述终端离开某一个历史驻留小区的时间大于预设时长时,将该历史驻留小区的信息从所述历史驻留小区列表中删除。
  13. 一种确定目标小区的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器,用于获取终端的历史驻留小区列表和所述终端的服务小区的邻区列表;若所述终端的服务小区的信号强度小于或等于第一预设值,则确定第一小区列表为所述服务小区的邻区列表和所述历史驻留小区列表;对所述第一小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到测量结果;根据所述测量结果,从所述第一小区列表中确定目标小区。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的确定目标小区的装置,其特征在于,所述处理器,具体用于:
    对所述服务小区的邻区列表中的小区进行测量,得到服务小区的邻区的测量结果,并对所述历史驻留小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到历史驻留小区的测量结果;
    或者,
    对所述服务小区的邻区列表中的小区进行测量,若所述服务小区的邻区列表中的小区的信号强度小于第二预设值或者测量结果不满足预设条件,则对所述历史驻留小区列表中的小区进行测量,得到所述历史驻留小区的测量结果。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的确定目标小区的装置,其特征在于,所述历史驻留小区列表中包括预设数量的小区,
    所述历史驻留小区列表中的小区为所述终端掉网或掉话前最后驻留的小区。
  16. 根据权利要求13-15任一项所述的确定目标小区的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    存储器,用于将所述历史驻留小区按照所述终端驻留的时间先后顺序记录在所述历史驻留小区列表中。
  17. 根据权利要求13-16任一项所述的确定目标小区的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于为所述历史驻留小区列表中的每个历史驻留小区设置索引,所述索引用于指示所述终端离开该历史驻留小区后首次驻留的小区。
