Description
本申请要求申请日为2015年3月26日的中国专利申请CN201510136888.6和CN 201520175380.2的优先权。本申请引用上述中国专利申请的全文。
本发明涉及一种载人移动装置,特别涉及一种用于风力发电机的穿梭装置及包括其的风力发电机。
风力发电机是电力行业用于发电的设备。当今社会实践中,如果需要攀爬风力发电机的塔筒至机舱进行维修的话,需要工作人员自行沿着爬梯架进行攀爬,费时费力而且危险。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有风力发电机维修过程中工作人员需要人工攀爬至机舱进行维修,既不安全也费时费力的缺陷,提供一种用于风力发电机的穿梭装置及包括其的风力发电机。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题:
一种用于风力发电机的穿梭装置,其包括有:一升降装置、一用于防止所述升降装置坠落的安全保护装置、一用于控制所述升降装置升降的控制装置,其特点在于,所述升降装置包括一踏板本体、一提升机,所述提升机设置于所述踏板本体,所述安全保护装置固定于所述升降装置,所述控制装置与所述升降装置电连接。升降装置在控制装置的作用下,可以上升、下降、急停,而安全保护装置则用于在升降装置出现坠落等意外情况时,锁住升降
装置的位置,防止进一步下滑。
较佳地,所述穿梭装置还包括一触发器,所述升降装置上设有一当所述升降装置与所述触发器接触时使所述升降装置停止运行的下限位开关。所述触发器可以安装在风力发电机内,当所述下限位开关被触发器触发后,升降装置停止运行。
较佳地,所述安全保护装置为一防止所述升降装置坠落的安全锁。当升降装置出现坠落时,安全锁用于将升降装置的位置保持住,防止进一步下落,以免造成人员伤亡。
较佳地,所述控制装置包括一用于控制所述升降装置上升的上升按钮、一用于控制所述升降装置下降的下行按钮、一用于控制所述升降装置停止运行的停止按钮。
较佳地,所述提升机设置于所述踏板本体的内部。
较佳地,一扶手设置于所述踏板本体。扶手便于工作人员在升降装置上升、下降时握持,保障安全。
本发明还提供一种风力发电机,其特点在于,其包括如上所述的用于风力发电机的穿梭装置。
较佳地,所述用于风力发电机的穿梭装置设置于所述风力发电机的塔筒的内部。
较佳地,所述塔筒的爬梯架设有一沿竖直方向的导轨,所述踏板本体具有使所述用于风力发电机的穿梭装置能够沿所述导轨滑动的导轨滑件。导轨滑件可以采用套设于导轨外部的方式,也可以采用嵌设于导轨内部的方式来实现与导轨之间的滑动连接。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:通过在风力发电机的爬梯架上安装穿梭装置,使得工作人员在进出风力发电机的机舱时可以省时省力,并提高了安全性。

下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
实施例1
请结合图1予以理解,一种用于风力发电机的穿梭装置,其包括有:一升降装置1、一用于防止升降装置1坠落的安全保护装置、一用于控制升降装置1升降的控制装置2。控制装置2包括一用于控制升降装置1上升的上升按钮、一用于控制升降装置1下降的下行按钮、一用于控制升降装置1停止运行的停止按钮。
请结合图2予以理解,升降装置1包括一踏板本体3、一提升机7,提
升机7设置于踏板本体3的内部。安全保护装置为安全锁8,安全锁8固定于升降装置1的踏板本体3上。安全锁8能够防止升降装置1的坠落。一扶手5设置于踏板本体3上。
请结合图1-2予以理解,控制装置2与升降装置1电连接。穿梭装置还可以包括一触发器以配合升降装置1上安装的下限位开关。当升降装置1与触发器接触后,触发器触发升降装置1的下限位开关,使升降装置停止运行。下限位开关可以设置在下限位盘4上,下限位盘4设置于升降装置1的底部。
实施例2
本发明还包括一种风力发电机,其包括实施例1中的用于风力发电机的穿梭装置。由于采用了实施例1中的用于风力发电机的穿梭装置,使得塔筒内的有限空间被充分利用了起来,使工作人员在上下爬梯架的时候更加省力。而将用于风力发电机的穿梭装置设置于塔筒内是本发明的一个发明点。
请结合图1、图3予以理解,用于风力发电机的穿梭装置设置于风力发电机的塔筒的内部。所述塔筒的爬梯架9上设有一沿竖直方向的导轨6,踏板本体3具有使得用于风力发电机的穿梭装置能够沿导轨6滑动的导轨滑件10。本方案中,导轨滑件10是嵌设于导轨6内,实现与导轨6之间的滑动连接。也可以采用将导轨滑件套设于导轨外部的方式实现两者之间的连接。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这些仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
- 一种用于风力发电机的穿梭装置,其包括有:一升降装置、一用于防止所述升降装置坠落的安全保护装置、一用于控制所述升降装置升降的控制装置,其特征在于,所述升降装置包括一踏板本体、一提升机,所述提升机设置于所述踏板本体,所述安全保护装置固定于所述升降装置,所述控制装置与所述升降装置电连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的用于风力发电机的穿梭装置,其特征在于,所述穿梭装置还包括一触发器,所述升降装置上设有一当所述升降装置与所述触发器接触时使所述升降装置停止运行的下限位开关。
- 如权利要求1-2中至少一项所述的用于风力发电机的穿梭装置,其特征在于,所述安全保护装置为一防止所述升降装置坠落的安全锁。
- 如权利要求1-3中至少一项所述的用于风力发电机的穿梭装置,其特征在于,所述控制装置包括一用于控制所述升降装置上升的上升按钮、一用于控制所述升降装置下降的下行按钮、一用于控制所述升降装置停止运行的停止按钮。
- 如权利要求1-4中至少一项所述的用于风力发电机的穿梭装置,其特征在于,所述提升机设置于所述踏板本体的内部。
- 如权利要求1-5中至少一项所述的用于风力发电机的穿梭装置,其特征在于,一扶手设置于所述踏板本体。
- 一种风力发电机,其特征在于,其包括如权利要求1-6中至少一项所述的用于风力发电机的穿梭装置。
- 如权利要求7所述的风力发电机,其特征在于,所述用于风力发电机的穿梭装置设置于所述风力发电机的塔筒的内部。
- 如权利要求8所述的风力发电机,其特征在于,所述塔筒的爬梯架设有一沿竖直方向的导轨,所述踏板本体具有使所述用于风力发电机的穿梭 装置能够沿所述导轨滑动的导轨滑件。
