其中,所述显示模块,还配置为在接收到来电请求,且所述来电请求 对应的来电号码与预设的来电号码不匹配时,显示第二来电界面;所述响应模块,还配置为在接收用户基于所述第二来电界面输入的来电控制指令时,响应所述来电控制指令。
本文还提出一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有可执行指令,所述可执行指令用于执行上述的终端通话控制方法。
本文提出的终端通话控制方法和装置、计算机存储介质,在接收到来电控制指令时,通过声纹对用户进行识别,仅在在获取到的声纹信息与预设的声纹信息匹配时,响应所述来电控制指令,提高了终端通话的安全性。

应当理解,此处所描述的实施例仅仅用以解释本文,并不用于限定本文。
本文提供一种终端通话控制方法。
参照图1,图1为本文终端通话控制方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
本文提出一种通话控制方法,所述通话控制方法包括:
步骤S10,在接收到来电控制指令时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息;
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,由于可能存在环境中其他音频的影响, 可在接收到语音信号时,对接收到的语音信号进行滤波处理,并获取滤波处理后的语音信号对应的声纹信息。
在本文中,该来电控制指令可通过语音信号来触发,也可通过其它方式触发(如基于对来电显示界面中的滑动操作触发),并在触发之后输入语音信号,具体实施方式如下:
1)方式一:来电控制指令由出语音信号之外的其它方式触发,所述步骤S10包括:
在接收到来电控制指令时,输出提示信息,以供用户基于所述提示信息输入所述语音信号;
在接收到用户输入的语音信号时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息。
该提示可为语音信息或者文字信息,用户可通过基于来电界面的触摸操作触发来电控制指令,该来电控制指令包括来电拒绝指令或者来电响应指令。
其中,用户输入的语音信号可与预设的语音信号匹配,即所述步骤S10包括:在接收到用户输入的语音信号时,确定接收到的语音信号是否与预设的语音信号匹配;在接收到的语音信号与预设的语音信号匹配时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息。该方案通过对语音信号以及声纹信息的双重识别,安全性更高。可以理解的是,也可仅仅对声纹信息进行识别,则可通过提示信息提示用户输入的语音信号,或者用户可输入任意语音信号进行识别。
2)方式二:来电控制指令由语音信号触发,所述步骤S10包括:
在接收到来电控制指令时,基于所述来电控制指令获取对应的声纹信息。
该来电控制指令为语音控制指令。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,为提高为终端控制的灵活性,所述步骤S10包括,在接收到来电控制指令时, 确定所述来电控制指令的触发方式;在所述来电控制指令的触发方式为语音触发时,基于所述来电控制指令获取对应的声纹信息;在所述来电控制指令的触发方式不是语音触发时,输出提示信息,以供用户基于所述提示信息输入所述语音信号,并在接收到用户输入的语音信号时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息。
步骤S20,在获取到的声纹信息与预设的声纹信息匹配时,响应所述来电控制指令。
在本文中,来电控制指令包括拒绝以及响应指令,则响应所述来电控制指令包括接通或者拒绝来电。
可以理解的是,用户可在终端中预设一个或者多个声纹信息,该声纹信息可包括手机所有者以及其他可信任用户对应的声纹信息,是否采用声纹信息进行识别可由用户进行设定,即所述步骤S10包括:在接收到来电控制指令时,确定终端当前设定模式;在终端当前设定模式为声纹识别模式时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息。
用户设置终端进入声纹识别模式具体过程如下:在接收到切换至声纹识别模式的指令时,确定终端中是否预存有声纹信息;在终端中未预存声纹信息时,输出提示信息以提示用户输入语音信号,并在接收到用户输入的语音信号时,将用户输入的语音信号对应的声纹信息保存;将终端控制模式切换为声纹识别模式;在终端中预存有声纹信息时,将终端控制模式切换为声纹识别模式。用户也可根据需要对存储的声纹信息进行修改(增加、删除以及替换),在此不再赘述。
可以理解的是,在获取到的声纹信息与预设的声纹信息不匹配时,不做任何处理。
本文提出的终端通话控制方法,在接收到来电控制指令时,通过声纹对用户进行识别,仅在在获取到的声纹信息与预设的声纹信息匹配时,响 应所述来电控制指令,提高了终端通话的安全性。
为提高终端通话控制的灵活性,基于第一实施例提出本文终端通话控制方法第二实施例,在本文,参照图2,所述步骤S10包括:
步骤S31,在接收到所述来电控制指令时,确定所述来电控制指令对应的来电号码是否与预设的来电号码匹配;
步骤S32,在所述来电号码与预设的来电号码匹配时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息。
用户可预设需要进行声纹识别的来电号码,用户可通过分组或者添加标识的方式设置需要进行声纹识别的来电号码,则所述来电号码与预设的来电号码匹配是指,预设分组中的有通信号码与所述来电号码相同,或者所述来电号码对应有预设的标识。
该方案仅仅对预设的号码对应的来电进行声纹识别,而不用对所有号码对应的来电进行声纹识别,减少终端能耗,同时灵活性更高。
为调高终端通话控制的准确性,所述步骤S20包括:
在获取到的声纹信息与预设的声纹信息匹配时,确定所述语音信号中的声音信息与预设的声音信息是否匹配;
在所述语音信号中的声音信息与预设的声音信息匹配时,响应所述来电控制指令。
在本文中,声音信息包括音量信息及/或频率信息等信息,通过对声纹信息以及声音信息进行双重认真,提高识别准确度。
可以理解的是,也可对声音信息先进行识别,在识别成功时,再对声纹信息进行识别,节省能耗,即所述步骤S10包括:在接收到来电控制指令时,获取接收到的语音信号的声音信息,在所述声音信息与预设的声音信息匹配时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息。
为进一步提高终端通话控制的灵活性,参照图3,基于第一实施例提出本文终端通话控制方法第三实施例,在本文中,所述步骤S10之前还包括步骤:
步骤S30,在接收到来电请求,且所述来电请求对应的来电号码与预设的来电号码匹配时,显示第一来电界面,并播放语音提示信息;
步骤S40,在接收到用户基于所述语音提示信息输入的语音信号,且所述语音信号与预设的语音信号匹配时,触发所述来电控制指令。
本文所述的来电请求为通信基站发送给移动终端的,移动终端在接收到来电请求时响铃及/或显示来电显示界面。
该第一来电界面可不显示接通以及拒绝的控件,仅仅显示来电信息,如来电号码及或来电号码对应的联系人标识(文字、图片)。
可以理解的是,该第一来电界面也可显示接通以及拒绝的控件,在用户基于第一来电界面中的所述接通以及拒绝的控件触发来电控制指令时,步骤S10通过第一实施例中的方式一实现,而在用户通过语音信号触发所述来电控制指令时,步骤S10通过第一实施例中的方式二实现。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,该方法还包括:在接收到来电请求,且所述来电请求对应的来电号码与预设的来电号码不匹配时,显示第二来电界面;在接收用户基于所述第二来电界面输入的来电控制指令时,响应所述来电控制指令。
该第二来电界面可与第一来电界面相同,也可与第一来电界面不同,例如可以为第一来电界面不显示接通以及拒绝的控件,而第二来电界面显示接通以及拒绝的控件。
本文中,针对不同的来电号码设置不同的来电界面,灵活性更高。
本文进一步提供一种终端通话控制装置。
参照图4,图4为本文终端通话控制装置第一实施例的功能模块示意图。
需要强调的是,对本领域的技术人员来说,图4所示功能模块图仅仅是一个较佳实施例的示例图,本领域的技术人员围绕图4所示的终端通话控制装置的功能模块,可轻易进行新的功能模块的补充;各功能模块的名称是自定义名称,仅用于辅助理解该终端通话控制装置的各个程序功能块,不用于限定本文的技术方案,本文技术方案的核心是,各自定义名称的功能模块所要达成的功能。
本文提出一种终端通话控制装置,所述终端通话控制装置包括:
获取模块10,配置为在接收到来电控制指令时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息;
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,由于可能存在环境中其他音频的影响,可在接收到语音信号时,对接收到的语音信号进行滤波处理,并获取滤波处理后的语音信号对应的声纹信息。
在本文中,该来电控制指令可通过语音信号来触发,也可通过其它方式触发(如基于对来电显示界面中的滑动操作触发),并在触发之后输入语音信号,具体实施方式如下:

输出单元,配置为在接收到来电控制指令时,输出提示信息,以供用户基于所述提示信息输入所述语音信号;
第一获取单元,配置为在接收到用户输入的语音信号时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息,可以由数字信号处理器(DSP)实现。
该提示信息可为语音信息或者文字信息(可以对应由音频输出器件如扬声器、图像显示器件如LED/LCD实现),用户可通过基于来电界面的触摸操作触发来电控制指令,该来电控制指令包括来电拒绝指令或者来电响 应指令。
例如可以为,用户输入的语音信号可与预设的语音信号匹配,即所述获取模块10包括:确定单元,配置为在接收到用户输入的语音信号时,确定接收到的语音信号是否与预设的语音信号匹配;所述第一获取单元,还配置为在接收到的语音信号与预设的语音信号匹配时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息。该方案通过对语音信号以及声纹信息的双重识别,安全性更高。可以理解的是,也可仅仅对声纹信息进行识别,则可通过提示信息提示用户输入的语音信号,或者用户可输入任意语音信号进行识别。
2)方式二:来电控制指令由语音信号触发,所述获取模块10,还配置为在接收到来电控制指令时,基于所述来电控制指令获取对应的声纹信息。
该来电控制指令为语音控制指令。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,为提高为终端控制的灵活性,所述获取模块10包括,确定单元,配置为在接收到来电控制指令时,确定所述来电控制指令的触发方式;所述第一获取单元,还配置为在所述来电控制指令的触发方式为语音触发时,基于所述来电控制指令获取对应的声纹信息;输出单元,配置为在所述来电控制指令的触发方式不是语音触发时,输出提示信息,以供用户基于所述提示信息输入所述语音信号,;所述第一获取单元,还配置为在接收到用户输入的语音信号时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息。
响应模块20,配置为在获取到的声纹信息与预设的声纹信息匹配时,响应所述来电控制指令,可由处理器、微处理器(MCU)、专用集成电路(ASIC)实现。
在本文中,来电控制指令包括拒绝以及响应指令,则响应所述来电控制指令包括接通或者拒绝来电。
可以理解的是,用户可在终端中预设一个或者多个声纹信息,该声纹信息可包括手机所有者以及其他可信任用户对应的声纹信息,是否采用声 纹信息进行识别可由用户进行设定,即所述获取模块10包括:确定单元,配置为在接收到来电控制指令时,确定终端当前设定模式;获取单元,配置为在终端当前设定模式为声纹识别模式时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息。
用户设置终端进入声纹识别模式具体过程如下:确定模块,配置为在接收到切换至声纹识别模式的指令时,确定终端中是否预存有声纹信息;输出模块,配置为在终端中未预存声纹信息时,输出提示信息以提示用户输入语音信号;存储模块,配置为在接收到用户输入的语音信号时,将用户输入的语音信号对应的声纹信息保存;切换模块,配置为将终端控制模式切换为声纹识别模式,以及在终端中预存有声纹信息时,将终端控制模式切换为声纹识别模式。用户也可根据需要对存储的声纹信息进行修改(增加、删除以及替换),在此不再赘述。
可以理解的是,在获取到的声纹信息与预设的声纹信息不匹配时,不做任何处理。
本文提出的终端通话控制装置,在接收到来电控制指令时,通过声纹对用户进行识别,仅在在获取到的声纹信息与预设的声纹信息匹配时,响应所述来电控制指令,提高了终端通话的安全性。
为提高终端通话控制的灵活性,基于第一实施例提出本文终端通话控制装置第二实施例,在本文,参照图5,所述获取模块10包括:
第一确定单元11,配置为在接收到所述来电控制指令时,确定所述来电控制指令对应的来电号码是否与预设的来电号码匹配;
第二获取单元12,配置为在所述来电号码与预设的来电号码匹配时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息。
用户可预设需要进行声纹识别的来电号码,用户可通过分组或者添加标识的方式设置需要进行声纹识别的来电号码,则所述来电号码与预设的 来电号码匹配是指,预设分组中的有通信号码与所述来电号码相同,或者所述来电号码对应有预设的标识。
该方案仅仅对预设的号码对应的来电进行声纹识别,而不用对所有号码对应的来电进行声纹识别,减少终端能耗,同时灵活性更高。
进一步地,为调高终端通话控制的准确性,所述响应模块20包括:
第二确定单元,配置为在获取到的声纹信息与预设的声纹信息匹配时,确定所述语音信号中的声音信息与预设的声音信息是否匹配;
响应单元,配置为在所述语音信号中的声音信息与预设的声音信息匹配时,响应所述来电控制指令。
在本文中,声音信息包括音量信息及/或频率信息等信息,通过对声纹信息以及声音信息进行双重认真,提高识别准确度。
可以理解的是,也可对声音信息先进行识别,在识别成功时,再对声纹信息进行识别,节省能耗,即所述获取模块10,还配置为在接收到来电控制指令时,获取接收到的语音信号的声音信息,在所述声音信息与预设的声音信息匹配时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息。
为进一步提高终端通话控制的灵活性,参照图6,基于第一实施例提出本文终端通话控制装置第三实施例,在本文中,所述终端通话控制装置包括:
显示模块30,配置为在接收到来电请求,且所述来电请求对应的来电号码与预设的来电号码匹配时,显示第一来电界面,可由LED/LCD等显示装置实现;
播放模块40,配置为播放语音提示信息,可由扬声器实现;
触发模块50,配置为在接收到用户基于所述语音提示信息输入的语音信号,且所述语音信号与预设的语音信号匹配时,触发所述来电控制指令,可由处理器、微处理器或专用集成电路实现。

本领域技术人员可以理解的是,所述显示模块,还配置为在接收到来电请求,且所述来电请求对应的来电号码与预设的来电号码不匹配时,显示第二来电界面;所述响应模块,还配置为在接收用户基于所述第二来电界面输入的来电控制指令时,响应所述来电控制指令。
该第二来电界面可与第一来电界面相同,也可与第一来电界面不同,例如可以为第一来电界面不显示接通以及拒绝的控件,而第二来电界面显示接通以及拒绝的控件。
本文中,针对不同的来电号码设置不同的来电界面,灵活性更高。
本文还提出一种终端,可以是智能手机和平板电脑等,终端中设置上上述实施例记载的终端通话控制装置。
本文还提出一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有可执行指令,所述可执行指令用于执行图1至图3任一附图所示的终端通话控制方法。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;
而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random  Access Memory)、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
或者,本文上述集成的单元如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本文的技术方案本质上或者说对相关技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本文各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、RAM、ROM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本文的具体实施方式,但本文的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本文揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本文的保护范围之内。因此,本文的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种终端通话控制方法,所述终端通话控制方法包括:
    在接收到来电控制指令时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息;
    在获取到的声纹信息与预设的声纹信息匹配时,响应所述来电控制指令。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的终端通话控制方法,其中,所述在接收到来电控制指令时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息包括:
    在接收到来电控制指令时,输出提示信息,以供用户基于所述提示信息输入所述语音信号;
    在接收到用户输入的语音信号时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的终端通话控制方法,其中,所述在接收到来电控制指令时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息包括:
    在接收到所述来电控制指令时,确定所述来电控制指令对应的来电号码是否与预设的来电号码匹配;
    在所述来电号码与预设的来电号码匹配时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的终端通话控制方法,其中,所述在获取到的声纹信息与预设的声纹信息匹配时,响应所述来电控制指令包括:
    在获取到的声纹信息与预设的声纹信息匹配时,确定所述语音信号中的声音信息与预设的声音信息是否匹配;
    在所述语音信号中的声音信息与预设的声音信息匹配时,响应所述来电控制指令。
  5. 如权利要求1、2或4所述的终端通话控制方法,其中,所述在接收到来电控制指令时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息之前,所述终端通话控制方法还包括:
    在接收到来电请求,且所述来电请求对应的来电号码与预设的来电号码匹配时,显示第一来电界面,并播放语音提示信息;
    在接收到用户基于所述语音提示信息输入的语音信号,且所述语音信号与预设的语音信号匹配时,触发所述来电控制指令。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的终端通话控制方法,其中,所述终端通话控制方法包括:
    在接收到来电请求,且所述来电请求对应的来电号码与预设的来电号码不匹配时,显示第二来电界面;
    在接收用户基于所述第二来电界面输入的来电控制指令时,响应所述来电控制指令。
  7. 一种终端通话控制装置,所述终端通话控制装置包括:
    获取模块,配置为在接收到来电控制指令时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息;
    响应模块,配置为在获取到的声纹信息与预设的声纹信息匹配时,响应所述来电控制指令。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的终端通话控制装置,其中,所述获取模块包括:
    输出单元,配置为在接收到来电控制指令时,输出提示信息,以供用户基于所述提示信息输入所述语音信号;
    第一获取单元,配置为在接收到用户输入的语音信号时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的终端通话控制装置,其中,所述获取模块包括:
    第一确定单元,配置为在接收到所述来电控制指令时,确定所述来电控制指令对应的来电号码是否与预设的来电号码匹配;
    第二获取单元,配置为在所述来电号码与预设的来电号码匹配时,获取接收到的语音信号的声纹信息。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的终端通话控制装置,其中,所述响应模块包括:
    第二确定单元,配置为在获取到的声纹信息与预设的声纹信息匹配时,确定所述语音信号中的声音信息与预设的声音信息是否匹配;
    响应单元,配置为在所述语音信号中的声音信息与预设的声音信息匹配时,响应所述来电控制指令。
  11. 如权利要求7、8或10所述的终端通话控制装置,其中,所述终端通话控制装置包括:
    显示模块,配置为在接收到来电请求,且所述来电请求对应的来电号码与预设的来电号码匹配时,显示第一来电界面;
    播放模块,配置为播放语音提示信息;
    触发模块,配置为在接收到用户基于所述语音提示信息输入的语音信号,且所述语音信号与预设的语音信号匹配时,触发所述来电控制指令。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的终端通话控制装置,其中,所述显示模块,还配置为在接收到来电请求,且所述来电请求对应的来电号码与预设的来电号码不匹配时,显示第二来电界面;所述响应模块,还配置为在接收用户基于所述第二来电界面输入的来电控制指令时,响应所述来电控制指令。
  13. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有可执行指令,所述可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至6任一项所述的终端通话控制方法。
