本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有程序指令,当该程序指令被执行时可实现上述方法。
在本发明实施例的方案中,移动终端将用户身份信息及号码信息发送至SIM卡验证中心;当SIM卡验证中心验证用户身份信息及号码信息匹配时,移动终端从SIM卡验证中心接收所述号码信息对应的虚拟SIM卡信息,并将接收的虚拟SIM卡信息进行存储。如此,实现移动终端对虚拟SIM卡信息写入,进而实现移动终端对虚拟SIM卡信息的存储管理,为实现多号码自由切换提供技术保障。基于此,用户可以无需实体SIM卡即可快速获取运营商服务,并获取快速更换手机号码的服务,免去了拆卸实体SIM卡的不便,提升了用户体验。

本发明的实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,下述实施例以及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
实施例1
图1为本发明实施例提供的虚拟SIM卡的管理方法的流程图。如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的虚拟SIM卡的管理方法包括以下步骤:
步骤11:移动终端将用户身份信息及号码信息发送至SIM卡验证中心;
其中,移动终端可将用户身份信息及号码信息组装在短信指令包中进行发送。其中,号码信息为手机号码。其中,短信指令包包括消息头、消息体、消息尾。消息头和消息尾按照运营商接收注册请求的格式组装,格式内容可由运营商和移动设备厂商协商并在移动终端出厂时统一预置,通过上述消息头和消息尾进行组装的短信指令包格式标示该条短信指令包是移动终端需要写入虚拟SIM卡信息的请求。消息体携带有用户身份信息(如18位身份证号码)、手机号码以及运营商提供的验证码。如果短信指令包未携带运营商提供的验证码,随后运营商可向用户发送验证问题,当用户验证正确后,运营商返回验证码,移动终端再根据返回的验证码重新组装短信指令包并发送至SIM卡验证中心。其中,SIM卡验证中心可由所有运营商共同维护或由不同的运营商分别维护自己的SIM卡验证中心。此外,移动终端可采用第一密钥对短信指令包进行加密后发送到SIM卡验证中心。其中,第一密钥为运营商和移动厂商协商并在移动终端出厂时预置的,而且,第一密钥可与运营商同步升级。
步骤12:当所述SIM卡验证中心验证所述用户身份信息及号码信息匹配时,移动终端接收所述号码信息对应的虚拟SIM卡信息;
其中,SIM卡验证中心接收加密的短信指令包后,解密短信指令包,得到移动终端发送的用户身份信息及号码信息。由于号码信息及其对应的用户身份信息存储在运营商的加密数据库中,SIM卡验证中心根据加密数据库及 从移动终端接收的数据进行匹配验证,若移动终端发送的用户身份信息及号码信息匹配成功,SIM卡验证中心返回经第二密钥加密的虚拟SIM卡信息到所述移动终端。若匹配失败,则SIM卡验证中心返回验证失败信息,用户需要通过移动终端重新输入号码信息及用户身份信息重新进行验证。
本步骤中,虚拟SIM卡信息也可由运营商服务器提供。然而,本发明实施例对此并不限定,确保移动终端经过SIM卡验证中心的验证后,从合法来源接收到合法的虚拟SIM卡信息即可。
本实施例中,虚拟SIM卡信息包括手机号码、国际移动用户识别码(IMSI,International Mobile Subscriber Identity)、移动国家码(MCC,Mobile Country Code)和移动网络码(MNC,Mobile Network Code)。
在实际应用中,移动终端可增加制式校验功能,用户在移动终端输入号码信息(如手机号码)进行验证时,如移动终端仅支持移动和联通的运营服务,若输入的手机号码为电信号码,则通过制式校验可返回错误信息,无需再与运营商交互,及时提醒用户更换手机号码重新进行验证。
步骤13:移动终端将接收的虚拟SIM卡信息进行存储。
本步骤中,移动终端将接收的虚拟SIM卡信息存储在设置于所述移动终端闪存中的虚拟SIM卡存储器。
其中,当移动终端接收到加密的虚拟SIM卡信息后,使用本地解密密钥进行解密得到虚拟SIM卡信息,并将得到的虚拟SIM卡信息写入设置在移动终端闪存(Flash)中的虚拟SIM卡存储器(例如,称为SIM-RAM)。其中,虚拟SIM卡存储器为终端厂商在出厂时在移动终端的闪存中设置的固定的内存存储空间。其中,移动终端的本地解密密钥为运营商和移动厂商协商并在移动终端出厂时预置的,而且,解密密钥可与运营商同步升级。
在一可选实施例中,步骤13之后,本实施例方法还包括:移动终端根据携带待删除号码信息的删除请求,从虚拟SIM卡存储器删除所述待删除号码信息对应的虚拟SIM卡信息。
其中,移动终端接收用户的删除请求(如删除请求携带待删除号码信息)后,判断是否为合法请求(例如,判断是否为移动终端拥有者发出的请求), 若为合法请求,启动移动终端密码保护并进行密码保护验证,若无密码保护或密码验证成功,则执行删除操作,即从虚拟SIM卡存储器删除所述待删除号码信息对应的虚拟SIM卡信息(包括手机号码、相关的IMSI、MCC及MNC信息)。若密码保护验证出现错误,则需要重新进行验证。可设置最大验证次数,当达到最大验证次数仍无法通过验证,则返回删除请求失败,若在最大验证次数内通过验证,则执行删除操作。
在一可选实施例中,步骤13之后,本实施例方法还包括:移动终端根据清空请求从虚拟SIM卡存储器删除所有虚拟SIM卡信息。
其中,移动终端接收用户的清空请求后,判断是否为合法请求(例如,判断是否为移动终端拥有者发出的请求),若为合法请求,启动移动终端密码保护并进行密码保护验证,若无密码保护或密码验证成功,则执行清空操作,即从虚拟SIM卡存储器删除所有的虚拟SIM卡信息(包括手机号码、对应的IMSI、MCC及MNC信息)。若密码保护验证出现错误,则需要重新进行验证。于此,可设置最大验证次数,当达到最大验证次数仍无法通过验证,则返回清空请求失败,若在最大验证次数内通过验证,则执行清空操作。
在一可选实施例中,步骤13之后,本实施例方法还包括:移动终端根据读取请求从虚拟SIM卡存储器读取存储的虚拟SIM卡信息,并发送携带一个虚拟SIM卡信息的网络注册请求至运营商服务器,所述网络注册请求用于请求所述运营商服务器当验证所述虚拟SIM卡信息成功时,为该虚拟SIM卡信息提供网络注册。
其中,移动终端接收用户的读取请求(读取请求可携带待读取号码信息或不携带待读取的号码信息)后,判断是否为合法请求(例如,判断是否为移动终端拥有者发出的请求),若为合法请求,则执行读取操作,即从虚拟SIM卡存储器读取虚拟SIM卡信息。当读取请求携带有待读取号码信息时,执行读取操作时,从虚拟SIM卡存储器读取该待读取号码信息对应的虚拟SIM卡信息(例如包括手机号码及其对应的IMSI、MCC及MNC信息);当读取请求未携带待读取号码信息时,执行读取操作时,从虚拟SIM卡存储器读取所有的虚拟SIM卡信息(如至少一个手机号码及其对应信息)。
移动终端按照虚拟SIM卡信息读取流程从虚拟SIM卡存储器读取虚拟 SIM卡信息后,用户可根据读取的虚拟SIM卡信息选择一个手机号码,移动终端将该手机号码对应的虚拟SIM卡信息加入网络注册请求中,加密后发送至运营商服务器,运营商服务器接收并解析网络注册请求,验证解析得到的虚拟SIM卡信息,如验证成功(如,手机号码存在且其对应的IMSI、MCC、MNC信息合法),则为该虚拟SIM卡信息提供网络注册服务。若验证失败(如手机号码停机或被注销,或手机号码对应的IMSI、MCC、MNC信息存在不合法的情况),则向移动终端返回失败响应,用户重新选择手机号码进行网络注册。
在实际应用中,当用户选择更换手机号码时,移动终端通过SIM卡验证中心的验证后,可将接收的虚拟SIM卡信息写入虚拟SIM卡存储器,移动终端读取写入的虚拟SIM卡信息进行网络注册,成功后,即可利用该手机号码进行通信。
需要说明的是,虚拟SIM卡信息进行网络注册后,并不影响后续对虚拟SIM卡存储器的存储管理操作。即,在至少一个虚拟SIM卡信息成功注册网络后,移动终端仍可对虚拟SIM卡存储器进行写入操作、读取操作、删除操作等。另外,移动终端允许多个手机号码在运营商服务器进行注册。例如,首先读取一个手机号码进行网络注册,再读取下一下手机号码进行网络注册。注册成功后的手机号码同时具有电话呼叫、短信收发功能。
实施例2
本发明实施例还提供一种虚拟SIM卡的管理系统,如图2所示,设置于移动终端,包括:
发送模块23,设置为将用户身份信息及号码信息发送至SIM卡验证中心;
接收模块24,设置为当所述SIM卡验证中心验证所述用户身份信息及号码信息匹配时,接收所述号码信息对应的虚拟SIM卡信息;以及
处理模块25,设置为将接收的虚拟SIM卡信息进行存储。
实施例3
如图3所示,本发明实施例提供的虚拟SIM卡的管理系统,设置于移动终端,包括请求模块21、监控模块22、发送模块23、接收模块24以及处理模块25。移动终端的闪存中设置有虚拟SIM卡存储器26,其中:
请求模块21,设置为供用户通过移动终端设置操作请求(如读取请求、写入请求、删除请求、清空请求、网络注册请求);
监控模块22,设置为监控请求模块21发送的操作请求是否合法(例如,判断操作请求是否为移动终端拥有者发出的请求);
发送模块23,设置为将用户身份信息及号码信息发送至SIM卡验证中心;
接收模块24,设置为当所述SIM卡验证中心验证用户身份信息及号码信息匹配时,接收所述号码信息对应的虚拟SIM卡信息;
处理模块25,设置为将接收的虚拟SIM卡信息写入设置在移动终端闪存中的虚拟SIM卡存储器26,以及设置为根据携带待删除号码信息的删除请求,从虚拟SIM卡存储器26删除所述待删除号码信息对应的虚拟SIM卡信息,以及设置为根据清空请求从虚拟SIM卡存储器26删除所有虚拟SIM卡信息,以及设置为根据读取请求从虚拟SIM卡存储器26读取存储的虚拟SIM卡信息,以及设置为根据读取请求从虚拟SIM卡存储器26读取存储的虚拟SIM卡信息之后,发送携带一个虚拟SIM卡信息的网络注册请求至运营商服务器,以及设置为请求运营商服务器当验证所述虚拟SIM卡信息成功时,为该虚拟SIM卡信息提供网络注册;其中,号码信息为手机号码,虚拟SIM卡信息包括手机号码、IMSI、MCC、MNC。
实施例4
图4为本发明实施例提供的虚拟SIM卡信息的写入操作的流程示意图。如图4所示,用户通过移动终端的请求模块21设置写入请求,写入请求例如包括手机号码、用户身份证号以及验证码(首次可缺省)。监控模块22接收请求模块发送的写入请求后,监控请求模块21发送的写入请求是否合法(例如,判断写入请求是否为移动终端拥有者发出的请求),若为合法请求,则将写入指令发送至处理模块25。处理模块25通过发送模块23将用户身份证 号、手机号码及验证码发送至SIM卡验证中心进行数据验证。其中,发送给SIM卡验证中心的数据组装同上述步骤11中的短信指令包所述,此处不再赘述。当SIM卡验证中心验证用户身份证号和手机号码匹配时,将该手机号码对应的虚拟SIM卡信息发送至接收模块24,处理模块25将接收模块24接收的虚拟SIM卡信息写入移动终端闪存中的虚拟SIM卡存储器26。其中,虚拟SIM卡信息包括手机号码、IMSI、MCC及MNC。当SIM卡验证中心验证用户身份证号和手机号码不匹配时,返回验证失败信息至处理模块25,处理模块25返回错误码至监控模块22,监控模块22返回信息至请求模块21,要求用户重新输入手机号码及用户身份证号重新进行验证。
实施例5
图5为本发明实施例提供的虚拟SIM卡信息的删除操作的流程示意图。如图5所示,用户通过移动终端的请求模块21设置删除请求,删除请求包括待删除号码信息(如待删除手机号码)。监控模块22接收请求模块21发送的删除请求后,监控请求模块21发送的删除请求是否合法(例如,判断删除请求是否为移动终端拥有者发出的请求),若为合法请求,则将删除指令发送至处理模块25。处理模块25启动移动终端密码保护并进行密码保护验证,若无密码保护或密码验证成功,则从虚拟SIM卡存储器26删除该待删除手机号码及其对应的数据(如该手机号码对应的IMSI、MCC及MNC信息),待成功删除上述信息后,返回成功信息至请求模块21。若密码保护验证出现错误,则返回密码错误,并返回错误信息至请求模块21,要求用户重新进行密码验证。
清空请求的操作过程同删除请求类似,故此处不再赘述。
实施例6
图6为本发明实施例提供的虚拟SIM卡信息的读取操作的流程示意图。如图6所示,用户通过移动终端的请求模块21设置读取请求(读取请求可携带待读取手机号码或不携带待读取手机号码)。监控模块22接收请求模块 21发送的读取请求后,监控请求模块21发送的读取请求是否为合法请求(例如,判断是否为移动终端拥有者发出的请求),若为合法请求,则将读取指令发送至处理模块25。处理模块25从虚拟SIM卡存储器读取相应的虚拟SIM卡信息。当读取请求携带有待读取手机号码时,从虚拟SIM卡存储器26读取该待读取手机号码对应的虚拟SIM卡信息(例如包括该手机号码对应的IMSI、MCC及MNC信息);当读取请求未携带待读取手机号码时,从虚拟SIM卡存储器26读取所有的虚拟SIM卡信息(如至少一个手机号码及其对应信息)。
另外,虚拟SIM卡信息的网络注册操作同上述方法所述,此处不再赘述。
此外,上述管理系统的其他操作过程同上述方法所述,故于此不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的虚拟SIM卡管理方法及系统,无需实体物理SIM卡及卡槽,实现了移动终端无实体SIM卡化的方法,在获取移动终端服务的同时,还实现了多号码的自由切换,提升了用户体验。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件完成,上述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。本发明实施例不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
工业实用性
本发明实施例的方案中,移动终端将用户身份信息及号码信息发送至SIM卡验证中心;当SIM卡验证中心验证用户身份信息及号码信息匹配时,移动终端从SIM卡验证中心接收所述号码信息对应的虚拟SIM卡信息,并将接收的虚拟SIM卡信息进行存储。如此,实现移动终端对虚拟SIM卡信息写入,进而实现移动终端对虚拟SIM卡信息的存储管理,为实现多号码自由切换提供技术保障。基于此,用户可以无需实体SIM卡即可快速获取运营商服务,并获取快速更换手机号码的服务,免去了拆卸实体SIM卡的不便,提升了用户体验。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种虚拟用户识别模块SIM卡的管理方法,包括:
    移动终端将用户身份信息及号码信息发送至SIM卡验证中心;
    当所述SIM卡验证中心验证所述用户身份信息及号码信息匹配时,移动终端接收所述号码信息对应的虚拟SIM卡信息;
    移动终端将接收的虚拟SIM卡信息进行存储。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的管理方法,其中,所述移动终端将接收的虚拟SIM卡信息进行存储包括:
    所述移动终端将接收的虚拟SIM卡信息存储在设置于所述移动终端闪存中的虚拟SIM卡存储器。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的管理方法,所述移动终端将接收的虚拟SIM卡信息进行存储之后,所述方法还包括:
    根据携带待删除号码信息的删除请求,从虚拟SIM卡存储器删除所述待删除号码信息对应的虚拟SIM卡信息。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的管理方法,所述移动终端将接收的虚拟SIM卡信息进行存储之后,所述方法还包括:
    根据清空请求从虚拟SIM卡存储器删除所有虚拟SIM卡信息。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的管理方法,所述移动终端将接收的虚拟SIM卡信息进行存储之后,所述方法还包括:
    根据读取请求从虚拟SIM卡存储器读取存储的虚拟SIM卡信息,并发送携带一个虚拟SIM卡信息的网络注册请求至运营商服务器,所述网络注册请求用于请求所述运营商服务器当验证所述虚拟SIM卡信息成功时,为该虚拟SIM卡信息提供网络注册。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的管理方法,其中:所述虚拟SIM卡信息包括手机号码、国际移动用户识别码IMSI、移动国家码MCC和移动网络码MNC。
  7. 一种虚拟SIM卡的管理系统,设置于移动终端,包括:
    发送模块,设置为将用户身份信息及号码信息发送至SIM卡验证中心;
    接收模块,设置为当所述SIM卡验证中心验证所述用户身份信息及号码信息匹配时,接收所述号码信息对应的虚拟SIM卡信息;以及
    处理模块,设置为将接收的虚拟SIM卡信息进行存储。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的管理系统,所述管理系统还包括:虚拟SIM卡存储器,设置为存储所述处理模块接收的虚拟SIM卡信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的管理系统,其中:所述处理模块,还设置为根据携带待删除号码信息的删除请求,从虚拟SIM卡存储器删除所述待删除号码信息对应的虚拟SIM卡信息。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的管理系统,其中:所述处理模块,还设置为根据清空请求从虚拟SIM卡存储器删除所有虚拟SIM卡信息。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的管理系统,其中:所述处理模块,还设置为根据读取请求从虚拟SIM卡存储器读取存储的虚拟SIM卡信息,并发送携带一个虚拟SIM卡信息的网络注册请求至运营商服务器,所述网络注册请求用于请求所述运营商服务器当验证所述虚拟SIM卡信息成功时,为该虚拟SIM卡信息提供网络注册。
  12. 如权利要求7至11任一项所述的管理系统,其中:所述虚拟SIM卡信息包括手机号码、国际移动用户识别码IMSI、移动国家码MCC和移动网络码MNC。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有程序指令,当该程序指令被执行时可实现权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法。
