本发明有益效果是:一种便携式午休枕,包括枕体和枕套,所述枕体采用聚氯乙烯或聚乙烯充气材料通过中空吹塑工艺制成气囊,然后通过气咀对气囊进行充气形成枕体,或采用记忆棉填充材料通过注塑工艺制成枕体,或采用填充材料与支架相组合形成枕体,所述枕体的顶部制成左、右对称的倾斜区,所述倾斜区,从左右边缘到中间部位、从前边缘到后边缘是从高到低的逐渐过渡下凹斜面,具体又包括左、右对称的倾斜下凹渐变区、顶隆起下凹区、太阳穴凸起过渡区、颧骨下凹区,所述左、右对称的顶隆起下凹区和左、右对称的颧骨下凹区是在左、右对称的倾斜下凹渐变区的倾斜基础上再次轻微下凹,所述左、右对称的太阳穴凸起过渡区是在左、右对称的倾斜下凹渐变区的倾斜基础上再次轻微上凸,且所有相邻区域的连接为平滑过渡。与已有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:(1)舒适度高:第一,左、右对称的倾斜区设有左右对称的凹凸面,当头部倾斜趴在午休枕上时,由于头部凸起的顶隆起部位、下凹的太 阳穴部位、凸起的颧骨部位,以及这些凹凸区域的边缘区域与枕体顶部的倾斜区凸凹相对应,最大化的确保了头部与枕体的接触面积,进而减少了单位面积的受力程度;第二,上工作体的周围侧面设有一台阶,用以装配上枕套的固定带,限制了固定带的下移,这样就可以让上枕套平铺在枕体上表面的同时,在四周方向上不受多余的拉力,使枕套能自由的贴到枕体上表面上,实现了枕套对头部凹凸面的拉力均匀;第三,支撑面的任意一点上方的上工作体的厚度是相等的,实现了上工作体对头部支撑力的均匀化;第四,支撑面的表面形状为上工作体的上表面在垂直方向上平行下落,从而在下支撑体上所形成的形状,确保了头部的凹凸面在最终落座于支撑体上后,头部的凹凸面能落座于支撑面的凸凹面内,实现了支撑面对头部凹凸支撑力的均匀化;第五,置物槽的设计位置在鼻孔的前方,为使用时口鼻的出气顺畅提供了保证。(2)具有保健作用:置物槽内可以放置薰衣草等中药药袋,或各种香精配料,为提高睡眠质量提供了可能性。(3)外形美观:由于枕套在上表面上能贴紧枕体,使装配后的枕体更美观。(4)散热性能好:由于在上工作体上开有若干个垂直孔,在支撑面上开有若干个纵横槽或缺口,而且垂直孔与纵横槽或缺口相通,从而增设了散热通道,而上工作体上表面再添加若干个半球形凸起,更增加了枕套下方的空气流动,实现了良好的散热功能。(5)适配性强:当采用支架支撑体时,支撑面和上工作体都分为左右对称的两部分,支架支撑面的左右两部分采用角度既能调节又能固定的铰链装置,而支撑面是采用高度可以调节的支撑杆和万向脚蹄,这就实现了三个调节功能,一是左右倾斜面的左右倾斜角度可以调节,二是枕体近身侧和远身侧的高度可以单独调节,三是左右倾斜面的前后倾斜角度可以调节,这就适应了不同高度的使用者在使用不同高度的座位和桌子时的需要,并为在使用时,使颈部能更大角度的寻找合适转动角度提供了保证。(6)结构简单:仅仅依靠铰链、支撑杆,以及万向脚蹄的设计,实现了枕体的三个调节功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、2、3、4、5、所示,所述枕体1的顶部设置有左、右对称的倾斜区2,所述倾斜区2从左右边缘到中间部位、从前边缘到后边缘是从高到低的逐渐过渡下凹斜面,具体又包括左、右对称的倾斜下凹渐变区3、顶隆起下凹区4、太阳穴凸起过渡区5、颧骨下凹区6,所述左、右对称的顶隆起下凹区4和左、右对称的颧骨下凹区6是在左、右对称的倾斜下凹渐变区3的倾斜基础上再次轻微下凹,所述左、右对称的太阳穴凸起过渡区5是在左、右对称的倾斜下凹渐变区3的倾斜基础上轻微上凸,且所有相邻区域的连接为平滑过渡。所述倾斜区2呈类似于心形形状结构,在中间对称线的两边部位还设有左右对 称的第一、二、三边缘凸起区7、7a、和7b,所述第一、二、三边缘凸起区7、7a、和7b也是在左、右对称的倾斜下凹渐变区3的倾斜基础上轻微上凸,与其它所有相邻区域的连接为平滑过渡,在所述左、右对称的顶隆起下凹区4的中间部位设置有心形置物槽8。
所述枕体1包括上工作体9和下支撑体10,上工作体9可以采用记忆棉、乳胶等软弹性物质,或者充气气囊,其上开有垂直孔11,上工作体9表面还设有若干个半球形凸起14,所述半球形凸起14的顶点仍然处于原来的平滑过渡面上。上工作体9的周围侧面与支撑面25结合处设有一个台阶15,或者台阶15设在上工作体9的周围侧面上,台阶15的宽度为0.3-1.0cm。在上工作体9上装配有与上工作体9上表面相配合的枕套16,所述枕套16的外围缝有固定带17,固定带17环抱在上工作体9的侧面周围,固定带17的下边缘落座于上工作体9外侧的台阶15上。
下支撑体10的上表面,即支撑面25的形状为上工作体9的上表面在垂直方向上平行下落,从而在下支撑体10上所形成的形状,平行下落的距离为1.0-3.5cm。这样,所述支撑面25也具有左右对称的下凹渐变区、顶隆起下凹区、太阳穴凸起过渡区、颧骨下凹区和第一、二、三边缘凸起区等表面特征。下支撑体10可以采用硬质海绵或气囊支撑体10a的方式,在支撑面25上开有纵横槽12,在上工作体9上开有垂直孔11与纵横槽12相通。所述下支撑体10还可以采用支架支撑体10b的方式,所述支架支撑体10b的支撑面上开有缺口13,缺口13与垂直孔11相通。支撑面25还可以分开为左右对称的两部分,支撑面25上开有固定孔29,用以装配贯穿螺栓18,采用固定螺帽28把贯穿螺栓18固定在支撑面25上,支撑杆19采用内螺纹与贯穿螺栓18连接,可调节高度的万向脚蹄20通过调节螺栓26与支撑杆19连接,调节螺栓26与万向脚蹄20的底部通过转动球27进行转动。支撑面25和上工作体9均分开为左右对称的左右两部分,所述支撑体25的左右两部分采用角度可调,且角度可 以固定的铰链装置24进行连接,所述铰链装置24又包括转动轴21、左合页22、右合页22a、紧固螺帽23。铰链装置24和支撑面25的固定方式与支撑杆19和支撑面25的固定方式相同。
若上工作体采用记忆棉、乳胶软弹性物质,下支撑体采用硬质海绵的组合方式,那么上下体之间通过胶剂粘合在一起用以固定;若上下体均采用充气气囊的组合方式,则上下体之间是通过热合工艺固定在一起;而若上工作体采用记忆棉、乳胶软弹性物质,下支撑体采用支架的组合方式,则上下体可以通过系绳固定在一起。
当采用不同的组合方式时,其午休枕的各项功能是这样实现的:
当上工作体9采用充气气囊或记忆棉、乳胶软弹性物质,下支撑体10采用硬质海绵或气囊支撑体10a时,把枕套16放在上工作体9的上方,然后把固定带17环抱在上工作体9的侧面,这时固定带17的下边缘就落座在了台阶15上,其限制了固定带17的下移。由此,枕套16在四周方向上仅仅与固定带17缝合在一起,而不产生多余的拉力,确保了枕套16能依靠自身重力下落至枕体1上方的凹凸面上,从而枕套16表面就呈现了上工作体9表面的凹凸特征。当侧着的左脸或右脸下落时,由于脸部在倾斜时的状态与倾斜下凹渐变区3大体相对应,而在局部凹凸部位的细节上,头部凸起的顶隆起部位将落座于顶隆起下凹区4,脸部下凹的太阳穴部位将落座于太阳穴凸起过渡区5,脸部凸起的颧骨部位将落座于颧骨下凹区6,脸部这些凹凸部位周围的里侧部位将落座于第一、二、三边缘凸起区7、7a、7b,所以头部各相关凹凸部位将同时接触到枕套16的凸凹部位上,因此,脸部凹凸面将更大面积的同时接触到枕套16的凸凹面上,而且几乎同时头部的重量将作用于枕体1的上表面上。随着头部的下落,记忆棉或乳胶被进一步被压缩,而头部的重量最终落座于下支撑体10的凹凸支撑面25上。由于起初枕套16贴在枕体1上,在最大程度上确保了枕套16最终对头部凹凸面作用力的均匀;而由于支撑面25的表面形状为上工作 体9的上表面在垂直方向上平行下落,从而在下支撑体10上所形成的形状,所以支撑面25上每点上方的记忆棉或乳胶厚度相同,而且,其上的凹凸特征与上工作体9上表面的特征相同,使头部的凸凹面与下支撑体10上表面的凹凸面相配合,确保了支撑面25对头部各部位作用力的均匀,最终实现了枕套16、上工作体9、下支撑体10,对头部各凹凸面的综合支撑力的均匀最大化。上工作体9的上表面上设有若干个半球形凸起14,在垂直方向上设有垂直孔11,与下支撑体10上的纵横槽12相通。在使用时,头部与枕体1的接触面的部分热量将通过垂直孔11不断的经过纵横槽12传递给外界,在休息过程中,当头部短暂抬起而调整姿势时,上工作体9依靠弹性弹起,同时依靠半球形凸起14的弹力把枕套16托起,实现了纵横槽12、垂直孔11、半球形凸起14周围空间的空气之间的空气交换,进而达到散热的目的。心形置物槽8的设计位置位于鼻孔的前方,为使用时口鼻的出气顺畅提供了保证,而且心形置物槽8中可以存放薰衣草或其它个香精配料,用以提高休息的质量。
与下支撑体10采用硬质海绵或气囊支撑体10a相比较,支架支撑体10b使用缺口13代替了纵横槽12与垂直孔11相通,所以在舒适度和散热方面等方面具有其相同的功能。除此之外,支架支撑体10b的其它功能是这样实现的:利用固定螺帽28把穿过固定孔29的贯穿螺栓18固定在支撑面25上,支撑杆19利用螺纹与贯穿螺栓18连接,可调节高度的万向脚蹄20通过调节螺栓26与支撑杆19连接,这样安装4套同样的装置,就可以把支撑面25进行很好的支撑。支撑面25分开为左右对称的两部分,所述下支撑体10的两部分采用角度可调,且角度可以固定的铰链装置24进行连接,铰链装置24与支撑面25的固定方式与支撑杆19与支撑面25的固定方式相同。为了配合下支撑体10的分开和倾斜度调节功能,上工作体9也分开为左右对称的两部分。当发现左右倾斜区2的左右倾斜角度需要调节时,松开铰链装置24的紧固螺帽26,把左右倾斜区2的左右角度调至合适角度,然后再上紧紧固螺帽26;当发现左右 倾斜区2的前后倾斜角度,或者枕体1近身侧或远身侧的高度需要调节时,由于支撑杆19和万向脚蹄20是通过调节螺栓26连接的,且螺栓的长度较长,可以旋进、旋出支撑杆19,这样由支撑杆19和万向脚蹄20组成的支撑装置将变短或变长。通过调节不同的支撑杆19,最终可以在实现左右倾斜区2的前后倾斜角度调节的同时,也可实现近身侧或远身侧的高度的调节。枕体1调节结束后,万向脚蹄20通过转动球27的连接确保了脚蹄的底面仍能完全贴紧在桌面上。
当采用支架支撑体10b时,支撑面25上既可以设计开有心形置物槽8,也可不开有置物槽8。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种便携式午休枕,包括枕体和枕套,所述枕体采用聚氯乙烯或聚乙烯充气材料通过中空吹塑工艺制成气囊,然后通过气咀对气囊进行充气形成枕体,或采用记忆棉填充材料通过注塑工艺制成枕体,或采用填充材料与支架相组合形成枕体,其特征在于:所述枕体的顶部制成左、右对称的倾斜区,所述倾斜区,从左右边缘到中间部位、从前边缘到后边缘是从高到低的逐渐过渡下凹斜面,具体又包括左、右对称的倾斜下凹渐变区、顶隆起下凹区、太阳穴凸起过渡区、颧骨下凹区,所述左、右对称的顶隆起下凹区和左、右对称的颧骨下凹区是在左、右对称的倾斜下凹渐变区的倾斜基础上再次轻微下凹,所述左、右对称的太阳穴凸起过渡区是在左、右对称的倾斜下凹渐变区的倾斜基础上再次轻微上凸,且所有相邻区域的连接为平滑过渡。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种便携式午休枕,其特征在于:所述左、右对称的倾斜区呈类似于心形形状结构,在中间对称线的两边部位还设有左、右对称的第一、二、三边缘凸起区,所述第一、二、三边缘凸起区也是在左、右对称的倾斜下凹渐变区的倾斜基础上再次轻微上凸,且与其它所有相邻区域的连接为平滑过渡。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种便携式午休枕,其特征在于:所述左、右对称的顶隆起下凹区的中间部位设有置物槽,所述置物槽选自心形、菱形、圆形、方形或椭圆形形状中的一种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种便携式午休枕,其特征在于:所述枕体包括上工作体和下支撑体,若上工作体采用记忆棉、乳胶软弹性物质,则下支撑体采用硬质海绵的组合方式,或者若上工作体采用充气气囊,则下支撑体也采用充气气囊的的组合方式,无论采用哪一种组合方式,在所述上工作体上均开有垂直孔,在所述下支撑体的上表面,即支撑面上开有纵横槽,且垂直孔与纵横槽连通;若上工作体采用记忆棉、乳胶软弹性物质,则下支撑体采用支架的组合 方式,并在上工作体上开有垂直孔,在支撑面上开有缺口,且垂直孔与缺口连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述一种便携式午休枕,其特征在于:所述支撑面的表面形状为上工作体的上表面在垂直方向上平行下落,从而在下支撑体上所形成的形状。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述一种便携式午休枕,其特征在于:所述平行下落的距离为1.0-3.5cm。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述一种便携式午休枕,其特征在于:所述下支撑体采用支架的组合方式,支撑面分为左右对称的两部分,所述两部分之间采用铰链进行连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述一种便携式午休枕,其特征在于:所述铰链是一种角度即可以调节,也可以固定的连接装置。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述一种便携式午休枕,其特征在于:所述支撑面的左右两部分设有固定装置,所述固定装置安装有支撑杆,所述支撑杆的下方按装有调脚、可调脚垫或万向脚蹄。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述一种便携式午休枕,其特征在于:所述固定装置为支撑面上开孔,并在孔中装配螺栓;或在注塑过程中把螺母或螺栓和支撑面直接制成一体,且此装置能和支撑杆的螺栓或螺母相连接。
  11. 根据权利要4所述一种便携式午休枕,其特征在于:所述上工作体分为左右对称的两部分,与支撑面分为左右对称的两部分相对应。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述一种便携式午休枕,其特征在于:所述上工作体固定于下支撑体上时,上工作体的周围侧面与支撑面结合处设有一个台阶或者在上工作体的周围侧面上设有一个台阶。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述一种便携式午休枕,其特征在于:所述台阶的宽度为0.3-1.0cm。
  14. 根据权利要求4或12所述一种便携式午休枕,其特征在于:所述上工作体上装配有与工作体上表面相配合的枕套,所述枕套的外围缝有固定带,固定带环抱在上工作体的侧面周围,且固定带的下边缘落座于上工作体周围侧面的台阶上。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述一种便携式午休枕,其特征在于:所述左、右对称的倾斜下凹渐变区、顶隆起下凹区、太阳穴凸起过渡区、颧骨下凹区组成的平滑过渡面上,设有若干个半球形凸起。
