Definitions
- the invention relates to construction elements, namely, heat-energy-saving facing textured panels, which are used in the field of construction for insulation and external cladding of facades and roofs of buildings, and also at the same time to create external fire-retardant surfaces of buildings.
- the “Cladding plate” contains an external facing textured layer and a rectangular heat-and-energy-saving plate made of a synthetic base and having identical rectangular parallel upper and lower planes, four sides, while the facing plate is made in such a way that the upper and lower planes heat and energy-saving stoves are displaced one in relation to the other diagonally (patent of the Russian Federation for utility model N ° 141333, class E04C2 / 296, publ. 05/27/2014, Bulletin N ° 15) [1].
- This facing plate (panel) is intended for the manufacture of enclosing structures and is simple to manufacture, but such a technical solution does not improve the strength and tightness of the connections of the plates (panels) to each other during their installation, further operation, and also increase the moisture resistance of the plates laid on the surface ( panels), and as a result does not allow to increase the thermal insulation of the walls of buildings on which the plates (panels) are laid. Also, such a plate (panel) has a reserve to increase fire retardant properties.
- This design of the plate is designed to provide thermal insulation of the building without the use of additional materials, as well as to reduce the time of installation of the plate and to improve the appearance of the building.
- the technical solution is a finishing - insulation panel containing an external facing texture layer and a monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate made of mineral or synthetic base and having the same size rectangular parallel upper and lower planes, four sides, each of which contains a step formed by three surface elements, made in the form of a profiled cut along the entire length of each of the four b sides in such a way that the upper and lower planes of a monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate are offset diagonally to one another (Ukrainian patent for utility model N ° 85293 dated 11/11/2013, class C. ⁇ 04 ⁇ 2/00, ⁇ 04 ⁇ 2/02 publication dated 11.11.2013, bulletin ⁇ ° 21) [4].
- This design of the panel allows to a certain extent increase its fire safety, it is light and durable, has heat-insulating properties and contains elements for connecting the plates to each other. But such a technical solution does not allow to increase the thermal insulation of buildings by increasing the strength of the panels laid on the surface, the tightness of their joints, increasing their moisture resistance while improving fire retardant properties.
- the basis of the invention is the task of creating a heat-energy-saving facing textured panel, the design of which would be due to new features, namely due to the presence of new elements, their shape, mutual arrangement, which would make it possible to achieve a technical result when it is used - to increase the thermal insulation of buildings by increasing the strength of the laid on the surface of panels, the tightness of their joints, increasing their moisture resistance while improving fire retardant properties, and also expand the assortment ie panels teploenergosberegayuschih facing textured.
- the heat-saving energy-saving facing texture panel contains an external facing texture layer and a monolithic rectangular heat-energy-saving plate made of mineral or synthetic base and having the same size rectangular parallel upper and lower planes, four sides, each of which contains three surface elements, a step made in the form of a profiled cut along the entire length of each of the four sides them that the upper and lower plane monolithic teploenergosberegayuschey rectangular plate are offset with respect to each other diagonally.
- the step of each side of the monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate is formed by two surface elements parallel to one another, which are perpendicular to the corresponding upper and lower planes of the monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate, and made in cross section of an inclined or curvilinear-wavy average surface an element.
- this middle surface element is located at an angle of 129 ° to 144 ° to each of the two parallel surface elements of the step.
- the ratio of the thicknesses s of the monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate is 1: 1.5: 2 for the corresponding values of the tilt angle of the middle surface element of the step of each side of the monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate 129 °: 135 °: 144 °, respectively.
- the external facing texture layer is formed of a mineral cement binder, a mineral filler in the form of sand, aluminosilicate microspheres, heat-treated perlite, plasticizer, polypropylene fiber, redispersing component, surfactant and water, while the external facing texture layer and the upper plane of a monolithic rectangular heat-saving slabs are connected adhesively.
- the formed external facing texture layer is characterized by the following ratio of components, volume. %: gray cement 16.7 - 17.0
- New features of the proposed panel allow using the invention to achieve the technical result. Due to the presence, shape and relative position of the panel elements, namely due to the fact that the step 12 of each side 5, 6, 7, 8 is formed by two surface elements 9, 1 1 parallel to one another and the middle surface element 10 of the stage 12, which in the transverse section (section) is made inclined or curved-wavy, and when the middle surface element 10 of the step 12 is inclined, such an inclination of the surface element 10 is located at an angle from 129 ° to 144 ° to each of two parallel surface elements 9, 1, 1, stage 12, it became possible to increase the thermal insulation of buildings by increasing the strength of the panels laid on the surface, the tightness of their joints, increasing their moisture resistance while improving fire retardant properties, and expanding the range of heat-saving facing textured panels.
- Each of the four sides 5, 6, 7, 8 of a monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving plate 2 is formed by three surface elements 9, 10, 11, and has a cross-sectional view of the step 12.
- each of the four sides 5, 6, 7, 8 made in the form of a stage 12.
- middle surface elements 10 When the middle surface elements 10 are curved-wavy, these middle surface elements 10 of one panel are hermetically in contact with the curved-wave-shaped middle surface elements 10 of the other panel, respectively.
- the surface elements 9, 11 of each panel which is laid on the surface of the building, are in contact with the corresponding surface elements 11 and 9 of the other panel.
- the panels are docked and interconnected due to the surface elements 9, 10, 11 in the form of steps 12 of each of the sides 5, 6, 7, 8, where the middle surface element 10 of the stage 12 in the transverse section (section) is made inclined or curved -wavy.
- the middle surface element 10 inclined at an angle from 129 ° to 144 ° to each of two parallel surface elements 9, 11, or as a result of making it curved-wavy due to its new shape and location, the area of this middle surface element 10 increases, and accordingly, the area of optimal contact of each of the sides 5, 6, 7, 8 of the panel increases corresponding lateral sides 5, 6, 7, 8 of another panel.
- each of the four sides 5, 6, 7, 8 when connecting the panels to each other along the perimeter provides a tight connection of these panels, eliminating the slightest possibility of formation of “cold bridges”, as well as providing the only correct fixation of the panel connections around the perimeter due to the only possibility of their coincidence when docking around the perimeter in relation to each other.
- the angle of inclination of the middle surface element 10 of step 12 of each side of the heat-saving plate with its thickness s 100 mm is 129 °, with a thickness of 150 mm - 135 °, with a thickness of 200 mm - 144 °, which, depending on the conditions of use, makes it possible to vary the use of plates different thicknesses depending on environmental, climatic conditions, as well as depending on the thickness and materials of walls or surfaces of buildings to be covered.
- the enhancement of the effect of achieving a technical result - high heat-insulating and fire-retardant properties allows us to provide a material characterizing the external facing texture layer 1, which is formed according to the invention from a mineral cement binder, a mineral filler in the form of sand, aluminosilicate microspheres, perlite heat-treating, plasticizer, polypropylene fiber, redispersible component, surfactant and water.
- the external facing texture layer 1 and the upper plane 3 of a monolithic rectangular heat-saving board 2 formed from such a material are adhesively connected: the external facing texture layer 1 is connected with its entire surface to the outer surface (top plane 3) of the heat-saving board 2, probably due to the use of redispersing powder with liquid molding of the outer facing texture layer 1 and unexpectedly significant increase in the adhesion forces of the outer facing texture layer 1 from the surface With the help of the heat and energy-saving plate 2 made of mineral or synthetic base, the properties of the entire panel are improved, and the achievement of the technical result is accordingly enhanced.
- the combination of the obtained new qualities in one product made it possible to create a new type of heat-insulating product, which allows for efficient thermal insulation of building facades and structures of any purpose, while ensuring a high degree of fire protection, a variety of textured surfaces with a significant reduction in the load on foundations and walls.
- this middle surface element 10 When the middle surface element 10 is inclined, this middle surface element must be located at an angle of 129 ° to 144 ° to each of the two parallel surface elements of the step, while the width of the monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving plate 2 is standard in the range from 100 mm to 200 mm (namely, 100 mm or 150 mm or 200 mm).
- the inclination angle of the middle surface element 10 is less than 129 ° with a minimum plate width of 2 (100 mm), or more than 144 ° with a maximum plate width of 2 (200 mm)
- the optimum value of the average surface area will not be ensured surface element 10 in which it is possible to achieve a strong and tight connection of the panels to each other.
- the ratio of the components of the formed external facing texture layer 1 indicated in the claims is determined for the maximum and minimum values of each of the components. At those values that slightly exceed the limits indicated, the qualitative characteristics of such an external facing texture layer 1 do not allow achieving the necessary high heat-insulating and fire-retardant properties of the panel. Accordingly, at values that significantly exceed the limits indicated in the claims, the formation of the required high-quality external facing textured layer 1 is not possible. In this case, it is also impossible to achieve the necessary connection of the outer facing texture layer 1 with a monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving plate 2.

Abstract
The invention relates to construction elements, and specifically to thermal-energy-saving panels. The textured lining panel comprises an external textured lining layer and a monolithic rectangular thermal-energy-saving board which is formed from a mineral base or from a synthetic base and has an upper and a lower plane which are identical in size and are rectangular and parallel, four lateral sides, each of which comprises a step which is formed by three surface elements and is in the form of a profiled recess along the entire length of each of the four lateral sides in such a manner that the upper plane and the lower plane of the monolithic rectangular thermal-energy-saving board are offset diagonally in relation to each other. The step of each lateral side is formed by two surface elements which are parallel in relation to each other and are arranged perpendicularly to the corresponding upper plane and lower plane of the monolithic rectangular thermal-energy-saving board. Each step is also formed by a middle surface element which is inclined or is curvilinearly wavy in cross section. The invention makes it possible to increase the thermal insulation of buildings by increasing the strength of panels placed onto the surface of buildings and the hermetic tightness of the connections of said panels, and also by increasing the moisture resistance of said panels with a simultaneous improvement in the fireproof properties.

Prior level
Well-known modern building structures for simultaneous insulation and cladding of walls, surfaces of buildings provide for the use of various insulation, energy-saving and at the same time decorative cladding panels and plates of small sizes, which are laid and fixed on the walls during the construction of buildings or after construction. In most cases of the use of such products, there is a problem of achieving strength and tightness of the panel joints between themselves during their installation and during further operation. There is also a problem of insufficient moisture resistance of panels or plates laid on walls and on other surfaces of buildings, as a result of which the loss of thermal energy of buildings increases, on the walls and surfaces of which insulation and cladding panels are laid.
E04C2/296, публ. The “Cladding plate” is known, which contains an external facing textured layer and a rectangular heat-and-energy-saving plate made of a synthetic base and having identical rectangular parallel upper and lower planes, four sides, while the facing plate is made in such a way that the upper and lower planes heat and energy-saving stoves are displaced one in relation to the other diagonally (patent of the Russian Federation for utility model N ° 141333, class E04C2 / 296, publ. 05/27/2014, Bulletin N ° 15) [1]. This facing plate (panel) is intended for the manufacture of enclosing structures and is simple to manufacture, but such a technical solution does not improve the strength and tightness of the connections of the plates (panels) to each other during their installation, further operation, and also increase the moisture resistance of the plates laid on the surface ( panels), and as a result does not allow to increase the thermal insulation of the walls of buildings on which the plates (panels) are laid. Also, such a plate (panel) has a reserve to increase fire retardant properties.
The well-known “Heat-insulating finishing plate”, which contains a heat-saving plate and an external facing textured layer with a decorative outer surface, is connected, and the heat-saving plate is made of a monolithic or two-layer and has a rectangular planar shape with four sides (Ukrainian patent for utility model tfs 69577 dated 25.04 .2012, class C. Е04С 1/40, Е04С 2/40, Е04С 2/02 publication of 04.25.2012, bulletin Ν »8) [2]. This design of the plate is designed to provide thermal insulation of the building without the use of additional materials, as well as to reduce the time of installation of the plate and to improve the appearance of the building. But such a useful model does not allow to improve the strength and tightness of the joints of the plates (panels) with each other during their installation and further operation, and also to increase the moisture resistance of the plates (panels) laid on the surface of the buildings, and as a result does not allow to increase the thermal insulation and the energy-saving effect of buildings, by the walls of which slabs (panels) are laid. Also, such a plate (panel) does not sufficiently provide an increase in the fire retardant properties of building surfaces.
The well-known "Decorative facing insulation plate", containing formed from a mineral binder base and at least one mineral filler, an external facing texture layer and a monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving plate made of mineral or synthetic base and having the same rectangular rectangular top and the lower plane, four sides, each of which contains a step formed by three surface elements, made in the form of a profile a cutout along the entire length of each of the four lateral sides so that the upper and lower planes of a monolithic rectangular heat-and-energy-saving plate are offset diagonally to one another (Ukrainian patent for utility model N ° 65658 of 12/12/2011, m. Е04С 1/40, Е04С 2/40, Е04С 2/02, publication of 12.12.2011, bulletin N ° 23) [3]. The use of such a plate provides good thermal insulation of the building, but it does not allow to achieve the necessary strength when connecting the plates during installation, the necessary tightness and moisture resistance of the plates laid on the surface of the buildings during operation, and, accordingly, there is a reserve for improving the thermal insulation of buildings on which the plates are laid .
Closest to the proposed invention, the technical solution is a finishing - insulation panel containing an external facing texture layer and a monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate made of mineral or synthetic base and having the same size rectangular parallel upper and lower planes, four sides, each of which contains a step formed by three surface elements, made in the form of a profiled cut along the entire length of each of the four b sides in such a way that the upper and lower planes of a monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate are offset diagonally to one another (Ukrainian patent for utility model N ° 85293 dated 11/11/2013, class C. Е04С 2/00, Е04С 2/02 publication dated 11.11.2013, bulletin Ν ° 21) [4]. This design of the panel allows to a certain extent increase its fire safety, it is light and durable, has heat-insulating properties and contains elements for connecting the plates to each other. But such a technical solution does not allow to increase the thermal insulation of buildings by increasing the strength of the panels laid on the surface, the tightness of their joints, increasing their moisture resistance while improving fire retardant properties.
The basis of the invention is the task of creating a heat-energy-saving facing textured panel, the design of which would be due to new features, namely due to the presence of new elements, their shape, mutual arrangement, which would make it possible to achieve a technical result when it is used - to increase the thermal insulation of buildings by increasing the strength of the laid on the surface of panels, the tightness of their joints, increasing their moisture resistance while improving fire retardant properties, and also expand the assortment ie panels teploenergosberegayuschih facing textured.
Inventive step
The combination of all the essential features of the proposed panel, including its new significant features, allows to obtain a technical result, namely, to increase the thermal insulation of buildings by increasing the strength of the panels laid on the surface, the tightness of their joints, increasing their moisture resistance while improving fire retardant properties, and also expand the range of heat-energy-saving facing textured panels.
New features of the proposed panel allow using the invention to achieve the technical result. Each of the four sides 5, 6, 7, 8 of a monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving plate 2 is formed by three surface elements 9, 10, 11, and has a cross-sectional view of the step 12. Thus, each of the four sides 5, 6, 7, 8 made in the form of a stage 12. A stage 12 with an inclined or curved-wavy middle surface element 10 in conjunction with the fact that each such stage 12 of each of the four sides 5, 6, 7, 8 of a monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving plate 2 is made in this way, thu about the upper plane 3 and the lower plane 4 of a monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving plate 2 are offset one from the other diagonally, allows for the installation of panels on the surfaces of buildings to connect them together with the sides 5, 6, 7, 8, made in the form of steps 12 in this way that the inclined middle surface elements 10 of one panel are hermetically in contact with the inclined middle surface elements 10 of the other panel, respectively. When the middle surface elements 10 are curved-wavy, these middle surface elements 10 of one panel are hermetically in contact with the curved-wave-shaped middle surface elements 10 of the other panel, respectively. In this case, the surface elements 9, 11 of each panel, which is laid on the surface of the building, are in contact with the corresponding surface elements 11 and 9 of the other panel. Thus, the panels are docked and interconnected due to the surface elements 9, 10, 11 in the form of steps 12 of each of the sides 5, 6, 7, 8, where the middle surface element 10 of the stage 12 in the transverse section (section) is made inclined or curved -wavy. Such joining of inclined or curvilinear-wave-shaped middle surface elements of 10 panels precisely due to their inclined or curvilinear-wave-shaped form allows to achieve the maximum guaranteed tightness of the joints between the panels and allows to protect the joints of the panels from deep penetration of moisture into these joints. In the known technical solutions (in the closest analogue - the prototype of the present invention) between the middle surface element 10 and the surface element 9 and 1 1, the angle is 90 ° (right angle) and the surface of the middle surface element 10 is made even. In the claimed invention, it is unforeseen that as a result of the execution of the middle surface element 10 inclined at an angle from 129 ° to 144 ° to each of two parallel surface elements 9, 11, or as a result of making it curved-wavy due to its new shape and location, the area of this middle surface element 10 increases, and accordingly, the area of optimal contact of each of the sides 5, 6, 7, 8 of the panel increases corresponding lateral sides 5, 6, 7, 8 of another panel. With an increase in the area of contact and connection of the sides of 5, 6, 7, 8 panels, the strength of the panels laid on the surface increases, the tightness of their joints increases, their moisture resistance increases, and as a result, the thermal insulation of the building is increased, on the surfaces and / or walls of which the panels are laid, and at the same time, the flame retardant properties of the panel are improved.
The design (profile) of each of the four sides 5, 6, 7, 8 when connecting the panels to each other along the perimeter provides a tight connection of these panels, eliminating the slightest possibility of formation of “cold bridges”, as well as providing the only correct fixation of the panel connections around the perimeter due to the only possibility of their coincidence when docking around the perimeter in relation to each other.
Strengthening the achievement of the technical result when using the invention is provided by the proposed ratio of the thicknesses s of the monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate 2, which is 1: 1.5: 2 for the corresponding values of the angle of inclination of the middle surface element 10 of the stage 12 of each side 5, 6, 7, 8 of the monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving stove 129 °: 135 °: 144 °, respectively. The angle of inclination of the middle surface element 10 of step 12 of each side of the heat-saving plate with its thickness s 100 mm is 129 °, with a thickness of 150 mm - 135 °, with a thickness of 200 mm - 144 °, which, depending on the conditions of use, makes it possible to vary the use of plates different thicknesses depending on environmental, climatic conditions, as well as depending on the thickness and materials of walls or surfaces of buildings to be covered.
The enhancement of the effect of achieving a technical result - high heat-insulating and fire-retardant properties allows us to provide a material characterizing the external facing texture layer 1, which is formed according to the invention from a mineral cement binder, a mineral filler in the form of sand, aluminosilicate microspheres, perlite heat-treating, plasticizer, polypropylene fiber, redispersible component, surfactant and water. This enhancement of the effect of achieving a technical result is supposedly ensured due to the fact that, in particular, when forming the outer facing texture layer 1, mineral fillers are used in the form of hollow glass-crystalline aluminosilicate microspheres (foam spheres) filled with an inert gas and having high strength, low specific gravity, and low thermal conductivity. It is assumed that the improved properties of the formed facing texture layer 1 — high thermal resistance, frost resistance, wear resistance, low specific gravity enhance the achievement of the technical result. The external facing texture layer 1 and the upper plane 3 of a monolithic rectangular heat-saving board 2 formed from such a material are adhesively connected: the external facing texture layer 1 is connected with its entire surface to the outer surface (top plane 3) of the heat-saving board 2, probably due to the use of redispersing powder with liquid molding of the outer facing texture layer 1 and unexpectedly significant increase in the adhesion forces of the outer facing texture layer 1 from the surface With the help of the heat and energy-saving plate 2 made of mineral or synthetic base, the properties of the entire panel are improved, and the achievement of the technical result is accordingly enhanced.
The resulting connection of two panel elements (a monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate 2 and the outer facing texture layer 1) of materials of different strengths exceeds the strength of one monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate 2, which enhances the achievement of the technical result when using the proposed invention.
The combination of the obtained new qualities in one product made it possible to create a new type of heat-insulating product, which allows for efficient thermal insulation of building facades and structures of any purpose, while ensuring a high degree of fire protection, a variety of textured surfaces with a significant reduction in the load on foundations and walls.
The technical result when using the present invention is achieved within the quantitative values of the characteristics of the panel, given in the claims - beyond these quantitative values of the characteristics of the panel, the technical result is not achieved.
When the middle surface element 10 is inclined, this middle surface element must be located at an angle of 129 ° to 144 ° to each of the two parallel surface elements of the step, while the width of the monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving plate 2 is standard in the range from 100 mm to 200 mm (namely, 100 mm or 150 mm or 200 mm). Thus, if the inclination angle of the middle surface element 10 is less than 129 ° with a minimum plate width of 2 (100 mm), or more than 144 ° with a maximum plate width of 2 (200 mm), then the optimum value of the average surface area will not be ensured surface element 10 in which it is possible to achieve a strong and tight connection of the panels to each other.
2. The ratio of the components of the formed external facing texture layer 1 indicated in the claims is determined for the maximum and minimum values of each of the components.
When creating the proposed invention, in order to achieve a technical result, it was required to create a new set of panel elements, new elements, their interconnections, shapes, improvement of the material characterizing the external facing textured layer, which made it possible to obtain an unobvious effect when implementing, using this technical solution. The unpredictability of achieving a technical result in the implementation of the proposed technical solution is also due to the achievement of a qualitatively new property of the panel - thanks to a new combination of all of it, including new elements, increased thermal insulation of buildings is achieved by increasing the strength of the panels laid on the surface, the tightness of their joints, increasing their moisture resistance with simultaneous improvement fire retardant properties. The production of this invention will expand the range of heat-energy-saving facing textured panels.

Practical, industrial implementation of the proposed panel is characterized by the following description.
Static state. The proposed panel heat-energy-saving facing texture contains an external facing texture layer 1 and a monolithic rectangular heat-energy-saving plate 2. The outer facing texture layer 1 is connected to a monolithic rectangular heat-energy-saving plate 2 adhesive. A monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate 2 is made of mineral or synthetic base and has the same size rectangular parallel to the upper plane 3 and the lower plane 4, as well as four sides 5, 6, 7, 8 (Fig. 1, Fig. 2). A monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate 2 can be made of a mineral base in the form of a mineral wool basalt plate or foam glass plate, or perlite plate, or vermiculite plate, or polystyrene foam plate.
6). Each of the sides 5, 6, 7, 8 has, in cross section (section), a step 12 formed by three surface elements 9, 10, 11. Step 12 is made in the form of a profiled cut-out, which can be made by milling or otherwise by the entire length each of the four sides 5, 6, 7, 8 of a monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving plate 2 (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 6). In this case, the stage 12 is made in such a way that the upper plane 3 and the lower plane 4 of the monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving plate 2 are displaced diagonally with respect to the other (Fig. 5). Each step 12 of each of the lateral sides 5, 6, 7, 8 is formed by two surface elements 9 and 11 parallel to one another of this step 12 located perpendicular to the corresponding upper plane 3 and lower plane 4 of the monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate 2, and each step 12 is formed by the middle surface element 10 of the step 12, which in cross-section (section) is made inclined (Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 6) or curved-wave-like (Fig. 2, Fig. 4). In this case, when the middle surface element 10 of step 12 is inclined, this element is located at an angle a from 129 ° to 144 ° to each of two parallel surface elements 9 and 11 of step 12 (Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 6).
2, 4). When the middle surface element 10 of stage 12 is made curved in a transverse section (section), such a curved-wave-like shape of the surface element 10 of stage 12 connects the surface elements 9 and 11 along the entire length of each of the sides 5, 6, 7, 8 of the monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving plate 2 (Fig. 2, 4).
2. Accordingly, the surface elements 9, 10 and 1 1 of the stage 12 are interconnected along the entire length of each of the sides 5, 6, 7, 8 of a monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving plate 2, and these surface elements 9, 10, 11, as described above, form a stage 12, which is a profiled cut-out that can be made by milling or in another way along the entire length of each of the four sides 5, 6, 7, 8 of a monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving plate 2.
2. Due to the fact that the upper plane 3 and the lower plane 4 of the monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate 2 are displaced diagonally with respect to the other, two adjacent sides - the sides 5 and 8 of the monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate 2 are formed of three surface elements 9,10, 11 each adjacent side of the side 5 and 8 are two corresponding adjacent steps 12 in the form of a lower protrusion 13 (Fig. 5), which is located on two adjacent sides of a monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving plate 2. And the other two (opposite to the previous ones) adjacent lateral sides — the lateral sides 6 and 7, of a monolithic rectangular heat-and-energy-saving plate 2 are formed of three surface elements 9,10, 11 of each such adjacent lateral side 6 and 7, two corresponding adjacent stage 12 in the form of an upper protrusion 14 (Fig. 5), which is located on two adjacent sides of a monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate 2.
7). The protrusions 13 and 14, together with the diagonal shift of the upper plane 3 and the lower plane 4 of the monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving plate 2 are the elements of the connection of the heat-energy-saving facing texture panel. These elements of the connection of the panels in the form of protrusions 13 and 14, when installing the panels on the surface of buildings, work on the principle of "spike-groove" (Fig. 7).
In some cases, the implementation of the invention, the thickness S of a monolithic rectangular heat-saving plate 2 can be different in the ratio 1: 1.5: 2, for example, such a thickness S can be 100 mm or 150 mm, or 200 mm. In such cases, in accordance with the claimed invention, the ratio of the thicknesses s of the monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate 2 is 1: 1.5: 2 for the corresponding values of the angle of inclination a of the middle surface element 10 of the step 12 of each side 5, 6, 7, 8 of the monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving stove 129 °: 135 °: 144 °, respectively. Thus, the value of the angle of inclination a of the middle surface element 10 of stage 12 of each side 5, 6, 7, 8 of a monolithic rectangular heat and energy-saving plate 2 with its thickness s = 100 mm is 129 °, or 135 ° with a thickness s = 150 mm, or 144 ° with a thickness s = 200 mm.
2. The external facing texture layer 1 in a liquid, plastic form is applied to the upper plane 3 of a monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate 2, then a decorative pattern or relief of the external facing texture layer 1 is formed. The connection (binding) of the external facing texture layer 1 with the upper plane 3 of a monolithic rectangular heat and energy saving plate 2 is carried out due to adhesion. The adhesion process is intensified and increased by mechanical vibration of a monolithic rectangular heat-and-energy-saving plate 2, on the upper plane 3 of which an external facing texture layer 1 is applied in a liquid state. In the process of mechanical vibration, the surface (upper plane 3) of the monolithic rectangular heat-saving plate 2 is firmly bonded to the hardening external facing texture layer 1. After this, the external facing texture layer 1 is finally solidified and connected (bonded) to the upper plane 3 of the monolithic rectangular heat-saving plate 2.
The practical use of the proposed heat-energy-saving facing texture panel provides for the manufacture of such panels in the production environment and in the future, the laying (installation) of such panels on walls and surfaces of buildings for insulation and external cladding of facades, roofs of buildings, and also at the same time to create external fireproof surfaces of buildings.
The manufactured panel is fixed on the wall or on the surface of the building with the lower plane 4 of a monolithic rectangular heat-and-energy-saving plate 2. Each panel is fixed on the surface of the building using special adhesive construction mixtures. On the surface of the external facing texture layer 1, standard recesses (pots) can be located for installing reinforcing elements in them to the wall or to the surface of the building. In such recesses (sweats) mechanically through the entire panel to the surface of the building can be inserted standard fastening elements (such as "dowels"), which additionally fix each plate. Each next panel is also fixed on the wall or on the surface of the building and simultaneously connected to the previous panel of one of the sides 5, 6, 7, 8 so that, for example, the upper ledge 14 of the stacked panel is connected to the lower ledge 13 of the already laid and fixed panel according to the principle " tenon - groove "(Fig. 7). In this case, the surface elements 9, 10, 11 of the steps 12 of both adjacent and interconnected panels are in close contact and pressed against each other, and the connections of the middle surface elements of 10 steps 12, which are made inclined or curved in a transverse section (section), ensure the strength of panels laid on the surface of buildings, the tightness of their joints and increase their moisture resistance at the joints.
