Description
ADVANCED SPRING SYSTEM FOR SPRING BEARINGS
Technological Field:
Invention is related to bed springs system consisted of two layers with the elasticity to be formed as physical structure of human body to be used in bed constructions, sofa and couch constructions.
State of the art:
Sleep is the time of period that human body uses to renew and rest itself since the first times until today. An uninterrupted sleep is a good way to eliminate the tiredness of the day and to start the next day vigorously and ready. The most important thing for sleeping is how efficient the one sleeps rather than how many hours he/she sleeps.
Bed, pillow, sofa and couches are introduced to the market by relevant companies to make the sleep more efficient, it was observed that these launched products couldn't meet the expectations of the consumer. It's known that consumer expects that orthopedic bed and pillows suitable for human body are constructed. Many products are presented to the taste of the consumer in that direction.
Considering that main idea of anything developed is human being, it's a very normal thing that each new and developing product is directly connected with human beings and derived from human needs. Sleep, extending from first ages to the modern day and forming the integral part of 24-hour cycle, has led to the development of the comfortable beds in line with the needs. Along with developing technology, comfort of human life has increased and continued until orthopedic beds that we use today. However, although there are double spring beds, a spring system that will extend the bed life and minimize the wearing of springs and absorb the load hasn't been developed yet.
Bed, pillow, sofa and couches are launched by relevant companies to make the sleep more efficient. It was observed that these launched products couldn't meet the expectations of the consumer. It's known that consumer expects that orthopedic bed and pillows suitable for human body are constructed. Many products are presented to the taste of the consumer in that direction. Air gaps in the system that is developed for this purpose in the patent no. US 2010/0139006 are made of the combination of upper surface of the bottom small pocket and lower surface of the top small pocket as to prevent the contact with each other. When the construction in the patent with application no. US 2010/0139006 is examined, it's seen that air gaps providing the elasticity are collected on the central part of the bed. There are sections which are called as pockets in our invention instead of air gap just under the upper and lower
surfaces. These sections restore the loads back on the head, neck, back and waist parts as a reaction based on the principle of action and reaction and causes discomfort.
In the patent subjecting "Ultra orthopedic bed" which was processed in TPE records with application no. 201 1 /03068; the invention contains silver ionic fabrics to increase the sleep quality and produced with SL spring technology and presents both comfortable and ergonomic product for the ones preferring hard beds. This SL spring system is a spring system developed for full orthopedic and hard beds. Furthermore, it's mentioned that this ultra- orthopedic bed contains anti-bacterial, anti-odor, anti-static and anti-stress characteristics.
Considering the products within the current system, it's seen that there are hard-surface beds that do not support the body completely and rather apply more pressures on the body. These affect the sleep routine of the user and causes them to experience more inefficient, unhealthy sleep process.
Considering all above-mentioned negative facts, spring system, subject of the invention, is developed.
Intended Use:
The invention aims that the bed fully supports the body when the one lies based on the anatomic structure of the body.
The invention aims to ensure that much pressure is not applied on various parts of the body and thus blood circulation is not affected.
The invention aims that the bed gets the form of the body completely by using springs at different heights and gives softer feeling when someone lies on it.
The invention aims to provide healthier and more efficient sleep.

Description of the Invention:
Invention is related to bed springs system consisted of two layers with the elasticity to be formed as physical structure of human body to be used in bed constructions, sofa and couch construction and characterized in that it contains soft spring layer ( 1 ) and hard spring layer (2).
When load falls on the springs in normal constructions, the springs restores the majority of the applied pressure as a reaction and this triggers turning right and left during the seep as it affects the blood circulation. Therefore, this case restrains the complete resting of the brain during the sleep. What user wants from a bed is that the bed easily gets the anatomic form of the body and that it doesn't apply any pressure on the body when getting this form. The invention contains a bed spring unit consisted of two layers to ensure healthier and more efficient sleep.
Soft spring layer positioned on the upper section (1) and hard spring layer positioned on the lower section (2) completely differs from each other in terms of both shape and hardness. Soft spring layer positioned on the top (1 ) is the part in direct contact with the body. Therefore, its shape was created based on the anatomic structure of the body. As it completely supports the body when someone lies on it, it ensures that much pressure is prevented to be applied on the various parts of the body and thus, it doesn't affect the blood circulation negatively.
Hard spring layer positioned on the lower section (2) is processed with a geometry to comply with the soft spring layer (1). Hard spring layer (2) is produced from thick wires as to be stabilized against the pressure and it ensures the balance within the product.
As can be seen on the figures; all of the springs belonging to the soft spring layer (1) and hard spring layer (2) are manufactured at different heights from each other and these different heights are aligned side by side and attached as to take the from of "horizontal s".
Anatomic structure of our body has different regional weight distribution. For example; weight distribution on the shoulders and weight on the waists or weight on the hip are totally different from each other. Therefore, the pressure applied by the hips on the unit may be much more than the other regions and transition of this sinking to the waist regions may discomfort the body during the sleep. The feeling on the springs with same diameters but different heights softens as much as the length of the springs extends. Thus, it becomes much more easy to get the form of the body. As the sections with short springs comes up to the openings under the hip and the waist, as there isn't so much sinking, no pressure is applied on the body. It is also beneficial that it doesn't affect the blood circulation in the human body in a negative way thanks to that feature.
Claims
1. Invention is related to spring development system consisted of two layers with the elasticity to be formed as physical structure of human body to be used in bed constructions, sofa and couch construction and characterized in that it contains soft spring layer (1) and hard spring layer (2).
2. An invention according to claim 1 , characterized in that it contains soft spring layer
(1) which directly contacts with the body and completely supports the body when someone lies on it and it ensures that much pressure is prevented to be applied on the various parts of the body and it affects the blood circulation in a poisitive way.
3. An invention according to claim 1 , characterized in that it contains hard spring layer
(2) which is precessed with a geometry to comply with soft spring layer (1 ) and produced from thick wires as to be stabilized against the pressure and ensures the balance within the product.
