综上所述,本发明的包装盒内设置有支撑件,所述支撑件支撑托盘,当包装盒支撑托盘用于陈列所述电子装置时,所述支撑件的固定区带动所述托盘相对隔离区或者/和第二区域转动变换角度,所述托盘随着所述固定区的翻转而自身角度发生度的转动,实现所述托盘相对盒体转换角度,进而实现电子装置屏幕角度的转换,提高了包装盒的利用率,节省能源并达到环保效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进 行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1,本发明提供了一种包装盒,用于封装电子装置,并且包装盒可用作电子装置的支撑架,实现电子装置在陈列时的支撑及支撑角度的转换。本发明实施例涉及的电子装置包括但不限于手机、平板电脑、掌上电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、可穿戴设备或电子阅读器等,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。本实施例中,以手机为例,所述包装盒支撑手机的同时,可以变换承载手机部分(如托盘)的支撑角度实现手机屏幕角度的转换,如90度或180度的变换。
所述包装盒100包括盒体10、支撑件20、托盘30及盒盖40。所述盒盖40可盖于所述盒体10上,所述支撑件20支撑所述托盘30于所述盒体10内。所述支撑件20包括连接板21、与所述连接板21连接的支撑板23及承载体25。所述连接板21定位于所述盒体10内,所述承载体25支撑所述支撑板23,所述支撑板23用于支撑所述托盘30。
请一并参阅图2,所述支撑板23包括第一区域24、第二区域26及分隔第一区域24与第二区域26的第一折痕27,所述第一区域内设有第二折痕28,并且第二折痕28将所述第一区域24分成间隔区241及固定区243。所述第二折痕28的一端与所述第一折痕27的一端连接,且所述第二折痕28相对于所述第一折痕27成斜角设置,所述间隔区241位于第二折痕28与所述第一折痕27之间;所述第一折痕27用于所述第一区域24相对所述第二区域26的翻折,所述第二折痕28用于所述固定区243相对所述间隔区241的翻折。所述托盘30固定于所述固定区上,所述固定区及间隔区的翻折带动所述托盘转换角度。
请参阅图3与图4,进一步的,所述固定区243包括正面244及背面245。本发明的一实施例中,所述托盘30固定于所述固定区243的背面244,所述固定区243与所述间隔区241相对折叠设置,并且所述固定区243的正面245朝向所述间隔区241。本实施例中,承载托盘30时所述正面245与所述间隔区241完全接触。所述固定区243与间隔区241为对称形状,也可以为非对称形状,优选的,所述固定区243与间隔区241为对称形状,对称中心线为所述第一折痕。
更进一步的,所述固定区243相对所述间隔区241的翻折的角度为0-360度。所述第一区域24相对所述第二区域26翻折的角度为0-180度,优选角度 为0度或180度且所述第一区域24相对所述第二区域26翻折180度时,所述固定区243的正面与所述第二区域26抵接。本实施例中,所述第二区域26设有承载面260。所述承载面260与所述固定区的正面243朝向相同。所述固定区243沿着所述第二折痕28可以相对所述间隔区241翻折0-360度。
请参阅图5,当所述托盘30收容于所述盒体10内时,所述固定区243与所述间隔区241沿着第二折痕28相对折叠,所述背面244与所述第二区域26同时与所述托盘30抵接,所述支撑板23与所述承载体25主要支撑托盘30。当使用所述盒体10陈列所述手机时,所述盒体10竖直立于一平面,周侧板12的一部分与平面抵持,将所述托盘30拉出所述收容腔13呈倾斜角支撑于平面上,同时所述支撑板23相对所述盒体10倾斜一定角度,此时露出托盘的手机被倾斜的支撑于平面上,本实施例中托盘30横向认为是初始角度,即0度作为说明,此时手机屏幕也为横向设置。
请参阅图6,当需要转换手机屏幕角度时,将所述托盘拉起并转动,使所述固定区243沿着第二折痕28相对间隔区241翻开与隔离区241构成平面,与此同时所述支撑板23上的所述固定区243与隔离区241沿着所述第一折痕27向所述第二区域24翻起180度与所述第二区域24的承载面260重叠,所述固定区243的正面与及隔离区241与所述第二区域贴合;由于所述第二折痕28在第一区域24内为45度角设置,当所述固定区与隔离区展开后相当于所述固定区转了90度角,即带动所述托盘30转了90度角,而第一区域24相当于第二区域26的旋转保证了所述托盘30装有手机的一面一直保证在需要展示的方向上,而不是进入所述盒体10内;则随着固定区243的翻转所述托盘30在初始的平面上自身转动了90度,进而实现所述手机屏幕90度角的转换,达到陈列需要转换角度的目的。
请参阅图8与图9,本发明另一种实施方式中,与上述第一实施例不同之处在于,所述托盘30固定于所述固定区243的正面244,所述固定区243相对所述间隔区241展开设置。优选的,当所述托盘30收容于所述盒体10内时,所述固定区243与所述间隔区241相对展开并与所述第二区域位于同一平面,所述支撑板23与所述承载体25主要支撑托盘30。当使用所述盒体10陈列所述手机时,所述盒体10竖直立于一平面,周侧板12的一部分与平面抵持,将所述托盘30拉出所述收容腔13呈倾斜角支撑于平面上,同时所述支撑板23 相对所述盒体10倾斜一定角度,此时露出托盘的手机被倾斜的支撑于平面上,本实施例中托盘30横向认为是初始角度,即0度作为说明,此时手机屏幕也为横向设置。
请参阅图10与11,当需要转换手机屏幕角度时,将所述托盘拉起并转动,使所述支撑板23上的所述第一区域24沿着所述第一折痕27向所述第二区域24翻起,与此同时,将所述固定区243沿着第二折痕28相对间隔区241翻折,直至所述背面245与所述间隔区241贴合,而第一区域24相对所述第二区域24翻转直至间隔区241与所述第二区域24重叠。此时,所述托盘已经随着固定区的转动而自身转换了90纵向支撑于平面上。请复参图1,本实施例中,所述盒体10包括底板11及设于底板11周缘的周侧板12,所述底板11与所述周侧板12围成收容腔13,用以收容所述支撑件20及所述托盘30。所述盒盖40与所述盒体10分离设置或者连接于所述盒体10上。优选的,所述盒盖40旋转的连接于所述盒体10一侧。具体为所述盒盖40包括侧壁41,所述盒盖40的侧壁41的一边与所述盒体10的周侧板12的一边可转动的连接。优选的,所述盒盖40内设置有收纳盒,用于收纳手机说明书或周边配件。
所述托盘30为矩形槽状,其包括承载底壁31及周侧壁32,所述周侧壁32设于承载底壁31上并与承载底壁31围成收容槽33,所述固定区243与所述承载底壁31外侧固定。所述收容槽33用于收容手机并将手机屏幕露出。本实施例中,所述盒体10、托盘30及盒盖40为纸板制成。所述收容槽33内可在所述周侧壁32内表面设置泡棉防护带,用于固定手机并保护手机。
进一步的,本发明一实施例中,所述连接板21包括固定板211及由固定板211一端弯折的侧板212,所述支撑板23远离所述第一区域24的一端连接所述侧板212远离固定板211的一侧,所述固定板211固定于所述盒体10内的底板11上且与所述支撑板23平行相对设置。在其它实施方式中,所述连接板21为一板体,其包括固定边及与固定边相对的连接边,所述支撑板23远离所述第一区域24的一端连接所述连接边,并且所述支撑板23与所述连接板成夹角设置;所述固定边固定于所述盒体10内的底板11上。
本实施例中,所述支撑板23为长条形板体,所述第一折痕27沿着所述支撑板23端边方向将所述支撑板23分隔成所述的第一区域24与第二区域26。优选的,所述第一区域24为正方形区域,所述第二折痕28位于所述第二区域 26的对角线上,即所述第二折痕28与第一折痕27呈45度夹角。所述固定板211与支撑板23为上下两个相对平行的板体,所述侧板212位于固定板211与支撑板23同一侧的端部,并与所述固定板211、支撑板23均可呈0-90夹度变化。所述承载体25为块体、柱体或者支架等形式。优选的,所述承载体25为块体。承载体25可拆卸的装于所述固定板211上并支撑于所述支撑板23与固定板211之间。在支撑板23带动托盘30转换角度时,所述承载体25可选择性拆下。
进一步的,所述连接板21与所述支撑板23由一条状板体弯折形成,其中板体为纸板或塑料板。本实施例中,所述连接板21与所述支撑板23优选为纸板。所述第一折痕27与第二折痕28可以为纸板上切割的条形槽或者直接形成的厚度小于第一区域24与第二区域26的条形区域。所述第一区域24为矩形,所述第二区域26为矩形、等腰梯形或者直角梯形。本实施例中,优选的,第一区域24与第二区域26均为矩形。在其它实施方式中,所述第二区域26为等腰梯形,如图13所示。
进一步的,所述托盘30通过魔术贴或者双面胶与所述支撑板23的固定连接。如此可以任意拆卸所述支撑板23与所述托盘30,便于更换托盘或维修所述支撑件20。
参阅图7,优选的,所述侧板212与所述固定板211之间的连接处为第一折线214,所述侧板212与所述支撑板23连接处为第二折线215;所述侧板212沿着所述第一折线214可相对所述固定板211转动,所述支撑板23沿着所述第二折线215可相对所述侧板212转动。具体的,所述第一折线214位于所述盒体10内底壁11一侧,所述侧板212与所述周侧壁12平行且接触设置,所述第二折线215与所述第一折痕27平行设置。当沿着支撑板23所在表面拉动所述支撑板23时,所述侧板212可以沿着所述第一折线214及第二折线214倾斜,所述托盘30的承载底壁31便可相对盒体10呈现更大的倾斜角支撑在平面上。
本发明的包装盒内设置有支撑件20,所述支撑件支撑托盘30,当包装盒支撑托盘用于陈列所述手机时,所述支撑件的固定区带动所述托盘30相对隔离区或者/和第二区域转动变换角度,所述托盘随着所述固定区的翻转而自身角度发生90度的转动,实现所述托盘相对盒体转换角度,进而实现手机屏幕 角度的转换,提高了包装盒的利用率,节省能源并达到环保效果。
请参阅图12,进一步的,本发明所述第二区域26内设有第三折痕261及第四折痕262,所述第三折痕261与所述第一折痕27平行相对设置,所述第四折痕262位于所述第三折痕261与所述第一折痕27之间,所述第四折痕261两端连接所述第三折痕261与所述第一折痕271呈对角位置的端部,并且所述第四折痕与所述第二折痕呈夹角设置。具体的,当所述托盘30固定于所述固定区243的正面244,所述固定区243相对所述间隔区241展开设置。所述托盘30收容于所述盒体10内时,所述固定区243与所述间隔区241相对展开并与所述第二区域位于同一平面,所述支撑板23与所述承载体25主要支撑托盘30。当需要转换手机屏幕角度时,将所述托盘拉起并转动,使所述支撑板23上的所述第一区域24沿着所述第一折痕27向所述第二区域24翻起,与此同时,将所述固定区243沿着第二折痕28相对间隔区241翻折,直至所述背面245与所述间隔区241贴合,然后第一区域24以及部分所述第二区域24沿着第四折痕262向第二区域26的一侧翻折直至所述第二区域被第四折痕纷呈的两部分对合,所述固定区243上的托盘30自身旋转的180角,进而带动手机转动180。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种包装盒,其特征在于,所述包装盒包括盒体、托盘、盒盖及支撑件,所述盒盖可盖于所述盒体上,所述支撑件支撑所述托盘于所述盒体内;
    所述支撑件包括连接板、与所述连接板连接的支撑板及承载体,所述连接板定位于所述盒体内,所述承载体支撑所述支撑板,所述支撑板用于支撑所述托盘;
    所述支撑板包括第一区域、第二区域及分隔第一区域与第二区域的第一折痕,所述第一区域内设有第二折痕,并且第二折痕将所述第一区域分成间隔区及固定区,所述第二折痕的一端与所述第一折痕的一端连接,且所述第二折痕相对于所述第一折痕成斜角设置,所述间隔区位于第二折痕与所述第一折痕之间;所述第一折痕用于所述第一区域相对所述第二区域的翻折,所述第二折痕用于所述固定区相对所述间隔区的翻折;
    所述托盘固定于所述固定区上,所述固定区及间隔区的翻折带动所述托盘转换角度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述固定区包括正面及背面,所述托盘固定于所述固定区的背面,所述固定区通过第二折痕与所述间隔区相对折叠设置,并且所述固定区的正面朝向所述间隔区。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述固定区包括正面及背面,所述托盘固定于所述正面,所述固定区相对所述间隔区展开设置。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述连接板包括固定板及由固定板一端弯折的侧板,所述支撑板远离所述第一区域的一端连接所述侧板远离固定板的一侧,所述固定板固定于所述盒体内的底壁上且与所述支撑板平行相对设置。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述侧板与所述固定板之间的连接处为第一折线,所述侧板与所述支撑板连接处为第二折线;所述侧板沿着所述第一折线可相对所述固定板转动,所述支撑板沿着所述第二折线可相对所述侧板转动、第一折线、第二折线及第一折痕平行设置。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述承载体可拆卸的装于所述固定板上并支撑于所述支撑板与固定板之间。
  7. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述连接板为一板体,其包括固定边及与固定边相对的连接边,所述支撑板远离所述第一区域的一端连接所述连接边,并且所述支撑板与所述连接板成夹角设置;所述固定边固定于所述盒体内的底壁上。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述第二区域内设有第三折痕及第四折痕,所述第三折痕与所述第一折痕平行相对设置,所述第四折痕位于所述第三折痕与所述第一折痕之间,所述第四折痕两端连接所述第三折痕与所述第一折痕呈对角位置的端部,并且所述第四折痕与所述第二折痕呈夹角设置。
  9. 如权利要求1至9任一项所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述托盘包括承载底壁及周侧壁,所述周侧壁设于承载底壁上并与承载底壁围成收容槽,所述固定区与所述承载底壁外侧固定。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述盒体包括底板及设于底板周缘的周侧板,所述周侧板与所述底板围成收容腔,用以收容所述支撑件及所述托盘,所述支撑件位于所述底板与所述托盘之间。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述盒盖包括侧壁,所述盒盖的侧壁的一边与所述盒体周侧板的一边可转动的连接,且所述盒盖内设置有收纳盒。
  12. 如权利要求1至11任一项所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述第二折痕与第一折痕呈45度夹角。
  13. 如权利要求1至11任一项所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述固定区相对所述间隔区的翻折的角度为0-360度。
  14. 如权利要求1至11任一项所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述第一区域相对所述第二区域翻折的角度为0-180度,且所述第一区域相对所述第二区域翻折180度时,所述固定区的正面与所述第二区域抵接。
  15. 如权利要求1至11任一项所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述托盘通过魔术贴或者双面胶与所述支撑板的固定连接。
  16. 如权利要求1至11任一项所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述第一区域为矩形,所述第二区域为矩形、等腰梯形或者直角梯形。
