Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'adhésif à partir de déchets de protéines, notamment des déchets de cuir provenant du tannage, des industries de traitement de viande et de poisson sous la forme de protéines hydrolysées obtenues par l'intermédiaire d'hydrolyse alcaline ou acide ou enzymatique ou thermique. Les hydrolysats sont soumis à une réaction de polycondensation avec application d'aldéhydes et d'amines aliphatiques ou aromatiques et ils sont mélangés avec des additions d'agents de modification et d'amélioration. De l'aldéhyde, de préférence du formaldéhyde, dans la quantité de 2:1 à 5:1 par rapport à la matière sèche d'hydrolysat, est introduit progressivement dans une solution aqueuse de protéine hydrolysée, de préférence un hydrolysat de collagène. La réaction de condensation est effectuée, de préférence dans un environnement alcalin, en dosant graduellement l'urée dans la solution dans la quantité de 1:1 à 3:1 par rapport à la matière sèche d'hydrolysat pendant une période de 1 heure à 5 heures à une température de 45°C à 75°C, de préférence 70°C. En même temps, on le mélange et la teneur en sel de 1% à 3% en poids de matière sèche d'hydrolysat est supplémentée. Ensuite, le mélange de réaction est évaporé, après que les additions d'agents de modification et de biocides sont introduites dans la solution concentrée et après le mélange, une solution homogène de l'adhésif de protéine est obtenue.
