应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种基于网络医院的自助缴费方法。在接收到用户输入的用户信息后,通过用户信息直接匹配对应的消费清单,并可将消费清单发送至用户信息对应的智能终端,供支付相应的费用,可方便用户使用,并且可提高缴费效率。
参照图1,图1为本发明基于网络医院的自助缴费方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
在本发明一实施例中,基于网络医院的自助缴费方法包括:
步骤S10,接收输入的用户信息,验证用户信息;
本实施例所提供的自助缴费方法可应用于设置于各医院中的自助缴费终端,可用于用户看病整个过程中的诊断单据的费用支付以及医药费的支付。在缴费时,用户可输入用于标识自己的用户信息,本实施例中,用户信息可包括挂号号码、指纹信息和面部轮廓信息;其中,挂号号码为病人在挂号时系统为其所分配的标识号码。
在输入用户信息时,如用户信息为挂号号码,用户可通过手动输入的方式输入挂号号码,该挂号号码也可设置为条码或二维码的形式,在输入时通过自助缴费终端或智能终端上可与自助缴费终端连接的扫码软件扫描该条码或二维码以识别用户的挂号号码;如用户信息为指纹信息,在输入指纹信息时即可以通过自助缴费终端上设置的指纹采集装置输入,也可以通过智能终端上与网络医院平连接的指纹采集软件输入;如用户信息为面部轮廓信息,则在采集时既可以通过自助缴费终端上设置的摄像头等图像采集装置采集用户的面部图像,也可以通过智能终端上自带的摄像头或其他可与网络医院平台通信连接的图像采集软件采集用户的面部图像,在采集到用户的面部图像后,对该面部图像进行处理,得到该用户的面部轮廓信息。
采集到用户信息后,对用户信息进行验证及识别,即判断挂号号码是否正确,或判断指纹信息是否存在于预置的指纹信息库中,或判断面部轮廓信息是否存在于预置的面部轮廓信息库中,同时,还可判断存储挂号号码、指纹信息或面部轮廓信息的时间是否在预设的时间范围内。该时间范围可以设置为一周,即一周内存储的用户信息都有效,在一周内缴费均无需再次挂号,可直接在缴费后进行其他相关诊疗。
步骤S20,根据用户信息匹配对应的消费清单;
对用户信息进行校验并且成功后,即确定挂号号码为正确的挂号号码,或者指纹信息存在于指纹信息库中,或者面部轮廓信息存在于预置的面部轮廓信息库中,并且存储用户信息的时间在预设的时间范围内时,根据用户信息在预置的消费清单库中匹配该用户信息对应的消费清单,预置的消费清单库中存储有与每个病人的用户信息相关联的消费清单;在匹配到用户信息对应的消费清单后,将该消费清单进行显示,以便用户查看,消费清单可以列表的形式逐条列出病人在诊断过程中的全部消费情况。
步骤S30,将消费清单发送至用户信息对应的智能终端,供支付消费清单对应的费用。
在匹配到用户信息对应的消费清单后,将该消费清单发送至用户信息对应的智能终端,供通过智能终端支付消费清单对应的费用,智能终端可通过可与自助缴费终端连接的支付软件支付该费用,也可通过互联网登陆网络医院平台进行支付,该智能终端为用户在通过网络医院挂号时所绑定的自己的或其监护人的智能终端。
在本发明其他实施例中,在匹配到用户信息对应的消费清单后,也可以在自助缴费终端的显示界面上向用户提供支付界面,并在显示界面上同时显示供用户选择的选择项,例如“支付”或“取消”,当用户点击“支付”时,向用户提供支付界面,用户可通过任何方式进行支付,例如可通过智能终端连接网络通过网银或第三方支付平台的方式支付,也可通过自助缴费终端通过银行卡或社保卡等方式进行支付。
本实施例在接收到用户所输入的用户信息时验证该用户信息,根据用户信息在消费清单库中匹配对应的消费清单,然后将消费清单发送至用户信息对应的智能终端,供用户通过智能终端支付消费清单对应的费用。通过用户信息直接匹配对应的消费清单,并可将消费清单发送至用户信息对应的智能终端,供用户通过智能终端支付相应的费用,从而方便了用户使用,并且提高了缴费效率。
参照图2,图2为图1中步骤S20的细化流程示意图。
在上述实施例中,步骤S20具体包括:
步骤S201,获取用户信息相关联的病人信息;
在接收到输入的用户信息并校验成功后,从该用户信息中获取与其相关联的病人信息,本实施例中,病人信息包括病人的基本信息和诊断信息,其中,基本信息包括该病人的姓名、性别、年龄及既往病史等可标识该病人的信息,诊断信息包括病人在一次看病的过程中所产生的全部需要缴费的诊断单据。
步骤S202,根据病人的基本信息,在预置的消费清单库中匹配根据诊断信息生成的消费清单。
获取到病人的基本信息后,根据该基本信息,在预置的消费清单库中匹配该病人的消费清单,消费清单库中存储有在挂号时所采集的所有用户的用户信息对应的消费清单,消费清单根据诊断单据生成,即在病人看病的过程中,系统会记录用户信息所对应的每一次产生的诊断单据,并将病人的全部诊断单据进行统计和计算,为该病人生成相应的消费清单。匹配到相应的消费清单后,将其显示在智能终端或自助缴费终端的显示界面上,供用户了解消费详情。
参照图3,图3为本发明基于网络医院的自助缴费方法第二实施例的流程示意图。
基于本发明基于网络医院的自助缴费方法第一实施例,在第二实施例中,该自助缴费方法还包括:
步骤S40,在病人挂号时获取病人的用户信息,将病人的基本信息与用户信息相关联;
在病人通过网络医院平台或通过智能终端上的挂号软件挂号时,系统获取该病人的用户信息,例如为该病人生成唯一的可标识该病人的挂号号码,或者通过指纹采集装置或软件采集该病人的指纹信息,或者通过图像采集装置或软件采集该病人的面部图像;然后,将病人的基本信息与该用户信息相关联,即建立用户信息与病人的姓名、性别、年龄及既往病史等信息的对应关系,在后续缴费或进行其他诊疗时,只需要输入病人的用户信息并在验证通过时即可关联出该病人的基本信息,无需再次采集或输入。
步骤S41,在病人会诊过程中,将该病人的用户信息与诊断信息相关联;诊断信息至少包括诊断单据。
在病人会诊的过程中,医生可能会为病人开出各种治疗或检查的诊断单据或处方单,该病人会诊的整个过程中的所有诊断单据和处方单即为该病人的诊断信息,在每开出一张诊断单据或处方单的时候,将其与病人的用户信息相关联,以方便根据诊断信息统计病人的消费情况,并且在缴费时方便根据用户信息关联出相应的消费清单。本实施例中,步骤S40和步骤S41优选在执行步骤S10之前执行。

基于本发明基于网络医院的自助缴费方法第一实施例,在第三实施例中,该自助缴费方法还包括:
步骤S50,提供关联界面,供将用户信息与智能终端相关联。
在用户通过自助缴费终端或智能终端上的挂号软件挂号时,自助缴费终端或智能终端会提供一关联界面给用户,用户可通过该关联界面将自己的用户信息与自己或亲友的智能终端进行关联,即每一个用户信息对应一个或多个智能终端的号码,以供通过所关联的号码接收系统发送的消费清单及其他相关信息,用户可随时随地缴纳看病时所产生的相关费用,并且可了解其在看病过程中的相关信息,从而进一步方便了用户的使用。本实施例中,该步骤S50优选在执行步骤S10之前执行。
参照图5,图5为本发明基于网络医院的自助缴费方法第四实施例的流程示意图。
基于本发明上述实施例,在第四实施例中,该自助缴费方法还包括:
步骤S60,根据病人的诊断信息,分别计算医保账户消费金额和个人账户消费金额,并存储至诊断信息对应的消费清单中。
本实施例中,在根据病人的诊断信息计算消费情况时,可根据该病人的社保参保情况,将其消费金额进行分类统计,即分别计算医保账户消费金额和个人账户消费金额,将医保账户消费金额和个人账户消费金额均存储至消费清单中,在向用户显示消费清单时,可将医保账户消费金额的清单和个人账户消费金额的清单分别列出,供用户查看。本实施例中,该步骤S60优选在执行步骤S10之前执行。
本发明还提供一种基于网络医院的自助缴费系统。
参照图6,图6为本发明基于网络医院的自助缴费系统第一实施例的功能模块示意图。
在本发明一实施例中,基于网络医院的自助缴费系统包括:
验证模块10,用于接收输入的用户信息,验证用户信息;
匹配模块20,用于根据用户信息匹配对应的消费清单;
发送模块30,用于将消费清单发送至用户信息对应的智能终端,供支付消费清单对应的费用。
本实施例所提供的自助缴费方法可应用于设置于各医院中的自助缴费终端,可用于用户看病整个过程中的诊断单据的费用支付以及医药费的支付。在缴费时,用户可输入用于标识自己的用户信息,本实施例中,用户信息可包括挂号号码、指纹信息和面部轮廓信息;其中,挂号号码为病人在挂号时系统为其所分配的标识号码。
在输入用户信息时,如用户信息为挂号号码,用户可通过手动输入的方式输入挂号号码,该挂号号码也可设置为条码或二维码的形式,在输入时通过自助缴费终端或智能终端上可与自助缴费终端连接的扫码软件扫描该条码或二维码以识别用户的挂号号码;如用户信息为指纹信息,在输入指纹信息时即可以通过自助缴费终端上设置的指纹采集装置输入,也可以通过智能终端上与网络医院平连接的指纹采集软件输入;如用户信息为面部轮廓信息,则在采集时既可以通过自助缴费终端上设置的摄像头等图像采集装置采集用户的面部图像,也可以通过智能终端上自带的摄像头或其他可与网络医院平台通信连接的图像采集软件采集用户的面部图像,在采集到用户的面部图像后,对该面部图像进行处理,得到该用户的面部轮廓信息。
采集到用户信息后,通过验证模块10对用户信息进行验证及识别,即判断挂号号码是否正确,或判断指纹信息是否存在于预置的指纹信息库中,或判断面部轮廓信息是否存在于预置的面部轮廓信息库中,同时,还可判断存储挂号号码、指纹信息或面部轮廓信息的时间是否在预设的时间范围内。该时间范围可以设置为一周,即一周内存储的用户信息都有效,在一周内缴费均无需再次挂号,可直接在缴费后进行其他相关诊疗。
对用户信息进行校验并且成功后,即确定挂号号码为正确的挂号号码,或者指纹信息存在于指纹信息库中,或者面部轮廓信息存在于预置的面部轮廓信息库中,并且存储用户信息的时间在预设的时间范围内时,匹配模块20根据用户信息在预置的消费清单库中匹配该用户信息对应的消费清单,预置的消费清单库中存储有与每个病人的用户信息相关联的消费清单;在匹配到用户信息对应的消费清单后,将该消费清单进行显示,以便用户查看,消费清单可以列表的形式逐条列出病人在诊断过程中的全部消费情况。
在匹配到用户信息对应的消费清单后,发送模块30将该消费清单发送至用户信息对应的智能终端,供通过智能终端支付消费清单对应的费用,智能终端可通过可与自助缴费终端连接的支付软件支付该费用,也可通过互联网登陆网络医院平台进行支付,该智能终端为用户在通过网络医院挂号时所绑定的自己的或其监护人的智能终端。
在本发明其他实施例中,在匹配到用户信息对应的消费清单后,也可以在自助缴费终端的显示界面上向用户提供支付界面,并在显示界面上同时显示供用户选择的选择项,例如“支付”或“取消”,当用户点击“支付”时,向用户提供支付界面,用户可通过任何方式进行支付,例如可通过智能终端连接网络通过网银或第三方支付平台的方式支付,也可通过自助缴费终端通过银行卡或社保卡等方式进行支付。

在上述实施例中,匹配模块20具体用于:
获取用户信息相关联的病人信息;
根据病人的基本信息,在预置的消费清单库中匹配根据诊断信息生成的消费清单。

在用户通过自助缴费终端或智能终端上的挂号软件挂号时,自助缴费终端或智能终端会通过界面提供模块50提供一关联界面给用户,用户可通过该关联界面将自己的用户信息与自己或亲友的智能终端进行关联,即每一个用户信息对应一个或多个智能终端的号码,以供通过所关联的号码接收系统发送的消费清单及其他相关信息,用户可随时随地缴纳看病时所产生的相关费用,并且可了解其在看病过程中的相关信息,从而进一步方便了用户的使用。

基于本发明上述实施例,在第四实施例中,该自助缴费系统还包括:

本实施例中,在根据病人的诊断信息计算消费情况时,计算模块60可根据该病人的社保参保情况,将其消费金额进行分类统计,即分别计算医保账户消费金额和个人账户消费金额,将医保账户消费金额和个人账户消费金额均存储至消费清单中,在向用户显示消费清单时,可将医保账户消费金额的清单和个人账户消费金额的清单分别列出,供用户查看。
