背景技术    众所周知，当今社会生活节奏快，适当的休息对于人们的学习和工作有着较大的促进作用，午睡是大多数工作者和学生经常采用的休息方式，适当的午睡有助于提高学习和工作效率，缓解压力。目前的学生以及白领在午睡时习惯直接趴在桌子上或者利用一个垫子垫着，这种午睡方式存在诸多缺点，例如：不能根据桌子或者午睡者的身高调整合适的高度，另外上述午睡的方式很不舒适。
发明内容    本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、实用，舒适度高，便于调整，操作便捷，造价低廉，易于推广的午睡垫。
本实用新型主要包括底座，所述底座为下开口槽型壳体，在其下部开口侧边连接拉盖，拉盖的侧边与底座一侧设有对应的锁扣装置，在底座的内部四个角设有支脚，所述支脚是由多根不同直径的套管组成的伸缩杆，并支脚的最短长度小于底座的高度，在上述底座的上端面粘贴垫体，所述垫体的内部填充物是由软质材料例如棉、麻制成的。
本实用新型在使用时，将底座的下部拉盖打开，根据需要调整底座内部的支脚高度，利用支脚将底座放置在桌面上，头部可枕在底座上端面的垫体上睡觉。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点：结构简单、实用，舒适度高，便于调整，操作便捷，造价低廉，易于推广。
