Description

支付设备、支付系统及支付方法 技术领域
本发明的实施例涉及涉及一种支付设备、支付系统及支付方法。
背景技术
目前,非接触移动支付受到各业人群的欢迎。在非接触移动支付中,付款装置和收款装置可以不用直接接触就能完成支付,也即,收款装置与付款装置的距离在一定范围内时,收款装置就能把消费金额直接从付款装置中扣除。然而,如果收款装置与付款装置所在的支付环境具有空间局限性,即空间狭小,付款装置很容易被误触发从而付款装置产生错误支付,由此造成付款方的财产损失。
对于上述易造成误触发的场景,一种现有的安全支付方式为在收款装置上设置指纹识别器。这样在支付时需付款方的手指按在收款装置的指纹识别器上,当指纹被识别以实现身份鉴定时就可完成支付。
上述支付方式虽然能够实现安全支付,但还需要将收款装置移动到付款方能碰触到的地方以便付款方的手指与收款装置直接接触,然而空间狭小的情况下收款装置是不方便移动的,因此当要求支付具有较高的时效性时,该支付方式显得不够方便快捷。
发明内容
针对现有移动支付技术不方便快捷、以及支付安全性不够高的技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种支付设备、支付系统及支付方法。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种支付系统,包括:收款装置,付款装置,所述付款装置与所述收款装置通过电磁感应连接,使所述收款装置能够接收所述付款装置的信息,身份识别装置,所述身份识别装置设置在支付环境中且与所述付款装置在空间上分离,并且所述身份识别装置与所述收款装置信号连接,当所述付款方支付金额时,所述身份识别装置用于识别所述付款方的身份信息,其中所述支付环境为所述收款装置和所述付款装置同时所在的场所。
可选地,所述身份识别装置包括指纹识别单元。
可选地,当所述支付环境为车辆内时,则所述身份识别装置设置 在所述支付环境中的以下至少一处位置:车辆的内侧车门把手、车辆玻璃升降器按钮、安全带卡扣和座椅侧面调节杆。
可选地,所述身份识别装置包括人脸识别单元。
可选地,当所述支付环境为车辆内时,则所述身份识别装置设置在所述支付环境中的以下至少一处位置:车椅后背、车辆控制台、安全带卡扣和车辆内的反光镜附近。

根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种支付方法,包括:收款装置接收所述付款装置的付款信息,其中,付款装置与收款装置在预设距离范围内非直接接触;所述收款装置接收所述付款方通过所述支付环境中的身份识别装置输入的身份信息,其中所述支付环境为所述收款装置和所述付款装置所在的场所;当所述付款方的身份信息被验证正确时,所述收款装置扣除所述付款方的消费金额。
可选地,收款装置接收所述付款装置的付款信息包括:所述收款装置向所述付款装置发送提示信息;当所述付款装置接收所述收款装置发出的提示信息时,收款装置接收所述付款装置的付款信息。
可选地,在所述收款装置接收所述付款方通过所述支付环境中的身份识别装置输入的身份信息后,所述支付方法还包括:所述收款装置通过网络将所述身份信息发送至与所述收款装置联网的支付控制设备;所述收款装置接收来自所述支付控制设备对所述付款方的身份信息的验证结果,当所述验证结果为所述付款方的身份信息正确时,所述收款装置扣除所述付款方的消费金额。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
本发明实施例一提供一种支付系统10,该支付系统包括收款装置11和付款装置12,其中,收款装置可为移动POS机、计算机终端、刷卡机等,付款装置可为智能手表、智能手机、智能手环、智能卡等。付款装置12与收款装置11通过电磁感应连接,例如,收款装置11与付款装置12之间可以通过蓝牙、Wi-Fi(Wireless-Fidelity,无线保真)、NFC(Near Field Communication,近场通信)、射频通信等连接方式,本发明对此不做限定。从而使收款装置11与付款装置之间可以进行通信,例如,使收款装置11能够接收付款装置12的信息。
如图1所示,支付系统10除包括收款装置11和付款装置12外,支付系统10还包括:身份识别装置13。
身份识别装置13设置在支付环境中且与付款装置12在空间上分离,并且身份识别装置13与所述收款装置信号连接。当所述付款方支付金额时,身份识别装置13用于识别该付款方的身份信息。
身份识别装置13可采用指纹识别传感器、人脸识别传感器、音频传感器等或将它们结合使用,本发明实施例对此不做限定。
支付环境为收款装置11和付款装置12同时所在的场所。该场所例如可以是,车辆、收银台、支付窗口等场所,本发明实施例对此不做限定。
其中,身份识别装置13与收款装置11通过信号连接的方式可采用有线连接方式或无线连接方式,而无线连接方式又可采用蓝牙、Wi-Fi(Wireless-Fidelity,无线保真)、NFC(Near Field Communication,近场通信)、射频通信等连接方式,本发明对此不做限定。
本发明实施例一提供的支付系统10,通过在支付环境中设置身份识别装置,且并与所述收款装置信号连接。当付款方支付金额时,身份识 别装置用于识别该付款方的身份信息。由此可知,在该支付系统中通过将身份识别装置设置在支付环境中,而不是设置在收款装置中,因此无需付款方与收款装置直接接触来完成支付。这既提高了支付的安全性,又方便付款方付款,进而能够提供较高的用户体验。另外,虽然现有的指纹识别单元可放置在付款方的付款装置上,但需要每个付款装置都需要设置指纹识别单元,从而增加付款装置的成本。
可选地,身份识别装置13可包括指纹识别单元131,且当支付环境为车辆时,则身份识别装置13可设置在支付环境中的以下至少一处位置:车辆的内侧车门把手、车辆玻璃升降器按钮、安全带卡扣和座椅侧面调节杆。通过在付款方触摸范围内的区域设置指纹识别单元,付款既安全又方便,从而提供较高用户体验。
举例而言,如图2a所示,若包括指纹识别单元131的身份识别装置13设置在车辆的内侧车门把手上,则乘坐该车的顾客在付款时,只需要在车门把手上的指纹识别单元131按一下即可向收款装置11发送该顾客的身份信息,与此同时车门也将被开启,从而实现兼顾支付安全和支付快捷。
可选地,身份识别装置13可包括人脸识别单元132,且当支付环境为车辆时,则身份识别装置13设置在支付环境中的以下至少一处位置:座椅后背、车辆控制台、安全带卡扣、车辆内的反光镜附近等。如图2b所示,人脸识别单元132设置在座椅靠背上。通过在付款方视野范围内的区域设置指纹识别单元,付款既安全又方便,从而提供较高用户体验。
举例而言,若包括人脸识别单元132的身份识别装置13设置在车辆副驾驶座的安全带卡扣上,则乘坐该车的顾客在付款时,只需在解开安全带卡扣的同时低头面对该安全带卡扣即可核对身份,从而实现兼顾支付安全和支付快捷。
可理解的,上述两个实施例是以支付环境为车辆时所作的举例说明,此外支付环境还可为收银台、支付窗口等场所。例如当支付环境为超市的收银台时,身份识别装置可设置在用于显示金额的显示屏的边缘处,这样顾客在看到物品价格的同时还核对了身份信息,如通过人脸识别核对身份信息,从而提高顾客的支付速度。
可选地,收款装置11内还设置有用于提示付款方的身份信息需要识别的身份识别提示单元111。身份识别提示单元111例如可以是扬声器或显示屏,通过语音或显示画面进行提示,能够提醒付款方及时输入自己的身份信息,进一步提高用户体验。
可选地,如图3所示,收款装置11通过网络与支付控制设备14连接,收款装置11用于向支付控制设备14发送付款方的身份信息和接收支付控制设备14对付款方的身份信息的验证结果。支付控制设备14可以为用于实现支付控制的服务器等设备。
这种通过网络与支付控制设备连接的收款装置,一方面增加了非接触移动支付的适用性和可操作性,使更多人群如老年和儿童能够使用非接触移动支付;另一方面能够使付款方的付款装置无需联网于支付控制设备。从而减少付款装置的网络流量以及避免过多的付款装置同时付款而造成的网络拥堵或网络响应延时。
实施例二
本发明实施例二提供一种支付方法,如图4所示,该支付方法包括如下步骤S21-S23:
步骤S21,付款装置与收款装置在预设距离范围内非直接接触,使得所述收款装置能够接收所述付款装置的付款信息。
例如,收款方先在收款装置中输入消费金额,然后付款方使付款装置与所述收款装置在预设距离范围内非直接接触如感应接触,使得所述收款装置能够接收付款装置的标识码或识别码等信息。预设距离可设为能够接收信号的距离范围内的某一数值例如0.3米、0.8米等,其可由本领域技术人员根据经验设置为一个默认数值,也可根据特定场所来设置某一特定数值,对此发明实施例不做限定。
可选地,在本发明一个具体实施例中,在收款装置接收到付款方输入的消费金额后,步骤S21可包括以下步骤S211-S212:
步骤211,收款装置向付款装置发送提示信息。
可选地,提示信息可至少包括以下一种信息:语音提示信息和视觉提示信息。
步骤212,当付款装置接收收款装置发出的提示信息时,付款装置与收款装置在预设距离范围内非直接接触,使得所述收款装置能够接收 所述付款装置的信息。
上述步骤中收款装置发出的提示信息能够提醒付款方及时输入自己的身份信息,从而提高用户体验。
步骤S22,收款装置接收付款方通过支付环境中的身份识别装置输入的身份信息,其中支付环境为所述收款装置和所述付款装置所在的场所。
身份信息可包括指纹识别信息和/或人脸识别信息。
支付环境可为车辆、收银台、支付窗口等场所。
例如,收款装置和付款装置通过信号连接的方式可采用有线或无线连接方式,无线连接方式又可采用蓝牙、Wi-Fi、NFC、射频通信等连接方式。在收款装置接收付款装置的如装置识别码信息后,付款方通过所述支付环境中的身份识别装置输入身份信息,接下来付款装置向收款装置发送该输入的身份信息,收款装置相应地接收付款方发送的该身份信息。
步骤S23,当付款方的身份信息被验证正确时,所述收款装置扣除所述付款方的消费金额。
本发明实施例二提供的支付方法包括:付款装置与所述收款装置在预设距离范围内非直接接触。在收款装置接收付款装置的信息后,收款装置接收付款方通过支付环境中的身份识别装置输入的身份信息,其中支付环境为所述收款装置和所述付款装置所在的场所。当付款方的身份信息被验证正确时,所述收款装置扣除所述付款方的消费金额。由此可看出,本发明实施例通过在支付环境中设置身份识别装置的方式,既提高了支付的安全性,又无需付款方的身体部位与收款装置直接接触,从而方便付款方付款,进而能够提供较高的用户体验。
由于本发明中的收款装置可与支付控制设备连接,因此,可选地,在本发明的一个具体实施例中,在步骤S22中收款装置接收付款方通过支付环境中的身份识别装置输入的身份信息后,还包括以下步骤:收款装置通过网络将所述身份信息发送至与该收款装置联网的支付控制设备。
这种情况下,步骤S23当所述付款方的身份信息被验证正确时,所述收款装置扣除所述付款方的消费金额可以为,收款装置接收来自 支付控制设备对付款方的身份信息的验证结果,当验证结果为付款方的身份信息正确时,收款装置扣除付款方的消费金额。
这种收款装置通过网络与支付控制设备连接的方式,一方面增加了非接触移动支付的适用性和可操作性,使更多人群如老年和儿童能够使用非接触移动支付;另一方面能够使付款方的付款装置无需联网于支付控制设备。这减少付款装置的网络流量以及避免过多的付款装置同时付款而造成的网络拥堵或网络响应延时。
考虑到付款方在某些情形下支付之前可能不需要验证身份信息便可直接付款,例如的交易金额数目较小或支付场所可被信任的情形。因此,可选地,在本发明的一个具体实施例中,在步骤S21在收款装置中被输入付款方的消费金额后,例如在付款装置与所述收款装置在预设距离范围内非直接接触之前,还包括以下步骤:付款装置确定是否需要进行身份识别。
可根据当前的支付场所是否安全进行交易安全设置状态的设置,也可根据交易金额数目的大小进行小额快捷支付限额的设置,因此付款装置可根据交易安全设置状态和/或小额快捷支付确定是否需要进行身份识别。
可选地,在收款装置中输入付款方的消费金额后,付款方的付款装置根据交易的安全设置状态和/或小额快捷支付限额确定是否要求进行身份识别;若付款方不需要进行身份识别,则在付款装置与收款装置非直接接触且收款装置接收付款装置的信息后,直接从该付款装置中扣除付款方的消费金额。若付款方需要进行身份识别,则在付款装置与收款装置非直接接触且收款装置接收付款装置的信息后,收款装置接收付款方通过支付环境中的身份识别装置输入的身份信息以进行身份识别步骤。
实施例三
根据本发明第三个实施例,还提供了另一种支付系统。图5是本发明实施例提供的另一种支付系统的一种结构示意图。该支付系统50除了包括本发明第一个实施例的支付系统10中的收款装置11、付款装置12以及身份识别装置13之外,还包括支付控制设备14。收款装置11通过网络与支付控制设备14连接。支付控制设备14用于接收收款装置11发送的 付款方的身份信息,并验证付款方的身份信息。收款装置11用于向支付控制设备14发送付款方的身份信息和接收支付控制设备14对付款方的身份信息的验证结果。支付控制设备14可以为用于实现支付控制的服务器等设备。具体实现方式可参见本发明实施例一,在此不再赘述。
实施例四
根据本发明第四个实施例,还提供了一种支付设备60。图6是本发明实施例四提供的支付设备的一种结构示意图。参见图6,该支付设备60包括前述本发明第一个实施例中的收款装置11和身份识别装置13。上述两个装置的具体结构和功能可参见本发明的第一个实施例,在此仅作简要介绍。
根据本发明的一个示例,收款装置11包括收发装置,被配置为与付款装置12建立信号连接,且能够接收付款装置12的信息。身份识别装置13设置在支付环境中且与付款装置12在空间上分离,并且身份识别装置13与收款装置11信号连接,当付款方支付金额时,身份识别装置13用于识别付款方的身份信息,其中支付环境为收款装置11和付款装置12同时所在的场所。
可选地,身份识别装置12包括指纹识别单元。例如,当支付环境为车辆内时,则身份识别装置设置在支付环境中的以下至少一处位置:车辆的内侧车门把手、车辆玻璃升降器按钮、安全带卡扣和座椅侧面调节杆。

此外,在收款装置11内还设置有用于提示付款方的身份信息需要识别的身份识别提示单元。
本发明实施例提供的支付系统、支付设备及支付方法,在该支付系统中通过将身份识别装置设置在支付环境中,而不是设置在收款装置中,因此无需付款方与收款装置直接接触来完成支付。该支付系统能够既实现支付的安全性,又方便支付,进而能够提供较高的用户体验。

    付款装置,所述付款装置与所述收款装置通过电磁感应连接,使所述收款装置能够接收所述付款装置的信息,
    身份识别装置,所述身份识别装置设置在支付环境中且与所述付款装置在空间上分离,并且所述身份识别装置与所述收款装置信号连接,当所述付款方支付金额时,所述身份识别装置用于识别所述付款方的身份信息,其中所述支付环境为所述收款装置和所述付款装置同时所在的场所。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支付系统,其中,所述身份识别装置包括指纹识别单元。

    当所述付款方的身份信息被验证正确时,所述收款装置扣除所述付款方的消费金额。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的支付方法,其中,收款装置接收所述付款装置的付款信息包括:
    所述收款装置向所述付款装置发送提示信息;
    当所述付款装置接收所述收款装置发出的提示信息时,收款装置接收所述付款装置的付款信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的支付方法,其中,在所述收款装置接收所述付款方通过所述支付环境中的身份识别装置输入的身份信息后,所述支付方法还包括:
    所述收款装置通过网络将所述身份信息发送至与所述收款装置联网的支付控制设备;
    所述收款装置接收来自所述支付控制设备对所述付款方的身份信息的验证结果,当所述验证结果为所述付款方的身份信息正确时,所述收款装置扣除所述付款方的消费金额。
