Abstract

一种口罩及其吹气结构(20)。该吹气结构(20)装设于一口罩体(10),该吹气结构(20)包含有:一通气座(21);一套接件(23),该套接件(23)套设于该通气座(21)的一端并与该通气座(21)夹置所述口罩体(10),该套接件(23)具有一插口管(233),气体可连通所述口罩体(10)、该通气座(21)及该插口管(233);一封气罩(25),该封气罩(25)连接该套接件(23)并围绕该插口管(233)配置。通过这样的结构,可有效将施救者提供的气流完全导入至患者体内,以大幅提升患者的存活机率。

Description

急救口罩及其吹气结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种口罩及其吹气结构,特别是一种急救用的口罩及其吹气结构。
现有技术
近年来,随着意外事件频发,如:心脏病、呼吸急症、溺水、触电、药物过量、异物哽塞或一氧化碳中毒等情况,却因为周遭人士无法对患者实时施行抢救,短短数分钟,就可能失去其宝贵的生命。只要发生上述情况,凡是患者有呼吸、心跳停止的情况时,都应立即实施心肺复苏术(Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation,CPR)予以急救。
通常人脑在缺氧四~十分钟之后,脑细胞就会开始受损,若超过十分钟就有无法复原的损伤,所以心肺复苏术(CPR)就是运用胸部按压与人工呼吸,以将血液持续供给心、肺及脑等人体的重要器官。
以人工呼吸进行时,施救人员可能因为不好意思,或患者呕吐,或担心患者本身会不会有传染病等其他问题,反而临阵畏惧或退缩,变得不敢施展,有的患者甚至是因吃下毒化物或喝强酸,陷入命危状况。若施救人员贸然实施口对口人工呼吸,仍有危害自身的隐忧。因此就产生一种人工呼吸面罩。
然而,现有的人工呼吸面罩,使用时有如下缺失:在对患者进行吹气的过程中,气流容易从患者口部周缘溢出,故无法使气流完全导入患者体内,严重影响施救质量;其次,无法确保施救人员及患者双方所吹入及呼出的空气皆完全有效过滤,故容易产生交互感染,提高染病风险并降低施救的意愿;若需移动患者身体或调整其头部时,面罩极易滑落而影响施救效率;再者,若患者颜面(包含眼部及额头处)有伤口,则无法对其血液、体液及黏膜等进行有效隔离,防护将产生很大的漏洞。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种急救口罩及其吹气结构,通过在插口管周围设置有封气罩的技术手段,以封闭从插口管与患者嘴部之间孔隙泄出的气体,以有效将气流完全导入至患者体内,大幅提升患者的存活机率。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种急救口罩及其吹气结构,通过与口罩体结合的技术手段,能同时达到过滤施救者所吹进及患者所呼出的病毒、细菌,防止交互感染,以提高施救者的施救意愿及质量。
本发明的目的之三在于提供一种急救口罩及其吹气结构,通过带体组及插口管固定在患者上的技术手段,避免施救过程造成口罩体偏移或滑落,影响急救进行,提高施救效率。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种吹气结构,它装设于一口罩体,其特征在于:该吹气结构包含有:
一通气座;
一套接件,该套接件套设于该通气座的一端并与该通气座夹置口罩体,该套接件具有一插口管,该口罩体、通气座及插口管气体连通;
一封气罩,该封气罩连接该套接件并围绕该插口管配置。
所述的吹气结构,其特征在于:该套接件具有一套筒,该套筒的一端套设于该通气座,该套筒的另一端连接该插口管。
所述的吹气结构,其特征在于:该套筒与插口管连接的端面上开设有若干导气沟,这些导气沟气连通该插口管。
所述的吹气结构,其特征在于:该套筒与该插口管连接的端面上开设有贯穿的若干孔洞,该封气罩对接并包围这些孔洞。
所述的吹气结构,其特征在于:该封气罩与套接件为一体成型结构。
所述的吹气结构,其特征在于:该封气罩是一厚度为1mm~5mm的硅胶环或一橡胶环。
所述的吹气结构,其特征在于:该吹气结构还包括一导气罩,该导气罩连接通气座的另一端。
一种急救口罩,其特征在于:它包含有:
一口罩体,该口罩体设有一外层;
一如上所述的吹气结构,该插口管对应该口罩体的外层方向配置;
一带体组,该带体组连接口罩体。
所述的急救口罩,其特征在于:该外层为一防泼水透气布或一纳米银织布或两者的组合。
所述的急救口罩,其特征在于:该急救口罩还包括一对反折片,反折片分别从该口罩体的侧边延伸出,且反折后以其两末端固接于口罩体。
所述的急救口罩,其特征在于:该急救口罩还包括一护目罩,该护目罩固接于外层并延伸出该口罩体外。
藉由上述技术方案,本发明更具有如下技术效果:
(1)通过在通气座上连接有导气罩的技术,使施救者口对接后吹出的气流完全由导气罩集中导入,避免气流可能从嘴部与通气座之间的隙缝泄出,以充分有效利用导入的输气量。
(2)通过从口罩体的侧边延伸出反折片的设计,让患者佩戴后完全密合脸形,施救中防止气流从口罩与脸部间的孔隙窜出,以减低周遭人员受感染的风险,同时阻挡外部的污染物进入,以提高施救质量。
(3)通过口罩体及固接有护目罩的技术,以有效阻隔患者或/及施救者的血液、体液、黏膜及伤口等,防止交叉感染接触,以达到全面性防护,使救护更安全卫生。
(4)采用口罩体,以有效隔离双方口部的直接接触,于施救中避免让患者感到无意间被侵犯,待患者清醒后可减低双方尴尬的窘境。
(5)口罩体其中的外层采用防泼水透气布、纳米银织布或其两者组合的设计,除了用以减少长时间施救时产生的闷热感,让佩戴更舒适透气外,更能够有效杀死病毒及细菌。

本发明最佳实施方式
以下将藉由所列举的实施例并配合附图,详述本发明的结构与其特征功效。
请参阅图1至图3,它是本发明的一种急救口罩,其包含有一口罩体10、一吹气结构20以及一带体组30,分述如下:
口罩体10,设有外层11、中间层(图中未示)及内层13,外层11可为一防泼水透气布、纳米银织布、高耐酸碱能力的不织布或以上任意之组合,中间层可为一过滤棉或活性碳纤维,内层13可为一亲水层或一吸湿布。所述口罩体100更可为添加有香氛精油或中草药成分或其两者结合的口罩。
吹气结构20,包含有一通气座21、一套接件23以及一封气罩25:
其中,通气座21的中央系开设有一通孔211,而其外周缘则形成有一凸环215,所述通孔211可呈圆形、椭圆形或可与嘴形对合的形状。
其中,套接件23套设于通气座21的一端并与通气座21夹置所述口罩体10,套接件23具有一插口管233,气体可连通所述口罩体10、通气座21及插口管233。套接件23包含有一套筒231、与套筒231相连接的插口管233以及开设于套筒231内壁的一凹槽237(如图1所示),凹槽237可对应通气座21的凸环215定位。
其中,插口管233对应外层11方向配置,插口管233用以将患者6口内的牙齿撑开和畅通输气;
其中,封气罩25连接套接件23并围绕插口管233配置,而封气罩25可为一橡胶环或一硅胶环。
带体组30,连接口罩体10。带体组30包括二挂带31,二挂带31分别固接于口罩体10的两侧,所述挂带31可为一弹性耳带、头挂式松紧带或者是一绑带。
请参阅图4所示,为本发明所提供的一种吹气结构20,它装设于一口罩体10,吹气结构20包含有:一通气座21、一套接件23以及一封气罩25,分述如下:
通气座21的中央系开设有一通孔211,而其外周缘则形成有一凸环215,所述通气座21的材料可为橡胶或者硅胶以提供舒适接触,通孔211可呈圆形、椭圆形或可与嘴形对合的形状。另可采用标准通气连接的通气座21,以与氧气供应系统连接。
套接件23是套设于通气座21的一端并与通气座21夹置所述口罩体10,套接件23具有一插口管233,气体可连通所述口罩体10、通气座21及插口管233。套接件23包含有一套筒231、与套筒231相连接的插口管233以及分别开设于套筒231之一端的一插槽235及内壁的一凹槽237,凹槽237可对应通气座21的凸环215定位,插口管233包含有至少一管孔234,且其用以将患者6口内的牙齿撑开和畅通输气,较佳地,插口管233的外径为8mm~16mm。
封气罩25连接套接件23并围绕插口管233配置,具体的连接方式有:封气罩25的一端系插设于套筒231的插槽235内,或封气罩25可与套接件23一体成型。其中,封气罩25的外径为40mm~60mm,厚度为1mm~5mm,其可为一橡胶环或是一硅胶环,且可选用医疗等级的硅胶,另具有适当的强度,以提供良好支撑和舒适接触。
使用本发明时,可如图5所示,急救人员或施救者5佩戴本发明后,令插口管233伸入患者6的口腔内,并让封气罩25完整罩覆患者6口部,再捏住患者6鼻部后,即可对患者6吹吐气流,实施口对口人工呼吸,以畅通施救。
其中,于吹吐气流时,因口罩体10具有较佳的透气性,吹入适当压力的气流,即可将气流完全顺利地导入至患者6体内,故不会发生吹入至患者6体内的空气量有不足的情况。
上述,因在插口管233周围设置有封气罩25,用以封闭从插口管233与患者6口部之间孔隙所泄出的气体,故能有效将气流完全导入至患者6体内,大幅提高其存活机率。
同时,口罩体10能同时达到过滤施救者5所吹进及患者6所呼出的病毒及细菌,防止交互感染,故能提高施救者5的施救意愿及质量。
其中,口罩体10的外层11是采用防泼水透气布、纳米银织布或其两者的组合的设计,除了用以减少长时间施救时产生的闷热感,让佩戴更舒适透气外,更能够有效杀死病毒及细菌。
本发明另一可使用方式,如图6所示,可将本发明佩戴于患者6,使插口管233伸入患者6口腔内,让封气罩25完整罩覆患者6口部,且适当调整鼻梁 片并压合,施救者5以手捏住患者6的鼻部后,以口对接通气座21的通孔211,对患者6吹吐气流,实施口对口人工呼吸以畅通施救,如此,同样能达到前述效果。
其中,通过带体组30及插口管233固定在患者6上的方式,可避免施救过程中造成口罩体10偏移或滑落,影响急救进行,故藉以能提高施救效率。
前述更可包括一对反折片15,分别从口罩体10的侧边延伸出,且反折后以反折片15的两末端固接于口罩体10。通过反折片15的设计,能让患者6佩戴后完全密合脸形,于施救中能防止气流从口罩体10与脸部间的孔隙窜出,以减低周遭人员受感染的风险。同时以阻挡外部的污染物进入,以提高施救质量。
前述更可包括一护目罩40,固接于外层11并延伸出口罩体10外,护目罩40具有防水、耐酸碱及腐蚀的能力。通过口罩体10及固接有护目罩40的技术,以有效阻隔施救者5或/及患者6(包括眼部及额头处)的血液、体液、黏膜及伤口等,防止交叉感染接触,以达到全面性防护,使救护更安全卫生。
另外,除了患者6佩戴有本发明外,施救者5更可佩戴有一口罩(图中未示),以对患者6进行吹气施救,此乃藉由更多层的保护,以进一步提升防护效果。
请一并参阅图7及图8,它是本发明所提供的另一较佳实施例,主要是概同于前揭实施例,而其不同之处在于:
其更可包括有一导气罩27,连接通气座21的另一端。导气罩27可为一橡胶环、硅胶环或是一套管,硅胶环较佳地可选用择医疗等级的硅胶,而套管可供一氧气供应设备连接。
通气座21具有一通孔211及绕设于通孔211外的一沟槽213,而导气罩27的一端则插接于沟槽213内或导气罩27可与通气座21一体成型。
上述是通过在通气座21上连接有导气罩27的技术,使施救者5口对接后吹出的气流完全由导气罩27集中导入,避免气流可能从嘴部与通气座21之间的隙缝泄出,以充分有效利用导入的输气量。
请参阅图9所示,它是本发明所提供的另一较佳实施例,主要是概同于前揭实施例,而其不同之处在于:
套接件23的套筒231与插口管233连接的端面开设有若干导气沟238,这些导气沟238气连通插口管233,以在进行输气时,气流能经由这些导气沟238集中引入插口管233,进而导入至患者6体内,同样能达到前述效果。
请参阅图10所示,它是本发明所提供的又一较佳实施例,主要是概同于前揭实施例,而其不同之处在于:
套接件23的套筒231与插口管233连接的端面开设有贯穿的若干孔洞239,封气罩25则对接后并包围这些孔洞239,除了通过插口管233进行输气外,气流更能穿经这些孔洞239从插口管233与患者6口部之间的孔隙导入患者6体内,同样具有前述效果。
请参阅图11所示,它是本发明提供的再一较佳实施例,主要是概同于前揭实施例,而其不同之处在于:
本发明的吹气结构20可应用或装设于一N95型口罩7,所述的N95型口罩7,为使用二条具高拉力的头挂式的松紧带71,以增加口罩7与脸部的紧贴与密合。
惟需注意的是,本发明能有效隔离双方口部的直接接触,于施救中可避免让患者6感到无意间被侵犯,待患者6清醒后可减低双方尴尬的窘境。
综合前述,本发明相较于先前技术具有以下功效:佩戴舒适透气,更能充分有效将施救者的输气量完全导入至患者体内,以大幅提升患者的存活机率,同时防止双方交互感染,以提高施救的意愿及质量,且提高了施救的效率,更能达到全面防护的效果。
最后,必须再次说明,凡于本发明领域中具有公知常识者应能明确知悉,该等详细说明以及本发明所列举的实施例,仅适于说明本发明的结构其欲达成的功效,而非用以限制本发明的权利要求的范畴,其他等效元素、组件、对象、结构或装置的替代或变化,亦应为本发明权利要求所涵盖。
工业应用性
本发明提供的急救口罩及其吹气结构,在临床应用上具有广泛的应用前景,因此具有广阔的工业应用性。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种吹气结构,它装设于一口罩体,其特征在于:该吹气结构包含有:
    一通气座;
    一套接件,该套接件套设于该通气座的一端并与该通气座夹置口罩体,该套接件具有一插口管,该口罩体、通气座及插口管气体连通;
    一封气罩,该封气罩连接该套接件并围绕该插口管配置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吹气结构,其特征在于:该套接件具有一套筒,该套筒的一端套设于该通气座,该套筒的另一端连接该插口管。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吹气结构,其特征在于:该套筒与插口管连接的端面上开设有若干导气沟,这些导气沟气连通该插口管。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的吹气结构,其特征在于:该套筒与该插口管连接的端面上开设有贯穿的若干孔洞,该封气罩对接并包围这些孔洞。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的吹气结构,其特征在于:该封气罩与套接件为一体成型结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的吹气结构,其特征在于:该封气罩是一厚度为1mm~5mm的硅胶环或一橡胶环。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的吹气结构,其特征在于:该吹气结构还包括一导气罩,该导气罩连接通气座的另一端。
  8. 一种急救口罩,其特征在于:它包含有:
    一口罩体,该口罩体设有一外层;
    一如权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6或7所述的吹气结构,该插口管对应该口罩体的外层方向配置;
    一带体组,该带体组连接口罩体。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的急救口罩,其特征在于:该外层为一防泼水透气布或一纳米银织布或两者的组合。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的急救口罩,其特征在于:该急救口罩还包括一对反折片,反折片分别从该口罩体的侧边延伸出,且反折后以其两末端固接于口罩体。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的急救口罩,其特征在于:该急救口罩还包括一护目罩,该护目罩固接于外层并延伸出该口罩体外。
