发明内容
本发明提供了一种球座可取式投球滑套,克服了上述现有技术之不足,其能有效解决利用压裂滑套实施压裂完井,因压裂滑套不可取及内部球座限制,存在后期复杂状况处理困难的问题。

上述球座的外侧下端可设有外螺纹凸台,球座通过外螺纹凸台螺纹固定安装在球座套的下侧内;外螺纹凸台上端的球座与球座套之间形成开口向上的球座环槽;限位筒的下侧密封安装在球座外侧的球座环槽内;球座的内侧上端设有上宽下窄的球座锥台,在球座锥台下侧的球座上圆周分布有能使球座与球座环槽相连通的泄压孔。
上述外环台与球座套之间可安装有用于连接套上行止退的止退装置;止退装置包括止退开口环,在外环台的外环面中部设有安装槽,在安装槽内安装有止退开口环,在止退开口环的外环面上设有外斜向下的外环爪台,在球座套的内环面上纵向分布有内斜向上的且能与外环爪台相啮合的棘齿槽,外环爪台外端卡在棘齿槽内;在球座下端的球座套内固定安装有下连接头,下连接头呈筒状,在下连接头下部圆周分布有缺口,并将下连接头分隔成至少两个的连接爪片,在连接爪片的外侧纵向间隔分布有外斜向上的钩齿;在连接套的上侧内纵向间隔分布有能与钩齿相互咬合的钩槽。
上述内滑套下部可圆周分布有长槽,并将内滑套分隔成至少两个截面呈弧形的滑套簧片;在滑套簧片的下部外侧设有滑套卡块,滑套卡块的上部导斜形成上窄下宽的导入锥台,滑套卡块的下部导斜形成上宽下窄的导出锥台;与滑套卡块对应的外筒内壁上设有用于压裂侧孔封堵限位的上限位卡槽,滑套卡块卡在上限位卡槽内;在上限位卡槽下方的外筒上设有用于压裂侧孔开启限位的下限位卡槽。
上述压裂侧孔上方和下方的内滑套与外筒之间可分别固定安装有密封圈;球座套上方的连接套与内滑套之间纵向固定安装至少一道密封圈;在滑套簧片上方的内滑套与外筒之间固定安装有密封圈;在下接头与外筒之间固定安装有密封圈;在球座上端外侧与限位筒下端内侧之间固定安装有密封圈。
上述悬挂外卡台处的弹性爪片上可分别设有水平的螺纹孔,与螺纹孔对应的内滑套上有定位工装孔。
本发明结构合理而紧凑,使用方便;利用连续油管,能够将内滑套内部的连接套、球座套和球座上提取出,增大滑套内部通道宽度,不用受球座内径限制,方便后期复杂状况处理;球座上的泄压孔和球座环槽形成的泄压通道,能够释放压力,方便上提;采用钩齿和钩槽配合的下连接头和球座套,可将多个压裂滑套的可取球座组件首尾连接,一并取出井内,操作方便。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明不受下述实施例的限制,可根据本发明的技术方案与实际情况来确定具体的实施方式。
在本发明中,为了便于描述,各部件的相对位置关系的描述均是根据说明书图1的布图方式来进行描述的,如:上、下、左、右等的位置关系是依据说明书图1的布图方向来确定的。
下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1所示,该球座可取式投球滑套包括外筒1、内滑套6和可取球座组件;在外 筒1的上端设有内环台2,在外筒1的下端内固定安装有下接头3,在内环台2与下接头3之间的外筒1内形成滑移槽4,在滑移槽4上侧的外筒1上圆周分布有至少一个压裂侧孔5,在滑移槽4的上部内安装有能将压裂侧孔5封堵的内滑套6,内滑套6通过第一剪切销钉27与外筒1固定安装在一起;内滑套6的下端与下接头3之间有解封滑移间距;在内滑套6内安装有能通过上提取出的可取球座组件。如图2和图3所示,通过投球蹩压,第一剪切销钉27剪断,内滑套6下行,通过打开压裂侧孔5将压裂通道开启;在压裂通道开启后,可利用连续油管下入到可取球座组件,将可取球座组件取出;取出后的滑套内部通道变宽,不用受球座内径限制,可方便一些大直径尺寸的检测及修复工具经滑套下至入井下,处理井下出水等井下复杂状况;操作简单,解决了压裂井后期处理作业的难题,从而保证井下作业的有效实施。
可根据实际需要,对上述球座可取式投球滑套作进一步优化或/和改进:
如图1所示,可取球座组件包括球座套7、连接套10、限位筒14、球座15和第二剪切销钉28;在球座套7的上端圆周固定有至少两个能径向伸缩的弹性爪片8,在每个弹性爪片8的上端分别设有悬挂外卡台9,在内滑套6的中部设有内卡槽;在球座套7内通过第二剪切销钉28固定连接有能将弹性爪片8向外撑起的连接套10,悬挂外卡台9卡在内卡槽内,球座套7的下部套装在下接头3内;在悬挂外卡台9下侧的连接套10外环面上设有爪片收拢凹槽11;在爪片收拢凹槽11下侧的连接套10上设有外环台12,外环台12下端的连接套10与球座套7之间形成开口向下的环槽,在球座套7中部设有限位内卡台13,限位内卡台13位于环槽的上侧内;在连接套10的下端外侧固定有限位筒14,限位筒14的上部位于环槽下侧内;在限位内卡台13下端与限位筒14上端之间有能使连接套10上提并将球座套7解卡的纵向移动间距;纵向移动间距大于悬挂外卡台9顶端至爪片收拢凹槽11顶端之间的间距,也即,使弹性爪片8能够藏在爪片收拢凹槽11内;在球座套7的下侧内固定安装有球座15,限位筒14的下端密封座于球座15的外侧上。
在压裂通道开启后,如图4所示,通过连续油管下入能够与连接套10固定连接的下连接头,例如螺纹连接,并利用下连接头将连续油管与连接套10连接;上提连续油管,第二剪切销钉28剪断,连接套10随连接油管上行;在此过程中,当爪片收拢凹槽11上移至悬挂外卡台9处时,弹性爪片8上部径向收缩至卡片收拢凹槽11内,也即悬挂外卡台9脱离内滑套6的内卡槽,悬挂外卡台9解卡,球座套7脱离内滑套6;继续上提,连接套10下部的限位筒14顶在限位内卡台13底部,并带动球座套7及底部的 球座15随连接套10一同上行,将球座15从井下取出;操作简单方便,在不影响通道开启的情况下,将其内部连接的连接套10、球座套7和球座15全部取出,增大滑套内部通道宽度,方便一些大直径尺寸的检测及修复工具经滑套送入井下。
如图1所示,球座15的外侧下端设有外螺纹凸台16,球座15通过外螺纹凸台16螺纹固定安装在球座套7的下侧内;外螺纹凸台16上端的球座15与球座套7之间形成开口向上的球座环槽17;限位筒14的下侧密封安装在球座15外侧的球座环槽17内;球座15的内侧上端设有上宽下窄的球座锥台,在球座锥台下侧的球座15上圆周分布有能使球座15与球座环槽17相连通的泄压孔18。由于压裂通道开启时,如图2所示,向井内投球,坐封球座封在球座锥台并将球座15进行封堵;在坐封球座封的情况下,通过连续油管上提连接套10,会使井下产生低压而增加上提阻力;为解决该问题,在球座锥台下侧的球座15上增设有泄压孔18,在通过连续油管上提连接套10时,其底部连接的限位筒14脱离球座15解除密封,并通过球座环槽17和泄压孔18形成的泄压通道使球座15上下两侧的滑套内腔相连通,释放压力,方便上提操作。
如图1所示,在外环台12与球座套7之间安装有用于连接套10上行止退的止退装置;止退装置包括止退开口环22,在外环台12的外环面中部设有安装槽,在安装槽内安装有止退开口环22,在止退开口环22的外环面上设有外斜向下的外环爪台,在球座套7的内环面上纵向分布有内斜向上的且能与外环爪台相啮合的棘齿槽,外环爪台外端卡在棘齿槽内;在球座15下端的球座套7内固定安装有下连接头19,下连接头19呈筒状,在下连接头19下部圆周分布有缺口,并将下连接头19分隔成至少两个的连接爪片20,在连接爪片20的外侧纵向间隔分布有外斜向上的钩齿21;在连接套10的上侧内纵向间隔分布有能与钩齿21相互咬合的钩槽。采用的下连接头19外侧的钩齿21和连接套10上侧内的钩槽结构,俗称马扣结构;为方便取出球座15,在连续油管的下端可固定有下连接头19,通过下连接头19可直接插入至连接套10上侧内时,钩齿21能够咬合在钩槽内,实现连接套10与连接油管的连接,操作方便;除此之外,针对需要使用多个压裂滑套实现分段压裂的油井来说,可利用每个球座套7下端安装的下连接头19;在上提连接套10后,再下压连接套10,如图5所示,受止退开口环22作用,球座套7和下连接头19随连接套10下行至其下侧滑套的连接套10内相互连接;通过该方式,可将井下多个压裂滑套的可取球座组件进行首尾连接后,再一并上提取出,解决多个压裂滑套的球座15取出的问题,操作方便。
如图1所示,在内滑套6下部圆周分布有长槽,并将内滑套6分隔成至少两个截面 呈弧形的滑套簧片23;在滑套簧片23的下部外侧设有滑套卡块24,滑套卡块24的上部导斜形成上窄下宽的导入锥台,滑套卡块24的下部导斜形成上宽下窄的导出锥台;与滑套卡块24对应的外筒1内壁上设有用于压裂侧孔5封堵限位的上限位卡槽,滑套卡块24卡在上限位卡槽内;在上限位卡槽下方的外筒1上设有用于压裂侧孔5开启限位的下限位卡槽25。在压裂通道开启过程中,如图3所示,通过投球蹩压,第一剪切销钉27剪断后,压力作用于内滑套6并推动其下行,此时滑套卡块24的导出锥台受上限位卡槽下端斜面的反向推力向内压缩滑套簧片23,使滑套卡块24脱离上限位卡槽随内滑套6下行;打开压裂侧孔5的同时,滑套卡块24移动至下限位卡槽25处并卡在下限位卡槽25内,将开启状态下的内滑套6限位,起到防止内滑套6回位的作用。
如图1所示,在压裂侧孔5上方和下方的内滑套6与外筒1之间分别固定安装有密封圈26;球座套7上方的连接套10与内滑套6之间纵向固定安装至少一道密封圈26;在滑套簧片23上方的内滑套6与外筒1之间固定安装有密封圈26;在下接头3与外筒1之间固定安装有密封圈26;在球座15上端外侧与限位筒14下端内侧之间固定安装有密封圈26。密封圈26起到增加接触面密封性的作用。
如图1所示,在悬挂外卡台9处的弹性爪片8上分别设有水平的螺纹孔29,与螺纹孔29对应的内滑套6上有定位工装孔30。在安装球座套7和连接套10时,可先用螺钉将弹性爪片8固定在内滑套6上,再向球座套7内部安装连接套10,这样可防止工装时因弹性爪片8内拢而与连接套10产生干涉,方便装配;装配好后,将螺钉从定位工装孔30处向外旋出即可。
以上技术特征构成了本发明的最佳实施例,其具有较强的适应性和最佳实施效果,可根据实际需要增减非必要的技术特征,来满足不同情况的需求。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种球座可取式投球滑套,其中,包括外筒、内滑套和可取球座组件;在所述外筒的上端设有内环台,在所述外筒的下端内固定安装有下接头,在所述内环台与所述下接头之间的所述外筒内形成滑移槽,在所述滑移槽上侧的所述外筒上圆周分布有至少一个压裂侧孔,在所述滑移槽的上部内安装有能将所述压裂侧孔封堵的所述内滑套,所述内滑套通过第一剪切销钉与所述外筒固定安装在一起;所述内滑套的下端与所述下接头之间有解封滑移间距;在所述内滑套内安装有能通过上提取出的所述可取球座组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的球座可取式投球滑套,其中,所述可取球座组件包括球座套、连接套、限位筒、球座和第二剪切销钉;在所述球座套的上端圆周固定有至少两个能径向伸缩的弹性爪片,在每个所述弹性爪片的上端分别设有悬挂外卡台,在所述内滑套的中部设有内卡槽;在所述球座套内通过所述第二剪切销钉固定连接有能将所述弹性爪片向外撑起的所述连接套,所述悬挂外卡台卡在所述内卡槽内,所述球座套的下部套装在所述下接头内;在所述悬挂外卡台下侧的所述连接套外环面上设有爪片收拢凹槽;在所述爪片收拢凹槽下侧的所述连接套上设有外环台,所述外环台下端的所述连接套与所述球座套之间形成开口向下的环槽,在所述球座套中部设有限位内卡台,所述限位内卡台位于所述环槽的上侧内;在所述连接套的下端外侧固定有所述限位筒,所述限位筒的上部位于所述环槽下侧内;在所述限位内卡台下端与所述限位筒上端之间有能使所述连接套上提并将所述球座套解卡的纵向移动间距;所述纵向移动间距大于所述悬挂外卡台顶端至所述爪片收拢凹槽顶端之间的间距;在所述球座套的下侧内固定安装有所述球座,所述限位筒的下端密封座于所述球座的外侧上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的球座可取式投球滑套,其中,所述球座的外侧下端设有外螺纹凸台,所述球座通过所述外螺纹凸台螺纹固定安装在所述球座套的下侧内;所述外螺纹凸台上端的所述球座与所述球座套之间形成开口向上的球座环槽;所述限位筒的下侧密封安装在所述球座外侧的所述球座环槽内;所述球座的内侧上端设有上宽下窄的球座锥台,在所述球座锥台下侧的所述球座上圆周分布有能使所述球座与所述球座环槽相连通的泄压孔。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的球座可取式投球滑套,其中,所述外环台与所述球座套之间安装有用于所述连接套上行止退的止退装置;所述止退装置包括止退开口环;在所述外环台的外环面中部设有安装槽,在所述安装槽内安装有所述止退开口环,在所述止退开口环的外环面上设有外斜向下的外环爪台,在所述球座套的内环面上纵向分布有 内斜向上的且能与所述外环爪台相啮合的棘齿槽,所述外环爪台外端卡在所述棘齿槽内;在所述球座下端的所述球座套内固定安装有下连接头,所述下连接头呈筒状,在所述下连接头下部圆周分布有缺口,并将所述下连接头分隔成至少两个的连接爪片,在所述连接爪片的外侧纵向间隔分布有外斜向上的钩齿;在所述连接套的上侧内纵向间隔分布有能与所述钩齿相互咬合的钩槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的球座可取式投球滑套,其中,所述内滑套下部圆周分布有长槽,并将所述内滑套分隔成至少两个截面呈弧形的滑套簧片;在所述滑套簧片的下部外侧设有滑套卡块,所述滑套卡块的上部导斜形成上窄下宽的导入锥台,所述滑套卡块的下部导斜形成上宽下窄的导出锥台;与所述滑套卡块对应的所述外筒内壁上设有用于所述压裂侧孔封堵限位的上限位卡槽,所述滑套卡块卡在所述上限位卡槽内;在所述上限位卡槽下方的所述外筒上设有用于所述压裂侧孔开启限位的下限位卡槽。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的球座可取式投球滑套,其中,所述内滑套下部圆周分布有长槽,并将所述内滑套分隔成至少两个截面呈弧形的滑套簧片;在所述滑套簧片的下部外侧设有滑套卡块,所述滑套卡块的上部导斜形成上窄下宽的导入锥台,所述滑套卡块的下部导斜形成上宽下窄的导出锥台;与所述滑套卡块对应的所述外筒内壁上设有用于所述压裂侧孔封堵限位的上限位卡槽,所述滑套卡块卡在所述上限位卡槽内;在所述上限位卡槽下方的所述外筒上设有用于所述压裂侧孔开启限位的下限位卡槽。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的球座可取式投球滑套,其中,所述压裂侧孔上方和下方的所述内滑套与所述外筒之间分别固定安装有密封圈;所述球座套上方的所述连接套与所述内滑套之间纵向固定安装至少一道密封圈;在所述滑套簧片上方的所述内滑套与所述外筒之间固定安装有密封圈;在所述下接头与所述外筒之间固定安装有密封圈;在所述球座上端外侧与所述限位筒下端内侧之间固定安装有密封圈。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的球座可取式投球滑套,其中,所述压裂侧孔上方和下方的所述内滑套与所述外筒之间分别固定安装有密封圈;所述球座套上方的所述连接套与所述内滑套之间纵向固定安装至少一道密封圈;在所述滑套簧片上方的所述内滑套与所述外筒之间固定安装有密封圈;在所述下接头与所述外筒之间固定安装有密封圈;在所述球座上端外侧与所述限位筒下端内侧之间固定安装有密封圈。
  9. 根据权利要求2或3所述的球座可取式投球滑套,其中,所述悬挂外卡台处的所述弹性爪片上分别设有水平的螺纹孔,与所述螺纹孔对应的所述内滑套上有定位工装孔。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的球座可取式投球滑套,其中,所述悬挂外卡台处的所述弹性爪片上分别设有水平的螺纹孔,与所述螺纹孔对应的所述内滑套上有定位工装孔。
