一种弹跳床,该弹跳床包括框架和通过弹性绳与框架连接的跳布,框架下端设置有支撑脚,该弹跳床还包括一个以上的能卡置弹性绳绳端端子的弹性绳绳端固定座,所述每个弹性绳绳端固定座能固定在支撑脚或框架上的任意位置。
进一步,所述跳布周侧设置固定带,所述固定带的位置与数量与支撑脚数量或框架分段数量相适配。
进一步,所述固定带套接或绑在支撑脚或框架上,形成跳布的定位结构。
进一步,所述跳布周侧分布多个配合弹性绳安装的织带;而弹性绳上设置有定位标记,所述定位标记的数量与织带的数量相适配,一个或两个定位标记对应一个织带,用以实现弹性绳安装过程中的定位。
进一步,所述每个弹性绳绳端固定座上开设有能卡置弹性绳端子的两个卡槽,且每个卡槽能与弹性绳绳端之端子卡接,用以实现弹性绳的固定。
进一步,该弹跳床还包括利用织带与定位标记与弹性绳配合夹持的限位夹。
进一步,所述的限位夹的外型没有特别的要求,此限位夹必须提供一定的阻力,使其能够利用织带与弹性绳上的定位标记的位置固定住弹性绳使弹性绳不松落。
进一步,该弹跳床还包括一装饰盖,该装饰盖扣设在弹性绳绳端固定座上,用以将弹性绳绳端固定座和弹性绳扣处盖住。
进一步,使用者可依对弹力的要求,调节弹性绳的长度来打结,将绳结固定在固座垫上,达到调节弹力的目的。
进一步,所述各卡槽包括弹性绳让位槽及弹性绳限位孔,其中弹性绳让位孔的宽度接近于弹性绳的直径,而弹性绳限位孔的内径小于弹性绳绳端之端子的卡接端的外径;所述弹性绳上设置有外径大于弹性绳限位孔内径的端子,进而形成弹性绳的卡接端。
进一步,所述各弹性绳让位槽为沉孔,而沉孔的直径稍大于端子的直径,该沉孔旁边开缺槽,缺槽宽度接近于弹性绳的直径;而所述的弹性绳限位孔为沉孔任一端的端处设置的一和弹性绳直径相当的孔;弹性绳绳端从卡槽的缺槽挤进弹性绳绳端固定座对应的卡槽内,并将弹性绳的端子放入卡槽的沉孔中,缺槽的宽度和卡槽底部孔直径均小于弹性绳的直径。
进一步,所述弹性绳绳端固定座为整体或分体形状的限位挡片,其中具体包括限位片及让位片,其中,所述限位片上开设有两前述弹性绳限位孔且其竖直固定在框架或职称脚上,其中让位片的任意一侧面与限位片垂直相连,该让位片上开设有与弹性绳限位孔相适配的弹性绳让位槽;所述弹性绳挤进弹性绳绳端固定座内,并将弹性绳的端子放入卡槽的弹性绳限位孔中,由于弹性绳限位孔的直径均小于弹性绳2的直径。
进一步,所述跳布周侧还设置有与其一体相连的装饰环布,该装饰环布通过弹性体套设在框架上,用以实现装饰环布的固定。
进一步,所述弹性体包括一弹性环及若干个沿装饰环布均匀分布的连接绳,所述各连接绳两端分别与装饰环布边沿及弹性环相连。
进一步,该弹跳床还包括用于弹性绳定位于相应区域的弹性绳捆扎带。。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的优点:
1、本发明采用弹性绳结构并通过弹性绳绳端固定座令弹性绳固定,实现弹性绳的便捷固定,用以达到安装便捷的目的;
2、本发明中所述跳布上设置有固定带,在安装跳布过程可将固定带套接在对应的支撑脚位置,用以实现跳布的定位,进一步令安装便捷;
3、本发明中在弹性绳上设置定位标记,每一个定位标记能与一个织带对应,令弹性绳在安装过程中对应定位标记穿过织带并对应位置,使得跳布与框架之间距离相同,从而有效避免了跳布偏离的现象,同时也增加安装的速度;
4、本发明还增加了限位夹的设计,用以在弹性绳安装过程中对弹性绳的定位,弹性绳不会出现因本身弹性复位缘故,导致穿射阻力大,而无法调整等现象,确保弹性绳的安装;
5、本发明在原有跳布上增加与其一体相连的装饰环,该装饰环覆盖在弹性绳上,同时利用弹性环及若干个沿装饰环布均匀分布的连接绳将其可伸缩的固定在框架上,进而使得使用者在跳布上跳动的同时确保其使用安全,同时还能有效避免因装饰环摩擦框架导致的噪音,也增加了跳床的美观度;
6、本发明还在弹性绳上设置弹性绳捆扎带,用于弹性绳定位于相应区域,防止弹性绳错位,降低使用安全性;所述弹性绳捆扎带多用于可折叠弹跳床上,但不仅限于可折叠弹跳床,在可折叠弹跳床上使用时为了防止跳床收折时,弹性绳松开,从而会使弹性绳会移位,造成每支撑脚间弹性绳数会错位,可将在支撑脚间的弹性绳用绑带来绑住,防些偏移过支撑脚。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
请参阅图3至图9所示,一种弹跳床,该弹跳床括框架1和通过弹性绳2与框架1连接的跳布3,框架1下端设置有支撑脚4,本实施例中框架1呈六边形或圆形(见图3及图4),但框架1的形状不限于多边形可为圆形或方形等;相对于框架弯折角处安装一个支撑脚4,所述相邻两个支撑脚4之间设置有一个弹性绳2,而所述跳布3周侧分布有多个织带5,而每个弹性绳2穿过织带5及框架1,形成弹跳床。
实施例一,请参阅图3至图5所示,前述弹跳床还包括弹性绳绳端固定座6A,而该弹性绳绳端固定座6A的数量可根据支撑脚4或/和弹性绳2的数量而定,而每一个弹性绳绳端固定座6A锁固在支撑脚4;结合图7及图8所示,所述弹性绳2上设置有外径大于弹性绳限位孔内径的端子21,进而形成弹性绳的卡接端,弹性绳2的端子21可卡入弹性绳绳端固定座6A两侧分别开设有卡槽61A(即卡槽数量为两个),所述各卡槽61A包括弹性绳让位槽及弹性绳限位孔,其中弹性绳让位孔的宽度接近于弹性绳的直径,而弹性绳限位孔的内径小于弹性绳的卡接端子的外径;具体的说,所述弹性绳让位槽为沉孔611A,而沉孔611A的直径稍大于端子21的直径。沉孔611A旁边开缺槽612A,缺槽612A的宽度接近于弹性绳2的直径;而所述的弹性绳限位孔为沉孔611A任一端的端处设置的一和弹性绳直径相当的孔613A;弹性绳2从卡槽61A的缺槽612A挤进弹性绳绳端固定座6A内,并将弹性绳2的端子21放入卡槽61A的沉孔611A中,由于缺槽612A的宽度和卡槽61A底部孔613A直径均小于弹性绳2的直径,弹性绳2拉紧时,弹性绳绳端固定座6A就可将弹性绳2稳稳地 挂住。
请参阅图6并结合图7及图8所示,每一个弹性绳绳端固定座6A锁固在框架上;所述弹性绳2上设置有外径大于弹性绳限位孔内径的端子21,进而形成弹性绳的卡接端,弹性绳2的端子21可卡入弹性绳绳端固定座6A两侧分别开设有卡槽61A(即卡槽数量为两个),所述各卡槽61A包括弹性绳让位槽及弹性绳限位孔,其中弹性绳让位孔的宽度接近于弹性绳的直径,而弹性绳限位孔的内径小于弹性绳的卡接端子的外径;具体的说,所述弹性绳让位槽为沉孔611A,而沉孔611A的直径稍大于端子21的直径。沉孔611A旁边开缺槽612A,缺槽612A的宽度接近于弹性绳2的直径;而所述的弹性绳限位孔为沉孔611A任一端的端处设置的一和弹性绳直径相当的孔613A;弹性绳2从卡槽61A的缺槽612A挤进弹性绳绳端固定座6A内,并将弹性绳2的端子21放入卡槽61A的沉孔611A中,由于缺槽612A的宽度和卡槽61A底部孔613A直径均小于弹性绳2的直径,弹性绳2拉紧时,弹性绳绳端固定座6A就可将弹性绳2稳稳地挂住。
前述弹性绳2的端子21位于弹性绳端处且能与弹性绳限位孔配合卡接的限位套或在弹性绳尾部打结形成的限位结,其中本实施例如图7所示端子21为弹性绳端处对折并套接所述限位套所形成,其中为了延长使用寿命,限位套优选为金属环,而对折的弹性绳端处可通过拉绳钩配合实现,达到安装便捷、省时省力的目的;而所述本实施例如图8所示端子21为限位结,该限位结(绳结)同样方法放入卡槽61A的沉孔611A中也可稳稳地挂住。
实施例二:请参阅图9及图11所示,前述弹跳床还包括弹性绳绳端固定座6B,而该弹性绳绳端固定座6B的数量可根据支撑脚4或/和弹性绳2的数量而定,而每一个弹性绳绳端固定座6B锁固在框架1或支撑脚4上的任意位置,因所述弹性绳绳端固定座6B结构大多设置在框架上,进而本实施例二中所述弹性绳绳端固定座6B固定在框架1上,具体的说,本实施例中所述弹性绳绳端固定座6B与弹性绳2的条数一致且固定于框架1下方。
结合图9及图11所示,前述弹性绳2上设置有外径大于弹性绳限位孔内径的端子21,进而形成弹性绳2的卡接端,端子21能卡入弹性绳绳端固定座6B两侧分别开设有的卡槽61B(即卡槽数量为两个)中,所述各卡槽61B包括弹性绳让位槽611B及弹性绳限位孔612B,其中弹性绳让位槽611B的宽度接近于弹性绳2的直径,而弹性绳限位孔612B的内径小于弹性绳2的卡接端子21的外径;具体的说:前述弹性绳绳端固定座6B为以整体呈L形状的限位挡片,其中具体包括限位片及让位片,其中,所述限位片上开设有两弹性绳限位孔612B并竖直固定在框架1上,而让位片上开设有与弹性绳限位孔612B相适配的弹性绳让位槽611B并与限位片垂直相连,其中让位片的任意一侧面与限位片垂直相连,构成 整体呈L形的弹性绳绳端固定座6B。所述弹性绳2挤进弹性绳绳端固定座6B内,并将弹性绳2的端子21放入卡槽61B的弹性绳限位孔612B中,由于弹性绳限位孔612B的直径均小于弹性绳2的直径,弹性绳2拉紧时,弹性绳绳端固定座6B就可将弹性绳2稳稳地挂住。
前述弹性绳2的端子21位于弹性绳端处且能与弹性绳限位孔612B配合卡接的限位套或在弹性绳尾部打结形成的限位结,其中本实施例端子21为弹性绳端处对折并套接所述限位套所形成(参考实施例一中结构如图7),其中为了延长使用寿命限位套优选为金属环,而对折的弹性绳端处可通过拉绳钩配合实现,达到安装便捷、省时省力的目的;而所述本实施例端子21为限位结(参考实施例一中结构如图8),该限位节(绳结)21同样方法放入卡槽61B的沉孔611B中也可稳稳地挂住。
本实施例二中所述的弹性绳固定座6B一般应用在可折叠式的弹跳床上,但不仅仅限于可折叠式弹跳床上。
前述实施例一及实施例二中所述的弹跳床还具有下述结构:
1、结合图12所示,前述跳布3对应支撑脚4的位置设置有固定带7,该固定带7套接在支撑脚4上,形成在弹性绳2安装之前的跳布3固定结构,用以实现跳布3的定位,进一步令安装便捷;
2、如图3所示,前述弹性绳2上设置有与织带5数量相适配的定位标记,其每个标记与对应一个织带5配合,当弹性绳2穿过织带5时,利用该标记与织带5端处是否对应,来判断弹性绳2是否安装到位,达到正确的安装结构即是将定位标记与织带5端头相对应,进而得到确保跳布3准确固定的目的,用以避免跳布3偏离的现象。
3、请参阅图13所示,本发明所述的弹跳床还包括一个以上的限位夹8,限位夹8是用来夹持弹性绳2的,在弹性绳2穿过织带5与框架1的安装过程中,安装者会对弹性绳2进行调节,此时弹性绳2一端自由会因其弹性复位的性能而无法继续,若安装者一手持弹性绳2自由端,另一只手无法达到对弹性绳调节的效果,此时需要他人帮助,在这种情况下利用限位夹8夹持弹性绳2上,限位夹8被卡置在织带5或其他部位一侧,可实现调整弹性绳的目的。前述限位夹8的外型没有特别的要求,此限位夹8必须提供一定的阻力,使其能够利用织带与弹性绳上的定位标记的位置固定住弹性绳使弹性绳不松落;
4、结合图14所示,前述弹跳床还包括一装饰盖9,该装饰盖9扣设在弹性绳固定座6上,用以将固定座6和弹性绳2扣处盖住,进而用以增加该弹跳床的美观度;
5、如图15所示,前述跳布3周侧还设置有与其一体相连的装饰环布31,该装饰环布31通 过弹性体10设在框架2上,用以实现装饰环布31的固定;所述弹性体10包括一弹性环101及若干个沿装饰环布31均匀分布的连接绳102,所述各连接绳102两端分别与装饰环布31边沿及弹性环101相连;
6、结合图15所示,前述弹跳床还包括将弹性绳2定位于相应区域的弹性绳捆扎带11,所述弹性绳捆扎带11一般应用在可折叠式弹跳床上,但不仅仅限于可折叠式弹跳床;在可折叠弹跳床上的使用是为了防止跳床收折时弹性绳松开,从而防止弹性绳产生移位,造成每支撑脚4间弹性绳2错位,可将在支撑脚4间的弹性绳2用绑带来绑住,防些偏移过支撑脚;同时所述弹性绳捆扎带11也可使用在于弹性绳固定座6B配合固定的弹性绳2两端,可防止收折时弹力绳2松时脱落(见图16所示)。
结合图17所示,使用者在使用实施例一及实施例二中所述的结构时,可依对弹力的要求,在调节弹性绳2的上打结形成绳结22,将该绳结22固定在固座垫上,达到调力弹力的目的。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种弹跳床,该弹跳床包括框架和通过弹性绳与框架连接的跳布,框架下端设置有支撑脚,其特征在于:该弹跳床还包括一个以上的能卡置弹性绳绳端端子的弹性绳绳端固定座,所述每个弹性绳绳端固定座能固定在支撑脚或框架上的任意位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹跳床,其特征在于:所述跳布周侧设置固定带,所述固定带的位置与数量与支撑脚数量或框架分段数量相适配。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种弹跳床,其特征在于:所述固定带套接或绑在支撑脚或框架上,形成跳布的定位结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹跳床,其特征在于:所述跳布周侧分布多个配合弹性绳安装的织带;而弹性绳上设置有定位标记,所述定位标记的数量与织带的数量相适配,一个或两个定位标记对应一个织带,用以实现弹性绳安装过程中的定位。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹跳床,其特征在于:所述每个弹性绳绳端固定座上开设有能卡置弹性绳端子的两个卡槽,且每个卡槽能与弹性绳绳端之端子卡接,用以实现弹性绳的固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的一种弹跳床,其特征在于:该弹跳床还包括利用织带与定位标记与弹性绳配合夹持的限位夹。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种弹跳床,其特征在于:所述的限位夹的外型没有特别的要求,此限位夹必须提供一定的阻力,使其能够利用织带与弹性绳上的定位标记的位置固定住弹性绳使弹性绳不松落。
  8. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的一种弹跳床,其特征在于:该弹跳床还包括一装饰盖,该装饰盖扣设在弹性绳绳端固定座上,用以将弹性绳绳端固定座和弹性绳扣处盖住。
  9. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的一种弹跳床,其特征在于:使用者可依对弹力的要求,调节弹性绳的长度来打结,将绳结固定在固座垫上,达到调节弹力的目的。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的一种弹跳床,其特征在于:所述各卡槽包括弹性绳让位槽及弹性绳限位孔,其中弹性绳让位孔的宽度接近于弹性绳的直径,而弹性绳限位孔的内径小于弹性绳绳端之端子的卡接端的外径;所述弹性绳上设置有外径大于弹性绳限位孔内径的端子,进而形成弹性绳的卡接端。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种弹跳床,其特征在于:所述各弹性绳让位槽为沉孔,而沉孔的直径稍大于端子的直径,该沉孔旁边开缺槽,缺槽宽度接近于弹性绳的直径;而所述的弹性绳限位孔为沉孔任一端的端处设置的一和弹性绳直径相当的孔;弹性绳绳端从卡槽的缺槽挤进弹性绳绳端固定座对应的卡槽内,并将弹性绳的端子放入卡槽的沉孔中,缺槽的宽度 和卡槽底部孔直径均小于弹性绳的直径。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的一种弹跳床,其特征在于:所述弹性绳绳端固定座为整体或分体形状的限位挡片,其中具体包括限位片及让位片,其中,所述限位片上开设有两前述弹性绳限位孔且其竖直固定在框架或职称脚上,其中让位片的任意一侧面与限位片垂直相连,该让位片上开设有与弹性绳限位孔相适配的弹性绳让位槽;所述弹性绳挤进弹性绳绳端固定座内,并将弹性绳的端子放入卡槽的弹性绳限位孔中,由于弹性绳限位孔的直径均小于弹性绳2的直径。
  13. 根据权利要求1至8任意一项所述的一种弹跳床,其特征在于:所述跳布周侧还设置有与其一体相连的装饰环布,该装饰环布通过弹性体套设在框架上,用以实现装饰环布的固定。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的一种弹跳床,其特征在于:所述弹性体包括一弹性环及若干个沿装饰环布均匀分布的连接绳,所述各连接绳两端分别与装饰环布边沿及弹性环相连。
  15. 根据权利要求1至8任意一项所述的一种弹跳床,其特征在于:该弹跳床还包括用于弹性绳定位于相应区域的弹性绳捆扎带。
