Description

一种语音业务建立方法、装置及设备 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其是涉及一种语音业务建立方法、装置及设备。
背景技术
长期演进网络语音业务(英文:Voice over Long Term Evolution,缩写:VoLTE)中,用户设备(英文:user equipment,缩写:UE)之间进行语音通信时,若一方处于空闲态,另一方向该处于空闲态的用户设备发起语音呼叫时,IP多媒体子系统(英文:IP Multimedia Subsystem,缩写:IMS)将接收到的语音呼叫请求,通过策略控制和计费规则功能单元(英文:Policy Control and Charging Rules Function,缩写:PCRF)与演进型分组核心网(英文:Evolved Packet Core,缩写:EPC)中的各网元通讯。由EPC网络完成语音呼叫的动作。
UE A处于空闲态,此时UE B向UE A语音呼叫,IMS系统接收UE B发送的语音呼叫请求,通过PCRF与EPC网元通讯,由EPC网络完成呼叫UE B的动作。其中EPC网络在接收到收到IMS网络的传输的语音呼叫请求时,触发创建专有承载的流程,用于承载UE A和UE B之间的语音业务。其中EPC网络中包括分组数据网关(英文:Packet Data Network Gateway,Gateway缩写:PDN GW)、服务网关(英文:Serving Gateway,缩写:SGW)、移动性管理实体(英文:Mobility Management Entity,缩写:MME)和演进型网络基站(英文:evolved NodeB,缩写:eNodeB)等主要网元实体。PCRF将接收到的语音呼叫请求转发给PDN GW,PDN GW在接收到语音呼叫请求时,向SGW发送语音呼叫触发消息,SGW接收到语音呼叫触发消息时,根据语音呼叫触发消息中的IMS的指示,向MME触发创建用于承载语音业务的创建承载请求。MME在接收到用于承载语音业务的创建承载请求时,向eNodeB发送寻呼(英文:Paging)UE A的Paging消息,eNodeB接收到Paging消息 时,寻呼UE A,UE A接收到Paging消息时,与网络重新建立连接,进而完成语音承载的创建。
但是,在创建语音承载的过程中,若eNodeB接收到Paging消息时系统负荷较高,对于Paging消息,可能采用缓存延迟处理甚至丢弃的处理方式,导致语音承载创建延迟或是失败。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种语音业务建立方法、装置及设备,用于解决在创建语音承载的过程中,若eNodeB接收到Paging消息时系统负荷较高,导致语音承载创建延迟或是失败的问题。
第一方面,提供了一种语音业务建立方法,包括:移动性管理实体MME接收用于寻呼空闲态用户设备UE的承载触发消息;所述MME在确定出所述承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息时,提高用于寻呼空闲态UE的寻呼Paging消息的优先级;将提高优先级后的所述Paging消息发送给基站,用于寻呼所述空闲态UE。

通过采用上述技术方案,MME在接收到创建承载请求时,判断是否是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息,根据判断结果,在确定出是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息时,提高发送给eNodeB的Paging消息的优先级,并根据优先级,分配网络资源,寻呼空闲态UE,从而建立语音业务的承载,通过分配优先级,能够解决由于系统负荷较高、可能采用缓存延迟处理甚至丢弃的处理方式,导致语音承载创建延迟或是失败,影响用户感知的问题。

具体实施方式
针对在创建语音承载的过程中,若eNodeB接收到Paging消息时系统负荷较高,处理Paging消息时可能采用缓存延迟处理甚至丢弃的处理方式,导致语音承载创建延迟或是失败,影响用户感知的问题,本发明实施例提出的技术方案中,MME在接收到创建承载请求时,判断是否是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息,根据判断结果,在确定出是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息时,提高发送给eNodeB的Paging消息的优先级,并根据优先级,分配网络资源,寻呼空闲态UE,从而建立语音业务的承载,通过分配优先级,能够解决由于系统负荷较高、可能采用缓存延迟处理甚至丢弃的处理方式,导致语音承载创建延迟或是失败,影响用户感知的问题。
下面将结合各个附图对本发明实施例技术方案的主要实现原理、具体实施方式及其对应能够达到的有益效果进行详细地阐述。
实施例一
本发明实施例一提出一种语音业务建立方法,该方法应用于3GPP系统架构中,如图1所示,主要包括SGW、MME、eNodeB、UE等网元设备。其中:
MME,是3GPP协议规定中的LTE接入网络的控制节点,用于负责空闲态UE的定位、以及传呼过程,包括中继。即MME是用于负责信令处理的网元设备。MME涉及承载(英文:bearer)激活/关闭过程。当一个UE初始化后接入到系统时,MME为该UE选择一个SGW。通过和HSS交互完成UE的认证,以及为该UE分配临时ID。MME支持在设定权限范围内,对UE进行拦截、监听。MME为2G/3G接入系统提供了控制函数接收器,通过S3接收器。为漫游UE、面向HSS同样提供了S6a接收器。
如图2所示,本发明实施例一提出的技术方案中,详细阐述UE 2向处于空闲态的UE1发起语音呼叫,IMS系统接收UE B发送的语音呼叫请求,通 过PCRF与EPC网元通讯,由EPC网络完成呼叫UE B的动作,语音业务建立流程具体如下述:
步骤11,UE 2发送语音呼叫请求。
UE 2发送语音呼叫请求,请求寻呼处于空闲态的UE1。
步骤12,PCRF将接收到的语音呼叫请求通过PDN GW、SGW转发给MME,用于寻呼UE1。
步骤13,MME接收用于寻呼空闲态UE2的承载触发消息。
步骤14,MME根据接收到的承载触发消息,判断该承载触发消息是否是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息。
其中,MME判断承载触发消息是否是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息可以包含下述两种方式中的一种:
第一种方式:承载触发消息包括创建承载请求(英文:Create Bearer Request)
该种方式中,MME按照下述方式确定承载触发消息是否是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息:
首先,MME在接收到的Create Bearer Request中,获得服务质量(英文:Quality of Service,缩写:QoS)分类识别码(英文:QoS Class Identifier,缩写:QCI)。
其次,确定获得的QCI是否是有效值。
再次,在QCI是有效值时,确定该接收到的承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息。
根据IMS的不同配置,若SGW触发了Create Bearer Request消息,MME判断Create Bearer Request消息中QCI是否为1,如果QCI为1,则该Create Bearer Request消息是用于创建语音承载。因此,对于QCI=1的Create Bearer Request消息,MME采用优先调度的方式,可以保证在系统拥塞或者紧急状况下优先获取网络资源。
第二种方式:承载触发消息包括下行数据通知(英文:Downlink Data  Notification)消息。
该种方式中,MME按照下述方式确定接收到的承载触发消息是否是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息:
首先,MME在接收到的Downlink Data Notification消息中,获得演进分组系统(英文:Evolved Packet System,缩写:EPS)承载标识(英文:EPS Bearer ID)。
其次,在确定出EPS Bearer ID是创建用于承载语音业务承载的承载标识时,确定承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息。
该种方式中,若SGW触发了Downlink Data Notification消息,MME判断Downlink Data Notification消息中的EPS Bearer ID是否为语音承载的Bearer ID,对于EPS Bearer ID为语音承载的Downlink Data Notification消息,MME会采用优先调度的方式,可以保证在系统拥塞或者紧急状况下优先获取网络资源。
步骤15,MME在确定出承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息时,确定该承载触发消息的优先级。
其中,MME可以将发送给基站的Paging消息中的优先级信元寻呼优先级设置为最高优先级。
步骤16,按照优先级分配网络资源,将寻呼消息发送给eNodeB。
一种较佳地实现方式,本发明实施例一提出的技术方案中,MME采用优先级调度算法,在发送给eNodeB的PS Paging消息中,将优先级信元的寻呼优先级(英文:Paging Priority)设置为最高优先级。
步骤17,eNodeB接收到Paging消息,寻呼空闲态UE 2。
eNodeB接收到Paging消息,获得Paging消息的优先级,按照优先级分配网络资源,寻呼所述空闲态UE2。eNodeB可以在接收到的Paging消息中的优先级信元优先级中,获得Paging消息的优先级。
一种较佳地实现方式,本发明实施例一提出的技术方案中,eNodeB接收到Paging Priority为最高优先级的Paging消息,提高此消息的处理等级,确保 在网络拥塞或者紧急状况下高优先级处理Paging Priority为最高优先级的Paging流程。
Paging业务的触发原因,可以是数据业务,也可以是语音业务。当被叫UE处于空闲态(即释放无线侧资源)时,如果网络需要寻呼该UE,期望UE进行被叫数据业务或被叫语音业务时,即会触发Paging流程。在EPC系统中,为了节省无线侧资源,会有较多UE处于空闲态,因此Paging的量级往往比较高。通常情况下,语音业务触发的Paging,如果因为网络拥塞未能及时响应处理,会导致用户被叫失败,影响用户感知。在LTE网络中,语音业务、数据业务触发的Paging并未进行区分。因此,如果当时网络拥塞,或者Paging的量级过高时,MME、eNodeB网元均可能会随机丢弃Paging消息,如果丢弃的是语音业务触发的Paging,对于被叫的空闲态UE而言,其被叫成功率可能因此而降低,基于此,本发明实施例一上述提出的技术方案中,在接收到承载触发消息时,通过判断承载触发消息类型,从而在确定出是语音业务承载的消息时,通过设定优先级的方式,保证该承载触发消息优先处理,从而可以解决在创建语音承载的过程中,若eNodeB接收到Paging消息时系统负荷较高,对于Paging消息,可能采用缓存延迟处理甚至丢弃的处理方式,导致语音承载创建延迟或是失败的问题,提高被叫用户被寻呼到的概率,进而提升被叫成功率。
实施例二
本发明实施例二提出一种语音业务建立方法,如图3所示,其处理流程如下述:
步骤31,MME接收用于寻呼空闲态UE的承载触发消息。
为便于阐述,本发明实施例二提出的技术方案中,以UE 2向处于空闲态的UE1发起语音呼叫,IMS系统接收UE B发送的语音呼叫请求,通过PCRF与EPC网元通讯,由EPC网络完成呼叫UE B的动作为例进行详细阐述。
UE 2发送语音呼叫请求,请求寻呼处于空闲态的UE1。PCRF将接收到的语音呼叫请求通过PDN GW、SGW转发给MME,用于寻呼UE1。MME 接收用于寻呼空闲态UE2的承载触发消息。
步骤32,MME根据接收到的承载触发消息,判断该承载触发消息是否是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息。
其中,MME判断承载触发消息是否是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息可以包含下述两种方式中的一种:
第一种方式:承载触发消息包括创建承载请求(英文:Create Bearer Request)

相应地,本发明实例二还提出一种语音业务建立设备,如图5所示,包括接收器和处理器,接收器和处理器之间可以通过总线连接:
接收器501,用于接收用于寻呼空闲态用户设备UE的承载触发消息。
处理器502,用于确定所述承载触发消息是否是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息;在确定出所述承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息时,提高用于寻呼空闲态UE的寻呼Paging消息的优先级;
发送器503,用于将提高优先级后的所述Paging消息通过所述接口器501器发送给基站,用于寻呼所述空闲态UE。
接收器和发送器中的接口可以为以下一种或多种:提供有线接口的网络接口控制器(英文:network interface controller,缩写:NIC),例如以太网NIC,该以太网NIC可以提供铜线和/或光纤接口;提供无线接口的NIC,例如无线局域网(英文:wireless local area network,缩写:WLAN)NIC。
处理器可以是中央处理器(英文:central processing unit,缩写:CPU),或者是CPU和硬件芯片的组合。信号处理器还可以是网络处理器(英文:network processor,缩写:NP)。或者是CPU和NP的组合,或者是NP和硬件芯片的组合。
上述硬件芯片可以是以下一种或多种的组合:专用集成电路(英文:application-specific integrated circuit,缩写:ASIC),现场可编程逻辑门阵列(英文:field-programmable gate array,缩写:FPGA),复杂可编程逻辑器件(英文:complex programmable logic device,缩写:CPLD)。
其中,所述承载触发消息包括创建承载请求Create Bearer Request;所述处理器,具体用于在接收到的Create Bearer Request中,获得服务质量分类识别码QCI;确定获得的所述QCI是否是有效值;在所述QCI是有效值时,确定所述承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息。
其中,所述承载触发消息包括下行数据通知Downlink Data Notification消息;所述处理器,具体用于在接收到的Downlink Data Notification消息中,获得演进分组系统承载标识EPS Bearer ID;在确定出所述EPS Bearer ID是创建用于承载语音业务承载的承载标识时,确定所述承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息。
所述处理器,具体用于将发送给基站的Paging消息中的优先级信元优先级设置为最高优先级。
实施例三
在基站侧,本发明实施例三提出一种语音业务建立方法,如图6所示,其具体处理流程如下述:
步骤61,基站接收用于寻呼空闲态UE的Paging消息。
步骤62,获得Paging消息的优先级。
其中Paging消息的优先级是MME在确定出接收到的承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息时提高后的优先级。
可以在接收到的Paging消息中的优先级信元优先级中,获得Paging消息的优先级。
步骤63,按照优先级分配网络资源,寻呼空闲态UE。
相应地,本发明实施例三还提出一种语音业务建立装置,如图7所示,包括:
接收模块601,用于接收用于寻呼空闲态用户设备UE的寻呼Paging消息。
获得模块602,用于获得所述Paging消息的优先级,其中所述Paging消息的优先级是移动性管理实体MME在确定出接收到的承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息时提高后的优先级。
具体地,所述获得模块602,具体用于在接收到的Paging消息中的优先级信元优先级中,获得所述Paging消息的优先级。
寻呼模块603,用于按照所述优先级分配网络资源,寻呼所述空闲态UE。
相应地,本发明实施例三还提出一种语音业务建立设备,其结构组成请参见图8所示,包括接收器和处理器,接收器和处理器之间可以通过总线连接:
接收器801,用于接收用于寻呼空闲态用户设备UE的寻呼Paging消息。
处理器802,用于获得所述Paging消息的优先级,其中所述Paging消息的优先级是移动性管理实体MME在确定出接收到的承载触发消息是创建用 于承载语音业务承载的消息时提高后的优先级;按照所述优先级分配网络资源,寻呼所述空闲态UE。
具体地,上述处理器802,具体用于在接收到的Paging消息中的优先级信元优先级中,获得所述Paging消息的优先级。

这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
尽管已描述了本发明的优选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例作出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例落入本发明范围的所有变更和修改。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种语音业务建立方法,其特征在于,包括:
    移动性管理实体MME接收用于寻呼空闲态用户设备UE的承载触发消息;
    所述MME在确定出所述承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息时,提高用于寻呼空闲态UE的寻呼Paging消息的优先级;
    将提高优先级后的所述Paging消息发送给基站,用于寻呼所述空闲态UE。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述承载触发消息包括创建承载请求Create Bearer Request;
    所述MME按照下述方式确定所述承载触发消息是否是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息:
    所述MME在接收到的Create Bearer Request中,获得服务质量分类识别码QCI;
    确定获得的所述QCI是否是有效值;
    在所述QCI是有效值时,确定所述承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其其特征在于,所述承载触发消息包括下行数据通知Downlink Data Notification消息;
    所述MME按照下述方式确定所述寻呼消息是否是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息:
    所述MME在接收到的Downlink Data Notification消息中,获得演进分组系统承载标识EPS Bearer ID;
    在确定出所述EPS Bearer ID是创建用于承载语音业务承载的承载标识时,确定所述承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息。
  4. 如权利要求1~3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,提高用于寻呼空闲态UE的Paging消息的优先级,包括:
    将发送给基站的Paging消息中的优先级信元优先级设置为最高优先级。
  5. 一种语音业务建立方法,其特征在于,包括:
    基站接收用于寻呼空闲态用户设备UE的寻呼Paging消息;
    获得所述Paging消息的优先级,其中所述Paging消息的优先级是移动性管理实体MME在确定出接收到的承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息时提高后的优先级;
    按照所述优先级分配网络资源,寻呼所述空闲态UE。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,获得所述Paging消息的优先级,包括:
    在接收到的Paging消息中的优先级信元优先级中,获得所述Paging消息的优先级。
  7. 一种语音业务建立装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用于寻呼空闲态用户设备UE的承载触发消息;
    确定模块,用于确定所述承载触发消息是否是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息;
    执行模块,用于在确定出所述承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息时,提高用于寻呼空闲态UE的寻呼Paging消息的优先级;
    发送模块,用于将提高优先级后的所述Paging消息发送给基站,用于寻呼所述空闲态UE。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述承载触发消息包括创建承载请求Create Bearer Request;所述确定模块,具体用于在接收到的Create Bearer Request中,获得服务质量分类识别码QCI;确定获得的所述QCI是否是有效值;在所述QCI是有效值时,确定所述承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其其特征在于,所述承载触发消息包括下行数据通知Downlink Data Notification消息;所述确定模块,具体用于在接收到的Downlink Data Notification消息中,获得演进分组系统承载标识EPS  Bearer ID;在确定出所述EPS Bearer ID是创建用于承载语音业务承载的承载标识时,确定所述承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息。
  10. 如权利要求7~9任一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述执行模块,具体用于将发送给基站的Paging消息中的优先级信元优先级设置为最高优先级。
  11. 一种语音业务建立装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用于寻呼空闲态用户设备UE的寻呼Paging消息;
    获得模块,用于获得所述Paging消息的优先级,其中所述Paging消息的优先级是移动性管理实体MME在确定出接收到的承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息时提高后的优先级;
    寻呼模块,用于按照所述优先级分配网络资源,寻呼所述空闲态UE。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获得模块,具体用于在接收到的Paging消息中的优先级信元优先级中,获得所述Paging消息的优先级。
  13. 一种语音业务建立设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收器,用于接收用于寻呼空闲态用户设备UE的承载触发消息;
    处理器,用于确定所述承载触发消息是否是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息;在确定出所述承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息时,提高用于寻呼空闲态UE的寻呼Paging消息的优先级;
    发送器,用于将提高优先级后的所述Paging消息通过所述接收器发送给基站,用于寻呼所述空闲态UE。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的设备,其特征在于,所述承载触发消息包括创建承载请求Create Bearer Request;所述处理器,具体用于在接收到的Create Bearer Request中,获得服务质量分类识别码QCI;确定获得的所述QCI是否是有效值;在所述QCI是有效值时,确定所述承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的设备,其其特征在于,所述承载触发消息包括 下行数据通知Downlink Data Notification消息;所述处理器,具体用于在接收到的Downlink Data Notification消息中,获得演进分组系统承载标识EPS Bearer ID;在确定出所述EPS Bearer ID是创建用于承载语音业务承载的承载标识时,确定所述承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息。
  16. 如权利要求13~15任一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理器,具体用于将发送给基站的Paging消息中的优先级信元优先级设置为最高优先级。
  17. 一种语音业务建立设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收器,用于接收用于寻呼空闲态用户设备UE的寻呼Paging消息;
    处理器,用于获得所述Paging消息的优先级,其中所述Paging消息的优先级是移动性管理实体MME在确定出接收到的承载触发消息是创建用于承载语音业务承载的消息时提高后的优先级;按照所述优先级分配网络资源,寻呼所述空闲态UE。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理器,具体用于在接收到的Paging消息中的优先级信元优先级中,获得所述Paging消息的优先级。
