如图3所示,本发明扬声器装置,定心支片3包括第一固定部31,设置于第一固定部31内的第二固定部32,第一固定部31和第二固定部32通过连接臂33连接,如图1及图2所示,定心支片3的第二固定部32中心位置设置有压电片2a。本发明压电扬声器,压电片2a作为另一个发声源,与音圈—振膜组成的发声源配合,压电片2a发出的声音高频效果好,对音圈—振膜发声结构的音频信号产生补充。压电片2a发出的信号与音圈—振膜发出的音频信号混合,有效提高扬声器装置的中高频效果,提高扬声器装置的声学性能。如图4所示,本发明扬声器装置第二固定部32上设置有天线线路2b,从而使本发明扬声器装置具有天线功能。设置于定心支片第二固定部上的天线线路,不占用扬声器装置的空间,有利于扬声器装置薄型化设计,天线线路使本发明扬声器装置具有信号收发功能,有利于扬声器装置的集成化设计,同时,由于天线线路设计于扬声器定心支片上,位于扬声器内部,还可以对天线线路进行保护,避免了设置于扬声器装置外部的天线线路在扬声器生产应用过程中受到破坏,提高了天线线路的可靠性。
如图3所示,定心支片3的第二固定部32上设置有一组第一焊盘32a,第一焊盘32a与压电片电连接;第一固定部31对应第一焊盘32a设置有一组第一外部焊盘31a,第一外部焊盘31a与第一焊盘32a电结合。
如图4所示,定心支片3的第二固定部32上设置有一组第二焊盘32b,第二焊盘32b对应音圈设置,与音圈引线焊接。第一固定部31上对应第二焊盘32b设置有一组第二外部焊盘31b,第二外部焊盘 31b与第二焊盘32b电连接。如图4所示,第一固定部31上设置有一组第三外部焊盘31c,第三外部焊盘31c与天线线路2b电连接。
如图3及图4所示,本发明扬声器装置的定心支片3的第一固定部31上,设置有延伸部31’,本实施例的定心支片3,延伸部31’上设置有第一外部焊盘31a,在实际应用过程中,延伸部31’上还可以设置第二外部焊盘31b或者第三外部焊盘31c,均不影响本发明扬声器装置优点体现。延伸部31’上的外部焊盘,可以简化本发明扬声器装置的电路设计,降低扬声器装置的生产难度。如图3及图4所示,本发明的扬声器装置,定心支片为方形结构,剩余的两组外部焊盘分别设置于方形结构的定心支片第一固定部31的四个角部,三组外部焊盘相互不干扰,有利于焊盘导出,与外部电路结合。
如图4所示,本实施例的扬声器装置,天线线路2b设置于第二固定部32靠近振膜一侧(与第二焊盘32b同侧,第二焊盘32b与音圈焊接,靠近音圈一侧设置,也即靠近振膜一侧设置);如图2所示,压电片2a设置于第二固定部32远离振膜一侧,这样设计的扬声器装置,定心支片3上的电路相互不干扰,简化了定心支片3上的电路设计,降低了定心支片3的设计难度,简化了扬声器装置的生产难度。
如图3及图4所示,本实施例的定心支片,设置有导电线路,可以为柔性导电线路板结构,第一固定部31、第二固定部32及连接臂33上均设置有导电线路,以保证将压电片、天线线路以及音圈与外部电路电连接。
在实际应用过程中,天线线路可以采用激光直接成型(LDS)设置于第二固定部,以减少第二固定部本身的电路设计,简化第二固定部电路设计难度和生产难度。
本发明的扬声器装置,压电片作为一个独立的发声单元,可以发出中高频的音频信号,对音圈—振膜发声结构的音频信号产生补充。压电片发出的信号与音圈—振膜发出的音频信号混合,有效提高扬声 器装置的中高频效果,提高扬声器装置的声学性能。并且在定心支片第二固定部的中心位置设置天线线路,将天线装置与发声装置一体结合,在不增加扬声器装置厚度、有利于扬声器装置薄型化设计的前提下,实现天线功能,有利于产品的薄型化设计和集成化设计。因此,本发明扬声器装置具有声学性能好,集成化设计高,多功能的优点。
以上仅为本发明实施案例而已,并不用于限制本发明,但凡本领域普通技术人员根据本发明所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器装置,包括振动系统,磁路系统以及收容固定所述磁路系统及振动系统的辅助系统,所述振动系统包括结合在一起的振膜、定心支片及音圈,所述定心支片包括第一固定部、设置于所述第一固定部内的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部及所述第二固定部的连接臂,其特征在于:所述第二固定部中心位置设置有压电片,所述定心支片对应所述压电片设置有第一焊盘,所述压电片与所述第一焊盘电连接;所述第二固定部设置有天线线路。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述第一固定部对应所述第一焊盘设置有第一外部焊盘,所述第一外部焊盘与所述第一焊盘电结合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述第二固定部对应所述音圈设置有第二焊盘,所述第二焊盘与所述音圈电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述第一固定部对应所述第二焊盘设置有第二外部焊盘,所述第二外部焊盘与所述第二焊盘电结合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述第一固定部上设置有第三外部焊盘,所述第三外部焊盘与所述天线线路电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述第一固定部上设置有延伸部;所述第一外部焊盘、所述第二外部焊盘以及所述第三外部焊盘中的一个设置于所述延伸部上。
  7. 根据权利要求1或5所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述天线线路设置于所述第二固定部靠近所述振膜一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述压电片设置于所述第二固定部远离所述振膜一侧。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述定心支片设置有导电线路,所述第一固定部、所述第二固定部以及所述连接 臂位置均设置有所述导电线路。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述天线线路通过激光直接成型设置于所述第二固定部。
