Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un moyen de présentation de couleurs, ledit procédé consistant à fournir un substrat et à appliquer un revêtement contenant un pigment sur le substrat, caractérisé en ce qu'un matériau est utilisé pour le revêtement lequel durcit sous l'effet d'un rayonnement et le revêtement est exposé au rayonnement après avoir été appliqué au substrat. L'invention concerne également, un dispositif de fabrication d'un moyen de présentation de couleurs comprenant un moyen d'alimentation servant à alimenter le substrat et un moyen d'application servant à appliquer le revêtement sur le substrat, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend également un moyen de génération de rayonnement destiné à générer le rayonnement. L'invention concerne également un moyen de présentation de couleurs fabriqué selon un tel procédé. Ceci concerne par conséquent un moyen de présentation de couleurs, tel qu'un éventail de couleurs, un jeu de cartes de couleurs ou un album des références de couleur. Le durcissement du matériau du revêtement au moyen du rayonnement prend peu de temps et nécessite peu d'énergie. Un dispositif de séchage qui occupe un espace important et consomme une grande quantité d'énergie n'est plus nécessaire. Le résultat final s'avère en pratique être de haute qualité, ainsi le pourcentage de déchets est faible. De plus, aucun composé organique volatil indésirable n'est libéré pendant le procédé, ou du moins beaucoup moins que dans le cas des revêtements classiques. Un faisceau d'électrons, une lumière visible, une lumière infrarouge ou une lumière ultraviolette peut par exemple être utilisée en tant que rayonnement. Un matériau qui polymérise, au moins partiellement, sous l'influence d'un faisceau d'électrons s'est avéré être particulièrement satisfaisant. Le substrat peut comprendre par exemple du papier, du métal, du plastique, du verre, du bois ou un textile. Des combinaisons de matériaux sont également possibles.
