Description

扬声器装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电声领域,尤其是涉及一种中高频性能好的扬声器装置。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,便携式电子装置受到人们的广泛关注,扬声器装置作为便携式电子终端主要的发声单元,直接影响着便携式电子装置的使用效果。随着人们对便携式电子终端音频效果要求的日益提高,扬声器装置的声学性能越来越受到业界的关注。
现有技术的扬声器装置,包括振动系统,磁路系统和辅助系统。辅助系统收容固定振动系统和磁路系统,振动系统包括音圈、振膜和定心支片,定心支片中心位置设置有补强部;磁路系统包括磁铁和导磁件,磁路系统设置有磁间隙,音圈设置于磁间隙内,利用导电音圈在磁场内的电流变化而受到洛仑兹力振动,带动振膜振动发声。该结构的扬声器装置,其高频频率响应曲线在十几K赫兹会出现快速下跌,产生高频截止频率,无法产生声学质量较好的更高频率的声波。由于传统扬声器装置材料和工艺的限制,其高频截止频率很难提升,扬声器装置的中高频效果也很难获得明显提升。
因此,有必要提出一种改进,以克服现有技术的扬声器装置的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种中高频效果好的扬声器装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种扬声器装置,包括振动系统,磁路系统以及收容固定所述磁路系统及振动系统的辅助系统,所述振动系统包括结合在一起的振膜、定心支片及音圈,所述定心支片包括第一固定部、设置于所述第一固定部内的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部及所述第二固定部的连接臂,并且:所述第二固定部中心位置设置有压电片,所述定心支片对应所述压电片设置有第一焊盘,所述压电片与所述第一焊盘电连接。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述第二固定部为环形结构,所述压电片外周与所述第二固定部固定结合。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述振膜包括固定部,中间的平面部以及连接所述固定部与所述平面部的折环部,所述平面部与所述定心支片第二固定部固定结合。
作为一种优选的技术方案,作为一种优选的技术方案,所述定心支片设置有第二焊盘,所述第二焊盘与所述音圈电连接。
作为进一步优选的技术方案,所述第一焊盘与所述第二焊盘均设置于所述第二固定部。作为更进一步的技术方案,所述压电片设置于所述第二固定部远离所述振膜一侧。
作为再进一步优选的技术方案,所述第一固定部设置有第一外部焊盘与第二外部焊盘,所述第一外部焊盘与所述第一焊盘电结合,所述第二焊盘与所述第二外部焊盘电结合。
作为更进一步优选的技术方案,所述定心支片设置有导电线路,所述第一固定部、所述第二固定部以及所述连接臂位置均设置有所述导电线路。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述辅助系统包括前盖和外壳。
作为一种进一步优选的技术方案,所述定心支片固定设置于所述前盖和所述外壳之间。
本发明的扬声器装置,定心支片中心的第二固定部上固定有压电 片,定心支片对应压电片设置有第一焊盘,压电片与定心支片电连接后与外部电路电连接。本发明的扬声器装置,采用压电片代替传统结构扬声器装置设置于定心支片中心位置的补强部,压电片可以起到补强部的作用,提高扬声器装置的声学性能,同时,压电片作为一个独立的发声单元,可以发出中高频的音频信号,对本发明音圈—振膜发声结构的音频信号产生补充。压电片发出的信号与音圈—振膜发出的音频信号混合,有效提高扬声器装置的中高频效果,提高扬声器装置的声学性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细说明本发明内容:
如图1和图2所示,本发明扬声器装置的具体实施方式,包括振动系统,磁路系统和辅助系统。辅助系统包括前盖11和外壳12,前盖11和外壳12收容固定振动系统和磁路系统。振动系统包括振膜4,与振膜4固定结合的定心支片3和音圈5,磁路系统包括磁铁和导磁件,如图2所示,磁路系统设置有磁间隙,音圈5悬设于所述磁间隙内。外部电信号进入到音圈5内,设置于磁场内的音圈5内电流变化使音圈5受到洛仑兹力而上下振动,音圈5振动带动振膜4振动,振膜4振动策动空气发声。
如图3所示,本发明扬声器装置,定心支片3包括第一固定部31,设置于第一固定部31内的第二固定部32,第一固定部31和第二固定部32通过连接臂33连接,如图1及图2所示,定心支片3的第 二固定部32中心位置设置有压电片2。本发明压电扬声器,压电片2作为另一个发声源,与音圈—振膜组成的发声源配合,压电片2发出的声音高频效果好,对音圈—振膜发声结构的音频信号产生补充。压电片2发出的信号与音圈—振膜发出的音频信号混合,有效提高扬声器装置的中高频效果,提高扬声器装置的声学性能。
如图3所示,第二固定部32上设置有一组第一焊盘32a,在本发明扬声器装置组装生产过程中,压电片2与第一焊盘32a电连接,压电片2通过定心支片3与外部电路电连接。
如图3所示,本实施例的扬声器装置,定心支片3的第二固定部32为环形结构,在本实施例扬声器装置生产过程中,压电片2的外周部与第二固定部32固定结合。第二固定部32为环形结构,降低了振动系统的重量,有利于提高扬声器装置的声学性能。
如图1及图2所示,本实施例的扬声器装置,振膜4包括固定部,设置于固定部内部的位于中心位置的平面部以及连接固定部与平面部的折环部,如图2所示,振膜4的平面部与定心支片3的第二固定部结合,振膜4的固定部与定心支片3的第一固定部结合。本实施例的振膜4,其平面部的中心位置对应压电片2也为环形结构,中心位置去料的振膜4可以降低振动系统的重量,提高扬声器装置的声学性能。
如图3所示,定心支片3对应音圈设置有一组第二焊盘32b,第二焊盘32b与音圈引线焊接。第一固定部31设置有一组第一外部焊盘31a和一组第二外部焊盘31b,第一外部焊盘31a与第一焊盘32a电结合,第二外部焊盘31b与第二焊盘32b电结合。第一外部焊盘31a和第二外部焊盘31b分别与外部电子电路电连接。本实施例的定心支片,设置有导电线路,可以为柔性导电线路板结构,第一固定部31、第二固定部32及连接臂33上均设置有导电线路,以保证将压电片以及音圈与外部电路电连接。
如图2所示,本实施例的扬声器装置,压电片2设置于定心支片3远离振膜4的一侧,该设计便于压电片2、音圈5与定心支片4之间电连接的设计,简化扬声器装置电路设计难度,降低扬声器装置的生产组装难度,提高生产效率。
本发明的扬声器装置,通过采用压电片代替传统结构扬声器装置设置于定心支片中心位置的补强部,压电片可以起到补强部的作用,提高扬声器装置的声学性能,同时,压电片作为一个独立的发声单元,可以发出中高频的音频信号,对本发明音圈—振膜发声结构的音频信号产生补充。压电片发出的信号与音圈—振膜发出的音频信号混合,有效提高扬声器装置的中高频效果,提高扬声器装置的声学性能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器装置,包括振动系统,磁路系统以及收容固定所述磁路系统及振动系统的辅助系统,所述振动系统包括结合在一起的振膜、定心支片及音圈,所述定心支片包括第一固定部、设置于所述第一固定部内的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部及所述第二固定部的连接臂,其特征在于:所述第二固定部中心位置设置有压电片,所述定心支片对应所述压电片设置有第一焊盘,所述压电片与所述第一焊盘电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述第二固定部为环形结构,所述压电片外周与所述第二固定部固定结合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述振膜包括固定部,中间的平面部以及连接所述固定部与所述平面部的折环部,所述平面部与所述定心支片第二固定部固定结合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述定心支片设置有第二焊盘,所述第二焊盘与所述音圈电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述第一焊盘与所述第二焊盘均设置于所述第二固定部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述压电片设置于所述第二固定部远离所述振膜一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述第一固定部设置有第一外部焊盘与第二外部焊盘,所述第一外部焊盘与所述第一焊盘电结合,所述第二焊盘与所述第二外部焊盘电结合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述定心支片设置有导电线路,所述第一固定部、所述第二固定部以及所述连接臂位置均设置有所述导电线路。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述辅助系统包括前盖和外壳。
