本发明涉及一种女性月经来潮期间使用的卫生用品,尤其是这种卫生用品可以部分或者全部放置在阴道内,用来吸收排出的经血。本发明还涉及该月经期卫生用品的制造方法。
背景技术
在女性月经来潮期间,为了吸收从阴道里流出的经血,现今主要采用的卫生用品有卫生巾和内置式卫生棉条。
卫生巾是一种长条状、具吸收力的物质,其制造材质主要采用棉、无纺布、纸浆或以上材质复合形成的高分子聚合物,卫生巾的基本构造分为面层、吸收芯层、底层,为了防止经血侧漏,卫生巾一般还增加有侧边的设计。由于卫生巾的多层构造,容易带来透气性差的问题,严重的还会造成局部皮肤瘙痒、灼痛、红疹,另外,卫生巾的侧边容易和人体鼠蹊部发生摩擦,影响使用者的身体运动,增加人体不舒适的感觉。
内置式卫生棉条是一种直径约为10毫米到20毫米的长圆柱体,材质主要是由棉、人造纤维或这两种材质混合而成的材料,放置在阴道内后,一旦与经血或分泌液接触,卫生棉条便会膨胀紧贴着阴道壁,能在阴道内吸收几乎所有的经血。使用卫生棉条虽然可以避免使用卫生巾时带来的闷热、侧漏、以及不适合剧烈运动等问题,但放置卫生棉条时,卫生棉条表面材质摩擦阴道壁会让女性有不舒服的感觉,因而一些厂家的产品配备了辅助放置器具,如卫生棉条导入器或者称施放器,以此减少放置卫生棉条时身体不舒适感,不过辅助放置器具的操作需要技巧,使用起来并不方便。而且长时间在阴道内放置卫生棉条,有可能导致妇女染上中毒休克综合症,其原因是:由于卫生棉条具有很强的水分吸收力,整个卫生棉条与阴道壁上皮细胞紧密接触,阴道壁长时间失水干燥,可能使机体的抵抗力下降,甚至由于更换间隔时间过长,子宫内膜也可能因为卫生棉条的吸收而干裂,从而导致阴道内一种金黄色葡萄球菌进入血液循环系统,产生喉咙痛、发烧、关节及肌肉酸痛、血压下降的症状,严重者甚至休克。为此,许多国家的卫生部门或专业组织建议一条卫生棉条的使用时间不要超过六到八小时,预防中毒休克综合症的办法是勤于更换卫生棉条,最好能以卫生棉条和卫生巾交替使 用,降低感染中毒休克综合症的几率。由此可以看出,增强内置式卫生棉条的吸收力与降低感染中毒休克综合症几率是一对不可调和的矛盾。另外,内置式卫生棉条放置在阴道内,使用者无法及时得知卫生棉条是否已充满经血而需要立即更换。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种女性月经期卫生用品,该卫生用品的吸收材料与阴道壁接触面很小,甚至完全没有接触,适合长时间放置,而经血吸收量较卫生棉条成倍增加,该卫生用品在阴道外的部分体积较小,没有透气性的问题,对身体运动无影响,放置过程中的人体舒适度较好,而且操作简单,该卫生用品吸满经血时还可以发出信号提醒使用者及时更换。此外本发明另一个要解决的技术问题是提供该月经期卫生用品的制造方法。
有统计数据显示,一个正常女性一生平均需要使用约一万五千条卫生巾,对于人口几十亿的地球人来说,每年抛弃的卫生巾数量十分庞大,对地球资源的浪费不容忽视。本发明进一步解决的技术问题是:提供一种女性月经期卫生用品,该卫生用品的除了吸收经血的芯体部分使用后要抛弃外,其它外壳部分可以清洁消毒后重复使用,因此该卫生用品每次使用消耗的材料数量减少到最少,相比较卫生巾等传统卫生产品更加节约环保。
解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种月经期卫生用品,包括由能够吸收液体的亲水性材料制造的芯体,其特征在于:所述芯体的外表包裹着由不透水材料制造的外套,所述芯体在阴道内的部分通过所述外套上的开口或吸收孔吸收阴道内的液体。
优选地,所述芯体的结构包括蕾、茎、叶三部分,这三部分构成了花型芯体,使用月经期卫生用品时花型芯体的蕾茎部分插入阴道中,而叶部分留在阴道外面,蕾部分的外套上有开口或吸收孔,叶部分对着阴道口的外套表面覆盖着薄型卫生垫。
优选地,所述芯体的构形如同蘑菇,蘑菇型芯体全部放入阴道内,并且所述蘑菇型芯体连接着一条细线,所述细线的另一端连接着固定粘贴片。
优选地,所述外套由可分离的顶盖和外壳组成,顶盖上有开孔。
优选地,所述月经期卫生用品还包括一根具有毛细管功能的软管并且软管贯通入芯体。
优选地,所述芯体内镶嵌有微型电子芯片,所述微型电子芯片被液体浸润后,能够发射信号,并且信号能被用户的智能终端接收、记录以及分析处理。
优选地,所述芯体的表面粘贴有与外套同材质的限位钉。
优选地,所述芯体的结构为植物型、动物型、器具型和卡通型。
本发明还提供一种月经期卫生用品的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(a)采用亲水性材料制造芯体;
(b)在芯体表面粘贴限位钉;
(c)芯体放入外套成型模具,注入液体不透水材料加热固化;所述外套成型模具的模具组件腔壁上分布有吸收孔触突。
优选地,在芯体中镶嵌微型电子芯片。
本发明提供一种月经期卫生用品,可包括芯体、包裹芯体的外套、镶嵌在芯体内的微型电子芯片、以及薄型卫生垫。所述芯体的基本形状如同一枝花,其结构从上到下依次为蕾、茎、叶,蕾的作用是吸收液体,功能类似卫生棉条,茎的作用是将蕾吸收的液体导流到底部的叶,同时还起到支撑作用,将蕾推入阴道内部,叶的作用是吸收并储存液体,功能类似卫生巾;除了蕾的顶端局部裸露在外(为了能够吸收阴道内的液体),外套将整个芯体包裹起来,避免芯体材料接触阴道壁和外阴,并且该外套起到阻止芯体内部液体外漏的作用;为了吸收阴道口少量的分泌物,在叶子部分上表面还放置一层薄型卫生垫;镶嵌在芯体内的微型电子芯片被经血浸润后,能自动发射信号给使用者的智能终端,智能终端上的应用程序会提醒使用者及时更换卫生用品,该应用程序还会按时间设定定时提醒用户取出卫生用品。
本发明的月经期卫生用品芯体的材质,与现今工业化生产的卫生巾或卫生棉条的材质基本相同,主要为天然纤维和/或合成纤维聚合物、绒毛浆或高分子吸水剂、无尘纸等,外套的材料为液体硅橡胶或者天然乳胶,薄型卫生垫由无纺布制作,微型电子芯片采用电子感应技术、无线通信技术和可穿戴设备技术制造。
本发明还提供一种月经期卫生用品,可包括芯体、外壳、顶盖、牵引线和固定贴片。所述芯体是用来吸收并储存液体,顶盖上有开孔以利于液体渗透,打开顶盖可以更换芯体;该卫生用品最大直径小于0.03米,可以放置在阴道内,通过外壳底部的牵引线连接外面的固定贴片,固定贴片则可粘贴固定在使用者的内裤上。
本发明的制造方法包括下述几个步骤:先用天然纤维和/或合成纤维制作蕾和茎部分胚料,并将胚料顶端热压成花蕾形状,用绒毛浆或高分子吸水剂、无尘纸制作叶形胚料,并在叶形胚料内特定位置镶嵌微型电子芯片,然后将两部分胚料拼接粘合成芯体,接着在芯体表面的特定部位固定(比如粘贴)与外套同材质的限位钉,然后将芯体放入专用外套成型模具,注入液体硅橡胶或天然胶乳加热成型,最后在成型产品的叶子部分上方外套表面放置薄型卫生垫。
发明有益效果
本发明的月经期卫生用品综合了卫生巾和卫生棉条的优点,弥补了使用卫生巾和卫生棉条的弊病。本发明的月经期卫生用品在使用时,只需托着叶子部位将蕾茎部分轻轻推入阴道中,叶子部分留在阴道口紧贴外阴即可,使用者的手不会触碰阴道,因而保证了卫生用品使用卫生安全,同时也不需要使用辅助器具,用户操作简单方便;因为阴道壁的肌肉富有弹性,会把蕾茎部分“咬含”在阴道内,卫生用品不会轻易移动掉出;取出时,捏紧叶子部分,轻轻拉出茎蕾部分即可。
本发明的月经期卫生用品与身体接触部分的外套材质主要是液体硅橡胶,它是制造婴儿奶嘴、医用器材、隆胸填充物和成人情趣用品的首选材料,像人的皮肤一样柔软有弹性,使用舒适度大大优于卫生巾、卫生棉条的材质;芯体唯一裸露在外的蕾的顶端与阴道壁的接触面积远小于卫生棉条的接触面,而外套不会吸收阴道壁的水分,对阴道内湿度环境和机体抵抗力的影响降低到最小,避免了感染中毒休克综合症的发生;由于芯体增加了叶子部分的吸收材料,相对卫生棉条可以吸纳数倍多的经血;而叶的面积只相当于女性外阴的大小,使用本发明既没有卫生巾的透气差、会侧漏、妨碍运动等问题,也没有使用卫生巾时在内裤上左粘右贴的麻烦;镶嵌在芯体内的微型电子芯片在芯体吸满经血时,能够立即提醒使用者及时更换,消除了使用者放置卫生用品后不知何时应该取出的顾虑。
采用可分离外套的本发明的月经期卫生用品除了吸收了经血的芯体必须抛弃外,其它顶盖、外壳等部分可以清洁消毒后重复使用,因此该卫生用品每次使用消耗的材料数量减少到了最少,相比较卫生巾等传统卫生产品更加环保节约。

具体实施方式
本发明的月经期卫生用品可包括芯体、外套、镶嵌在芯体内的微型电子芯片、以及薄型卫生垫。芯体的制作步骤为:如图1所示,先用天然纤维和/或合成纤维制作圆柱体形的蕾茎胚料1;如图2所示,用绒毛浆或高分子吸水剂等吸水材料、无尘纸制作叶形胚料2,叶形胚料2内部填充吸水材料,外面包裹着无尘纸,叶形胚料2上面中心位置开一个对接圆孔3,并在叶形胚料内特定位置镶嵌微型电子芯片30;如图3所示,将蕾茎胚料1顶端热压成花蕾形状,然后将蕾茎胚料1插入叶形胚料2上的对接圆孔3,并将蕾茎胚料1和叶形胚料2拼 接粘合成花型芯体4;如图4所示,接着在花型芯体4表面(除去蕾顶端的吸收面以外)涂敷薄薄一层胶,在花型芯体4表面的特定部位粘贴与外套同材质的限位钉5,限位钉5的作用是限制花型芯体4处于成型模具的中心位置,保证产品成型后外套各处厚度均匀,花型芯体4表面涂敷一层胶也是为后续液体硅橡胶注射成型工序做准备。
最近几年,得益于材料、设备和工艺的不断改进与革新,液体硅橡胶注射成型技术在现代工业制造领域的应用变得日益广泛,采用该技术不仅可以生产奶嘴义乳、医疗器械、成人情趣用品,在汽车工业、电子产品、厨具用品等领域制造的产品也层出不穷,成型产品小至数千分之一克的制品,大到数十千克以上的巨大产品,譬如,采用多型腔模具生产小型或微型制品,国际上已经有企业用128腔模具成型出了零点几克的制品,此项技术就可以用来生产本发明的限位钉5。由于液体硅橡胶注射成型技术实施时,液体硅橡胶的成分配方与注射成型设备的工艺流程相互关联,可以有许多种配方选择和相应的工艺设计,再加上现在国内外新的产品配方和更先进的注射成型设备不断出现,原有的制造工艺会不断地被新技术所取代,因此这里对本发明的实施方式只做概念上的描述,不对材料成分配方和工艺流程做具体说明。
本发明的外套制作方法基本采用双组分液体硅橡胶配方,即A组和B组液体硅橡胶按照1:1混合后,注入成型模具进行高温固化,十多秒或数十秒即可取出成品。下面介绍六个实施例。
实施例1
如图5所示,进行液体硅橡胶注射成型时,本发明的实施例1所用的注射成型模具组件6左、右两半对称,粘贴着限位钉5的花型芯体4放入注射成型模具组件6的空腔中,注射成型模具组件6闭合后,花型芯体4顶端蕾的吸收面部分裸露在模具外,注入孔7位于注射成型模具组件6的底部,混合好的液体硅橡胶由注入孔7注入模具空腔。限位钉5保证了花型芯体4各个部分与注射成型模具组件6的腔壁保持等距离,进行高温固化时各部分受热均匀,成型后的产品外套各部分厚度均匀。
图6显示了实施例1注射成型完成后产品的剖面结构,图7显示了本发明月经期卫生用品实施例1最终的整体外观,其中蕾部分外套开口处的花瓣形结 构9既是一种美化设计,同时也可以让使用者在身体和心理上得到舒适的感觉,而纯棉无纺布制作的薄型卫生垫10则起到吸收阴道口分泌物的作用。
实施例2
如图8所示,本发明实施例2所用的液体硅橡胶注射成型模具组,由下面左、右两半对称模具组件11和上面“田”字形对称的四个模具组件12组成,粘贴着限位钉5的花型芯体4放入注射成型模具组中,注射成型模具组闭合后,模具组件12腔壁上排列的吸收孔触突13紧压着花型芯体4的顶端表面,因此花型芯体4与吸收孔触突13紧密接触的部分不会被液体硅橡胶包裹,液体硅橡胶的注入孔7位于注射成型模具组件11的底部。限位钉5保证了花型芯体4各个部分与注射成型模具组的腔壁保持等距离,进行高温固化时各部分受热均匀,成型后的产品外套厚度均匀。
图9显示了实施例2注射成型完成后产品的剖面结构,花型芯体4通过顶端排列的吸收孔14吸收外面的液体,因此实施例2的花型芯体4与阴道壁完全没有接触。图10显示了本发明月经期卫生用品实施例2最终的整体外观,纯棉无纺布制作的薄型卫生垫10起到吸收阴道口分泌物的作用。
实施例3
针对月经期前后经血量少的情况,本发明月经期卫生用品实施例3提供了一种简约化实施方案,该实施方案的卫生用品可以整体放入阴道内,参见图11,它包括由天然纤维和/或合成纤维热压成型的蘑菇型芯体15、与蘑菇型芯体15连接的细线16、与细线16连接的固定粘贴片17、微型电子芯片30、以及由液体硅橡胶或天然乳胶制造的外套8,蘑菇型芯体15通过外套8上分布的吸收孔14吸收阴道内的液体,固定粘贴片17可以粘贴固定在内裤上,并通过细线16拉住阴道内的蘑菇型卫生用品。放置实施例3卫生用品时,需要用手指将其推入阴道口,手指进入阴道约两个指节,然后将固定粘贴片17粘贴固定在内裤上;需要取出卫生用品时,拉动细线16将其从阴道内拽出即可。本实施例的微型电子芯片30还可以安置在固定粘贴片17上,并通过细线16内的金属导线连接蘑菇型芯体15,当蘑菇型芯体15充满经血后,造成细线16内的金属导线电流导通,触发微型电子芯片30开始工作并发射信号,如无线电信号;这种情况下蘑菇型卫生用品使用后即可抛弃,而微型电子芯片30可以多次重复使用。另外, 如果本发明月经期卫生用品不采用微型电子芯片30,可以考虑在细线16中缠绕一根具有毛细管功能的透明软管并且通入蘑菇型芯体15中,当蘑菇型芯体15中充满经血后,部分经血会沿着透明毛细软管流动,使用者只要观测到透明毛细管因经血流入而发生颜色变化,就知道蘑菇型芯体15里已经充满经血。
实施例4
采用液体硅橡胶或天然乳胶制造的外套是透明的,透过外套可以看见芯体的形状,为了增加本发明月经期卫生用品外观的美感,让使用者有愉快美好的体验,芯体的制作除了可使用天然纤维和合成纤维等吸水性材料,还可以使用天然植物的干燥花材作为吸水材料,具体来说,即在蘑菇型芯体15的表面(除了顶端部分吸收面)包裹一层或两层处理过的干燥花瓣18,所选的干燥花材既可以是花形漂亮的,如玫瑰、康乃馨等,也可以是对妇科病有疗效的药材花,使得整个芯体看起来好像一朵含苞待放的花蕾。
实施例5
本实施例的环保型月经期卫生用品包括芯体21、顶盖22、外壳23、顶盖22上的开孔24、牵引线25和固定贴片26。所述芯体21的材质主要是吸水性材料,如棉、人造纤维或这两种材质混合而成的材料,所述芯体21的主要作用是吸收透过顶盖22上开孔24渗透的液体,并且储存液体;顶盖22和外壳23的材料可以是对人体无害的塑料和/或医用硅橡胶,并且可以通过蒸煮、消毒水浸泡等方式对顶盖22和外壳23进行清洁消毒。牵引线是一种细长、中空、透明的毛细管32,该毛细管32与外壳23底部相连并且贯通内部芯体21,当芯体21充分吸收经血后,过量的经血流到外壳23底部,由于毛细效应部分经血会通过毛细管32流出外壳23,使用者看到毛细管32中有经血流出,就能知道芯体21已经充分吸收了经血,需要更换芯体21了。相较传统型内置式卫生棉条,本实施例更加方便使用者检查经血吸收情况,及时从阴道中取出卫生用品更换芯体21。
实施例6
本实施例的外壳23底部设计有探针27,固定贴片26中放置了微型电子芯片28,牵引线25中有金属导线连接探针27和微型电子芯片28。当芯体21充分吸收经血后,过量的经血流到外壳23底部浸湿探针27,造成探针27电路导通,微型电子芯片28开始通电工作,发出无线电信号给使用者的智能终端, 通过智能终端的应用程序提醒使用者及时取出卫生用品、更换芯体21。
清洁本实施例的外壳23时,可以将牵引线25末端的导线插头31从微型电子芯片28上的插口29中拔出,切断微型电子芯片28的通电回路,清洁消毒了外壳23、更换了新的芯体21后再将插头31插入插口29中,卫生用品又可以重复使用了。
在上述各实施例中,本发明月经期卫生用品芯体内镶嵌的微型电子芯片30,在接触经血之前是处于休眠状态的,只有当经血浸润微型电子芯片30时,微型电子芯片30内的电路才接通开始工作,发射经过硬件编码的信号,使用者的智能终端(如智能手表手环、智能手机、平板电脑等)接收到微型电子芯片30发出的信号后,由应用程序进行解码处理(给信号进行加密编码是为了保护使用者的隐私,信号的发射距离也限定在数米范围内),然后智能终端上的应用程序通过震动、提示音或屏幕显示提醒使用者更换卫生用品,应用程序还可以设定定时提醒功能,定时提醒使用者按时更换卫生用品。另外,应用程序通过对长期记录的数据进行处理,还能对用户的月经周期、血量变化、甚至血液成份等生理指标进行监控分析,并为用户提供更多人性化的健康咨询服务。
本发明不局限于上述月经期卫生用品的具体实施方式,只要是该卫生用品由吸收液体的亲水性材料制作芯体,不透水材料制作外套(或者称包裹皮),该卫生用品能全部或部分放置在阴道内,吸收芯体通过不透水外套上的开孔或开口吸收阴道内液体的实施方式,以及该卫生用品内部镶嵌着电子元件并能够发射信号的实施方式,均属于本发明的保护范围;而且,本发明月经期卫生用品的构形并不局限于本说明书前面描述的形状,本发明的构形还可以是小玉米、小草莓、小香蕉等瓜果蔬菜型,或者是小鱼、小鸟、小老鼠等动物造型,或者日常生活用品、工具、道具等器具造型,再就是漫画卡通等角色造型,它们也均属于本发明的保护范围。本发明不局限于上述月经期卫生用品的具体实施方式,卫生用品的外壳能够打开,内部的芯体可以更换的实施方式,也属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种月经期卫生用品,包括由能够吸收液体的亲水性材料制造的芯体,其特征在于:所述芯体的外表包裹着由不透水材料制造的外套(8),所述芯体在阴道内的部分通过所述外套(8)上的开口或吸收孔(14)吸收阴道内的液体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的月经期卫生用品,其特征在于:所述芯体的结构包括蕾、茎、叶三部分,这三部分构成了花型芯体(4),使用月经期卫生用品时花型芯体(4)的蕾茎部分插入阴道中,而叶部分留在阴道外面,蕾部分的外套(8)上有开口或吸收孔(14),叶部分对着阴道口的外套(8)表面覆盖着薄型卫生垫(10)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的月经期卫生用品,其特征在于:所述芯体的构形如同蘑菇,蘑菇型芯体(15)全部放入阴道内,并且所述蘑菇型芯体(15)连接着一条细线(16),所述细线(16)的另一端连接着固定粘贴片(17)。
  4. 如权利要求1、2或3所述的月经期卫生用品,其特征在于:所述外套(8)由可分离的顶盖(22)和外壳(23)组成,顶盖(22)上有开孔(24)。
  5. 如权利要求1、2或3所述的月经期卫生用品,其特征在于:所述芯体内镶嵌有微型电子芯片(30),所述微型电子芯片(30)被液体浸润后,能够发射信号,并且信号能被用户的智能终端接收、记录以及分析处理。
  6. 如权利要求1、2或3所述的月经期卫生用品,其特征在于:所述芯体的表面粘贴有与外套(8)同材质的限位钉(5)。
  7. 如权利要求3或4所述的月经期卫生用品,其特征在于:包括一根具有毛细管功能的软管并且软管贯通入芯体。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的月经期卫生用品,其特征在于:所述芯体的结构为植物型、动物型、器具型和卡通型。
  9. 一种月经期卫生用品的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
    (a)采用亲水性材料制造芯体;
    (b)在芯体表面粘贴限位钉(5);
    (c)芯体放入外套成型模具,注入液体不透水材料加热固化;所述外套成型模具的模具组件腔壁上分布有吸收孔触突。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的制造方法,其中在芯体中镶嵌微型电子芯片(30)。
