参见图1,本发明实施例提出了一种实现选卡的方法,包括:
步骤100、终端获取支持当前移动国家码(MCC,Mobile Country Code)的可用的副虚拟SIM卡标识、PIN码和APN之间的对应关系;
可选的,本步骤包括:
终端向服务器发送主虚拟SIM卡标识和终端标识;接收服务器根据主虚拟SIM卡标识和终端标识发送的支持当前MCC的可用的副虚拟SIM卡标识、PIN码和APN之间的对应关系。
可选的,当前MCC的可用的副虚拟SIM卡标识包括:支持当前MCC且未被其他终端使用的副虚拟SIM卡标识。
可选的,服务器接收到主虚拟SIM卡标识和终端标识后,在判断出主虚拟SIM卡标识和终端标识均合法后,根据终端当前的MCC向终端发送对应关系。
可选的,在服务器中预先设置有副虚拟SIM卡标识、PIN码、APN、支持的MCC和表示是否可用的信息之间的对应关系。这里,表示是否可用的信息包括,对各MCC而言,各MCC相应的可用的副虚拟SIM卡标识;可以采用列表的方式进行整理,也可以通过在副虚拟SIM卡标识中添加所有支持的MCC。
可选的,终端标识可以是终端的IMSI。
可选的,副虚拟SIM卡标识可以是副虚拟SIM卡的ICCID。
其中,主虚拟SIM卡标识可以是主虚拟SIM卡的ICCID。

本发明实施例方法还包括:终端判断出当前MCC发生变化,获取新的对应关系。
需要说明的是,新的对应关系包括:终端判断出当前MCC发生变化时,终端重新向服务器发送主虚拟SIM卡标识和终端标识,以使服务器向终端发送支持当前MCC的可用的副虚拟SIM卡标识、PIN码和APN之间的新的对应关系。
可选的,当终端判断出当前MCC未发生变化,且判断出当前网络的服务质量较好,且判断出当前不是通过2G网络进行联网时,结束本流程。
需要说明的是,终端如何判断当前网络的服务质量是否较差,或当前是否通过2G网络进行联网、或当前MCC是否发生变化属于本领域技术的公知技术;可选的,当前网络的服务质量较差可以通过接收信号强度RSCP(Received Signal Code Power)来确定,例如、RSCP数值大小为-107分贝毫瓦(dBm)到-93dBm之间的取值时,可以确定当前网络的服务质量较差;RSCP数值大小为-93dBm到-51dBm之间的取值时,可以确定当前网络的服务质量较好;服务质量较差和服务质量较好的RSCP数值大小可以根据实际情况进行一定的调整;本发明实施例上述内容并不用于限定本发明的保护范围,这里不再赘述。
本步骤中,本发明实施例方法还包括:终端在对应关系中选择出可用的副虚拟SIM卡标识后,在将选择出的副虚拟SIM卡标识发送给服务器之前,终端判断出当前不需要进行切卡,并进行不需要进行切卡的信息的显示,和停止发送选择出的所述副虚拟SIM卡标识。
可选的,终端判断出当前不需要进行切卡包括:终端判断出当前MCC未发生变化,且当前网络的服务质量较好,且当前不是通过2G网络进行联网,则不需要进行切卡。
可选的,参数信息包括上传到服务器的参数信息和虚拟SIM卡初始化时服务器下发给终端的参数信息。

  1. 一种实现选卡的方法,所述方法包括:
    终端获取支持当前移动国家码MCC的可用的副虚拟客户识别模块SIM卡标识、个人识别密码PIN码和接入点名称APN之间的对应关系;
    终端在所述对应关系中选择副虚拟SIM卡标识,并将选择出的副虚拟SIM卡标识发送给服务器;
    终端接收来自服务器的与选择出的副虚拟SIM卡标识对应的参数信息,并根据所述选择出的副虚拟SIM卡标识对应的APN和参数信息进行联网;
    所述与选择出的副虚拟SIM卡标识对应的参数信息为:服务器接收终端选择出的所述副虚拟SIM卡标识后,根据选择出的所述副虚拟SIM卡标识选择的与选择出的所述副虚拟SIM卡标识对应的参数信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:终端接收来自服务器的与选择出的副虚拟SIM卡标识对应的参数信息后,
    所述终端将所述与副虚拟SIM卡标识对应的参数信息写入选择出的副虚拟SIM卡芯片,根据所述选择的副虚拟SIM卡标识对应的PIN码进行状态初始化。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述获取对应关系包括:
    所述终端向所述服务器发送主虚拟SIM卡标识和终端标识;接收来自所述服务器的所述对应关系。

    所述终端判断出当前MCC未发生变化,且当前网络的服务质量较好,且当前不是通过2G网络进行联网,则不需要进行切卡。

    所述终端判断出当前MCC发生变化时,获取新的所述对应关系。
  8. 根据权利要求2或7所述的方法,其中,所述对应关系中还包括可用的所述副虚拟SIM卡标识的优先级别,所述终端在对应关系中选择副虚拟SIM卡标识包括:
    所述终端判断出所述副虚拟SIM卡芯片中没有所述参数信息,在所述对应关系中选择优先级别最高的可用的副虚拟SIM卡标识;
    或者,所述终端判断出副虚拟SIM卡芯片中有所述参数信息,且判断出当前MCC未发生变化,且判断出当前网络的服务质量较差或判断出当前通过2G网络进行联网,在所述对应关系中选择除所述副虚拟SIM卡芯片包含的参数信息对应的副虚拟SIM卡标识之外的其他可用的副虚拟SIM卡标识中,选择优先级最高的副虚拟SIM卡标识。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,所述方法还包括:当所述终端判断出所述副虚拟SIM卡芯片中有参数信息,且所述终端当前未联网时,
    所述终端向所述服务器发送所述副虚拟SIM卡芯片中包含的参数信息对应的副虚拟SIM卡标识和终端标识;
    所述终端接收到来自所述服务器的表示所述副虚拟SIM卡芯片中包含的参数信息对应的副虚拟SIM卡标识和终端标识均合法的信息,根据所述副虚拟SIM卡芯片中的参数信息对应的副虚拟SIM卡标识对应的APN和所述副虚拟SIM卡芯片中的参数信息进行联网。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,所述方法还包括:当所述终端接收到来自所述服务器的表示所述副虚拟SIM卡芯片中的参数信息对应的副虚拟SIM卡标识或所述终端标识不合法的信息时,
    所述终端在所述对应关系中选择其他可用的所述副虚拟SIM卡标识中优 先级最高的副虚拟SIM卡标识。
  11. 一种实现选卡的装置,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取支持当前MCC的可用的副虚拟SIM卡标识、PIN码和APN之间的对应关系;
    选择发送模块,设置为在对应关系中选择副虚拟SIM卡标识,并将选择出的副虚拟SIM卡标识发送给服务器;
    联网模块,设置为接收来自服务器的与选择出的副虚拟SIM卡标识对应的参数信息,并根据所述选择出的副虚拟SIM卡标识对应的APN和所述参数信息进行联网;
    所述与选择出的副虚拟SIM卡标识对应的参数信息为:服务器接收终端选择出的所述副虚拟SIM卡标识后,根据选择出的所述副虚拟SIM卡标识选择的与选择出的所述副虚拟SIM卡标识对应的参数信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,所述装置还包括初始化模块,是设置为:
    接收来自服务器的与选择出的副虚拟SIM卡标识对应的参数信息后,
    将所述与副虚拟SIM卡标识对应的参数信息写入选择出的副虚拟SIM卡芯片,根据所述选择的副虚拟SIM卡标识对应的PIN码进行状态初始化。
