一种降低掉话率的方法、装置及系统 技术领域

背景技术
为了保证语音业务的连续性,在LTE系统中,如果演进型节点B(eNB,evolved Node B)向移动性管理实体(MME,Mobility Management Entity)发起上下文释放请求(UE CONTEXT RELEASE REQUEST)时,MME一般不保留保证比特速率(GBR,Guranteed Bit Rate)承载,这就会造成用户设备(UE,User Equipment)在LTE或其他系统中重新接入后,不能快速恢复语音承载,容易导致UE掉话,影响用户的语音业务体验。

  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述接收eNB发送的UE上下文释放请求或者ERAB释放指示消息,包括:
    接收eNB基于覆盖的Intra-RAT Redirection发送的UE上下文释放请求;或者
    接收eNB基于策略判决的需要发送的ERAB释放指示消息。
  8. 根据权利要求5至7任一项所述的装置,其中,
    所述保留GBR承载,用于恢复所述UE的语音业务。
  9. 一种降低用户设备UE掉话率的系统,包括:演进型节点eNB,移动性管理实体MME;
    所述eNB,设置为向MME发送携带有特定标识UE上下文释放请求或者演进的无线接入承载ERAB释放指示消息;所述特定标识用于指示保留保证比特速率GBR承载;
    所述MME,设置为接收所述UE上下文释放请求或者ERAB释放指示消息,并在检测到所述特定标识时,保留GBR承载;所述保留GBR承载,用于恢复所述UE的语音业务。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述特定标识包括:系统间重定向Intra-RAT Redirection,或者保证比特速率保持GBR preserve。
  11. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1~4任一项所述的方法。
