根据本发明实施例的洗衣机100,在洗衣机100的底部设置有支撑部件2,洗衣机的顶部设置有承接部件1,如果仅有一个洗衣机100,则可以通过支撑部件2将洗衣机100稳定地安放,提高了洗衣机100的稳定性。在具有多个洗衣机100时,可以将位于上方的洗衣机的底部的支撑部件2支撑在位于下方的洗衣机顶部的承接部件1上,从而实现多个洗衣机的堆叠。
本发明的洗衣机100不仅可以实现洗衣机100的稳定安放,而且在具有多个洗衣机100时,可以将多个洗衣机堆叠在一起,从而减小多个洗衣机的存放空间,提高空间利用率。
参照图2,在本发明的一些实施例中,洗衣机100的箱体3上设有洗衣机顶盖板4和洗衣机顶盖板框架5,承接部件1为固设在洗衣机100的洗衣机顶盖板框架5和洗衣机顶盖板4中至少一个上的固定框。从而提高承接部件1的强度,便于通过承接部件1来支撑放置在它上面的洗衣机。
优选地,承接部件1与洗衣机100通过双面胶粘接。
另外,还可以将承接部件1设置在洗衣机上的其它位置,例如将承接部件1设置在洗衣机的周缘,也可以将承接部件1设置成洗衣机100顶部的凹槽等。
进一步地,结合图2和图3,洗衣机100的箱体3的上端设有第一箱体加强板31,且洗衣机100的箱体3的下端设有第二箱体加强板32,支撑部件2设在第二箱体加强板32上。通过设置第一箱体加强板31和第二箱体加强板32可以提高洗衣机100的箱体的结构强度,从而避免在搁置洗衣机时箱体变形,另外,通过设置第二箱体加强板32,方便支撑部件2的安装。
另外,本发明还提出了一种复合式洗衣机组件,下面参照详细描述本发明实施例的复合式洗衣机组件。
结合图4至图9,根据本发明实施例的复合式洗衣机组件,包括多个洗衣机,多个洗衣机中的任一个均可以为本发明前述的洗衣机100或具有本发明前述的洗衣机100的部分技术特征。多个洗衣机沿上下方向堆叠,其中上洗衣机100B可松脱地堆叠在下洗衣机100A上,其中,所述的上洗衣机100B和下洗衣机100A是相对而言地,所述的上洗衣机100B堆叠在下洗衣机100A上并由下洗衣机100A支撑,也就是说,所述的上洗衣机是支撑在下洗衣机上的那个洗衣机。
下洗衣机100A的顶部设有承接部件1,承接部件1呈上端敞开且下端封闭的形状,上洗衣机100B的底部设有支撑部件2,支撑部件2的下端伸入承接部件1内并可脱离地支撑在承接部件1上。
根据本发明实施例的复合式洗衣机组件,可以将多个洗衣机堆叠在一起,从而减小了多个洗衣机占用的面积,并有效地利用了洗衣机上方的空间,提高了空间利用率。
其中,本发明可以将多个洗衣机堆叠在一起,除最下面的一个洗衣机外,堆叠在一起的每个洗衣机均是位于它下面用于支撑它的另一个洗衣机的上洗衣机;除最上面的一个洗衣机外,堆叠在一起的每个洗衣机均是位于它上面并由它支撑的另一个洗衣机的下洗衣机。
参照图6,在本发明的一个具体实施例中,下洗衣机100A的箱体上设有洗衣机顶盖板4和洗衣机顶盖板框架5,洗衣机顶盖板4设在洗衣机顶盖板框架5上,承接部件1为固设在下洗衣机100A的洗衣机顶盖板框架5和下洗衣机100A的洗衣机顶盖板4中至少一个上的固定框。从而提高承接部件1的强度,便于通过承接部件1来支撑放置在它上面的洗衣机。
另外,还可以将承接部件1设置在洗衣机上的其它位置,例如将承接部件1设置在洗衣机的周缘,也可以将承接部件1设置成洗衣机100顶部的凹槽等。
优选地,参照图6,承接部件1与下洗衣机100A的顶部通过双面胶6粘接。使得承接部件1可以稳定地安装在下洗衣机100A上,提高了承接部件1的结构强度和稳定性。
另外,承接部件1也可以采用其它方式设在洗衣机100A顶部,例如一体成型、焊接、螺接等。
优选地,下洗衣机100A的箱体的上端设有第一箱体加强板31。从而可以有效地提高下洗衣机100A的箱体3的结构强度,方便其支撑上洗衣机100A,而且还可以降低或避免下洗衣机100A的变形,提高下洗衣机100A的支撑力和使用寿命。
参照图6,在本发明的一些实施例中,上洗衣机100B的箱体底部设有第二箱体加强板 32,支撑部件2设在第二箱体加强板32上。从而提高了上洗衣机100B的箱体的结构强度,而且还可以方便支撑部件2的安装,并提高了支撑部件2的支撑强度。
进一步地,参照图3,支撑部件2包括底脚21和底脚加强螺母22,底脚21包括底垫211和与底垫211相连并向上延伸的螺杆212,上洗衣机100B的第二箱体加强板32上形成有安装孔(未示出),底脚21的螺杆212的上端伸入安装孔内与上洗衣机100B的第二箱体加强板32螺接,底脚加强螺母22设在底垫211和上洗衣机100B的第二箱体加强板32之间。使支撑部件2的结构简单,便于支撑部件2支撑上洗衣机。
优选地,参照图3上洗衣机100B的第二箱体加强板32上的安装孔的周缘形成有向上延伸的翻边321,底脚21的螺杆212与翻边321螺接。从而提高了递交21与第二箱体加强板32之间的装配强度。
结合图4、5以及图7,在本发明的一些实施例中,上洗衣机100B的底部设置有多个支撑部件2,支撑部件2在上洗衣机100B的底部布置成多边形或圆形形状,承接部件1为与多个支撑部件2一一对应地多个。使得上洗衣机100B可以在下洗衣机100A上稳定支撑,而且下洗衣机100A的受力均匀。
另外,也可以设置一个盘状的承接部件1来承接上洗衣机100B底部的多个支撑部件2。
本发明堆叠安装固定结构由承接部件1和双面胶6两部分组成,通过双面胶6把承接部件1(例如固定框)粘在下洗衣机100A的洗衣机顶盖板4上,然后把上洗衣机100B的底脚21放进固定框里,固定框有足够的高度和强度,这样无论是上洗衣机100B或者是下洗衣机100A振动,都不会从固定框里脱离出来,达到堆叠安装固定的作用。同时,上洗衣机100B又可以很方便地和下洗衣机100A分离,进行搬运、维修、清洗以及重新组装等操作。
本发明把上下洗衣机的安装方式简单化,同时安装方便,结构可靠。为以后双洗衣机或者多洗衣机的堆叠安装提供一种方案。
具体地,可以按照上洗衣机100B的底脚21的相对位置,在下洗衣机100A的洗衣机顶盖板4或者洗衣机顶盖板框架5上,通过双面胶6粘住固定框(或者说承接部件1),使固定框和下洗衣机100A的顶盖板组件成为一体,然后把上洗衣机100B放到下洗衣机100A上面,并使的上洗衣机100B的底脚21放在固定框里。
实施例1:
结合图4、5以及图7所示,在下洗衣机100A的洗衣机顶盖板框架5上,通过双面胶6粘住固定框,使固定框和下洗衣机100A的洗衣机顶盖板4成为牢固的一体,然后把上洗衣机100B放到下洗衣机100A上面,并使的上洗衣机100B的底脚21放在固定框里。
实施例2:
参照图8和图9,在实施例1中的上洗衣机上再搁置洗衣机,因此,可以将所述的上洗衣机作为实施例1中的下洗衣机,而将搁置在上洗衣机上的洗衣机作为实施例1中的上洗衣机。依次类推,可以堆叠N层。
本发明的复合式洗衣机的堆叠不局限于波轮和滚筒的堆叠,也不局限于两层,可以是 三层甚至多层。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种复合式洗衣机组件,其特征在于,包括沿上下方向堆叠的多个洗衣机,上洗衣机可松脱地堆叠在下洗衣机上,所述下洗衣机的顶部设有承接部件,所述承接部件呈上端敞开且下端封闭的形状,所述上洗衣机的底部设有支撑部件,所述支撑部件的下端伸入所述承接部件内并可脱离地支撑在所述承接部件上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的复合式洗衣机组件,其特征在于,所述下洗衣机的箱体上设有洗衣机顶盖板和洗衣机顶盖板框架,所述洗衣机顶盖板设在所述洗衣机顶盖板框架上,所述承接部件为固设在所述下洗衣机的洗衣机顶盖板框架和下洗衣机的洗衣机顶盖板中至少一个上的固定框。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的复合式洗衣机组件,其特征在于,所述承接部件与所述下洗衣机的顶部通过双面胶粘接。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的复合式洗衣机组件,其特征在于,所述下洗衣机的箱体的上端设有第一箱体加强板。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的复合式洗衣机组件,其特征在于,所述上洗衣机的箱体底部设有第二箱体加强板,所述支撑部件设在所述第二箱体加强板上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的复合式洗衣机组件,其特征在于,所述支撑部件包括底脚和底脚加强螺母,所述底脚包括底垫和与所述底垫相连并向上延伸的螺杆,所述上洗衣机的第二箱体加强板上形成有安装孔,所述底脚的螺杆的上端伸入所述安装孔内与所述上洗衣机的第二箱体加强板螺接,所述底脚加强螺母设在所述底垫和所述上洗衣机的第二箱体加强板之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的复合式洗衣机组件,其特征在于,所述上洗衣机的第二箱体加强板上的所述安装孔的周缘形成有向上延伸的翻边,所述底脚的所述螺杆与所述翻边螺接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的复合式洗衣机组件,其特征在于,所述上洗衣机的底部设置有多个支撑部件,所述支撑部件在所述上洗衣机的底部布置成多边形或圆形形状,所述承接部件为与多个所述支撑部件一一对应地多个。
  9. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣机的顶部设有用于支撑另一洗衣机的承接部件,且所述洗衣机的底部设有用于支撑其自身的支撑部件,所述承接部件呈下端封闭且上端敞开的形状,且所述支撑部件与承接部件在上下方向上相对。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣机的箱体上设有洗衣机顶盖板和洗衣机顶盖板框架,所述承接部件为固设在所述洗衣机的洗衣机顶盖板框架和洗衣机顶盖板中至少一个上的固定框。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣机的箱体的上端设有第一箱体加强板,且所述洗衣机的箱体的下端设有第二箱体加强板,所述支撑部件设在所述第二箱体加强板上。
