Abstract

Un concerne une tête de mesure (1) applicable à un spectromètre (40), la tête de mesure (1) ayant une forme cylindrique définissant une surface plane et une face convexe, la tête de mesure (1) étant configuré de manière à recevoir une pluralité de composants semi-conducteurs (20, 21) sur la surface plane. La tête de mesure (1) étant en outre pourvu d'un centre (10) disposé sur la surface plane, de sorte que dans le centre il y a un premier composant semi-conducteur (21) de la pluralité de composants semi-conducteurs (20, 21), et autour du centre (10) il y a un ensemble de composants semi-conducteurs (20) de la pluralité de composants semi-conducteurs (20, 21). La présente invention concerne en outre un spectromètre pourvu de la tête de mesure proposé.
