本发明公开了一种压电扬声器,包括导电端子、框架、与所述框架固定的振膜以及固定于所述振膜的压电片,并且:所述压电片表面设置有天线线路,所述压电片与所述天线线路分别与所述导电端子电连接。本发明的压电扬声器,在压电片表面设置天线线路,将天线装置与压电扬声器一体设置,同时实现扬声器功能及天线功能,不增加压电扬声器厚度,有利于产品的薄型化设计和集成化设计。

压电扬声器 技术领域
本发明涉及电声领域,尤其涉及一种多功能压电扬声器。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,便携式电子装置受到人们的广泛关注,扬声器装置作为便携式电子终端主要的发声单元,直接影响着便携式电子装置的使用效果。
随着便携式电子装置越来越薄,扬声器装置的厚度越来越成为业界关注的重点。同时,为了有利于便携式电子装置的薄型化设计,其内部电子部件的集成化设计成为设计趋势。怎样提供一种薄型化设计、集成度高的扬声器成为研发人员面临的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种薄型化设计、集成度高的多功能压电扬声器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种压电扬声器,包括导电端子、框架、与所述框架固定的振膜以及固定于所述振膜的压电片,其特征在于:所述压电片表面设置有天线线路,所述压电片与所述天线线路分别与所述导电端子电连接。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述导电端子对应所述压电片及所述天线线路分别设置有焊盘,所述压电片与所述天线线路通过焊盘与所述导电端子电连接。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述天线线路为导电金属线路。
作为一种进一步优选的技术方案,所述天线线路为银、铜或导电合金。
作为一种进一步优选的技术方案,所述天线线路通过激光直接成型设置于所述压电片表面。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述框架包括前盖及后壳,所述前盖设置有出声孔。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述振膜与所述压电片通过垫环连接固定。
作为一种进一步优选的技术方案,所述垫环为聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯材料。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述振膜为高分子材料振膜。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述导电端子为柔性线路板。
本发明的压电扬声器,在压电片表面设置天线线路,将天线装置与压电扬声器一体设置,同时实现扬声器功能及天线功能,不增加压电扬声器厚度,有利于产品的薄型化设计和集成化设计。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细说明本发明内容:
如图1及图2所示,本发明压电扬声器,包括框架,与框架固定的振膜2以及与振膜2固定结合的压电片3,框架包括前盖11和后壳12,振膜2收容固定于前盖11和后壳12之间。本发明压电扬声器还包括导电端子5,压电片3与导电端子5电连接。导电端子5将压电片3与外部电路电结合,外部驱动信号通过导电端子5进入到压电片3,压电片3产生逆压电效应而振动,带动振膜2振动,振膜2振动策动空气发声。
如图2所示,本发明压电扬声器的压电片3表面设置有天线线路6,天线线路6也与导电端子5电连接。设置于压电片3表面的天线线路6,使本发明压电扬声器集成有天线功能,压电扬声器内不设置有其他金属材质并且无磁场干扰,天线线路6工作性能好。并且,设置于压电片3表面的天线线路6,不额外占用空间,不增加压电扬声器的空间,有利于产品的薄型化设计,因此,本发明压电扬声器具有薄型化设计好,集成度高的优点。
如图2所示,导电端子5上对应压电片3设置有第一焊盘51,对应天线线路6设置有第二焊盘52,压电片3与天线线路6分别通过独立的焊盘与导电端子5电结合,再通过导电端子5分别与外部电路电连接,因此,压电片3与天线线路6可相互独立工作。
作为一种优选,天线线路6为导电金属线路,在实际应用中,可以采用银、铜或导电合金等材料作为天线线路。可以通过LDS(激光直接成型)将天线线路6设置于压电片3上,也可以采用其他方式,均不影响本发明压电扬声器优点体现。
如图1所示,本实施例的压电扬声器,前盖11上设置有供声音出射的出声孔。
如图1所示,压电片3与振膜2之间设置有垫环4,压电片3通过垫环4与振膜2连接固定,垫环4可以提高振膜2振动的一致性,提高压电扬声器声学性能。作为一种优选方案,垫环4可以为聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯材料。
在实际应用中,振膜2可以采用高分子材料振膜。导电端子可以为柔性线路板。均可体现本发明压电扬声器优点。
以上仅为本发明实施案例而已,并不用于限制本发明,但凡本领域普通技术人员根据本发明所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种压电扬声器,包括导电端子、框架、与所述框架固定的振膜以及固定于所述振膜的压电片,其特征在于:所述压电片表面设置有天线线路,所述压电片与所述天线线路分别与所述导电端子电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:所述导电端子对应所述压电片及所述天线线路分别设置有焊盘,所述压电片与所述天线线路通过焊盘与所述导电端子电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:所述天线线路为导电金属线路。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:所述天线线路为银、铜或导电合金。
  5. 根据权利要求1或3或4所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:其特征在于:所述天线线路通过激光直接成型设置于所述压电片表面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:所述框架包括前盖及后壳,所述前盖设置有出声孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:所述振膜与所述压电片通过垫环连接固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:所述垫环为聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯材料。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:所述振膜为高分子材料振膜。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的压电扬声器,其特征在于:所述导电端子为柔性线路板。
