本实施例中,当终端和网络建立链接时会建立多个承载,终端监测网络承载更新信息,如承载建立、修改和/或删除,则提取对应承载的信息,并按照一定优先级及时更新在承载列表中。所述承载信息包括承载ID及其对应的QCI、TFT等承载参数。承载包括专用承载及默认承载,不同的QCI,TFT参数标志着该承载可以承担的业务类型。
所述按照一定优先级包括专用承载在前,默认承载在后;GBR承载在前,非GBR承载在后;语音相关承载在前,非语音相关承载在后等。
当终端进入一个新的小区后,当该小区的TAI(Tracking Area Identity,跟踪区标识)不在终端TAI list中,则终端会发起正常的TAU(Tracking area update,跟踪区更新)流程。通过TAU accept信令告知终端当前网络状态是否支持VOLTE,即VOPS的值(1为支持,0为不支持)。实施例中的网络变化监测包括如下步骤:
步骤S101:VOLTE终端开始VOLTE语音通话并处于移动中;
步骤S102:VOLTE终端开始监测终端是否运动到不同TA的小区,如果是进入步骤103,如果不是,不做动作;
步骤S103:提取网络是否变化参数,如TAU Accept信令中VOPS信元值;
步骤S104:通过网络状态变化参数(如VOPS值)判断当前网络是否支持VOLTE,如果是,则不做动作,如果不是,则启动保障语音通话流程。
所述的终端网络是否变化包括但不限于终端是否发生TAU过程,并且对应的网络参数是否发生变化。所述的网络参数包括但不限于TAU Accept信令中的VOPS信元值。
以下以一个例子说明无线终端从一个支持VOLTE的小区移动到一个非VOLTE,不同TA的小区后,如何监测网络EPS承载是否变化的流程,包括如下步骤:
步骤S201:若网络变化模块监测到网络发生变化,则启动承载变化监测流程;
步骤S202:提取终端上报的承载状态;
步骤S203:提取网络告知终端的承载状态;
步骤S204:比较承载是否发生变化,如果是,则进入承载更新流程,如果不是,则进入通话保证模块。
所述的终端上报的承载状态包括TAU Request信令中EBI(EPS bearer context status information element,EPS(演进分组系统)承载状态信元值)EBI1,所述的网络下发的承载状态包括TAU Accept信令中的EBI EBI2,所述的比较承载是否发生变化即比较EBI1及EBI2是否发生变化,如语音通话所需的转载是否释放,以此决定继续保持通话的方案。
以下以一个例子说明无线终端从一个支持VOLTE的小区移动到一个非VOLTE,不同TA的小区后,保证正常通话的流程,包括以下步骤:
步骤S401:终端开始VOLTE语音通话;
步骤S402:监测网络状态是否发生变化,如果未变化,则重复步骤S402,如果变化,则进入步骤S403;
步骤S403:监测承载状态是否发生变化,如果变化,则进入步骤S404,如果未变化,则进入步骤S405;
步骤S404:在原有承载上保证不掉话,保证通话质量;
步骤S405:查找当前网络承载,并按照一定规则进行优先级排序;
步骤S406:选择最优承载并与网络协商,确认是否可以保证语音通话。如果是,进入步骤S408,如果不是,进入步骤S407。
步骤S407:选择第二承载并与网络协商,确认是否可以保证语音通话,如果是,则进入步骤S408;如果不是,则进入步骤S409。
步骤S408:在选择的承载的进行语音信息传输,继续保持通话;
步骤S409:请求网络是否可以建立专用承载,如果是,则建立专用承载并在此承载上保持通话;如果不是,则挂断电话,并做出对应提示。
本发明实施例是针对网络承载是否变化决定是否需要重新建立专用承载还继续保持通话,另外也可以考虑在新小区上默认承载一定存在,利用默认承载上保证终端VOLTE通话的继续。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计算机程序流程来实现,所述计算机程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如系统、设备、装置、器件等)执行,在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现,这些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。
上述实施例中的各装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的各装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
工业实用性
通过上述技术方案可以保证VOLTE终端的通话安全性,即从VOLTE网络到非VOLTE网络切换后不掉话并保证通话质量。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种语音通话的方法,包括:
    监测终端在通话过程中从基于长期演进的语音业务VOLTE网络切换到非VOLTE网络;
    利用网络上的指定承载进行语音业务信息的传递,或者,
    监测用于传递语音业务信息的承载发生变化时,重新选择承载进行语音业务信息的传递。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述重新选择承载进行语音业务信息的传递,包括:
    查找承载列表中的承载的状态,按优先级次序选择承载请求资源进行语音业务信息的传递;若找不到可用承载,则请求建立专用承载以进行语音业务信息的传递;或者
    直接请求建立专用承载以进行语音业务信息的传递。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,还包括:所述请求建立专用承载以进行语音业务信息的传递之后,
    若在指定时长内未收到响应信息或收到拒绝指令,则挂断语音通话,或者查找承载列表中的承载的状态,按优先级次序选择承载请求资源进行语音业务信息的传递。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:所述监测承载发生变化后,
    将所述终端的语音数据扩展为通用属性。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,还包括:
    监测用于传递语音业务信息的承载是否发生变化,若变化,则提取发生变化的承载的信息,按照指定优先级更新承载列表。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述监测承载是否发生变化,包括:
    提取终端上报的承载状态,该承载状态包括路由区更新请求信令中的第一演进分组系统承载状态EBI信元值;
    提取网络下发终端的承载状态,该承载状态包括路由区更新接受信令中的第二EBI信元值;
    若所述第一EBI信元值和所述第二EBI信元值不一致,则判断承载发生变化。
  7. 一种终端,包括:
    网络监测模块,设置为监测终端在通话过程中从VOLTE网络切换到非VOLTE网络;
    通话处理模块,设置为利用新网络上的指定承载进行语音业务信息的传递,或者监测用于传递语音业务信息的承载发生变化时,重新选择承载进行语音业务信息的传递。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的终端,其中:
    所述通话处理模块是设置为通过如下方式实现重新选择承载进行语音业务信息的传递:
    查找承载列表中的承载的状态,按优先级次序选择承载请求资源进行语音业务信息的传递;若找不到可用承载,则请求建立专用承载以进行语音业务信息的传递,或者直接请求建立专用承载以进行语音业务信息的传递。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的终端,所述通话处理模块,还设置为请求建立专用承载以进行语音业务信息的传递之后,若在指定时长内未收到响应信息或收到拒绝指令,则挂断语音通话,或者查找承载列表中的承载的状态,按优先级次序选择承载请求资源进行语音业务信息的传递。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的终端,所述通话处理模块,还设置为监测承载发生变化后将所述终端的语音数据扩展为通用属性。
  11. 如权利要求7-10任一项所述的终端,还包括:
    承载监测模块,设置为监测用于传递语音业务信息的承载是否发生变化,如变化,则提取发生变化的承载的信息,按照指定优先级更新承载列表。
  12. 如权利要求7-11任一项所述的终端,其中:
    所述承载监测模块,监测承载是否发生变化包括:提取终端上报的承载 状态,该承载状态包括路由区更新请求信令中的第一演进分组系统承载状态标识EBI信元值;提取网络下发终端的承载状态,该承载状态包括路由区更新接受信令中的第二EBI信元值;若所述第一EBI信元值和所述第二EBI信元值不一致,则判断承载发生变化。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有程序指令,当该程序指令被执行时可实现权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法。
