Description

磁性照片贴 技术领域
本发明涉及一种照片贴,尤其是一种利用磁铁的吸附而将照片固定其上的照片贴。
背景技术
相框用于放置照片,用来加强照片的美感,并且有利于保护照片的质量,使用非常广泛,小者可摆设于桌面上,大者通常挂于墙上美化空间、供人欣赏,美观又具纪念意义。然而现有的相框往往是将照片贴于相框内,再挂于墙上或放在桌面上。因此更换照片很麻烦。还有随着数字化摄影的发展,利用手机、平板电脑可随时随地进行拍照,因此照片量越来越大,而存在手机、电脑中容易遗忘。因此现有的相框结构无法满足多张甚至大量照片挂放且更换方便的这一需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种照片挂放量大、更换方便的磁性照片贴。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种磁性照片贴,其特征在于:包括至少一个照片贴单元,所述照片贴单元包括至少两个金属件、塑封膜和磁性件,所述金属件密封包覆在两层塑封膜之间并相对固定,所述塑封膜的正面上与所述金属件对应的位置形成用于挂贴照片的挂贴面,所述照片通过所述磁性件被挂贴于所述塑封膜的挂贴面上;所述塑封膜的端部设有连接件,所述连接件将所述塑封膜和相应位置处的金属件压紧固定。
连接件和塑封膜的优选的固定方式为,所述连接件包括位于塑封膜正面的盖板和位于塑封膜背面的压板,所述盖板和压板固定在所述塑封膜的两侧由此还能加强连接强度。
根据本发明优选的一个方面,所述金属件呈条状,并且由上至下间隔地布置。
根本本发明优选的另一个方面,所述金属件包括多个圆形的第一金属件,以及位于上、下两端的条状的第二金属件,所述第一金属件分散的包覆在所述塑封膜内。
为便于挂贴更为大量的照片,所述照片贴单元具有多个,所述连接件的盖板和压板将上、下相邻的照片贴单元的相邻端部压紧固定,位于最上方的照片贴单元上的盖板上设有挂孔。
为便于照片贴在水平方向上的拼接,还包括连接杆,所述盖板的两侧开设有连接孔,所述连接杆插入到左、右相邻的两个盖板的连接孔内能将相邻的两个磁性照片贴连接。
为便于磁性件的拿捏,所述磁性件包括不锈钢片、塑料盖片和磁铁,所述不锈钢片 和塑料盖片分别覆盖部分磁铁,所述塑料盖片的边缘凸伸于包覆的不锈钢片。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例一
参见图1~图3,一种磁性照片贴,包括至少一个照片贴单元(在本实施例中以一个为例,多个的将在实施例二中说明),每个照片贴单元包括金属件1、塑封膜2和磁性件3,金属件1可以采用薄的铁片制成,具有至少两个并且每个分别呈条状,由上至下间隔地布置,每个条状的金属件1都为水平延伸并互相平行。
塑封膜2具有两层,而金属件1夹在两层塑封膜2的中间,用塑封机加热后,金属件1被塑封膜2密封包覆住。而金属件1间隔布置,才可便于塑封膜2完整包覆每一个金属件1,以便于金属件1和塑封膜2的位置相对固定。由此,塑封膜2的表面上与金属件1对应的位置形成用于挂贴照片4的挂贴面,照片4利用磁性件3即可被挂贴在塑封膜2的挂贴面上,金属件1的数量达到一定程度时,可挂贴较为大量的照片4。
磁性件3包括不锈钢片31、塑料盖片32和磁铁33,不锈钢片31和塑料盖片32分别覆盖部分磁铁33,从而将磁铁33包覆在不锈钢片31和塑料盖片32内,塑料盖片32的边缘凸伸于包覆的不锈钢片31。本磁性件3看上去像钮扣状,不仅外观美观,并且使用时拿捏方便,同时又经久耐用。使用时,不锈钢片31的一面朝向塑封膜2的挂贴面,利用磁力将照片4贴紧在塑封膜2的挂贴面上。
塑封膜2的顶端设有连接件5,用于将整个磁性照片贴挂于墙上,连接件5包括位于塑封膜2正面的盖板51和位于塑封膜2背面的压板52,通过盖板51和压板52在塑封膜2的两侧将其夹紧。压板52上可插入螺栓等紧固件,紧固件穿过压板52、塑封膜2、金属件1、和盖板51从而将上述部件固定,紧固件穿过最上端的金属件1,可加强连接强度。盖板51上部还开设有挂孔511,从而可通过挂孔511使其挂于墙上的螺钉上,从而使得磁性照片贴挂于墙上。
实施例二
参见图4和图5,在本实施例中,与上述实施例一的区别在于,金属件1包括多个圆形的第一金属件11,分散的包覆在塑封膜2内,还包括位于上、下两端的条状的第二金属件12,塑封膜2的上、下两端分别设有连接件5’。第一金属件11和第二金属件12可用于与盖板51’、压板52’固定,用于加强连接强度,并能使得塑封膜2下端承受一定的重量,可平整的挂于墙上。
参见图6和图7,为多个照片贴单元拼接的示意图。上、下相邻的照片贴单元之间设置的连接件5’,用于将上、下相邻的照片贴单元连接,盖板51’和压板52’夹持在位于上方的照片贴单元的下端的第二金属件12和位于相邻下方的照片贴单元的上端的第二金属件12外所对应的塑封膜2的两侧,可通过螺栓等与两个第二金属件12固定,从而可将上、下相邻的两个照片贴单元进行拼接。
盖板51’的左、右两侧可开设有水平方向延伸的连接孔512,从而将连接杆513插入到连接孔512内可将左、右相邻的两个照片贴单元连接进行拼接。使得照片贴单元既可以单独使用,也可以拼接组合成挂贴大量的照片4,达到照片墙的效果。而实施例一中的照片贴单元可采用同样的连接结构进行拼接。
此外,在本实施例中,挂孔511’形成于位于最上方的照片贴单元的盖板51’的顶端上(即可单独的设置挂钩,挂孔511’开设在挂钩上)。
工业上应用
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:通过将金属件包覆在塑封膜内,而将照片通过磁性件贴在塑封膜表面与金属件对应的位置上,不仅可方便的挂贴、更换照片,而且可根据实际需要的照片数量进行挂贴;通过将相邻的照片贴拼接,可用于挂贴更为大量的照片,使得照片墙的效果更好。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种磁性照片贴,其特征在于:包括至少一个照片贴单元,所述照片贴单元包括至少两个金属件(1)、塑封膜(2)和磁性件(3),所述金属件(1)密封包覆在两层塑封膜(2)之间并相对固定,所述塑封膜(2)的正面上与所述金属件(1)对应的位置形成用于挂贴照片(4)的挂贴面,所述照片(4)通过所述磁性件(3)被挂贴于所述塑封膜(2)的挂贴面上;所述塑封膜(2)的端部设有连接件(5;5’),所述连接件(5;5’)将所述塑封膜(2)和相应位置处的金属件(1)压紧固定。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的磁性照片贴,其特征在于:所述连接件(5;5’)包括位于塑封膜(2)正面的盖板(51;51’)和位于塑封膜(2)背面的压板(52;52’),所述盖板(51;51’)和压板(52;52’)固定在所述塑封膜(2)的两侧。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的磁性照片贴,其特征在于:所述金属件(1)呈条状,并且由上至下间隔地布置。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的磁性照片贴,其特征在于:所述金属件(1)包括多个圆形的第一金属件(11),以及位于上、下两端的条状的第二金属件(12),所述第一金属件(11)分散的包覆在所述塑封膜(2)内。
  5. 如权利要求2~4中任一项所述的磁性照片贴,其特征在于:所述照片贴单元具有多个,所述连接件(5;5’)的盖板(51;51’)和压板(52;52’)将上、下相邻的照片贴单元的相邻端部压紧固定,位于最上方的照片贴单元上的盖板(51;51’)上设有挂孔(511;511’)。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的磁性照片贴,其特征在于:还包括连接杆(513),所述盖板(51;51’)的两侧开设有连接孔(512),所述连接杆(513)插入到左、右相邻的两个盖板(51;51’)的连接孔(512)内能将相邻的两个磁性照片贴连接。
  7. 如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的磁性照片贴,其特征在于:所述磁性件(3)包括不锈钢片(31)、塑料盖片(32)和磁铁(33),所述不锈钢片(31)和塑料盖片(32)分别覆盖部分磁铁(33),所述塑料盖片(32)的边缘凸伸于包覆的不锈钢片(31)。
