Description

一种分离式开关插座 技术领域
本发明涉及开关插座,具体地说是一种分离式开关插座。
背景技术
开关插座多数是安装在墙壁上使用的电器开关与插座,是用来接通和断开电路使用的电工产品。
常规的开关插座都是采用的将交流供电线路直接与开关插座的面板后座连接,但是如果要对开关插座面板进行故障维护或更换产品时,必须要借助工具将其与供电线路拆开,每次拆装都会对墙体会造成破坏,对施工人员也存在很大安全隐患,同时,也加大了现场施工的难度与成本。
另外,在建筑装修的时候,过早地安装开关插座面板会导致在施工过程中对面板的损伤,但如果不提前安装则可能导致在墙体底盒内裸露的供电线路对施工人员的安全带来隐患。
发明内容
所要解决的技术问题:本发明针对现有技术不足,提供了一种接线底盒与面板之间的供电连接可活动插接的分离式开关插座。
技术方案:一种分离式开关插座,包括接线底盒、面板,其特殊之处在于:所述接线底盒包括接线底座及安装在接线底座中的安装支架。所述接线底座为中空结构,在中空结构的内壁上至少有两条插接凹槽,所述插接凹槽分别内暗藏有金属接触体,所述金属接触体分别与两个底座接线端电连接;
所述面板包括一个后座连接一开关按键或连接一插座孔位;所述后座外侧至少有两条裸露的金属突出体,在开关按键或插座孔位的周围套有绝缘边框,所述金属突出体插入插接凹槽中与金属接触体电连接。
所述底座接线端设在接线底座的后面。
有益效果:本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,实现了将开关面板或插座面板与供电线路的分离,无需任何工具即可安全和方便地实现对开关或插座面板的更换与维护。

具体实施方式
实施例1:见图1-6,一种分离式开关插座,包括接线底盒13、面板14,所述接线底盒13包括接线底座1及安装在接线底座1中的安装支架2,安装支架2设在接线底座1前端,安装支架2中间有一通孔与所述中空结构15相通。
所述接线底座1为中空结构15,在中空结构15的内壁上至少有两条插接凹槽3,所述插接凹槽3分别内暗藏有金属接触体4,所述金属接触体4分别与两个底座接线端5电连接。
所述面板14包括一个后座7连接一开关按键8或连接一插座孔位9。
所述后座7外侧至少有两条裸露的金属突出体10,在开关按键8或插座孔位9的周围套有一个固定面板的绝缘边框11,所述金属突出体10插入插接凹槽3中与金属接触体4电连接。所述底座接线端5设在接线底座1的后面。
具体详述如下:
分离式开关插座由接线底盒13与面板14构成,其中,接线底盒13包括接线底座1及安装支架2,所述安装支架2可固定或活动套接在接线底座1一边,并利用安装支架固定在建筑墙体上。
接线底座1为中空结构15,在中空结构15的内壁上至少有两条插接凹槽3,可以左右设置,也可以上下设置。插接凹槽3内设有金属接触体4,并通过导线分别与两个底座接线端5电连接,形式正负极接口,供电导线6插入底座接线端5,接线固定螺丝12将供电导线固定。
所述面板14包括一个后座7及后座7连接一开关按键8,在开关按键8周围套有一固定后座7的绝缘边框11,形成面板14的一面为后座7,另一面为开关按键8。后座7外侧至少有两条裸露的金属突出体10,与插接凹槽3对应设置。后座7内有开关装置,并与金属突出体10电连接。凸出的金属可以是片状或圆形。
后座7与所述中空结构15对应,后座7可以插入中空结构15内,金属突出体10插入插接凹槽3中与金属接触体4形成电连接,实现开关面板与供电回路导通。如要检查接线底盒、维修面板或更换面板,由于金属突出体与插接凹槽为活动插接结构,面板可以取出。接线底盒可采用螺钉固定于墙壁中,面板也可以采用螺钉固接在接线底盒上。
实施例2:见图7,与实施例1不同的是,后座7与插座孔位9连接,后座7内有线路与金属突出体10连接。
本发明在面板14中可以同时设置多个开关按键及插座孔位。
本发明可以直接安装在墙体上使用,也可以安装在现有的开关插座底盒中使用。例如,在现有安装好的墙体中的开关插座,取掉现有面板,将本发明的接线底盒置于现有的开关插座底盒中。

  1. 一种分离式开关插座,包括接线底盒(13)、面板(14),其特征在于:所述接线底盒(13)包括接线底座(1)及安装在接线底座(1)中的安装支架(2),所述接线底座(1)为中空结构(15),在中空结构(15)的内壁上至少有两条插接凹槽(3),所述插接凹槽(3)分别内暗藏有金属接触体(4),所述金属接触体(4)分别与两个底座接线端(5)电连接;所述面板(14)包括一个后座(7)连接一开关按键(8)或连接一插座孔位(9);所述后座(7)外侧至少有两条裸露的金属突出体(10),在开关按键(8)或插座孔位(9)的周围套有绝缘边框(11),所述金属突出体(10)插入插接凹槽(3)中与金属接触体(4)电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种分离式开关插座,其特征在于:所述底座接线端(5)设在接线底座(1)的后面。
