Abstract
L'invention concerne un nœud B évolué (eNB) qui comprend un processeur et une mémoire en communication électronique avec le processeur. Des instructions stockées dans la mémoire sont exécutables pour effectuer une détection de canal sur une cellule secondaire (SCell) d'accès assisté par licence (LAA) pour une transmission. Les instructions sont également exécutables pour gérer un compteur selon que le canal est détecté comme étant inactif ou non. Les instructions sont en outre exécutables pour déterminer si oui ou non l'eNB effectue la transmission si le compteur atteint zéro. Les instructions sont en outre exécutables pour effectuer la transmission si celle-ci a été déterminée, sinon pour suspendre la transmission et effectuer une détection de canal supplémentaire pour la transmission.
