其中,所述私有资源表示由用户存储在计算机设备所在网络中,但并未向网络公众开放的资源。其中,用户可将其资源存储在网络服务商提供的网络存储设备中。并且,可通过多种认证方式,如用户注册等,来确定一个用户所拥有的资源。例如,用户注册“金山快盘”后,其在相应的注册账户中存储的所有资源,均为该用户拥有的资源。其中,网络服务商提供的网络存储设备,包括该网络服务商自身拥有的或其租借的网络存储设备。需要说明的是,一个资源拥有用户可被归类,以便进行针对分类的资源搜索。例如,一个资源拥有用户可具有多种标签,每个标签表示该资源拥有用户具有的一个分类等。
其中,该存储私有资源的用户为该私有资源的资源拥有用户。例如,资源A由用户甲存储至百度云盘中,且该资源A并未向网络公众开放,则资源A为资源拥有用户甲的私有资源。
需要说明的是,被进行资源搜索的所述多个资源拥有用户可为在一个或多个服务商提供的网络存储设备中存储资源的所有用户,也可为在一个或多个服务商提供的网络存储设备中存储资源的部分用户。其中,可通过多种方式来确定被进行资源搜索的部分用户;例如,通 过资源拥有用户具有的标签与关键词的匹配度;又例如,随机选择部分资源拥有用户;再例如,根据资源搜索用户的指定来确定部分用户等。
其中,所述资源搜索用户表示在网络中搜索资源的用户;所述资源拥有用户表示在网络中存储资源的用户。需要说明的是,在不同场景下,一个用户可能作为资源搜索用户,也可能作为资源拥有用户。
其中,计算机设备可采用多种方式获取来自资源搜索用户的关键词;例如,计算机设备直接接收来自用户设备的、资源搜索用户在该用户设备中输入的关键词,其中,所述用户设备包括但不限于PC机、智能手机、平板电脑等;又例如,计算机设备接收来自其他计算机设备的、包含资源搜索用户输入的关键词的信息,并从该信息中获得来自资源搜索用户的关键词。
具体地,计算机设备根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词,在多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,确定相匹配的至少一个私有资源的实现方式包括但不限于:
1)在步骤S1之前,计算机设备根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词,对多个资源拥有用户的公开资源进行搜索,获得搜索结果;在步骤S1中,当该搜索结果指示不存在与所述关键词相匹配的公开资源时,计算机设备根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词,在多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,确定相匹配的至少一个私有资源。其中,所述公开资源表示由用户存储在计算机设备所在网络中,并向全部或部分网络公众开放的资源。
例如,计算机设备根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词“全景视觉”,对百度云盘的多个资源拥有用户的公开资源进行搜索,来获得搜索结果;在步骤S1中,计算机设备确定该搜索结果指示百度云盘中不存在与“全景视觉”相匹配的公开资源,则计算机设备在该多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,确定与“全景视觉”相匹配的多个私有资源。
2)计算机设备根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词对多个资源拥有 用户的全部资源进行搜索,获得相匹配的至少一个资源;并且,计算机设备根据该至少一个资源的属性信息,确定所述至少一个资源中的至少一个私有资源。其中,一个资源的属性信息用于指示该资源为私有资源或公开资源。
例如,计算机设备根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词“全景视觉”,对百度云盘的注册用户中具有与“全景视觉”相应的“工程科技”标签的多个资源拥有用户的全部资源进行搜索,获得相匹配的以下5个资源:resource1、resource2、resource3、resource4、resource5;计算机设备根据该5个资源中每个资源的属性信息,确定resource2、resource3、resource4为私有资源。
需要说明的是,上述举例仅为更好地说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员应该理解,任何根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词,在多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,确定相匹配的至少一个私有资源的实现方式,均应包含在本发明的范围内。
作为步骤S1的一种优选方案,所述步骤S1进一步包括步骤S11和步骤S12。
在步骤S11中,计算机设备根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词和/或该资源搜索用户执行的操作,确定与该关键词对应的资源特征信息。
其中,所述资源特征信息包括任何用于表示资源的特征的信息。优选地,所述资源特征信息包括但不限于:
a)资源内容类型信息。
其中,所述资源内容类型信息包括任何能够用于指示资源的内容类型的信息;优选地,所述资源内容类型信息包括但不限于资源的内容所属的领域信息、资源的内容特征等。例如,关键词“TCP”对应的资源内容类型信息指示资源内容所属的领域为“互联网”,且资源的内容特征为“协议”。图3示出了多个关键词及其对应的资源内容类型信息。
b)资源格式类型信息。
其中,所述资源格式类型信息包括任何能够用于指示资源的格式类型的信息。优选地,所述资源格式类型信息包括用于指示资源的显示格式的显示类型信息,其中,所述显示格式包括但不限于纯文本、文档、图片、视频、音频等。更优选地,所述资源格式类型信息还包括用于指示资源的存储格式的存储类型信息,所述存储格式包括但不限于各种显示格式所对应的存储格式;例如,纯文本所对应的存储格式包括但不限于TXT、ASCll、MIME等,文档所对应的存储格式包括但不限于:doc、pdf、ppt等,视频所对应的存储格式包括但不限于rm、rmvb、mov、wmv、avi等。
具体地,计算机设备可采用多种方式来根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词和/或该资源搜索用户执行的操作,确定与该关键词对应的资源特征信息。
例如,计算机设备通过对关键词“基站”进行语义分析,确定该关键词的资源内容类型信息包括:“工程科技”、“信息与通信”。
又例如,计算机设备根据资源搜索用户执行的操作,确定需要在分类“电子科技”中搜索存储格式为“doc”的资源搜索,则计算机设备确定与关键词对应的资源内容类型信息包括“电子科技”,且资源的存储格式为“doc”。
再例如,计算机设备根据资源搜索用户执行的操作,确定需要在分类“互联网”中进行搜索,并且,计算机设备通过对关键词“TCP”进行分析,确定资源的内容特征为“协议”,则计算机设备确定与关键词对应的资源内容类型信息包括:“互联网”、“协议”。
需要说明的是,上述举例仅为更好地说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员应该理解,任何根据所述关键词和/或所述资源搜索用户执行的操作,确定与所述关键词对应的资源特征信息的实现方式,均应包含在本发明的范围内。
在步骤S12中,计算机设备根据关键词以及资源特征信息,在多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,确定相匹配的至少一个私有 资源。
例如,计算机设备根据关键词“基站”以及资源内容类型信息“信息与通信”,在资源搜索用户指定的多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,来确定在“信息与通信”分类下与关键词“基站”相匹配的多个私有资源。
优选地,对于被存储在网络中的每个资源,该资源对应有预先确定的资源特征信息,来用于确定该资源是否与关键词和/或该关键词所对应的资源特征信息相匹配。
其中,计算机设备可采用多种方式预先确定资源所对应的资源特征信息。例如,当资源被上传至网络时,计算机设备通过云端语义或多媒体分析技术对该资源进行分析,来获得该资源的资源特征信息;又例如,计算机设备根据资源拥有用户对其私有资源的归类,来确定该私有资源所对应的资源特征信息,如资源拥有用户将其私有资源resource1归类到“计算机技术”分类下的“互联网”分类中,则计算机设备确定该私有资源的资源特征信息包括资源内容分类信息:“计算机技术”、“互联网”。
需要说明的是,上述步骤S1的优选方案可以与步骤S1的实现方式1)和2)相结合。例如,计算机设备根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词和/或资源搜索用户执行的操作,确定与所述关键词对应的资源特征信息;接着,计算机设备根据所述关键词和资源特征信息,对多个资源拥有用户的公开资源进行搜索,获得搜索结果;并且,当所述搜索结果指示不存在与所述关键词相匹配的公开资源时,计算机设备根据所述关键词和资源特征信息,在多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,确定相匹配的至少一个私有资源。又例如,计算机设备根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词和/或资源搜索用户执行的操作,确定与所述关键词对应的资源特征信息;接着,计算机设备根据所述关键词和资源特征信息,对多个资源拥有用户的全部资源进行搜索,获得相匹配的至少一个资源;之后,计算机设备根据所述至少一个资源的属性信息,确定所述至少一个资源中的至少一个私有资源。

在步骤S2中,计算机设备将与所述至少一个私有资源有关且允许所述资源搜索用户获得的信息提供给该资源搜索用户。
其中,与至少一个私有资源有关且允许所述资源搜索用户获得的信息,包括但不限于:至少一个私有资源中允许资源搜索用户获得的私有资源、至少一个私有资源的资源拥有用户的用户信息中允许所述资源搜索用户获得的用户信息等。
具体地,计算机设备将与所述至少一个私有资源有关且允许所述资源搜索用户获得的信息提供给该资源搜索用户的实现方式包括但不限于:
1)计算机设备将所述至少一个私有资源中允许所述资源搜索用户获得的私有资源提供给该资源搜索用户。
该实现方式可在多种情形下被执行,以下以两种情形来举例说明。
情形一:
当私有资源的资源拥有用户对该私有资源的设置指示允许资源搜索用户获得该私有资源时,计算机设备直接将该私有资源提供给资源搜索用户。
例如,资源拥有用户设置允许资源搜索用户获得该资源拥有用户的所有私有资源,则对于至少一个私有资源中的、该资源拥有用户的私有资源,计算机设备直接将该私有资源提供给资源搜索用户。
情形二:
当通过与私有资源的资源拥有用户之间的交互确定允许资源搜索用户获得该私有资源时,计算机设备将该私有资源提供给资源搜索用户。
该情形二中,优选地,该实现方式可进一步包括以下步骤:
a)计算机设备向该私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求。
其中,所述资源获取请求用于向资源拥有用户请求获取私有资源;优选地,所述资源获取请求包括但不限于该私有资源的标识信息等。
b)当接收到来自所述资源拥有用户的反馈信息,且该反馈信息指示允许所述资源搜索用户获得该私有资源时,将该私有资源提供给所述资源搜索用户。
其中,所述反馈信息用于指示资源拥有用户对其接收到的资源获取请求的反馈。优选地,所述反馈信息包括但不限于:用于指示拒绝提供私有资源的信息;用于指示提供私有资源的信息。其中,该用于指示提供私有资源的信息可进一步包括但不限于:用于指示仅向资源搜索用户提供私有资源的信息、用于指示向网络中的全部或部分用户公开私有资源的信息等。
例如,在步骤S1中,计算机设备确定相匹配的3个私有资源:resource1、resource2、resource3;在步骤S2中,计算机设备分别向该3个私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求,当接收到resource2的资源拥有用户的反馈信息,且该反馈信息指示向网络中的全部用户公开resource2时,计算机设备将resource2提供给资源搜索用户。
2)将所述至少一个私有资源的资源拥有用户的用户信息中允许所述资源搜索用户获得的用户信息提供给该资源搜索用户。
其中,所述用户信息包括任何与资源拥有用户相关的信息;优选地,所述用户信息包括但不限于资源拥有用户的账号信息、联系方式信息等。其中,计算机设备可根据资源拥有用户的设置确定资源拥有用户的用户信息中允许资源搜索用户获得的用户信息。
例如,私有资源的资源拥有用户的用户信息中,允许资源搜索用户获得的用户信息包括该资源拥有用户的联系方式信息,则计算机设备将该联系方式信息提供给资源搜索用户。
需要说明的是,资源搜索用户在浏览用户信息后,可基于用户信 息来联系资源拥有用户(如用户信息为电话,则可拨打该电话;如用户信息为邮箱,则可发送邮件等),从而从资源拥有用户处获得所需资源。或者,资源搜索用户在浏览用户信息后,可指示计算机设备基于用户信息来向资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求;随后,若计算机设备接收到来自所述资源拥有用户针对该资源获取请求的反馈信息,且该反馈信息指示允许所述资源搜索用户获得该私有资源时,将该私有资源提供给所述资源搜索用户。
需要说明的是,资源搜索用户可向提供私有资源的资源拥有用户提供费用。以下以举例方式,非限制性地说明两种付费方案。
方案一:在上述情形二的优选方案中,步骤a)进一步包括以下步骤:当私有资源的获得需要付费时,计算机设备向该私有资源的资源拥有用户发送包含付费信息的资源获取请求。其中,所述付费信息用于指示资源搜索用户针对该私有资源所完成的付费操作;优选地,所述付费信息包括但不限于所支付的费用、用于指示付费已完成的指示信息等。其中,所述费用包括任何可以用于支付的交易物;优选地,所述费用包括但不限于现实生活中的实际货币(如人民币、美元等)、网络中的虚拟货币(如百度的百度币、腾讯的Q币、盛大的点卷等)等。
作为一个示例,在步骤S1中,计算机设备确定相匹配的一个私有资源resource1;之后,资源搜索用户基于resource1的资源拥有用户所设定的费用进行支付;支付完成后,在步骤S2中,计算机设备向该资源拥有用户发送包含付费信息的资源获取请求,该付费信息用于指示资源搜索用户已完成支付。
优选地,计算机设备向私有资源的资源拥有用户发送包含付费信息的资源获取请求之后,可直接向资源搜索用户提供该私有资源。
需要说明的是,资源搜索用户可通过多种途径来完成付费操作。例如,计算机设备确定私有资源的获得需要付费时,通过用户设备向资源搜索用户提供付费功能,资源搜索用户基于该付费功能完成付费操作,该途径下计算机设备可直接确定资源搜索用户已完成支付;又 例如,资源搜索用户基于其他计算机设备提供的付费功能完成付费操作,该途径下计算机设备可根据来自该其他计算机设备的付费信息确定资源搜索用户已完成付费操作。
方案二:在上述情形二的优选方案中,步骤a)进一步包括以下步骤:计算机设备向私有资源的资源拥有用户发送包含费用奖励信息的资源获取请求;之后,计算机设备将费用奖励信息所指示的费用提供给提供该私有资源的资源拥有用户。
其中,所述费用奖励信息用于指示为提供私有资源的资源拥有用户而提供的费用奖励。优选地,所述费用奖励信息包括但不限于奖励条件(例如,最佳私有资源的资源拥有用户能够获得费用奖励,或者,最先提供私有资源的预定数量个资源拥有用户能够获得费用奖励)、奖励的费用(如10个百度币、1元人民币等)。
例如,在步骤S1中,计算机设备确定相匹配的3个私有资源:resource1、resource2、resource3;在步骤S2中,计算机设备分别向该3个私有资源的资源拥有用户发送包括费用奖励信息的资源获取请求,该费用奖励信息用于指示向每个提供私有资源的资源拥有用户提供1个百度币的费用奖励;则计算机设备根据resource1的资源拥有用户的反馈信息,将resource1提供给资源搜索用户之后,向resource1的资源拥有用户提供1个百度币;计算机设备根据resource2的资源拥有用户的反馈信息,将resource2提供给资源搜索用户之后向resource2的资源拥有用户提供1个百度币。
需要说明的是,在该优选方案中,若所提供的私有资源与所述关键词明显不符,资源搜索用户可拒绝向资源拥有用户支付费用奖励信息所指示的费用。
其中,所述至少一个私有资源为多个,计算机设备将与该多个私有资源有关且允许所述资源搜索用户获得的信息提供给该资源搜索用户的实现方式包括但不限于:
1)对于该多个私有资源中的每个私有资源,计算机设备将与该私有资源有关且允许所述资源搜索用户获得的信息提供给该资源搜 索用户。
例如,对于该多个私有资源中的每个私有资源,计算机设备向该私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求,并当接收到该资源拥有用户的反馈信息,且该反馈信息指示允许资源搜索用户获得该私有资源时,将该私有资源提供给所述资源搜索用户。
2)所述步骤S2进一步包括步骤S21。
在步骤S21中,计算机设备重复执行以下操作,直至满足预定终止条件:从所述至少一个私有资源中选择尚未将与其有关的信息提供给所述资源搜索用户的部分私有资源;将与所述部分私有资源有关且允许所述资源搜索用户获得的信息提供给该资源搜索用户。
其中,所述预定终止条件包括任何预定的、用于终止执行预定操作的条件。优选地,所述预定终止条件包括但不限于:
a)资源搜索用户已获得所需的私有资源。
例如,计算机设备在步骤S1中确定了9个私有资源。在步骤S21中,计算机设备首先选择其中4个私有资源,并向该4个私有资源中每个私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求;接着,在经过一预定时间间隔后,计算机设备未收到任何来自资源拥有用户的反馈信息;接着,计算机设备在剩下的未执行过预定操作的5个私有资源中选择4个私有资源,并向该4个私有资源中每个私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求;接着,计算机设备接收到其中2个资源拥有用户的反馈信息,且2个反馈信息均指示允许资源搜索用户获得私有资源;接着,计算机设备将与2个反馈信息相应的私有资源提供给资源搜索用户;接着,计算机设备根据来自资源搜索用户的信息,确定资源搜索用户已获得所需的私有资源。
需要说明的是,计算机设备可采用多种方式确定资源搜索用户已获得所需的私有资源。
例如,计算机设备接收来自资源搜索用户的搜索响应信息,该搜索响应信息指示该资源搜索用户已获得其所需的私有资源。作为一个例子,搜索响应信息可表现为一种指定操作,如将某个私有资 源设置为最佳私有资源等。如,资源搜索用户将计算机设备所提供的私有资源resource2设置为最佳私有资源,则计算机设备根据该设置操作确定资源搜索用户已获得其所需的私有资源。
b)计算机设备已对步骤S1中所确定的至少一个私有资源中的所有私有资源执行预定操作。
例如,计算机设备在步骤S1中确定了9个私有资源。在步骤S21中,计算机设备首先选择其中4个私有资源,并向该4个私有资源中每个私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求;接着,在经过一预定时间间隔后,计算机设备未收到任何来自资源拥有用户的反馈信息;接着,计算机设备在剩下的未执行过预定操作的5个私有资源中选择4个私有资源,并向该4个私有资源中每个私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求;接着,计算机设备接收到其中2个资源拥有用户的反馈信息,且2个反馈信息均指示允许资源搜索用户获得私有资源;接着,计算机设备将与2个反馈信息相应的私有资源提供给资源搜索用户;接着,计算机设备根据来自资源搜索用户的信息,确定资源搜索用户仍未获得所需的私有资源;接着,计算机设备向剩下的未执行过预定操作的1个私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求,并且,计算机设备确定已对步骤S1中所确定的至少一个私有资源中的所有私有资源执行预定操作,从而停止循环操作。
需要说明的是,上述预定终止条件仅为更好地说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明的限制。
在步骤S21中,计算机设备可采用多种方式从至少一个私有资源中选择尚未将与其有关的信息提供给所述资源搜索用户的部分私有资源,并将与所述部分私有资源有关且允许所述资源搜索用户获得的信息提供给该资源搜索用户。
例如,计算机设备从至少一个私有资源中随机选择尚未将与其有关的信息提供给所述资源搜索用户的部分私有资源,并将该部分私有资源中允许资源搜索用户获得的私有资源提供给该资源搜索用户。
又例如,计算机设备根据至少一个私有资源与关键词的匹配程度, 从该至少一个私有资源中选择尚未将与其有关的信息提供给所述资源搜索用户的部分私有资源,并将该被选择的部分私有资源中的允许资源搜索用户获得的私有资源提供给该资源搜索用户。

需要说明的是,优选地,在步骤S2之后,对于计算机设备所提供的私有资源,资源搜索用户可基于多种因素,如对该私有资源的满意程度、该私有资源与关键词的匹配程度等,对该私有资源进行评价或打分等。
作为本实施例的一种优选方案,本实施例的方案还包括步骤S3。
在步骤S3中,当所述至少一个私有资源中存在允许预览的私有资源时,计算机设备向用户提供允许预览的私有资源的预览信息。
其中,计算机设备可采用多种方式确定一个私有资源是否允许预览。例如,当私有资源具有预定的显示格式或存储格式时,计算机设备可确定该私有资源允许预览;又例如,计算机设备根据私有资源的资源拥有用户对该私有资源的设置,确定该私有资源允许预览。
其中,所述预览信息用于表示私有资源中允许预览的内容。例如,私有资源的显示格式为文档,该私有资源的预览信息为前两页的文档内容;又例如,私有资源的显示格式为视频,该私有资源的预览信息为前5分钟的视频内容。优选地,私有资源的预览信息可基于资源拥有用户的设置来确定,也可由计算机设备根据私有资源的格式类型来直接确定。
具体地,当至少一个私有资源中存在允许预览的私有资源时,计算机设备确定允许预览的私有资源的预览信息,并向资源搜索用户提供所述预览信息。
例如,在步骤S1中,计算机设备确定相匹配的3个私有资源:resource1、resource2、resource3;在步骤S3中,计算机设备基于该3 个私有资源的显示格式,确定resource1为允许预览的私有资源,则计算机设备根据resource1的显示格式“文档”,将resource1的前两页的文档内容作为预览信息提供给资源搜索用户。
需要说明的是,优选地,在步骤S3之后,若资源搜索用户在允许预览的私有资源中选择了至少一个私有资源,则在步骤S2中,计算机设备首先将与该私有资源有关且允许所述资源搜索用户获得的信息提供给该资源搜索用户。
需要说明的是,上述举例仅为更好地说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员应该理解,任何当至少一个私有资源中存在允许预览的私有资源时,向资源搜索用户提供允许预览的私有资源的预览信息的实现方式,均应包含在本发明的范围内。
现有技术中,出于对资源拥有用户的个人隐私的保护,用户仅能在网络中已向网络公众开放的公开资源中进行搜索,来获得其所需的资源。这使得资源的搜索范围较小,搜索到满意资源的几率较低。
根据本实施例的方案,能够在网络上的私有资源中进行搜索,从而增加搜索的范围,增大搜索的成功率,并且,在搜索到私有资源之后,基于私有资源的资源拥有用户的意愿来确定是否向用户提供该私有资源,从而在保护资源拥有用户的个人隐私的前提下,向资源搜索用户提供私有资源;本发明的方案还支持先付费后提供私有资源的方案,以及,在获得私有资源后向资源拥有用户提供费用奖励的方案,从而进一步保障资源拥有用户的利益;并且,本发明的方案还支持私有资源的预览,从而增加了资源搜索用户获得满意的资源的成功率;此外,能够预先确定资源的资源特征信息,从而快速地在私有资源中确定与关键词相匹配的至少一个私有资源,进一步提供了搜索的效率。
图2为本发明一个实施例的用于在计算机设备中搜索私有资源的装置的结构示意图。该用于在计算机设备中搜索私有资源的装置(以下简称为“搜索装置”)包括确定单元1和信息提供单元2。
确定单元1根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词,在多个资源拥有用 户的私有资源中进行搜索,确定相匹配的至少一个私有资源。

其中,该存储私有资源的用户为该私有资源的资源拥有用户。例如,资源A由用户甲存储至百度云盘中,且该资源A并未向网络公众开放,则资源A为资源拥有用户甲的私有资源。
需要说明的是,被进行资源搜索的所述多个资源拥有用户可为在一个或多个服务商提供的网络存储设备中存储资源的所有用户,也可为在一个或多个服务商提供的网络存储设备中存储资源的部分用户。其中,可通过多种方式来确定被进行资源搜索的部分用户;例如,通过资源拥有用户具有的标签与关键词的匹配度;又例如,随机选择部分资源拥有用户;再例如,根据资源搜索用户的指定来确定部分用户等。
其中,所述资源搜索用户表示在网络中搜索资源的用户;所述资源拥有用户表示在网络中存储资源的用户。需要说明的是,在不同场景下,一个用户可能作为资源搜索用户,也可能作为资源拥有用户。
其中,确定单元1可采用多种方式获取来自资源搜索用户的关键词;例如,确定单元1直接接收来自用户设备的、资源搜索用户在该用户设备中输入的关键词,其中,所述用户设备包括但不限于PC机、智能手机、平板电脑等;又例如,确定单元1接收来自其他计算机设备的、包含资源搜索用户输入的关键词的信息,并从该信息中获得来自资源搜索用户的关键词。
具体地,确定单元1根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词,在多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,确定相匹配的至少一个私有资源的实现方式包括但不限于:

例如,第一获得单元根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词“全景视觉”,对百度云盘的多个资源拥有用户的公开资源进行搜索,来获得搜索结果;第三子确定单元确定该搜索结果指示百度云盘中不存在与“全景视觉”相匹配的公开资源,则第三子确定单元在该多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,确定与“全景视觉”相匹配的多个私有资源。
2)确定单元1进一步包括第二获得单元(图未示)和第四子确定单元(图未示)。第二获得单元用于根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词对多个资源拥有用户的全部资源进行搜索,获得相匹配的至少一个资源。第四子确定单元用于根据该至少一个资源的属性信息,确定所述至少一个资源中的至少一个私有资源。其中,一个资源的属性信息用于指示该资源为私有资源或公开资源。
例如,第二获得单元根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词“全景视觉”,对百度云盘的注册用户中具有与“全景视觉”相应的“工程科技”标签的多个资源拥有用户的全部资源进行搜索,获得相匹配的以下5个资源:resource1、resource2、resource3、resource4、resource5;第四子确定单元根据该5个资源中每个资源的属性信息,确定resource2、resource3、resource4为私有资源。
需要说明的是,上述举例仅为更好地说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员应该理解,任何根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词,在多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,确定相匹配的至少一个私有资源的实现方式,均应包含在本发明的范围内。
作为确定单元1的一种优选方案,所述确定单元1进一步包括第一子确定单元(图未示)和第二子确定单元(图未示)。
第一子确定单元根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词和/或该资源搜索用户执行的操作,确定与该关键词对应的资源特征信息。
其中,所述资源特征信息包括任何用于表示资源的特征的信息。优选地,所述资源特征信息包括但不限于:
a)资源内容类型信息。

具体地,第一子确定单元可采用多种方式来根据来自资源搜索用 户的关键词和/或该资源搜索用户执行的操作,确定与该关键词对应的资源特征信息。
例如,第一子确定单元通过对关键词“基站”进行语义分析,确定该关键词的资源内容类型信息包括:“工程科技”、“信息与通信”。
又例如,第一子确定单元根据资源搜索用户执行的操作,确定需要在分类“电子科技”中搜索存储格式为“doc”的资源搜索,则第一子确定单元确定与关键词对应的资源内容类型信息包括“电子科技”,且资源的存储格式为“doc”。
再例如,第一子确定单元根据资源搜索用户执行的操作,确定需要在分类“互联网”中进行搜索,并且,第一子确定单元过对关键词“TCP”进行分析,确定资源的内容特征为“协议”,则第一子确定单元确定与关键词对应的资源内容类型信息包括:“互联网”、“协议”。

第二子确定单元根据关键词以及资源特征信息,在多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,确定相匹配的至少一个私有资源。
例如,第二子确定单元根据关键词“基站”以及资源内容类型信息“信息与通信”,在资源搜索用户指定的多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,来确定在“信息与通信”分类下与关键词“基站”相匹配的多个私有资源。
优选地,对于被存储在网络中的每个资源,该资源对应有预先确定的资源特征信息,来用于确定该资源是否与关键词和/或该关键词所对应的资源特征信息相匹配。
其中,第二子确定单元可采用多种方式预先确定资源所对应的资源特征信息。例如,当资源被上传至网络时,第二子确定单元通过云端语义或多媒体分析技术对该资源进行分析,来获得该资源的资源特征信息;又例如,第二子确定单元根据资源拥有用户对其私有资源的 归类,来确定该私有资源所对应的资源特征信息,如资源拥有用户将其私有资源resource1归类到“计算机技术”分类下的“互联网”分类中,则第二子确定单元确定该私有资源的资源特征信息包括资源内容分类信息:“计算机技术”、“互联网”。

例如,确定单元1确定相匹配的3个私有资源:resource1、resource2、resource3;发送单元分别向该3个私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求,当接收到resource2的资源拥有用户的反馈信息,且该反馈信息指示向网络中的全部用户公开resource2时,第三提供单元将resource2提供给资源搜索用户。
2)信息提供单元2包括第二提供单元(图未示),该第二提供单元用于将所述至少一个私有资源的资源拥有用户的用户信息中允许所述资源搜索用户获得的用户信息提供给该资源搜索用户。
其中,所述用户信息包括任何与资源拥有用户相关的信息;优选地,所述用户信息包括但不限于资源拥有用户的账号信息、联系方式信息等。其中,第二提供单元可根据资源拥有用户的设置确定资源拥有用户的用户信息中允许资源搜索用户获得的用户信息。
例如,私有资源的资源拥有用户的用户信息中,允许资源搜索用户获得的用户信息包括该资源拥有用户的联系方式信息,则第第二提供单元将该联系方式信息提供给资源搜索用户。
需要说明的是,资源搜索用户在浏览用户信息后,可基于用户信息来联系资源拥有用户(如用户信息为电话,则可拨打该电话;如用户信息为邮箱,则可发送邮件等),从而从资源拥有用户处获得所需资源。或者,资源搜索用户在浏览用户信息后,可指示发送单元基于用户信息来向资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求;随后,若接收到来自所述资源拥有用户针对该资源获取请求的反馈信息,且该反馈信息指示允许所述资源搜索用户获得该私有资源时,搜索装置将该私有资源提供给所述资源搜索用户。
需要说明的是,资源搜索用户可向提供私有资源的资源拥有用户提供费用。以下以举例方式,非限制性地说明两种付费方案。
方案一:所述发送单元进一步包括第一子发送单元(图未示),该第一子发送单元用于当该私有资源的获得需要付费时,向该私有资源的资源拥有用户发送包含付费信息的资源获取请求。其中,所述付费信息用于指示资源搜索用户针对该私有资源所完成的付费操作;优选地,所述付费信息包括但不限于所支付的费用、用于指示付费已完成的指示信息等。其中,所述费用包括任何可以用于支付的交易物;优选地,所述费用包括但不限于现实生活中的实际货币(如人民币、美元等)、网络中的虚拟货币(如百度的百度币、腾讯的Q币、盛大的点卷等)等。
作为一个示例,确定单元1确定相匹配的一个私有资源resource1;之后,资源搜索用户基于resource1的资源拥有用户所设定的费用进行支付;支付完成后,第一子发送单元向该资源拥有用户发送包含付费请求的资源获取请求,该付费信息用于指示资源搜索用户已完成支付。
优选地,第一子发送单元向私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求之后,第一提供单元可直接向资源搜索用户提供该私有资源。
需要说明的是,资源搜索用户可通过多种途径来完成付费操作。例如,计算机设备确定私有资源的获得需要付费时,通过用户设备向资源搜索用户提供付费功能,资源搜索用户基于该付费功能完成付费操作,该途径下计算机设备可直接确定资源搜索用户已完成支付;又例如,资源搜索用户基于其他计算机设备提供的付费功能完成付费操作,该途径下计算机设备可根据来自该其他计算机设备的付费信息确定资源搜索用户已完成付费操作。
方案二:所述发送单元进一步包括第二子发送单元(图未示),该第二子发送单元用于向私有资源的资源拥有用户发送包含费用奖励信息的资源获取请求、所述第一提供单元还包括第四提供单元(图未示),该第四提供单元用于用于在第三提供单元将该私有资源提供给所述资源搜索用户之后,将所述费用奖励信息所指示的费用提供给提供该私有资源的该资源拥有用户。
其中,所述费用奖励信息用于指示为提供私有资源的资源拥有用户而提供的费用奖励。优选地,所述费用奖励信息包括但不限于奖励条件(例如,最佳私有资源的资源拥有用户能够获得费用奖励,或者,最先提供私有资源的预定数量个资源拥有用户能够获得费用奖励)、奖励的费用(如10个百度币、1元人民币等)。
例如,确定单元1确定相匹配的3个私有资源:resource1、resource2、resource3;第二子发送单元分别向该3个私有资源的资源拥有用户发送包括费用奖励信息的资源获取请求,该费用奖励信息用于指示向每个提供私有资源的资源拥有用户提供1个百度币的费用奖励;则第三提供单元根据resource1的资源拥有用户的反馈信息,将resource1提供给资源搜索用户之后,第四提供单元向resource1的资源拥有用户提供1个百度币;第三提供单元根据resource2的资源拥有用户的反馈信息,将resource2提供给资源搜索用户之后,第四提供单元向resource2的资源拥有用户提供1个百度币。
需要说明的是,在该优选方案中,若所提供的私有资源与所述关键词明显不符,资源搜索用户可拒绝向资源拥有用户支付费用奖励信息所指示的费用。
其中,所述至少一个私有资源为多个,所述信息提供单元2将与该多个私有资源有关且允许所述资源搜索用户获得的信息提供给该资源搜索用户的实现方式包括但不限于:
1)对于该多个私有资源中的每个私有资源,信息提供单元2将与该私有资源有关且允许所述资源搜索用户获得的信息提供给该资源搜索用户。
例如,对于该多个私有资源中的每个私有资源,信息提供单元2向该私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求,并当接收到该资源拥有用户的反馈信息,且该反馈信息指示允许资源搜索用户获得该私有资源时,将该私有资源提供给所述资源搜索用户。

例如,确定单元1确定了9个私有资源。子提供单元首先选择其中4个私有资源,并向该4个私有资源中每个私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求;接着,在经过一预定时间间隔后,子提供单元未收到任何来自资源拥有用户的反馈信息;接着,子提供单元在剩下的未执行过预定操作的5个私有资源中选择4个私有资源,并向该4个私有资源中每个私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求;接着,子提供单元接收到其中2个资源拥有用户的反馈信息,且2个反馈信息均指示允许资源搜索用户获得私有资源;接着,子提供单元将与2个反馈信息相应的私有资源提供给资源搜索用户;接着,子提供单元根据来自资源搜索用户的信息,确定资源搜索用户已获得所需的私有资源。
需要说明的是,子提供单元可采用多种方式确定资源搜索用户已获得所需的私有资源。
例如,子提供单元接收来自资源搜索用户的搜索响应信息,该搜索响应信息指示该资源搜索用户已获得其所需的私有资源。作为一个例子,搜索响应信息可表现为一种指定操作,如将某个私有资源设置为最佳私有资源等。如,资源搜索用户将子提供单元所提供的私有资源resource2设置为最佳私有资源,则子提供单元根据该设置操作确定资源搜索用户已获得其所需的私有资源。
b)子提供单元已对确定单元1所确定的至少一个私有资源中的所有私有资源执行预定操作。
例如,确定单元1确定了9个私有资源。子提供单元首先选择其中4个私有资源,并向该4个私有资源中每个私有资源的资源拥有用 户发送资源获取请求;接着,在经过一预定时间间隔后,子提供单元未收到任何来自资源拥有用户的反馈信息;接着,子提供单元剩下的未执行过预定操作的5个私有资源中选择4个私有资源,并向该4个私有资源中每个私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求;接着,子提供单元接收到其中2个资源拥有用户的反馈信息,且2个反馈信息均指示允许资源搜索用户获得私有资源;接着,子提供单元将与2个反馈信息相应的私有资源提供给资源搜索用户;接着,子提供单元根据来自资源搜索用户的信息,确定资源搜索用户仍未获得所需的私有资源;接着,子提供单元向剩下的未执行过预定操作的1个私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求,并且,子提供单元确定已对确定单元1所确定的至少一个私有资源中的所有私有资源执行预定操作,从而停止循环操作。
需要说明的是,上述预定终止条件仅为更好地说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明的限制。
子提供单元可采用多种方式从至少一个私有资源中选择尚未将与其有关的信息提供给所述资源搜索用户的部分私有资源,并将与所述部分私有资源有关且允许所述资源搜索用户获得的信息提供给该资源搜索用户。
例如,子提供单元从至少一个私有资源中随机选择尚未将与其有关的信息提供给所述资源搜索用户的部分私有资源,并将该部分私有资源中允许资源搜索用户获得的私有资源提供给该资源搜索用户。
又例如,子提供单元根据至少一个私有资源与关键词的匹配程度,从该至少一个私有资源中选择尚未将与其有关的信息提供给所述资源搜索用户的部分私有资源,并将该被选择的部分私有资源中的允许资源搜索用户获得的私有资源提供给该资源搜索用户。

需要说明的是,优选地,在信息提供单元2执行操作之后,对于计算机设备所提供的私有资源,资源搜索用户可基于多种因素,如对该私有资源的满意程度、该私有资源与关键词的匹配程度等,对该私有资源进行评价或打分等。
作为本实施例的一种优选方案,本实施例的搜索装置还包括第五提供单元(图未示),该第五提供单元用于当所述至少一个私有资源中存在允许预览的私有资源时,向用户提供允许预览的私有资源的预览信息。
其中,第五提供单元可采用多种方式确定一个私有资源是否允许预览。例如,当私有资源具有预定的显示格式或存储格式时,第五提供单元可确定该私有资源允许预览;又例如,第五提供单元根据私有资源的资源拥有用户对该私有资源的设置,确定该私有资源允许预览。
其中,所述预览信息用于表示私有资源中允许预览的内容。例如,私有资源的显示格式为文档,该私有资源的预览信息为前两页的文档内容;又例如,私有资源的显示格式为视频,该私有资源的预览信息为前5分钟的视频内容。优选地,私有资源的预览信息可基于资源拥有用户的设置来确定,也可由第五提供单元根据私有资源的格式类型来直接确定。
具体地,当至少一个私有资源中存在允许预览的私有资源时,第五提供单元确定允许预览的私有资源的预览信息,并向资源搜索用户提供所述预览信息。
例如,确定单元1确定相匹配的3个私有资源:resource1、resource2、resource3;第五提供单元基于该3个私有资源的显示格式,确定resource1为允许预览的私有资源,则第五提供单元根据resource1的显示格式“文档”,将resource1的前两页的文档内容作为预览信息提供给资源搜索用户。
需要说明的是,优选地,在第五提供单元执行操作之后,若资源搜索用户在允许预览的私有资源中选择了至少一个私有资源,则信息 提供单元2首先将与该私有资源有关且允许所述资源搜索用户获得的信息提供给该资源搜索用户。
需要说明的是,上述举例仅为更好地说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员应该理解,任何当至少一个私有资源中存在允许预览的私有资源时,向资源搜索用户提供允许预览的私有资源的预览信息的实现方式,均应包含在本发明的范围内。
现有技术中,出于对资源拥有用户的个人隐私的保护,用户仅能在网络中已向网络公众开放的公开资源中进行搜索,来获得其所需的资源。这使得资源的搜索范围较小,搜索到满意资源的几率较低。
根据本实施例的方案,能够在网络上的私有资源中进行搜索,从而增加搜索的范围,增大搜索的成功率,并且,在搜索到私有资源之后,基于私有资源的资源拥有用户的意愿来确定是否向用户提供该私有资源,从而在保护资源拥有用户的个人隐私的前提下,向资源搜索用户提供私有资源;本发明的方案还支持先付费后提供私有资源的方案,以及,在获得私有资源后向资源拥有用户提供费用奖励的方案,从而进一步保障资源拥有用户的利益;并且,本发明的方案还支持私有资源的预览,从而增加了资源搜索用户获得满意的资源的成功率;此外,能够预先确定资源的资源特征信息,从而快速地在私有资源中确定与关键词相匹配的至少一个私有资源,进一步提供了搜索的效率。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种用于在计算机设备中搜索私有资源的方法,其中,该方法包括:
    根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词,在多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,确定相匹配的至少一个私有资源;
    将与所述至少一个私有资源有关且允许所述资源搜索用户获得的信息提供给该资源搜索用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,将所述信息提供给资源搜索用户的步骤包括:
    将所述至少一个私有资源中允许所述资源搜索用户获得的私有资源提供给该资源搜索用户。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,将所述至少一个私有资源中允许所述资源搜索用户获得的私有资源提供给该资源搜索用户的步骤包括:
    向私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求;
    当接收到来自所述资源拥有用户的反馈信息,且该反馈信息指示允许所述资源搜索用户获得该私有资源时,将该私有资源提供给所述资源搜索用户。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,向该私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求的步骤包括:
    当该私有资源的获得需要付费时,向该私有资源的资源拥有用户发送包含付费信息的资源获取请求。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,向该私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求的步骤包括:
    向该私有资源的资源拥有用户发送包含费用奖励信息的资源获取请求;
    所述将该私有资源提供给所述资源搜索用户的操作之后执行以下操作:
    将所述费用奖励信息所指示的费用提供给提供该私有资源的该资源拥有用户。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,将所述信息提供给资源搜索用户的步骤包括:
    将所述至少一个私有资源的资源拥有用户的用户信息中允许所述资源搜索用户获得的用户信息提供给该资源搜索用户。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述至少一个私有资源为多个,将所述信息提供给资源搜索用户的步骤包括:
    重复执行以下操作,直至满足预定终止条件:
    从所述至少一个私有资源中选择尚未将与其有关的信息提供给所述资源搜索用户的部分私有资源;
    将与所述部分私有资源有关且允许所述资源搜索用户获得的信息提供给该资源搜索用户。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法,其中,确定所述相匹配的至少一个私有资源的步骤包括:
    根据所述关键词和/或所述资源搜索用户执行的操作,确定与所述关键词对应的资源特征信息;
    根据所述关键词以及所述资源特征信息,在多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,确定相匹配的至少一个私有资源。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
    根据所述关键词,对多个资源拥有用户的公开资源进行搜索,获得搜索结果;
    其中,确定所述相匹配的至少一个私有资源的步骤包括:
    当所述搜索结果指示不存在与所述关键词相匹配的公开资源时,根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词,在多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,确定相匹配的至少一个私有资源。
  10. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法,其中,确定所述相匹配的至少一个私有资源的步骤包括:
    根据所述关键词对多个资源拥有用户的全部资源进行搜索,获得相匹配的至少一个资源;
    根据所述至少一个资源的属性信息,确定所述至少一个资源中的至少一个私有资源,其中,一个资源的属性信息用于指示该资源为私有资源或公开资源。
  11. 一种用于在计算机设备中搜索私有资源的装置,其中,该装置包括:
    确定单元,用于根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词,在多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,确定相匹配的至少一个私有资源;
    信息提供单元,用于将与所述至少一个私有资源有关且允许所述资源搜索用户获得的信息提供给该资源搜索用户。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述信息提供单元包括:
    第一提供单元,用于将所述至少一个私有资源中允许所述资源搜索用户获得的私有资源提供给该资源搜索用户。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述第一提供单元包括:
    发送单元,用于向私有资源的资源拥有用户发送资源获取请求;
    第三提供单元,用于当接收到来自所述资源拥有用户的反馈信息,且该反馈信息指示允许所述资源搜索用户获得该私有资源时,将该私有资源提供给所述资源搜索用户。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述发送单元包括:
    第一子发送单元,用于当该私有资源的获得需要付费时,向该私有资源的资源拥有用户发送包含付费信息的资源获取请求。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述发送单元包括:
    第二子发送单元,用于向该私有资源的资源拥有用户发送包含费用奖励信息的资源获取请求;
    其中,所述第一提供单元还包括以下单元:
    第四提供单元,用于在第三提供单元将该私有资源提供给所述资源搜索用户之后,将所述费用奖励信息所指示的费用提供给提供该私有资源的该资源拥有用户。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述信息提供单元包括:
    第二提供单元,用于将所述至少一个私有资源的资源拥有用户的用户信息中允许所述资源搜索用户获得的用户信息提供给该资源搜索用户。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述至少一个私有资源为多个,所述信息提供单元包括:
    子提供单元,用于重复执行以下操作,直至满足预定终止条件:
    从所述至少一个私有资源中选择尚未将有关的信息提供给所述资源搜索用户的部分私有资源;
    将与所述部分私有资源有关且允许所述资源搜索用户获得的信息提供给该资源搜索用户。
  18. 根据权利要求11至17中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述确定单元包括:
    第一子确定单元,用于根据所述关键词和/或所述资源搜索用户执行的操作,确定与所述关键词对应的资源特征信息;
    第二子确定单元,用于根据所述关键词以及所述资源特征信息,在多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,确定相匹配的至少一个私有资源。
  19. 根据权利要求11至17中任一项所述的装置,其中,该装置还包括:
    第一获得单元,用于根据所述关键词,对多个资源拥有用户的公开资源进行搜索,获得搜索结果;
    其中,所述确定单元包括:
    第三子确定单元,用于当所述搜索结果指示不存在与所述关键词相匹配的公开资源时,根据来自资源搜索用户的关键词,在多个资源拥有用户的私有资源中进行搜索,确定相匹配的至少一个私有资源。
  20. 根据权利要求11至17中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述确定单元包括:
    第二获得单元,用于根据所述关键词对多个资源拥有用户的全部资 源进行搜索,获得相匹配的至少一个资源;
    第四子确定单元,用于根据所述至少一个资源的属性信息,确定所述至少一个资源中的至少一个私有资源,其中,一个资源的属性信息用于指示该资源为私有资源或公开资源。
  21. 一种计算机可读介质,所述计算机可读介质包括计算机代码,当所述计算机代码被执行时,如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法被执行。
  22. 一种计算机程序产品,当所述计算机程序产品被计算机设备执行时,如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法被执行。
  23. 一种计算机设备,所述计算机设备包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机代码,所述处理器被配置来通过执行所述计算机代码以执行如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法。
