本实用新型涉及一种环保耐摔型保温杯。
背景技术
目前市场上卖的水杯主要有不锈钢真空保温杯、紫砂保温杯、玻璃真空保温杯、玻璃水杯、塑料杯、高分子材料水杯。这些水杯的优缺点分析:
1.不锈钢真空保温杯,优点是结实耐用,保温效果好;缺点是含有重金属成份,这些化学和金属成份长期摄入会对人体产生极大的危害,比如致癌等疾病。
2.玻璃水杯,优点是价格便宜,环保;缺点是易碎,玻璃碎片容易伤害人体。
3.塑料的水杯,优点是价格便宜,不易碎;缺点是容易在杯中有热水时释放出对人体有害的化学物质,这些化学成份长期摄入会对人体产生极大的危害,比如致癌等疾病。
4.高分子材料的水杯,优点是环保高科技,不易碎;缺点是普通用户不易识别,可能购买中买了塑料的成分或其他的不良材料的水杯。这些化学和金属成份长期摄入会对人体产生极大的危害,比如致癌等疾病。
紫砂保温杯及陶瓷杯,优点是价格便宜,环保;缺点是可能在杯体中含有重金属成份的釉,这些化学和金属成份长期摄入会对人体产生极大的危害,比如致癌等疾病。
发明内容
针对上述水杯存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是要解决现有水杯存在的不足,有效弥补玻璃保温差、易破损等缺陷。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案如下所述:
一种环保型耐摔保温杯,所述保温杯包括内胆,外壳以及杯盖,内胆设置在外壳内,其特征在于:所述的内胆由玻璃制成,所述的外壳采用不锈钢材料制成。
所述的内胆和外壳之间为真空层。
所述的杯盖包括外盖、密封盖以及内塞,所述的密封盖设置在所述的外盖和内塞之间。
所述的外盖为不锈钢材质制成。
所述的密封盖采用塑料制成。
所述的内塞采用玻璃制成。
所述的杯盖内还设有密封圈,该密封圈设置在所述的内塞上。
本实用新型提供的环保型耐摔保温杯,其内胆采用环保的玻璃材质,外壳则采用不锈钢材质,杯身可采用双层真空设计,保温效果更佳,不锈钢外壳对玻璃内胆起到保护作用,而玻璃的内胆又具有无毒、无害、环保的优点,可有效弥补玻璃不保温、易破损等缺陷,同时又克服了不锈钢、塑料等材质中的重金属或者化学成分易对人体造成损害的缺点。

图1是本实施例提供的环保型耐摔保温杯截面结构示意,该保温杯包括内胆1,外壳2以及杯盖3,由玻璃制成的内胆1设置在不锈钢材料制成的外壳2内,外壳2顶端设有螺纹瓶口21,内胆1和外壳2之间为真空层。
杯盖3包括外盖31、密封盖32以及内塞33,密封盖32设置在外盖31和内塞33之间,该密封盖32下端设有与外壳2顶端的螺纹瓶口21相配合的螺纹321,一橡胶密封圈34设置在该内塞33上,如图2所示。外盖31也为不锈钢材质制成。
密封盖32优选采用无毒、耐热性好、化学稳定性好的塑料,如PP(聚丙烯)塑料制成,内塞33则采用玻璃制成。

  1. 一种环保型耐摔保温杯,所述保温杯包括内胆(1),外壳(2)以及杯盖(3),内胆(1)设置在外壳(2)内,其特征在于:所述的内胆(1)由玻璃制成,所述的外壳(2)采用不锈钢材料制成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的环保型耐摔保温杯,其特征在于:所述的内胆(1)和外壳(2)之间为真空层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的环保型耐摔保温杯,其特征在于:所述的杯盖(3)内还设有密封圈(34)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的环保型耐摔保温杯,其特征在于:所述的杯盖(3)包括外盖(31)、密封盖(32)以及内塞(33),所述的密封盖(32)设置在所述的外盖(31)和内塞(33)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的环保型耐摔保温杯,其特征在于:所述的外盖(31)为不锈钢材质制成。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的环保型耐摔保温杯,其特征在于:所述的密封盖(32)采用塑料制成。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的环保型耐摔保温杯,其特征在于:所述的内塞(33)采用玻璃制成。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的环保型耐摔保温杯,其特征在于:所述的密封圈(34)设置在所述的内塞(33)上。
