1、基于用户终端的操作系统收集数据进行分析。苹果的iOS操作系统曾经记录过用户的位置信息,记录用户行为信息涉及用户的隐私,这一行为被用户发现后苹果调整了策略,必 须在用户同意的情况下才可能进行,智能操作系统作为底层软件需要用户的信任,同时又有苹果先例,所以操作系统不会私下进行这类信息收集与分析。同时在用户允许的情况收集用户的位置信息iOS也不能给第三方平台开放,只能用于苹果自己的综合接入设备(Internet Addiction Disorder,简称为iAD)进行基于位置的广告推送,所以第三方APP无法从iOS获取用户的位置信息。安卓系统也是类似的情况。
2、操作系统之外智能终端上还会安装APP软件,APP为了进行一般会安装第三方移动广告平台的软件开发工具包(Software Development Kit,简称为SDK)插件,APP进行广告展示时会通过SDK进行广告下载展示。第三方SDK也会进行用户信息的收集工作,其中包括用户的位置信息。但这里存在的问题是,第三方APP并不是一直运行,用户或者管理软件出于省电省流量等原因会控制不运行的APP,使得三方移动广告平台的SDK无法长期获取用户可靠的位置信息。
综上所述,由于用户的位置信息(例如实时位置信息和历史信息)具有价值,移动互联网广告厂商需要这个信息,但目前业界还没有很好的采集方法,在没有用户配合的情况下无法采集完整的信息。而针对如何完整有效的采集用户位置信息的技术问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明要解决的主要技术问题是,提供一种位置信息获取方法和装置、广告推送方法和装置,能够解决如何完整有效的采集用户位置信息的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种位置信息获取方法,包括如下步骤:
采集运营商网络中的用户业务信令;
根据采集到的用户业务信令获取用户所属通信区域的位置信息,将用户所属通信区域的位置信息作为用户的位置信息。
可选地,所述采集运营商网络中的用户业务信令的步骤包括:
采集所述运营商网络的监控设备上报的用户业务信令,所述监控设备设置为监控所述运营商网络中的用户业务信令;
或者
采集所述运营商网络中用于实现用户业务的网络设备上报的用户业务信令。
可选地,所述根据采集到的用户业务信令获取用户所属通信区域的位置信息的步骤包括:

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
考虑到如何完整有效的采集用户位置信息的技术问题,本实施例提供了一种位置信息获取方法,如图1所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤101:采集运营商网络中的用户业务信令。
本实施例中运营商网络可以包括:2G、3G或者4G网络。
在本实施例中采集运营商网络中的用户业务信令包括以下两种情况:
1、采集所述运营商网络的监控设备上报的用户业务信令,所述监控设备设置为监控所述运营商网络中的用户业务信令。
在运营商网中监控设备设置为监控用户业务信令,具体地,设置为监控用户终端与网路的信令交互,比如:位置更新,切换,语音呼叫,短信等业务。监控设备可以通过物理方式采集用户业务信令并解析业务信令的内容;然后可以将业务信令发送给位置信息获取装置。
本实施例中监控设备可以为运营商网络中部署的监控探针设备,探针设备部署在运营商网络中各网元接口位置,通过物理方式采集用户业务信令并解析用户业务信令。探针设备可将用户业务信令发送给位置信息获取装置。
例如,将位置信息获取装置与监控探针设备连接,接收监控探针设备上报的用户业务信令。
2、采集所述运营商网络中用于实现用户业务的网络设备上报的用户业务信令。
具体地,本实施例中用于实现用户业务的网络设备可以为运营商网络中部署的无线接入设备或者核心网设备,网络设备与用户终端,网络设备之间交互用户业务信令实现用户业务,在本实施例中可以由这些网络设备将用户业务信令发送给位置信息获取装置,在本实施例中网络设备可以通过日志,消息等各种方式传输给位置信息获取装置。
例如,将位置信息获取装置与长期演进(Long-Term Evolution,简称为LTE)网络中网络 设备对接,接收网络设备上报的用户业务信令。
步骤102:根据采集到的用户业务信令获取用户所属通信区域的位置信息,将用户所属通信区域的位置信息作为用户的位置信息。
由于用户业务信令中包含用户所属通信区域(例如通信小区、路由区、寻呼区等)的标识信息,本实施例方法可以从采集到的用户业务信令中提取通信区域的标识信息,然后根据提取的标识信息确定用户所属通信区域,在确定通信区域之后就可以获取用户所属通信区域的位置信息,将通信区域的位置信息作为用户的位置信息。具体地,将与通信区域对应的基站的位置信息作为用户的位置信息。
例如,移动网络的无线覆盖一般按照蜂窝格式进行部署覆盖,每个蜂窝小区都有单独的标识,本实施例方法可以从采集用户指令中提取用户所在蜂窝小区的标识,然后获取与标识对应的蜂窝小区的位置信息(可以为蜂窝小区中基站的位置信息),将蜂窝小区的位置信息作为用户的位置信息。
应用本实施例方法可以在日常运行过程收集多个用户的位置信息,无需用户配合或者第三方APP一直运行就可以采集到完整有效的用户位置信息。
实施例二:
本实施例介绍实施例一所述的位置信息获取方法的具体应用:
如图2所示,本实施例提供了一种通信系统,包括:用户终端User、移动网络(2G/3G/LTE网络)、位置信息设备和互联网internet;其中移动网络(2G/3G/LTE网络)由基站、SGSN(Serving GPRS Support Node,服务GPRS支持节点)/SGW(Serving GateWay,服务网关)、GGSN(Gateway GPRS Support Node,网关GPRS支持节点)/PGW(PDN GateWay,PDN网关)组成;用户终端、移动网络、互联网三者之间进行业务信令交换实现业务;
图2所示的系统,还部署有监控探针设备(图中未示出),探针设备部署在运营商网络中各网元接口位置(例如在无线接入网与核心网之间的接口链路或者核心网设备之间),设置为监控用户业务信令的交互,并将用户业务信令上报给位置信息设备;
在本实施例中位置信息设备与移动网络中部署的监控探针设备(图中未示出)通信连接(有线或者无线连接);采集监控探针设备上报的用户业务信令,由于一个用户的业务有多次信令交互,其中都包含用户标识信息,同时有的信令中还有用户所属通信区域的标识信息;因此,位置信息设备可以从业务信令中提取通信区域的标识信息,根据确定用户所属通信区域,获取所述用户所属通信区域的位置信息,将用户所属通信区域的位置信息作为用户的位置信息。
图2中位置信息设备获取用户位置信息的过程可以参考图4所示的方式一:
第一步(对应图4中的1):监控探针设备采集运营商网络中的用户业务信令;
第二步(对应图4中的2):监控探针设备将用户业务信令发送给位置信息设备;
第三步(对应图4中的4):位置信息设备根据接收到的用户业务信令获取用户位置信息。
具体地,从所述采集到的用户业务信令中提取通信区域的标识信息;
根据所述标识信息确定用户所属通信区域,获取所述用户所属通信区域的位置信息。
如图3所示,本实施例还提供了一种通信系统,包括:用户终端User、移动网络(2G/3G/LTE网络)、位置信息设备和互联网internet;其中移动网络(2G/3G/LTE网络)由SGSN(Serving GPRS Support Node,服务GPRS支持节点)/SGW(Serving GateWay,服务网关)、GGSN(Gateway GPRS Support Node,网关GPRS支持节点)/PGW(PDN GateWay,PDN网关)组成;用户终端、移动网络、互联网三者之间进行业务信令交换实现业务;
图3所示的系统中,位置信息设备与移动网络中的网络设备连接,比如与基站、SGSN/SGW和GGSN/PGW中的至少一个网络设备连接;移动网络中网络设备设置为传输用户业务信令,且将用户业务信令上报给位置信息设备;
位置信息设备可以从业务信令中提取通信区域的标识信息,根据确定用户所属通信区域,获取所述用户所属通信区域的位置信息,将用户所属通信区域的位置信息作为用户的位置信息。
图3中位置信息设备获取用户位置信息的过程可以参考图4所示的方式二:
第一步(对应图4中的3):运营商网络中网络设备上报用户业务信令;
第二步(对应图4中的4):位置信息设备根据接收到的用户业务信令获取用户位置信息。
具体地,从所述采集到的用户业务信令中提取通信区域的标识信息;
根据所述标识信息确定用户所属通信区域,获取所述用户所属通信区域的位置信息。
实施例三:
本实施例提供一种广告推送方法,如图5所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤501:利用如实施例一所述位置信息获取方法获取多个用户的位置信息。
步骤502:获取广告推送需求,根据所述多个用户的位置信息和广告推送需求确定待推送广告的目标用户。
具体地,本步骤502中所述根据所述多个用户的位置信息和广告推送需求确定待推送广告的目标用户的过程包括:
对所述位置信息进行分析得到所述多个用户的位置特征,并存储所述位置特征;
根据所述广告推送需求和存储的所述位置特征确定待推送广告的目标用户。
本实施例方法在获取用户的位置信息之后,可以对用户的位置信息解析得到每个用户的位置特征即位置规律,存储每个用户的位置特征;然后根据获取的广告推送需要和存储的位置特征确定待推送广告的目标用户。
本实施例中用户的位置特征为用户的位置规律,其可以包括实时位置和/或历史位置;本实施例中实时位置可以为用户当前的位置;本实施例中历史位置可以包括常驻位置(例如用户工作地点、用户家庭地点、用户感兴趣的地点中的至少一个种)、和/或日常运行轨迹(例如用户上班或者回家路线、用户购物路线等)。
本实施例中位置特征不仅限于包括实时位置和历史位置还可以包括其他位置信息。
本实施例可以结合用户时间对用户位置信息进行分析得到用户的位置特征;例如,可以将用户的位置信息转换为经纬度信息,记录用户随时间变化的位置经纬度信息;根据用户时间和位置信息复原用户移动的轨迹信息,并分析用户在不同位置停留的时间等。通过分析以上信息可以提取用户的位置特征,比如实时位置、历史停留位置、常驻位置和日常运动轨迹。
在本实施例中广告主可以设定广告推送需求,其中广告推送需求可以包括:需要推送广告的位置特征(比如是工作日停留位置,家庭附近位置,日常路过轨迹等)、需要推送的广告内容、广告推送方式。
本实施例中根据所述广告推送需求和存储的所述位置特征确定待推送广告的目标用户的过程可以包括:
将所述需要推送广告的用户的位置特征与存储的多个用户的位置特征进行匹配;
根据匹配结果确定待推送广告的目标用户。
具体地,在将各用户的位置特征存储之后,可以将需要推送广告的位置特征与存储的各用户的位置特征进行匹配,如某个用户的位置特征匹配成功,则选取该用户作为待推送广告的目标用户。
本实施例中需要推送广告的位置特征指的是用户的位置规律,可以包括实时位置和历史位置中的至少一种,其中历史位置可以包括:常驻位置(例如用户工作地点、用户家庭地点、用户感兴趣的地点中的至少一个种)、和/或日常运行轨迹(例如用户上班或者回家路线、用户购物路线等)。
步骤503:根据所述广告推送需求对所述目标用户进行广告推送。
在所述广告推送需求包括:需要推送广告的位置特征、需要推送的广告内容、广告推送方式的情况下;
本步骤具体包括:通过所述广告推送方式向所述目标用户推送所述广告内容。
本实施例中广告推送方式可以包括短信、彩信、APP广告或者WAP/WEB页面方式。
1)短信,彩信方式,给目标用户发送包括推送信息的短信或者多媒体彩信。2)APP广告方式,这种情况下需要发布SDK插件,内置到合作APP中,推送模块完成APP SERVER的功能,在用户使用APP时,APP内置的SDK插件与推送模块发起连接,并下载对应的广告内容,在APP广告位进行展示。3)WAP/WEB业务推送方式,用户通过运营商网络使用互联网时,网络中会部署业务网关提供增强的WAP/WEB服务提高用户体验,通过业务网关进行页面广告插入,插入推送的广告内容。
本实施例的广告推送方法可以了解完整的用户位置信息,基于用户的位置针对性地推送广告,提高广告推送的准确性、节省了无线网络资源和提升了用户的体验。
下面具体介绍本实施例中广告推送的具体过程,如图6所示:
步骤1:广告主明确广告推广需求。
对于基于位置推送的广告,则需要明确进行广告推送的目标人群的位置特征,比如是工作日停留,家庭附近,日常路过等。广告主明确需求后输入推送需求到位置信息设备,并选择推送渠道(推送方式)以及推送内容。
步骤2:位置信息设备根据广告主的推送目标人群的特征在设备自身的用户数据库中检索匹配的用户,即确定待推送广告的目标用户。
步骤3:选定目标受众后将受众数据以及推送的渠道,推送内容一并提供给推送设备,触发推送设备进行广告推送。图6中通过下发推送命令将推送内容和推送渠道下发给推送设备。
如果推送设备是外部设备,则需要在位置信息设备与推送设备之间按照约定的方式传递信息触发推送。
步骤4:推送设备进行广告推送,如果广告主需求是短彩信方式则按照短彩信方式发送推送内容到目标用户。
步骤5:推送设备进行广告推送,如果广告主需求是APP广告方式则推送设备与APP内置SDK插件配合,在用户打开APP时进行广告内容的推送。
步骤6:推送设备与运营商WAP/WEB GW配合,通过GW进行页面广告内容的插入。
图6中位置信息设备与推送设备可以集成在一个设备中,也可以分开设置。
实施例四:
如图7所示,本实施例提供了一种位置信息获取装置,包括:采集模块和位置信息获取模块;
所述采集模块,设置为采集运营商网络中的用户业务信令;
所述位置信息获取模块,设置为根据采集到的用户业务信令获取用户所属通信区域的位 置信息,将用户所属通信区域的位置信息作为用户的位置信息。

本实施例中位置信息获取装置、确定模块、推送模块和集成在一个设备中;当然也可以是位置信息获取装置、确定模块集成在一个设备上,而推送模块单独集成在另一个设备上或者单独作为一个设备。
本实施例的广告推送装置可以了解完整的用户位置信息,基于用户的位置针对性地推送广告,提高广告推送的准确性、节省了无线网络资源和提升了用户的体验。
