Description
STRUCTURING OF MONOLITHIC FLOOR DISPLAY STAND WITH SLOTTED
RACK STRUCTURE
DESCRIPTION The invention is related to the development in cardboard display stand structurings used for transport and display in supermarkets, markets, groceries, stores and similar places, has an convenience of use and stowing.
The invention is especially related to the chanelled shelf structuring of product display stands that can be assembled easily, has an different structuring.
Background of the Invention
In the background of the invention; display stands are especially are used for purpose of products manufactured from wood, metal or similar materials to be seen by customers and also to be displayed.
In the background of the invention; display stands are used in two ways. One of these is; in the form of shelves mounted to the wall. Another one is; the fixings that are not required to be mounted to any vertical surface, can be put to a certain place after assembly, includes shelves on it and especially are easy to be assembled.
The use of shelves that are from wall-mounted display stands, due to lack of being portable, they are not preferred so much especially for products that should be saled instantly.
In the background of the invention, fixings that are not required to be mounted to any vertical surface, can be put to a certain place after assembly, includes shelves above fixings are preferred much more for products especially that are used for instant display and sales. However, being not lightweight and unable to be assembled easily are the most important disadvantages of these products.
Shelves in these type of easy assembled stands are usually contained on the stand and several methods have been developed for fixing of these shelves. In most of the existing methods, shelves are mounted separately to the stand and requires a separate process for removing it later.
Demountable stands that appear in different structure are useless due to their structure and are not preferred.
For the solution of these problems, display stands manufactured from cardboard materials, lightweight and easy-to-assemble are available in the current technique.
In the current technique; an example of product display stands manufactured from cardboard and derivatives is; the utility model application with application No TR 2009/02664. The summary of this application is as follows. "As this invention is related to the portable display stands which provide convenience for storage, display and transportation of products, has the feature of; being consisted of upper stand, storage box, legroom to place a stand, carriage part, upper stand cover, stand cover fixing screw and display shelves." However, also in this invention with the utility model certificate holder, there are some problems unable to be solved. It is required to be mounted and fixed with some screws when removed from the box.
In the current technique; another example of product display stands manufactured from cardboard and its derivatives is; the utility model application with application No TR 2009/02666. The summary of this application is as follows. "As this invention is related to the portable display stands which provide promotion of products, foldable, handheld, has the feature of; being consisted of back part, side surfaces, carriage part, shelf inserting space, folding part, tire, display shelves and shelf placement arms." However, in this invention with the utility model certificate holder, there are some problems unable to be solved. In this mentioned product, separate mounting of product parts that has removed from the box is required. When the product required to be disassembled and boxed once again, each part is required separately to be disassembled and placed to boxes.
In the current technique; another example of product display stands manfactured from cardboard and derivatives is; the utility model application with application No TR 2011/06833. The summary of this application is as follows. "The invention is related to an foldable stand manufactured from carton, cardboard, pvc and similar materials that has prepared as an advertising materials, with an rubber and cardboard mechanism located in outer surface, can be maintained to be stand by interlocking from the edges without impairing the image." However, also in this invention with the utility model certificate holder, there are some problems unable to be solved. The product is placed in a box by folded and opened again by folded.
However, due to the excess of pile point, cardboard and similar material is quickly being deformed. Also, self-assembly is out of question, it must be mounted by a user.
In the current technique; another example of product display stands manufactured from cardboard and derivatives is; the utility model application with application No TR 2009/08195. The summary of this application is as follows. " As this invention is manufactured from raw materials such as carton, carboard, plastic derivatives, is related to a foldable modular display stand used in fairs, various types of organizations, etc., similar places, has the feature of; being consisted of front plate fixed to side columns from the connecting spurs located on it in order to close the front face of minimum one shelf fixed by the locking mechanism from the connecting channels located on two side columns placed reciprocally, a table layer fixed on the vertically placed side columns by connecting spurs separated creasing line, an upper pediment fixed to the upper pediment column that is placed vertically to the direct connecting hole, from it's upper pediment connecting leg with a connecting piece, and the bottom of the columns placed under side columns. "
In the current technique; another example of product display stands manufactured from cardboard and derivatives is; the utility model application with application No TR 2011/12984. The summary of this application is as follows. " As this invention is related to easy assembled cardboard stand to be used for display of products in various size and types in groceries, markets, shopping centers, etc., sales points, has the features of; being consisted of two vertical shelf support plate associated with each other from back surfaces to be symmetrical, shelf bases which separates from perforations that vertical shelf support plates have, a body in which different numbers of shelf bases that can move around horizontal creasing lines are fixed, shelves consisting of shelf plate, shelf base and shelf plates placed on the bases that are located to be 90 degree to vertical support plate, an identification plate placed on top of the body that conserves the shelves and one upper shelf plate placed on top of the bases that located under the identification plate." However, in this application multiple pieces have to be removed and mounted and also the product mentioned in this application is not ready for use.
In the current technique; another example of product display stands manufactured from cardboard and derivatives is; the utility model application with application No. TR 2011/06833. The summary of this application is as follows. "This
invention is related to an foldable stand manufactured from carton, cardboard, pvc and similar materials that has prepared as an advertising materials, with an rubber and cardboard mechanism located in outer surface, can be maintained to be stand by interlocking from the edges without impairing the image." However, in this application there are some problems are unable to be solved. The product is placed in a box by folded and opened again by folded. However, due to excess of pile point, cardboard and similar material is quickly being deformed. Also, self-assembly is out of question, it must be mounted by a user.
In the current technique; another example of product display stands from cardboard and it's derivatives is; the utility model application with application No. TR 2011/06282. The summary of this application is as follows. "As our invention is related to advertising stands manufactured from cardboard and derivatives and can be easily opened, has the features of; being ready to be positioned by acquiring an dimension in one move gropely. The stand is consisting of; a body (advertising surface), creasing line, middle pedestals, fixing auricles, a bonded tape and a drive slot."
As a result, due to negations mentioned above and inadequacy of existing solutions on the issue, the requirement of progress is emerging in the cardboard display stand structurings that are used for transport and display purposes in supermarkets, markets, groceries, shopping centers and similar places, has the convenience of handling and stacking and can be assembled easily.
