Description

Foam cosmetic
The present invention relates to a foam cosmetic.
¡Powder-mixed products are known to give a smooth feeling to the user. Conventional powder blended products range from powder type, water type, gel type, spray type and so on. These types of products have problems such as loss due to splashing and spillage during application, and stickiness due to the added surfactant. It was difficult to grant.
In order to solve the above problem, for example, an emulsified aerosol composition containing an aqueous stock solution containing a surfactant and powder and a liquefied gas and emulsifying the aqueous stock solution and the liquefied gas is known (patent) Reference 1). Patent Document 1 discloses that the aerosol composition was discharged in the form of foam.
However, in Patent Document 1, since a surfactant is used to form a foam, the surfactant is essential, and the problem of stickiness due to this is left. On the other hand, if the amount of the surfactant is reduced, bubbles may not be formed or the shape of the formed foam may change in a short time, so the means of simply reducing the amount of surfactant is adopted There was a problem that it was difficult to do.
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to form fine and smooth foamy foam, and the shape of the formed foam does not change in a short time, that is, the stability of the foam (so-called “foam sticky”. More specifically, the foam. It is to provide a foam cosmetic that can supply excellent foam. Furthermore, the subject of this invention is providing the foam-form cosmetics which can give a smooth feeling without stickiness.
That is, the gist of the present invention is as follows.
A foam cosmetic in which an undiluted solution and a propellant are filled in an aerosol container,
The stock solution comprises a powder selected from the group consisting of silicone-coated silica and silica-coated silicone;
The present invention relates to a foam cosmetic in which the content of the powder in the stock solution is 5.0% by mass or more.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a foam cosmetic that can supply foam that is fine and smooth in foam quality and that has excellent foam stability. Furthermore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a foam cosmetic that does not cause stickiness and can give a smooth feeling.
The foam cosmetic of the present invention is one in which a stock solution and a propellant are filled in an aerosol container. The foamed cosmetic of the present invention forms bubbles when used, that is, when discharged from an aerosol container, or after adhering to an object.
In the foam cosmetic of the present invention, the stock solution contains a powder (one or more kinds) selected from the group consisting of silicone-coated silica and silica-coated silicone. In the present specification, the “powder selected from the group consisting of silicone-coated silica and silica-coated silicone” may be referred to as “powder A”. By using the powder A, the stock solution and the propellant can form a pickering emulsion particularly effectively. By discharging the contents from the aerosol container, the fine and smooth foam quality is excellent in stability. Bubbles can be formed. Further, although the powder A is blended in a relatively large amount, the powder A becomes difficult to cake in the container, and the storage stability is improved. Hereinafter, each component of the foam cosmetic of the present invention will be described.
The stock solution contains at least powder A and medium. In addition, in this specification, stock solution shall point out all the components other than a propellant among the components with which the aerosol container was filled. As described above, the stock solution should also contain powder insoluble in the medium.
Examples of the powder A include one or more powders selected from the group consisting of silicone-coated silica and silica-coated silicone. Only one type of powder A may be used, or two or more types may be used.
The silicone-coated silica is a powder obtained by coating silica (anhydrous silicic acid) powder with a silicone compound. Although it does not specifically limit as said silicone compound, For example, methyl hydrogen polysiloxane etc. are mentioned.
The silica-coated silicone is a powder obtained by coating a silicone powder with silica (anhydrous silicic acid). The silicone powder is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include cross-linked methylpolysiloxane powder.
The powder A is preferably a powder coated with a polyhydric alcohol from the viewpoint of improving foam stability (foam stickiness) and production stability. That is, the powder A is a powder (one or more kinds of powders) selected from the group consisting of silicone-coated silica coated with a polyhydric alcohol and silica-coated silicone coated with a polyhydric alcohol. It is preferable. It is thought that by further coating silicone-coated silica or silica-coated silicone with polyhydric alcohol, the hydrophobicity of the powder is weakened to some extent, and the balance between hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity becomes more appropriate. Stability is improved. Furthermore, it is preferable to use a powder coated with a polyhydric alcohol because a medium such as water and the powder A can be easily mixed. For this reason, since manufacturing stability improves, it is preferable. The polyhydric alcohol is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include 1,3-butylene glycol (1,3-BG). Powder A can be obtained as a commercial product.
The content of the powder A in 100% by mass of the stock solution is 5.0% by mass or more, preferably 7.0% by mass or more, and preferably 10.0% by mass or more, from the viewpoint of imparting foam formability and smooth feeling. Is more preferable. On the other hand, from the viewpoint of preventing white floating (a phenomenon in which cosmetics appear white after application and drying), the content is preferably 20.0% by mass or less, and more preferably 15.0% by mass or less. When two or more kinds of powder A are contained in the stock solution, the above-mentioned “content of powder A” means the total amount of the contents of all types of powder A in the stock solution.
The particle size of the powder A is not particularly limited. For example, from the viewpoint of imparting a smooth feeling, 0.5 μm or more is preferable, and 1.0 μm or more is more preferable. On the other hand, the O / W emulsion particles in the aerosol container Although it is presumed that the particle size can be reduced, 10.0 μm or less is preferable, and 5.0 μm or less is more preferable from the viewpoint of making the bubbles even smaller and finer. Unless otherwise specified, the particle diameter of the powder A is a volume average (that is, volume average diameter).
The stock solution contains a medium for dissolving or dispersing the powder A. The medium is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include water, ethanol, and polyhydric alcohol. The polyhydric alcohol is not particularly limited, but 1,3-butylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1,2-pentanediol, 1,2-hexanediol, 1,2-octanediol, 1,2-decanediol, Examples include glycerin and polyethylene glycol. The content of the medium in 100% by mass of the stock solution is not particularly limited, but is preferably 10.0 to 95.0% by mass, more preferably 30.0 to 93.0% by mass, and 50.0 to 90.0% by mass. % Is more preferable. Only one type of medium may be used, or two or more types may be used.
The stock solution may or may not contain a surfactant. In the present invention, even if the stock solution does not contain a surfactant (in particular, an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant), or the content of the surfactant is extremely small. Even in this case, an aerosol foam can be formed, which is one of the features of the present invention. Examples of the surfactant include known surfactants, and examples include an anionic surfactant, a cationic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, and an amphoteric surfactant. Only one type of surfactant may be used, or two or more types may be used.
The surfactant is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include higher fatty acid salts, alkylbenzene sulfonates, α-olefin sulfonates, alkane sulfonates, α-sulfo fatty acid ester salts, monoalkyl phosphate ester salts, acyl -Anionic surfactant such as L-glutamate; Nonionic surfactant such as polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether, fatty acid mono- or dialkanolamide, polyoxyalkylene type block polymer, glycerin fatty acid ester; quaternary ammonium salt, etc. And cationic surfactants such as carbobetaines, sulfobetaines, imidazolinium betaines, hydroxybetaines, fatty acid amide betaines, and the like.
The content of the surfactant in the stock solution is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the content of the surfactant is small from the viewpoint of preventing stickiness. In particular, the total amount of the anionic surfactant content, the nonionic surfactant content, and the amphoteric surfactant content in 100% by mass of the stock solution is preferably less than 0.5% by mass, more Preferably it is 0.1 mass% or less, More preferably, it is 0.01 mass% or less, Most preferably, it is 0.005 mass% or less. On the other hand, the preferable lower limit is 0 mass%. By reducing the content of these three surfactants, in addition to the above-mentioned effects, when foam-like cosmetics are applied to the skin, bubbles may break due to sweat or active ingredients may flow down from the skin. There is also an effect that it is suppressed. This is considered to be because re-emulsification due to adhesion of moisture such as sweat is suppressed by reducing the content of these three surfactants. The content of the cationic surfactant in 100% by mass of the stock solution is preferably 0.5% by mass or less, more preferably 0.2% by mass or less, for example, 0.01 to 0.5% by mass. % (Particularly 0.05 to 0.2% by mass). The lower limit of the content may be 0% by mass. When two or more kinds of cationic surfactants are contained in the stock solution, the above-mentioned “content of cationic surfactant” means the total content of all types of cationic surfactants in the stock solution To do.
The stock solution preferably contains a water-soluble polymer (one or more water-soluble polymers) selected from the group consisting of a cellulose-based water-soluble polymer and a natural gum-based water-soluble polymer. By containing the water-soluble polymer, the stability of the foam is improved. In the present invention, when the content of the powder A is small (for example, 12.0% by mass or less), the stability of the foam tends to be relatively low, so that the whitening is further reduced. Therefore, when reducing the content of the powder A, it is particularly effective to add a water-soluble polymer.

Only 1 type may be used for a water-soluble polymer, and 2 or more types may be used for it.
The content of the water-soluble polymer in 100% by mass of the stock solution is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.005% by mass or more and more preferably 0.01% by mass or more from the viewpoint of further improving the stability of the foam. preferable. On the other hand, from the viewpoint of further reducing stickiness, the amount of the water-soluble polymer is preferably 0.3% by mass or less, more preferably 0.25% by mass or less in 100% by mass of the stock solution. When two or more types of water-soluble polymers are contained in the stock solution, the “content of water-soluble polymer” means the total content of all types of water-soluble polymers in the stock solution.

Only 1 type may be used for a propellant and 2 or more types may be used for it.
As the aerosol container, a known and commonly used container may be mentioned, and it is not particularly limited.
In the aerosol container, the content of the propellant in the total amount of the stock solution and the propellant of 100% by mass is preferably 1.0% by mass or more, and 2.0% by mass or more from the viewpoint of preventing liquefaction of the discharged material. Moreover, 50.0 mass% or less is preferable, 20.0 mass% or less is more preferable, and 10.0 mass% or less is further more preferable. When two or more types of propellants are used, the “propellant content” means the total amount of all types of propellants.
The foam cosmetic of the present invention can be produced by a known method. As can be seen from the results in Table 2, the foam cosmetics (Examples) of the present invention formed fine foam with smooth texture, and also had excellent foam stability. Furthermore, it was a cosmetic that had no stickiness and was able to obtain a smooth feeling when applied. On the other hand, when the content of the powder was less than 5% by mass (Comparative Example), the foam quality and foam stability were lowered.
In addition, after evaluation of said (2), in any case of Example, stickiness was not felt on the back of the hand which applied foam cosmetics.
Further, after the evaluation of (2) above, in Examples 1, 5, and 6, no or little whitening was observed on the back of the hand to which the foam cosmetic was applied. In Examples 2, 3, and 7, although white floatation was observed to some extent, the powder was in close contact with the skin, and it was at a level where no scattering occurred even when the coated surface was touched. On the other hand, in Examples 4 and 8, a strong white float in which the powder was scattered when the coated surface was touched was observed.
Furthermore, about 40 g of the stock solution of foam cosmetic of Example 6 was put in a glass bottle with a volume (100 ml) and stored under conditions of 5 ° C., 25 ° C., and 40 ° C. As a result, under any condition, even if two months passed, no sedimentation or caking of the powder occurred, and the storage stability was excellent.
