Description

아이젠 탈착이 가능한 신발
본 발명은 아이젠 탈착이 가능한 신발에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 신발의 뒷굽 내부에 고정틀을 삽입하고 그 고정틀에 아이젠을 탈착 가능토록 하여 평상 시에는 일반 신발과 동일한 형태로 사용하다가 빙판길과 같은 미끄러운 지역을 통과할 때는 아이젠을 빼서 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써, 아이젠을 따로 구비할 필요가 없어 빙판길에서의 미끄러짐을 방지하여 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 한 아이젠 탈착이 가능한 신발에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 아이젠은 등산화군화낚시화작업화 등 다양한 신발 바닥에 부착하여 사용하는 것으로, 신발을 착용한 보행자가 빙판과 같이 미끄러운 장소나 지면을 이동할 때 미끄러짐을 방지하는 기구이다. 특히 이러한 아이젠은 동절기 산행을 목적으로 빙벽을 오르내릴 때 또는 빙판이나 눈 위를 걸을 때 많이 사용된다.
이러한 용도로 사용되는 아이젠은 신발 바닥에 밀착하는 강철 재질의 플레이트에 다수의 스파이크 형상의 톱날을 돌출되게 제작하고, 플레이트를 신발에 감아 맬 수 있는 끈을 통해 결속된 구조를 가지며, 착용자는 신발 바닥에 플레이트가 고정되도록 끈을 감아 매서 아이젠을 착용한다.
그러나 아이젠의 끈은 착용자의 보행과 안전을 위하여 느슨해지거나 풀어지지 않도록 신발에 단단히 매야하고, 사용 중 느슨해지거나 풀어진 끈은 보행을 멈추고 다시 매야 하므로 아이젠의 사용이 번잡하고 불편한 문제점이 있었다.
그뿐만 아니라 종래의 아이젠은 별도의 배낭에 넣어 휴대하고 다니다가 필요 시 꺼내어 착용하여야 하므로, 착용자가 짐의 무게를 줄이기 위해 휴대를 기피하는 현상이 있어 동절기나 우기에 지면이 미끄러운 곳을 등반하다 안전사고가 발생하는 경우가 많았다.
또한 플레이트에 돌출되게 형성되는 스파이크 형상의 톱날이 날카롭게 형성됨에 따라 휴대 시 톱날 부분으로 인해 상처를 입게 되는 등의 안전사고가 발생하게 되는 문제점도 있었다.
한편 겨울철이 되면 눈으로 인한 빙판길에서 보행할 때 미끄러지기 쉬우므로 조심스럽게 보행하여야 하고, 제설 작업이 제대로 이루어지지 않거나 응달과 같은 곳은 눈이나 빙판이 그대로 남아 있어 안전사고의 위험이 상존하게 되고, 이러한 길을 다닐 때 일반 신발은 조심스럽게 걷더라도 미끄러져서 부상당하는 사고 위험성을 가지고 있다.
특히 노인이나 어린이와 같은 노약자의 경우 눈길이나 빙판길에서의 위기 대처능력이 떨어지기 때문에 쉽게 중심을 잃고 넘어져 팔이나 다리 등이 골절되는 부상을 당하기 쉽다.
따라서 쉽게 착용 및 해체가 가능하고, 휴대도 용이하도록 아이젠이 신발에 매립되어 필요 시 꺼내 사용할 수 있는 아이젠 매립형 신발의 필요성이 대두되었다.

이에 본 발명은 상기의 제반 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 그 목적은 신발의 뒷굽 내부에 아이젠을 견고히 고정하기 위한 고정틀을 삽입하여 고정하고, 그 고정틀에 아이젠을 탈착 가능토록 하여 평상 시에는 아이젠 하단의 돌기 방향이 수용홈에서 상부를 향하도록 삽입되어 있다가 사용 시에는 수용홈에서 아이젠을 꺼내 돌기가 바닥을 향하도록 뒤집어서 삽입하여 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써 동절기에 아이젠을 따로 구비할 필요가 없이 빙판길에서의 미끄러짐을 방지하고, 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 한 아이젠 탈착이 가능한 신발을 제공하는 데 있다.
상기 목적을 해결하기 위해 본 발명은
중앙부 전면에는 가로 방향의 삽입홈이 형성되고, 삽입홈의 좌우 양측에는 한 쌍의 수용홈이 세로 방향으로 형성되며, 바닥면에는 한 쌍의 볼트공이 형성되는 신발 뒷굽과;
상기 신발 뒷굽의 삽입홈에 삽입되어 고정되는 고정틀과;
상기 고정틀의 전면에서 삽입되어 수용되는 아이젠과;
상기 고정틀을 고정하기 위하여 신발 뒷굽의 바닥면에 형성되는 볼트공에 결합되는 볼트로 이루어진다.
이때 상기 고정틀은 사용하는 상태에서의 평면에서 볼 때 'E'자 형상으로 형성되어 중앙에 해당되는 부분에는 상기 뒷굽과의 결합 고정을 위한 결합공이 관통 형성되고, 상하부에 해당되는 부분은 측면에서 볼 때 전면에 삽입부가 형성되도록 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 절곡 형성되고, 절곡된 하단부의 상부면에는 판스프링이 설치되며, 절곡된 상단부의 전면에는 삽입되는 아이젠이 빠지는 것을 방지하기 위한 스토퍼가 절곡 형성되어 이루어진다.
또 상기 아이젠은 상기 고정틀 양측의 스토퍼 하단부에서 판스프링 상부에 끼워지도록 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 형성되는 한 쌍의 삽입편과 그 삽입편의 하부에 돌출 형성되어 미끄러짐을 방지하는 돌기와; 전면 중앙부에 돌출 형성되어 아이젠의 인출을 위한 손잡이;로 이루어진다.
이때 상기 고정틀 전면과 그 고정틀에 삽입되는 아이젠의 전면은 평면에서 보았을 때 뒷굽보다 튀어나오지 않도록 뒷굽의 형상과 동일한 오목한 형상으로 형성토록 한다.
이상과 같이 본 발명을 적용하게 되면 다음과 같은 효과를 갖는다.
첫째, 신발의 뒷굽에 형성되는 삽입홈에 아이젠을 견고히 고정할 수 있는 고정틀을 삽입하여 고정함에 따라 아이젠을 견고히 결합할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
둘째, 신발 뒷굽의 삽입홈에 삽입 고정되는 고정틀에 아이젠을 삽입하되, 평상 시에는 아이젠 하단의 돌기 방향이 수용홈에서 상부를 향하도록 삽입하고, 사용 시에는 슬라이딩홈에서 아이젠을 꺼내 돌기가 바닥을 향하도록 뒤집어서 삽입하여 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써, 빙판길에서의 미끄러짐을 방지하여 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

본 발명의 바람직한 실시례를 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 자세하게 설명한다.
본 발명은 도 1 내지 4에 도시한 바와 같이, 먼저 신발 뒷굽(10)을 구비한 다음 뒷굽(10)에 아이젠(30)을 삽입할 수 있는 고정틀(20)을 삽입하여 고정한다.
이때 뒷굽(10)에는 고정틀(20)이 삽입될 수 있도록 전면 중앙부에 삽입홈(11)을 가로 방향으로 형성하고, 삽입홈(11)의 좌우 양측에는 한 쌍의 수용홈(12)을 세로 방향으로 형성하여 아이젠(30)의 사용 및 비사용 시 아이젠(30) 하단의 돌기(32)가 노출 및 수용될 수 있도록 하며, 바닥면에는 볼트공(13)을 형성한다.
이어 상기 뒷굽(10)의 중앙부 전면에 가로 방향으로 형성되는 삽입홈(11)에는 아이젠(30)을 견고히 고정할 수 있는 고정틀(20)을 삽입 고정한다.
이때 상기 삽입홈(11)에 삽입 고정되는 고정틀(20)은 사용하는 상태에서의 평면상의 형상을 'E'자 형상으로 형성하여 중앙에 해당되는 부분에는 상기 뒷굽(10)의 볼트공(13)과 결합 고정을 위한 결합공(21)을 관통 형성하고, 상하부에 해당되는 부분은 전면에 삽입부(23)가 형성되도록 측면의 형상을 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 절곡 형성하며, 절곡된 하단부의 상부면에는 판스프링(22)을 설치하고, 절곡된 상단부의 전면에는 삽입되는 아이젠(30)이 빠지는 것을 방지하기 위한 스토퍼(24)를 절곡 형성한다.
이어 고정틀(20) 전면의 삽입부(23)에는 빙판길 또는 미끄러운 길에서 미끄러짐을 방지할 수 있는 아이젠(30)을 탈착 가능토록 삽입한다.

또한 뒷굽(10) 전면 중앙부에 형성되는 삽입홈(11)의 높이는 아이젠(30)의 사용 시 수용홈(12)에 삽입되는 아이젠(30) 하단의 돌기(32)가 수용홈(12)에서 하방으로 일정 부분 돌출될 수 있도록 뒷굽(10) 전체 높이의 중간지점(C)보다 하방에 위치하도록 형성한다.
이와 같은 구성의 본 발명에 따른 아이젠 탈착이 가능한 신발에 의하면,
평상 시에는 신발 뒷굽(10)의 전면 중앙부에 형성되는 삽입홈(11)에 아이젠(30)의 고정을 위한 고정틀(20)을 삽입하여 고정한 다음, 그 고정된 고정틀(20)에 아이젠(30)을 삽입하여 사용하되, 아이젠(30)의 방향을 도 3에서와 같이 아이젠(30) 하단에 돌출되는 돌기(32)가 상부를 향하도록 한 상태로 수용홈(12)에 수용하여 사용되게 된다.
이때 고정틀(20)이 삽입홈(11)에서 빠지게 되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 뒷굽(10)의 중앙부에 형성되는 볼트공(13)과 고정틀(20)의 중앙에 형성되는 결합공(21)을 서로 일치시킨 다음, 볼트(40)를 통해 결합 고정하게 되면 고정틀(20)이 뒷굽(10)의 삽입홈(11)에 견고하게 고정된 상태를 유지할 수 있게 된다.
이와 같이 사용도중 미끄러운 지역 또는 빙판길에서 아이젠(30)의 사용이 필요한 경우에는 고정틀(20)에 아이젠(30)의 돌기(32) 방향이 상부를 향하도록 삽입된 상태에서 아이젠(30) 전면에 돌출 형성되는 손잡이(34)를 이용하여 아이젠(30)을 고정틀(20)로부터 인출한다.
이어 도 4에서와 같이 아이젠(20)의 방향을 돌기(22)가 하방을 향하도록 위치한 상태에서 아이젠(20)을 고정틀(20)에 삽입하되, 아이젠(30) 양측의 삽입편(31)을 고정틀(20) 전면의 삽입부(23)에 삽입하여 삽입편(31) 양측의 돌기(32)가 수용홈(12)에서 하방으로 노출되도록 한다.
한편 아이젠(30)이 고정틀(20)의 삽입부(23)에 삽입되게 되면, 절곡된 하단부에 설치되는 한 쌍의 판스프링(22)이 아이젠(30)의 삽입편(31)의 저면과 접촉함과 동시에 판스프링(22)의 복원력을 통해 상부로 가압하면서 아이젠(30)을 고정틀(20)에서 삽입부(23) 상부로 밀착시키게 되고, 또 이와 같이 아이젠(30)이 삽입부(23) 상부에 밀착된 상태에서 고정틀(20) 전면에 절곡 형성되는 스토퍼(24)가 삽입부(23) 상단을 가로막게 됨에 따라 고정틀(20)의 삽입부(23)에 삽입되어 상부면에 밀착된 상태의 아이젠(30)이 사용 시 이탈됨을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
또한 뒷굽(10)의 전면에 형성되는 삽입홈(11)의 높이는 뒷굽(10) 전체 높이의 중간지점(C)보다 하방에 위치하도록 형성하게 되면, 아이젠(30)의 비사용 시에는 돌기(32)가 수용홈(12)에 긴밀히 수용될 수 있게 됨은 물론 아이젠(30)의 사용시에는 수용홈(12)에 삽입되는 아이젠(30) 하단의 돌기(32)가 수용홈(12)에서 하방으로 일정 부분 돌출될 수 있게 되어 미끄럼 방지를 위한 역할을 할 수 있게 된다.
한편 본 발명에서는 뒷굽(10)에 삽입 고정된 상태의 고정틀(20)에 미끄러짐을 방지할 수 있는 아이젠(30)이 착탈되는 구성 위주로 설명하였으나, 이에 한정하지 않고 뒷굽(10)에 삽입 고정된 상태의 고정틀(20)에 키 높이 굽과 같이 다양한 기능을 갖는 기구를 필요에 따라 쉽게 착탈하여 사용할 수 있는 등 여러 가지 용도로 응용하여 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 중앙부 전면에는 가로 방향의 삽입홈(11)이 형성되고, 그 삽입홈(11)의 좌우 양측에는 한 쌍의 수용홈(12)이 세로 방향으로 형성되며, 바닥면에는 볼트공(13)이 형성되는 신발 뒷굽(10)과;
    상기 신발 뒷굽(10)의 삽입홈(11)에 삽입되어 고정되는 고정틀(20)과;
    상기 고정틀(20)의 전면에서 삽입되어 수용되는 아이젠(30)과;
    상기 고정틀(20)을 고정하기 위하여 신발 뒷굽(10) 바닥면에 형성되는 볼트공(13)에 결합되는 볼트(40)로 이루어지되,
    상기 고정틀(20)은 사용하는 상태에서의 평면에서 볼 때 'E'자 형상으로 형성되어 중앙부에 상기 뒷굽(10)과의 결합 고정을 위한 결합공(21)이 관통 형성되고, 상하부에 해당되는 부분은 측면에서 볼 때 전면에 삽입부(23)가 형성되도록 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 절곡 형성되고, 절곡된 하단부의 상부면에는 판스프링(22)이 설치되며, 절곡된 상단부의 전면에는 삽입되는 아이젠(30)이 빠지는 것을 방지하기 위한 스토퍼(24)가 절곡 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 아이젠 탈착이 가능한 신발.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 아이젠(30)은 상기 고정틀(20) 양측의 스토퍼(24) 하단부에 끼워지도록 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 형성되는 한 쌍의 삽입편(31)과 그 삽입편(31)의 하부에 돌출 형성되어 미끄러짐을 방지하는 돌기(32)와; 전면 중앙부에 돌출 형성되어 아이젠(30)의 인출을 위한 손잡이(34);로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 아이젠 탈착이 가능한 신발.
