Description

一种空气过滤净化装置及设备
技术领域
本发明涉及净化过滤领域,尤其涉及一种空气过滤净化装置及设备。
背景技术
通常的空气净化装置是采用风机驱动污染空气从净化过滤材料中通过,从而净化掉污染物,常用的空气净化装置是在风机的进风端(或负压端)或出风端设置净化过滤网,或在两端都设置净化过滤网,比如,如图1所示,常见的是在净化过滤网10的一侧设置一个风机20,这类空气过滤净化装置滤网的风阻不能太高,通常为了提高净化能力不得不采用高速大风压的风机,这样空气净化装置在运行时,噪音大,能耗高,而且滤网出风口风速小,空气循环效率不高;如图2所示,为提高空气净化效率现也采用两个风机驱动,其过滤网10放在风机的进风侧,一个风机20将污染空气吸入通过净化过滤网,在这一风机的出风端在串联另一个风机30将空气加速以增加空气循环速度,这种方式由于两个风机叠加在一起,两个风机之间互相干扰,噪音很大。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明公开一种空气过滤净化装置,其采用第一风机在过滤部件的一侧正压吹风,第二风机在过滤部件的另一侧吸风,这样可以克服更大的滤网的阻力,同时两个风机之间又不会形成干扰以影响整体效率,同时出风风速又可以提升以提升装置净化效能,噪音降低,装置的体积可以做得更小。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种空气过滤净化装置,包括一设有进气口和出气口的中空机体,所述中空机体内通过一过滤部件将机体的内腔分隔成分别与进气口连通的进气空间和与出气口连通的出气空间,所述进气空间内设有与进气口连通的第一风机,所述出气空间内设有与出气口连通的第二风机。
进一步地,所述过滤部件为片状的空气净化网。
进一步地,所述过滤部件为中空筒状的空气过滤净化滤芯,所述空气过滤净化滤芯的外壁与机体内壁之间形成所述进气空间,所述过滤净化滤芯的内部与出风口之间的空间组成为所述出气空间。
进一步地,所述第二风机设置在滤芯的排气口处。
进一步地,所述空气过滤净化滤芯的横截面形状为圆形或者是几何多边形形状。
进一步地,所述第一风机是离心风机或轴流风机,第二风机是离心风机或轴流风机。
进一步地,所述第一风机的进风侧设有空气净化过滤部件。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明还提供一种空气过滤设备,包括上述的空气过滤净化装置。
本发明至少具有如下效果:不仅能适应较大的净化过滤材料阻力,而且在使用高阻力材料时可以大大降低装置运行噪音,提高空气过滤效率,降低功耗,而且体积小,减小装置的空间占用。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述。
如图3所示,本发明实施例的空气过滤净化装置包括设有进气口11和出气口12的中空机体1,中空机体1内通过一过滤部件2将机体1内腔分隔成进气空间100和出气空间200,在进气空间100内设有与进气口11连通的第一风机3,在出气空间200内设有与出气口12连通的第二风机4,在本实施例中,第一风机3和第二风机4均为离心风机,第二风机4也可以采用轴流风机等其他类型的风机,工作时,通过第一风机3从进气口11送风进入进气空间100内,气体形成正压,经过过滤部件2过滤后,再由第二风机4抽风形成负压将过滤后的空气送出,采用正压送风、负压抽风相结合的形式,不仅能降低空气净化的噪音,提高空气过滤效率,降低功耗,而且体积小,减小空间占用率。
在实施过程中,过滤部件2为片状的空气过滤网,这样可以根据需要,空气过滤网可以横向或者竖向等不同方位设置,空气过滤网可以是平板结构,比如四边形、八边形等等,满足不同的设计需求,结构设计多样;过滤部件2也可以是中空筒状的空气过滤净化滤芯,当过滤部件2采用空气过滤净化滤芯时,空气过滤净化滤芯的外壁与机体1的内壁之间形成上述的进气空间100,空气过滤净化滤芯的内部构成上述的出气空间200,此时将第二风机4设置在滤芯的排气口处,直接在空气过滤净化滤芯的内腔形成负压,空气输出效率更高。如图4所示,空气过滤净化滤芯的横截面形状为圆形滤网或者是其他几何多边形结构,比如四边形、八边形等等,在此不做限定。
作为另一种实施方式,还可以在第一风机4的进风侧设有空气净化过滤部件,这样在第一风机4的进气口处优先进行前置过滤,对第一风机4起到保护作用。
现实生活中的空气过滤设备都可以采用本发明的空气过滤装置,空气过滤设备在运行时,不仅能降低空气净化的噪音,提高空气过滤效率,降低功耗,可以减小设备的体积,减小空间占用率。
综上,本发明可以改变传统空气净化装置受进风口面积限制,达成空气快速过滤目的,还能有效降低空气过滤装置噪音,提高空气过滤效率,降低功耗,提高空间使用率。
以上所述是本发明的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干修改,这些修改也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种空气过滤净化装置,包括一设有进气口和出气口的中空机体,其特征在于,所述中空机体内通过一过滤部件将壳体的内腔分隔成分别与进气口连通的进气空间和与出气口连通的出气空间,所述进气空间内设有与进气口连通的第一风机,所述出气空间内设有与出气口连通的第二风机。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空气过滤净化装置,其特征在于,所述过滤部件为片状的空气净化网。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的空气过滤净化装置,其特征在于,所述过滤部件为中空筒状的空气过滤净化滤芯,所述空气过滤净化滤芯的外壁与壳体内壁之间形成所述进气空间,所述过滤净化滤芯的内部与出风口之间的空间组成为所述出气空间。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的空气过滤净化装置,其特征在于,所述第二风机设置在滤芯的排气口处。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的空气过滤净化装置,其特征在于,所述空气过滤净化滤芯的横截面形状为圆形或者是几何多边形形状。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的空气过滤净化装置,其特征在于,所述第一风机是离心风机或轴流风机,第二风机是离心风机或轴流风机。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的空气过滤净化装置,其特征在于,所述第一风机的进风侧设有空气净化过滤部件。
  8. 一种空气过滤设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至7任一所述的空气过滤净化装置。
