一种带有热水器的隔热节能门窗型材,包括有型材本体(1),型材本体(1)内开设有安装腔(11),安装腔(11)内架设有大电流安全低压加热管(2)及双桩式变压器(3),双桩式变压器(3)的输入端与电源电连接,输出端分别与大电流安全低压加热管(2)的进水端(21)及出水端(22)电连接形成回路。该型材可快速加热,随时提取热水。

Description

带有热水器的隔热节能门窗型材 技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑型材,特别涉及一种带有热水器的隔热节能门窗型材。
背景技术
传统的门窗型材主要以铝合金材质为主,随着本领域技术人员不断的研发,使之出现了钢质材料的型材,其承载力度更强,作为门窗的框体使用,不仅牢固,而且隔热效果好,然而,将室内的家居安装于其上,其受力强度还是难以承受,促使型材只能作为框体使用,其使用范围较为局限。
技术问题
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种使用范围广、可快速加热、使用者可随时提取热水的带有热水器的隔热节能门窗型材。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种带有热水器的隔热节能门窗型材,包括有型材本体,其特征在于:所述的型材本体内开设有安装腔,安装腔内架设有大电流安全低压加热管及双桩式变压器,双桩式变压器的输入端与电源电连接,输出端分别与大电流安全低压加热管的进水端及出水端电连接形成回路。
有益效果
采用上述技术方案,通过在型材本体上设置用于安装大电流安全低压加热管的安装腔,使大电流安全低压加热管能够稳定的被安装于型材本体内,然后通过与外部电源电连接的双桩式变压器与大电流安全低压加热管的进水端及出水端实施电连接,由双桩式变压器输出的电能为大电流小电压,能够促使大电流安全低压加热管内的水得到快速加热,无需等待,使使用者随时可提取热水,扩展了型材本体的使用范围,同时也代替了传统的热水器,使家居电器的安装更为方便。
本发明进一步设置为:型材本体包括有通过冷弯成型的三层复合板,其中上层板体为金属铜层板,下层板体为镀锌板,中层为热熔粘结剂;型材本体的安装腔的内壁为热熔粘结剂层。
采用上述技术方案,采用此种型材板体,不仅承载力度强,而且内安装腔的内壁为热熔粘结剂层,可起到绝缘的作用,能够有效的防止漏电。
本发明更进一步设置为:大电流安全低压加热管为铜管,铜管外套设有保温绝缘层。
采用上述技术方案,这样设置不仅可促使大电流安全低压加热管内的水得到保温,同时也具有绝缘的作用。
本发明更进一步设置为:双桩式变压器与大电流安全低压加热管进水端连接的一端为负极,出水端为正极。
采用上述技术方案,这样设置使由进水端处进入的水得到快速加热,然后由出水端流出,减少水的热能损耗。
本发明更进一步设置为:大电流安全低压加热管的出水端处设有温度检测器及电流调节器。
采用上述技术方案,这样设置使使用者可根据需要对水的温度实施调节。

本发明的最佳实施方式
如图 1 、图 2 所示的一种带有热水器的隔热节能门窗型材,包括有型材本体 1 ,型材本体 1 内开设有安装腔 11 ,安装腔 11 内架设有大电流安全低压加热管 2 及双桩式变压器 3 ,双桩式变压器 3 的输入端与电源电连接,输出端分别与大电流安全低压加热管 2 的进水端 21 及出水端 22 电连接形成回路。上述方案中,通过在型材本体 1 上设置用于安装大电流安全低压加热管 2 的安装腔 11 ,使大电流安全低压加热管 2 能够稳定的被安装于型材本体 1 内,然后通过与外部电源电连接的双桩式变压器 3 与大电流安全低压加热管 2 的进水端 21 及出水端 22 实施电连接,由双桩式变压器 3 输出的电能为大电流小电压,能够促使大电流安全低压加热管 2 内的水得到快速加热,无需等待,使使用者随时可提取热水,扩展了型材本体 1 的使用范围,同时也代替了传统的热水器,使家居电器的安装更为方便。需要说明的是,电源可为室内电源,也可为太阳能电源,都是可行的。双桩式变压器 3 可外置,也可安装于型材本体 1 内,都是可行的。
在本发明实施例中,为了提高型材本体 1 的承载强度,型材本体 1 包括有通过冷弯成型的三层复合板,其中上层板体为金属铜层板,下层板体为镀锌板,中层为热熔粘结剂;为了使大电流安全低压加热管 2 处于安装腔 11 内具有绝缘的效果,防止型材本体漏电,型材本体 1 的安装腔 11 的内壁为热熔粘结剂层。当然,也可在大电流安全低压加热管 2 外套设有保温绝缘层 4 。通过保温绝缘层 4 实施绝缘,同时起到保温作用。
为了提高加热速度,防止水的热能被损耗,双桩式变压器 3 与大电流安全低压加热管 2 进水端 21 连接的一端为负极,出水端 22 为正极。这样设置后,出水端 22 处的水被快速加热,同时由出水端 22 排出。
由于不同的人对于热水的温度的高低要求不一,为了便于对热水的温度实施调节,大电流安全低压加热管 2 的出水端 22 处设有温度检测器 5 及电流调节器 6 。

  1. 一种带有热水器的隔热节能门窗型材,包括有型材本体,其特征在于:所述的型材本体内开设有安装腔,安装腔内架设有大电流安全低压加热管及双桩式变压器,双桩式变压器的输入端与电源电连接,输出端分别与大电流安全低压加热管的进水端及出水端电连接形成回路。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带有热水器的隔热节能门窗型材,其特征在于:所述的型材本体包括有通过冷弯成型的三层复合板,其中上层板体为金属铜层板,下层板体为镀锌板,中层为热熔粘结剂;型材本体的安装腔的内壁为热熔粘结剂层。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的带有热水器的隔热节能门窗型材,其特征在于:所述的大电流安全低压加热管为铜管,铜管外套设有保温绝缘层。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的带有热水器的隔热节能门窗型材,其特征在于:所述的双桩式变压器与大电流安全低压加热管进水端连接的一端为负极,出水端为正极。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的带有热水器的隔热节能门窗型材,其特征在于:所述的双桩式变压器与大电流安全低压加热管进水端连接的一端为负极,出水端为正极。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或5所述的带有热水器的隔热节能门窗型材,其特征在于:所述的大电流安全低压加热管的出水端处设有温度检测器及电流调节器。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的带有热水器的隔热节能门窗型材,其特征在于:所述的大电流安全低压加热管的出水端处设有温度检测器及电流调节器。
