本发明实施例中,终端可以为笔记本电脑、手机、PAD(平板电脑)、车载终端、智能可穿戴设备等设备。终端中可以运行至少一种类型的互联网应用,包括但不限于:社交应用、游戏应用、电商应用等等。其中,社交应用指能够实现社交功能的应用程序;所述社交应用可以包括但不限于:即时通信应用、SNS(Social Networking Services,社会性网络服务)应用等等。服务器指互联网应用的后台服务器,用于处理互联网应用在实现相应功能过程中的各种需求,并可用于对互联网应用中的用户的相关信息、公众服务帐号的相关信息及用户之间、用户与公众服务帐号之间的交互消息进行管理。其中,用户的相关信息可包括但不限于:帐号、标识、密码、关系链等信息。公众服务帐号的相关信息可包括但不限于:帐号、标识、注册信息等信息。
本发明实施例中,公众服务帐号指由互联网应用的运营者针对互联网应用 的商家用户所开放的、提供业务处理功能给商家用户所使用的服务帐号。通常,商家用户在互联网应用中关注公众服务帐号之后,可使用该公众服务帐号所提供的业务处理功能。卡券是由商家用户所发行的、用于从该商家用户获得相应服务的凭证,可包括但不限于:优惠卡、优惠券、团购券、代金券等等。一个卡券对应一个唯一编码,卡券编码通常可用于描述卡券的类型、卡券的发行者等信息。消费者在使用商家用户所发行的卡券时,需要由商家用户对卡券进行核销,卡券核销指对卡券的可用性进行验证的过程,卡券核销成功后,由商家用户向消费者提供卡券对应的服务。
基于上述描述,下面将结合附图1-附图4,对本发明实施例提供的业务处理方法进行详细介绍。
请参见图1,为本发明实施例提供的一种业务处理方法的流程图;本实施例从终端侧阐述业务处理方法的流程;该方法可包括以下步骤S101-步骤S105。
S101,终端在公众服务帐号的服务页面内检测到卡券核销操作时,获取操作者标识。
互联网应用可运行于终端中,商家用户可以通过所述终端使用所述互联网应用。商家用户在使用所述互联网应用的过程中,可关注至少一个公众服务帐号以使用所关注的公众服务帐号提供的业务处理功能,例如:商家用户可关注卡券业务处理对应的公众服务帐号,该商家用户则可通过终端使用该公众服务帐号所提供的卡券业务处理功能,对该商家用户所发行的卡券进行核销、管理等业务处理。具体实现中,商家用户可以在公众服务帐号的服务页面内点击卡券核销操作按键或选择卡券核销操作选项发起卡券核销操作,本步骤中,终端在公众服务帐号的服务页面内检测到卡券核销操作时,获得操作者标识。其中,操作者标识可以指商家用户在互联网应用中所注册的ID(IDentity,标识号)。
S102,所述终端调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的读码接口,获取待核销的卡券编码。
所述读码接口指所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用中所安装的、具备获取卡券编码能力的插件或工具,所述读码接口可包括但不限于:诸如二维码扫描工具、条形码描述插件等具备卡券编码扫描的扫码接口,或者诸如输码窗口、 输码框等可接收输入卡券编码的输码界面。本步骤中,所述终端可以调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的读码接口,获取待核销的卡券编码。
S103,所述终端根据所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码,生成卡券核销业务请求。
本步骤中,所述终端可以按照与服务器之间的通信协议,对所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行封装,生成卡券核销业务请求。
S104,所述终端向服务器发送所述卡券核销业务请求,以使所述服务器根据所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行卡券核销业务处理,并将处理结果并返回至所述终端。

本发明实施例中,终端可以利用互联网应用的公众服务帐号所提供的卡券核销业务处理功能向服务器发起卡券核销业务请求,并在请求中携带操作者标识及卡券编码,由服务器进行卡券核销业务处理获得处理结果并输出,从而实现了对卡券核销的便捷处理,提升了卡券核销业务的处理效率,提升了卡券管理的灵活性和智能性。
请参见图2,为本发明实施例提供的另一种业务处理方法的流程图;本实施例从服务器侧阐述业务处理方法的流程;该方法可包括以下步骤S201-步骤S203。
S201,服务器接收终端的卡券核销业务请求,所述卡券核销业务请求包括所述终端在公众服务帐号的服务页面内检测到的卡券核销操作的操作者标识,以及所述终端调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的读码接口所获得的待核销的卡券编码。
具体实现中,商家用户可以在公众服务帐号的服务页面内点击卡券核销操作按键或选择卡券核销操作选项发起卡券核销操作,终端在公众服务帐号的服务页面内检测到卡券核销操作时,获得操作者标识,并调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的读码接口获得待核销的卡券编码;进一步,所述终端根据操作者标识和卡券编码生成卡券核销请求发送至所述服务器。本步骤中,所述服务器可以与所述终端建立有线或无线的通信连接,所述服务器可基于与所述终端之间的通信连接,接收所述终端发送的卡券核销请求。
S202,所述服务器根据所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行卡券核销业务处理,获得处理结果。
所述服务器的卡券核销业务处理可包括:对操作者的操作权限进行认证,对卡券编码的有效性进行校验,以及完成卡券核销等处理。其中,所述处理结果可包括:核销成功或核销失败。所述核销失败的处理结果中携带失败原因,所述失败原因可包括但不限于:所述操作者无操作权限、所述待核销的卡券的使用期限错误、所述卡券编码无效和所述卡券编码错误中的任一种或多种。
S203,所述服务器将所述处理结果返回至所述终端,以使所述终端在所述公众服务帐号的服务页面内输出所述处理结果。

S302,所述终端调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的读码接口,获取待核销的卡券编码。
所述读码接口指所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用中所安装的、具备获取卡券编码能力的插件或工具,所述读码接口可包括但不限于:诸如二维码扫描工具、条形码描述插件等具备卡券编码扫描的扫码接口,或者诸如输码窗口、输码框等可接收输入卡券编码的输码界面。本步骤中,所述终端可以调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的读码接口,获取待核销的卡券编码。
按照图4a所示,若商家用户在公众服务帐号的服务页面内点击扫一扫核 销按键发起卡券核销操作,本步骤S302的一种实施方式为:所述终端调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的扫码接口,采用所述扫码接口扫描待核销卡券中的图形码,获得待核销的卡券编码。请一并参见图4b,为本发明实施例提供的扫码示意图;通过图4b所示的扫码接口可以扫描卡券中的二维码、条形码等图形码,并解析图形码得到卡券编码。
按照图4a所示,若商家用户可以在公众服务帐号的服务页面内选择输码核销选项发起卡券核销操作,本步骤S302的另一种实施方式为:所述终端调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的输码界面,接收所述操作者在所述输码界面输入的待核销的卡券编码。请一并参见图4c,为本发明实施例提供的输码界面的示意图;通过图4c所示的输码界面可以获得商家用户手动输出的卡券编码。
S303,所述终端根据所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码,生成卡券核销业务请求。
本步骤中,所述终端可以按照与服务器之间的通信协议,对所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行封装,生成卡券核销业务请求。
S304,所述终端向服务器发送所述卡券核销业务请求。所述终端可以与服务器建立有线或无线的通信连接,所述终端可基于与所述服务器之间的通信连接,将所述卡券核销请求发送至所述服务器。
S305,所述服务器接收终端的卡券核销业务请求。所述服务器可基于与所述终端之间的通信连接,接收所述终端发送的卡券核销请求。
S306,所述服务器解析所述卡券编码,获得待核销的卡券对应的发行者标识。
一个卡券对应一个唯一编码,卡券编码通常可用于描述卡券的类型、卡券的发行者等信息。本步骤中,所述服务器可按照卡券编解码规则进行解析,获得卡券的发行者标识,即获得发行该卡券的商家用户标识。
S307,所述服务器根据所述发行者标识,查询所述发行者的配置信息,所述配置信息包含操作权限列表和有效卡券列表,所述操作权限列表中包含至少一个具备卡券核销操作权限的目标标识,所述有效卡券列表中包含至少一个可用的有效卡券编码。
商家用户可以公众服务帐号中进行各类信息的配置,包括操作权限的配置,例如:商家用户聘请多名店员,商家用户可赋权给一些店员进行卡券核销操作的权限,则商家用户可以将赋权的店员的标识配置为具备卡券核销操作权限的目标标识;还可包括针对其所发行的卡券进行管理配置,例如:某商家用户总共发行卡券100张,则商家用户可以配置卡券发行列表,该卡券发行列表中包括所发行的100张卡券的卡券编码,进一步,根据100张卡券的状态(如:已过期、已使用、未使用等)确定有效卡券,可以理解的是,有效卡券指在有效期限内未被使用的卡券;商家用户可配置有效卡券列表,该有效卡券列表中包含有效卡券编码。所述公众服务帐号将商家用户的配置信息与商家用户的标识进行关联存储。本步骤中,所述服务器可以根据所述发行者标识(即商家用户标识)从公众服务帐号的存储空间中获得所述发行者的配置信息。
S308,所述服务器根据所述配置信息,对所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行校验,并根据所述校验结果生成所述处理结果。
本步骤S308具体可包括以下步骤A-D:
A、所述服务器判断所述操作者标识是否为所述操作权限列表中的目标标识。
B、若所述操作者标识并非所述操作权限列表中的目标标识,所述服务器生成核销失败的处理结果。步骤A-B中实现了对操作者进行操作权限认证的过程,此过程可以保证卡券核销操作的安全性。
C、若所述操作者标识为所述操作权限列表中的目标标识,所述服务器判断所述卡券编码是否为所述有效卡券列表中的有效卡券编码。
D、若所述卡券编码为所述有效卡券列表中的有效卡券编码,所述服务器生成核销成功的处理结果;否则,所述服务器生成核销失败的处理结果。
上述步骤A-D中,若所述服务器生成核销失败的处理结果,所述服务器还可以在该处理结果中携带失败原因。具体地,步骤B中,若所述操作者标识并非所述操作权限列表中的目标标识,所述服务器可获得“所述操作者无操作权限”的失败原因;步骤D中,若所述卡券编码并非所述有效卡券列表中的有效卡券编码,所述服务器可检查卡券编码是否为正确格式,若否,则可获得“卡券编码错误”的失败原因;或者,所述服务器可查询卡券发行列表确认 该卡券编码的状态,若所述卡券为已过期、已使用等状态,则所述服务器可将查询到的状态作为失败原因。
需要说明的是,所述服务器在完成卡券核销处理并生成处理结果之后,还可根据核销处理结果更新有效卡券列表以及卡券状态,以保证后续业务处理的准确性。
S309,所述服务器将所述处理结果返回至所述终端。
S310,所述终端在所述公众服务帐号的服务页面内输出所述处理结果。

编码接收单元2002,用于在所述输码界面获取所述操作者输入的待核销的卡券编码。

在上述实施例中,公众服务帐号指由互联网应用的运营者针对互联网应用的商家用户所开放的、提供业务处理功能给商家用户所使用的服务帐号。然而,在本发明的其他实施例中,公众服务帐号也可以是由互联网应用的运营者直接针对互联网应用的消费者所开放的、提供业务处理功能给消费者所使用的服务帐号。这种情况下,消费者通常可以在该互联网应用进行注册,即可获得由该互联网应用提供的公众服务账号。消费者在登录该公众服务账号之后,可以自行对卡券进行核销、管理等业务处理,而不再由商家用户处理。
参考图8,本发明实施例还提供了一种终端,该终端可包括处理器11、存储器12、通信单元13等组件。这些组件通过一条或多条总线进行通信。本领域技术人员可以理解,图8所示的终端的结构并不构成对本发明的限定,它既可以是总线形结构,也可以是星型结构,还可以包括比图8所示的结构更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。

所述存储器12可用于存储程序代码以及模块,所述处理器11通过运行存储在所述存储器12的程序代码以及模块,执行终端的各种功能应用以及实现数据处理。所述存储器12主要包括程序存储区和数据存储区,其中,程序存储区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的程序代码,比如进行业务处理的程序代码;数据存储区可存储根据终端的使用所创建的数据。
所述通信单元13用于建立通信信道,使终端通过通信信道以连接至服务器。所述通信单元13可以包括无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network,简称wireless LAN)模块、蓝牙模块、近距离无线通信(Near Field Communication,简称NFC)、基带(Base Band)模块等无线通信模块和以太网、通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,简称USB)、闪电接口(Lightning,目前Apple用于iPhone5/5s/5c等设备)等有线通信模块。

在公众服务帐号的服务页面内检测到卡券核销操作时,获取操作者标识;
调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的读码接口,获取待核销的卡券编码;
根据所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码,生成卡券核销业务请求;
向服务器发送所述卡券核销业务请求,以使服务器根据所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行卡券核销业务处理,并将处理结果并返回至终端;以及
在所述公众服务帐号的服务页面内输出所述处理结果。
其中,调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的读码接口,获取待核销的卡券编码,包括:调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的扫码接口,采用所述扫码接口扫描待核销卡券中的图形码,获得待核销的卡券编码;或者,调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的输码界面,接收所述操作者在所述输码界面输入的待核销的卡券编码。
其中,所述处理结果包括:核销成功或核销失败。所述核销失败的处理结 果中携带失败原因,所述失败原因包括:所述操作者无操作权限、所述待核销的卡券的使用期限错误、所述卡券编码无效和所述卡券编码错误中的任一种或多种。
所述处理器11还可以调用所述存储器12中存储的程序代码,执行以下操作:在所述公众服务帐号的服务页面内输出所述处理结果之后,将所述处理结果添加至所述公众服务帐号的业务历史记录中;以及当接收到针对所述业务历史记录的访问请求时,在所述公众服务帐号的服务页面内输出所述业务历史记录。
本发明实施例中,终端可以利用互联网应用的公众服务帐号所提供的卡券核销业务处理功能向服务器发起卡券核销业务请求,并在请求中携带操作者标识及卡券编码,由服务器进行卡券核销业务处理获得处理结果并输出,从而实现了对卡券核销的便捷处理,提升了卡券核销业务的处理效率,提升了卡券管理的灵活性和智能性。
下面将结合附图9-附图11,对本发明实施例提供的另一种业务处理装置进行详细介绍。附图9-附图11所示的业务处理装置可以运行于服务器中,以被应用于上述附图1-附图4所示的方法中。
请参见图9,为本发明实施例提供的另一种业务处理装置的结构示意图;该装置可包括:业务请求接收单元201、业务处理单元202和反馈单元203。
业务请求接收单元201,用于接收终端的卡券核销业务请求,所述卡券核销业务请求包括所述终端在公众服务帐号的服务页面内检测到的卡券核销操作的操作者标识,以及所述终端调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的读码接口所获得的待核销的卡券编码。
具体实现中,商家用户或消费者可以在公众服务帐号的服务页面内点击卡券核销操作按键或选择卡券核销操作选项发起卡券核销操作,终端在公众服务帐号的服务页面内检测到卡券核销操作时,获得操作者标识,并调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的读码接口获得待核销的卡券编码;进一步,所述终端根据操作者标识和卡券编码生成卡券核销请求发送至所述服务器。所述服务 器可以与所述终端建立有线或无线的通信连接,所述业务请求接收单元201可基于与所述终端之间的通信连接,接收所述终端发送的卡券核销请求。
业务处理单元202,用于根据所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行卡券核销业务处理,获得处理结果。
所述业务处理单元202的卡券核销业务处理可包括:对操作者的操作权限进行认证,对卡券编码的有效性进行校验,以及完成卡券核销等处理。其中,所述处理结果可包括:核销成功或核销失败。所述核销失败的处理结果中携带失败原因,所述失败原因可包括但不限于:所述操作者无操作权限、所述待核销的卡券的使用期限错误、所述卡券编码无效和所述卡券编码错误中的任一种或多种。
反馈单元203,用于将所述处理结果返回至所述终端,以使所述终端在所述公众服务帐号的服务页面内输出所述处理结果。
所述反馈单元203基于与所述终端之间的通信连接,将所述处理结果返回至所述终端。所述反馈单元203将所述处理结果返回至所述终端之后,所述终端在所述公众服务帐号的服务页面内输出所述处理结果,从而使操作者(如商家用户)能够从所述公众服务帐号的服务页面内直观了解卡券核销业务的处理情况。
本发明实施例中,终端可以利用互联网应用的公众服务帐号所提供的卡券核销业务处理功能向服务器发起卡券核销业务请求,并在请求中携带操作者标识及卡券编码,由服务器进行卡券核销业务处理获得处理结果并输出,从而实现了对卡券核销的便捷处理,提升了卡券核销业务的处理效率,提升了卡券管理的灵活性和智能性。
请参见图10,为图9所示的业务处理单元的实施例的结构示意图;该业务处理单元202可包括:解析单元3001、查询单元3002和校验处理单元3003。
解析单元3001,用于解析所述卡券编码,获得待核销的卡券对应的发行者标识。
一个卡券对应一个唯一编码,卡券编码通常可用于描述卡券的类型、卡券的发行者等信息。所述解析单元3001可按照卡券编解码规则进行解析,获得 卡券的发行者标识,即获得发行该卡券的商家用户标识。
查询单元3002,用于根据所述发行者标识,查询所述发行者的配置信息,所述配置信息包含操作权限列表和有效卡券列表,所述操作权限列表中包含至少一个具备卡券核销操作权限的目标标识,所述有效卡券列表中包含至少一个可用的有效卡券编码。
商家用户可以公众服务帐号中进行各类信息的配置,包括操作权限的配置,例如:商家用户聘请多名店员,商家用户可赋权给一些店员进行卡券核销操作的权限,则商家用户可以将赋权的店员的标识配置为具备卡券核销操作权限的目标标识;还可包括针对其所发行的卡券进行管理配置,例如:某商家用户总共发行卡券100张,则商家用户可以配置卡券发行列表,该卡券发行列表中包括所发行的100张卡券的卡券编码,进一步,根据100张卡券的状态(如:已过期、已使用、未使用等)确定有效卡券,可以理解的是,有效卡券指在有效期限内未被使用的卡券;商家用户可配置有效卡券列表,该有效卡券列表中包含有效卡券编码。所述公众服务帐号将商家用户的配置信息与商家用户的标识进行关联存储。所述查询单元3002可以根据所述发行者标识(即商家用户标识)从公众服务帐号的存储空间中获得所述发行者的配置信息。
校验处理单元3003,用于根据所述配置信息,对所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行校验,并根据所述校验结果生成所述处理结果。
本发明实施例中,终端可以利用互联网应用的公众服务帐号所提供的卡券核销业务处理功能向服务器发起卡券核销业务请求,并在请求中携带操作者标识及卡券编码,由服务器进行卡券核销业务处理获得处理结果并输出,从而实现了对卡券核销的便捷处理,提升了卡券核销业务的处理效率,提升了卡券管理的灵活性和智能性。
请参见图11,为图10所示的校验处理单元的实施例的结构示意图;该校验处理单元3003可包括:权限校验单元3311和编码校验单元3312。
权限校验单元3311,用于判断所述操作者标识是否为所述操作权限列表中的目标标识,若所述操作者标识并非所述操作权限列表中的目标标识,生成核销失败的处理结果。
本实施例中,若所述操作者标识并非所述操作权限列表中的目标标识,所述权限校验单元3311可获得“所述操作者无操作权限”的失败原因,并将该失败原因携带于核销失败的处理结果中。
编码校验单元3312,用于若所述操作者标识为所述操作权限列表中的目标标识,判断所述卡券编码是否为所述有效卡券列表中的有效卡券编码,若所述卡券编码为所述有效卡券列表中的有效卡券编码,生成核销成功的处理结果;否则,生成核销失败的处理结果。
若所述卡券编码并非所述有效卡券列表中的有效卡券编码,所述编码校验单元3312可检查卡券编码是否为正确格式,若否,则可获得“卡券编码错误”的失败原因;或者,所述编码校验单元3312可查询卡券发行列表确认该卡券编码的状态,若所述卡券为已过期、已使用等状态,则所述编码校验单元3312可将查询到的状态作为失败原因携带于核销失败的处理结果中。
本发明实施例中,终端可以利用互联网应用的公众服务帐号所提供的卡券核销业务处理功能向服务器发起卡券核销业务请求,并在请求中携带操作者标识及卡券编码,由服务器进行卡券核销业务处理获得处理结果并输出,从而实现了对卡券核销的便捷处理,提升了卡券核销业务的处理效率,提升了卡券管理的灵活性和智能性。
参考图12,本发明实施例还提供了一种服务器,可以包括处理器21、存储器22、通信单元23等组件。这些组件通过一条或多条总线进行通信。本领域技术人员可以理解,图12所示的服务器的结构并不构成对本发明的限定,它既可以是总线形结构,也可以是星型结构,还可以包括比图12所示的结构更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
所述处理器21为服务器的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个服务器的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在所述存储器22内的程序代码和/或模块,以及调用存储在所述存储器22内的数据,以执行服务器的各种功能和/或处理数据。
所述存储器22可用于存储程序代码以及模块,所述处理器21通过运行存 储在所述存储器22的程序代码以及模块,从而执行服务器的各种功能应用以及实现数据处理。所述存储器22主要包括程序存储区和数据存储区,其中,程序存储区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的程序代码,比如进行业务处理的程序代码;数据存储区可存储根据服务器的使用所创建的数据。
所述通信单元23用于建立通信道,使服务器通过通信信道以连接至终端。
在图12所示的服务器中,所述处理器21可以调用所述存储器22中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
接收终端的卡券核销业务请求,所述卡券核销业务请求包括所述终端在公众服务帐号的服务页面内检测到的卡券核销操作的操作者标识,以及所述终端调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的读码接口所获得的待核销的卡券编码;
根据所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行卡券核销业务处理,获得处理结果;以及
将所述处理结果返回至所述终端,以使所述终端在所述公众服务帐号的服务页面内输出所述处理结果。
其中,根据所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行卡券核销业务处理,获得处理结果包括:解析所述卡券编码,获得待核销的卡券对应的发行者标识;根据所述发行者标识,查询所述发行者的配置信息,所述配置信息包含操作权限列表和有效卡券列表,所述操作权限列表中包含至少一个具备卡券核销操作权限的目标标识,所述有效卡券列表中包含至少一个可用的有效卡券编码;以及根据所述配置信息,对所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行校验,并根据所述校验结果生成所述处理结果。其中,所述处理结果包括:核销成功或核销失败;所述核销失败的处理结果中携带失败原因,所述失败原因包括:所述操作者无操作权限、所述待核销的卡券的使用期限错误、所述卡券编码无效和所述卡券编码错误中的任一种或多种。
其中,根据所述配置信息,对所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行校验,并根据所述校验结果生成所述处理结果包括:判断所述操作者标识是否为所述操作权限列表中的目标标识;若所述操作者标识并非所述操作权限列表中的目 标标识,生成核销失败的处理结果;若所述操作者标识为所述操作权限列表中的目标标识,判断所述卡券编码是否为所述有效卡券列表中的有效卡券编码;若所述卡券编码为所述有效卡券列表中的有效卡券编码,生成核销成功的处理结果;否则,生成核销失败的处理结果。
本发明实施例中,终端可以利用互联网应用的公众服务帐号所提供的卡券核销业务处理功能向服务器发起卡券核销业务请求,并在请求中携带操作者标识及卡券编码,由服务器进行卡券核销业务处理获得处理结果并输出,从而实现了对卡券核销的便捷处理,提升了卡券核销业务的处理效率,提升了卡券管理的灵活性和智能性。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种业务处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端在公众服务帐号的服务页面内检测到卡券核销操作时,获取操作者标识;
    所述终端调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的读码接口,获取待核销的卡券编码;
    所述终端根据所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码,生成卡券核销业务请求;
    所述终端向服务器发送所述卡券核销业务请求,以使所述服务器根据所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行卡券核销业务处理,并将处理结果并返回至所述终端;
    所述终端在所述公众服务帐号的服务页面内输出所述处理结果。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的读码接口,获取待核销的卡券编码,包括:
    所述终端调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的扫码接口,采用所述扫码接口扫描待核销卡券中的图形码,获得待核销的卡券编码;或者,
    所述终端调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的输码界面,接收所述操作者在所述输码界面输入的待核销的卡券编码。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述处理结果包括:核销成功或核销失败;
    其中,所述核销失败的处理结果中携带失败原因,所述失败原因包括:所述操作者无操作权限、所述待核销的卡券的使用期限错误、所述卡券编码无效和所述卡券编码错误中的任一种或多种。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端在所述公众服务帐号的服务页面内输出所述处理结果之后,还包括:
    所述终端将所述处理结果添加至所述公众服务帐号的业务历史记录中;
    当接收到针对所述业务历史记录的访问请求时,所述终端在所述公众服务帐号的服务页面内输出所述业务历史记录。
  5. 一种业务处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器接收终端的卡券核销业务请求,所述卡券核销业务请求包括所述终端在公众服务帐号的服务页面内检测到的卡券核销操作的操作者标识,以及所述终端调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的读码接口所获得的待核销的卡券编码;
    所述服务器根据所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行卡券核销业务处理,获得处理结果;
    所述服务器将所述处理结果返回至所述终端,以使所述终端在所述公众服务帐号的服务页面内输出所述处理结果。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器根据所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行卡券核销业务处理,获得处理结果,包括:
    所述服务器解析所述卡券编码,获得待核销的卡券对应的发行者标识;
    所述服务器根据所述发行者标识,查询所述发行者的配置信息,所述配置信息包含操作权限列表和有效卡券列表,所述操作权限列表中包含至少一个具备卡券核销操作权限的目标标识,所述有效卡券列表中包含至少一个可用的有效卡券编码;
    所述服务器根据所述配置信息,对所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行校验,并根据所述校验结果生成所述处理结果;
    其中,所述处理结果包括:核销成功或核销失败;所述核销失败的处理结果中携带失败原因,所述失败原因包括:所述操作者无操作权限、所述待核销的卡券的使用期限错误、所述卡券编码无效和所述卡券编码错误中的任一种或多种。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器根据所述配置信息,对所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行校验,并根据所述校验结果生成所 述处理结果,包括:
    所述服务器判断所述操作者标识是否为所述操作权限列表中的目标标识;
    若所述操作者标识并非所述操作权限列表中的目标标识,所述服务器生成核销失败的处理结果;
    若所述操作者标识为所述操作权限列表中的目标标识,所述服务器判断所述卡券编码是否为所述有效卡券列表中的有效卡券编码;
    若所述卡券编码为所述有效卡券列表中的有效卡券编码,所述服务器生成核销成功的处理结果;否则,所述服务器生成核销失败的处理结果。
  8. 一种终端,包括:
    存储器,存储程序代码;以及
    处理器,调用所述程序代码以执行以下操作:
    在公众服务帐号的服务页面内检测到卡券核销操作时,获取操作者标识;
    调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的读码接口,获取待核销的卡券编码;
    根据所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码,生成卡券核销业务请求;
    向服务器发送所述卡券核销业务请求,以使服务器根据所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行卡券核销业务处理,并将处理结果并返回至终端;以及
    在所述公众服务帐号的服务页面内输出所述处理结果。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其特征在于,调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的读码接口,获取待核销的卡券编码,包括:调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的扫码接口,采用所述扫码接口扫描待核销卡券中的图形码,获得待核销的卡券编码;或者,调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的输码界面,接收所述操作者在所述输码界面输入的待核销的卡券编码。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理结果包括:核销成功或核销失败;
    其中,所述核销失败的处理结果中携带失败原因,所述失败原因包括:所 述操作者无操作权限、所述待核销的卡券的使用期限错误、所述卡券编码无效和所述卡券编码错误中的任一种或多种。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还可以调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码,执行以下操作:在所述公众服务帐号的服务页面内输出所述处理结果之后,将所述处理结果添加至所述公众服务帐号的业务历史记录中;以及当接收到针对所述业务历史记录的访问请求时,在所述公众服务帐号的服务页面内输出所述业务历史记录。
  12. 一种服务器,包括:
    存储器,存储程序代码;以及
    处理器,调用所述程序代码以执行以下操作:
    接收终端的卡券核销业务请求,所述卡券核销业务请求包括所述终端在公众服务帐号的服务页面内检测到的卡券核销操作的操作者标识,以及所述终端调用所述公众服务帐号所属互联网应用的读码接口所获得的待核销的卡券编码;
    根据所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行卡券核销业务处理,获得处理结果;以及
    将所述处理结果返回至所述终端,以使所述终端在所述公众服务帐号的服务页面内输出所述处理结果。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的服务器,其特征在于,根据所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行卡券核销业务处理,获得处理结果包括:
    解析所述卡券编码,获得待核销的卡券对应的发行者标识;
    根据所述发行者标识,查询所述发行者的配置信息,所述配置信息包含操作权限列表和有效卡券列表,所述操作权限列表中包含至少一个具备卡券核销操作权限的目标标识,所述有效卡券列表中包含至少一个可用的有效卡券编码;以及
    根据所述配置信息,对所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行校验,并根据 所述校验结果生成所述处理结果;
    其中,所述处理结果包括:核销成功或核销失败;所述核销失败的处理结果中携带失败原因,所述失败原因包括:所述操作者无操作权限、所述待核销的卡券的使用期限错误、所述卡券编码无效和所述卡券编码错误中的任一种或多种。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的服务器,其特征在于,根据所述配置信息,对所述操作者标识和所述卡券编码进行校验,并根据所述校验结果生成所述处理结果包括:
    判断所述操作者标识是否为所述操作权限列表中的目标标识;
    若所述操作者标识并非所述操作权限列表中的目标标识,生成核销失败的处理结果;
    若所述操作者标识为所述操作权限列表中的目标标识,判断所述卡券编码是否为所述有效卡券列表中的有效卡券编码;
    若所述卡券编码为所述有效卡券列表中的有效卡券编码,生成核销成功的处理结果;否则,生成核销失败的处理结果。
