接收模块,设置为接收设置在第一终端的第一SIM卡的第一操作指令;
检测模块,设置为检测所述第一操作指令是否指示对第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作;
指示模块,设置为若所述第一操作指令是指示对所述第二SIM卡进行操作,则执行所述第一操作指令,在所述第一终端上对所述第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作。
通过本发明,接收设置在第一终端的第一SIM卡的第一操作指令,检测该第一操作指令是否指示对第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作,该第二终端处于关机状态,若该第一操作指令是指示对该第二SIM卡进行操作,则执行该第一操作指令在该第一终端上对该第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作,解决相关技术中终端在关机的状态下,无法继续使用终端中的SIM卡问题,实现了终端在关机的状态下,该终端中SIM卡继续被使用。

具体实施方式
下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
需要说明的是,本发明的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。
在本实施例中提供了一种客户识别模块SIM卡的处理方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的一种客户识别模块SIM卡的处理方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,接收设置在第一终端的第一SIM卡的第一操作指令;
步骤S104,检测该第一操作指令是否指示对第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作,该第二终端处于关机状态;
步骤S106,若该第一操作指令是指示对该第二SIM卡进行操作,则执行该第一操作指令在该第一终端上对该第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作。
通过上述步骤,接收设置在第一终端的第一SIM卡的第一操作指令,检测该第一操作指令是否指示对第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作,该第二终端处于关机状态,若该第一操作指令是指示对该第二SIM卡进行操作,则执行该第一操作指令在该第一终端上对该第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作,针对相关技术中,在终端处于关机状态,无法读取该终端的SIM卡信息,或者,使用该终端的SIM卡,本发明的实施例通过另一终端读取或者使用该终端的SIM卡,解决了相关技术中终端在关机的状态下,无法继续使用终端中的SIM卡问题,实现了终端在关机的状态下,该终端中SIM卡继续被使用。
在本实施例中,在该第一终端上对该第二终端中的该第二SIM卡进行操作可以有很多方式,其中,第一终端对本身第一SIM卡的操作对第二SIM卡进行操作都可以实现,例如,从该第一终端向该第二SIM卡发送第二操作指令,其中,该第二操作指令用于指示以下至少之一:通讯,网络数据处理业务,读取电话本。
在本实施例中,第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡连接可以有多种方式,可以通过第一终端的外设接口连接到所述第二终端的外设接口,其中,可以通过该第一终端的第一USB接口和该第二终端的第二USB接口的连接发送该第二操作指令,其中,该第一USB接口与该第一SIM卡连接,该第二USB接口与该第二SIM卡连接。
还可以通过该第一终端的第一耳机接口和该第二终端的第二耳机接口的连接发送该第二操作指令,其中,该第一耳机接口与该第一SIM卡连接,该第二耳机接口与该第二SIM卡连接。
在本实施例中,该第一终端通过第一连接和第二连接线向该第二SIM卡发送第二操作指令,其中,该第一连接线连接该第一USB接口与该第一SIM卡,该第二连接线连接该第二USB接口与该第二SIM卡连接,该第一连接线和该第二连接线包括:数据输入输出引脚,复位引脚,接地端引脚,电源引脚,时钟引脚。
在本实施例中,第一终端可以选择是否对第二终端的第二SIM卡进行操作,还是对本身的第一SIM卡进行操作,通过接收该第一终端的选择指令,该选择指令用于指示该第一USB接口与该第一SIM卡是否处以连接状态;
在该选择指令指示该第一USB接口与该第一SIM卡处以连接状态的情况下,检测该第一操作指令是否指示对第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作。
在本实施例中,第二终端要给该第一终端操作的指示,该第一终端可以接收该第二终端的开关指令,该开关指令用于指示该第二USB接口是否与该第二SIM卡之间处于短路连接状态;
在该开关指令指示该第二USB接口与该第二SIM卡之间处于短路连接状态的情况下,该第一终端向该第二SIM卡发送第二操作指令。
根据本发明的另外一个实施例,还提供了一种客户识别模块SIM卡的处理装置,位于第一终端中,包括:第一SIM卡;
该第一SIM卡设置为与处于关机状态的第二终端的第二SIM卡连接,其中,该第一终端通过该第一SIM卡对该第二终端的该第二SIM卡进行操作。
该第一终端还包括:第一USB接口;
通过该第一USB接口和该第二终端的第二USB接口的连接,来建立该第一SIM卡与该第二SIM卡连接,其中,该第一USB接口与该第一SIM卡连接,该第二USB接口与该第二SIM卡连接。
该第一终端还包括:第一耳机接口;
通过该第一终端的该第一耳机接口和该第二终端的第二耳机接口的连接发送该第二操作指令,其中,该第一耳机接口与该第一SIM卡连接,该第二耳机接口与该第二SIM卡连接。
还可以通过第一连接线连接该第一USB接口与该第一SIM卡;该第一连接线包括:数据输入输出接口,复位接口,接地端接口,电源接口,时钟接口。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,还提供了一种客户识别模块SIM卡的处理装置,位于第二终端中,包括:第二SIM卡;
该第二SIM卡与第一终端的第一SIM卡连接,该第二终端处于关机状态,其中,该第一终端通过该第一SIM卡对该第二SIM卡进行操作。
该第二终端还包括:第二USB接口;
通过第二连接线连接该第二USB接口与该第二SIM卡连接,该第二连接线包括:数据输入输出引脚,复位引脚,接地端引脚,电源引脚,时钟引脚。
该第二终端还包括:第二耳机接口;
通过该第二终端的该第二耳机接口和该第一终端的第一耳机接口的连接发送该第二操作指令,其中,该第一耳机接口与该第一SIM卡连接,该第二耳机接口与该第二SIM卡连接。
在本发明的实施例中,在该第二USB接口与该第一SIM卡连接线路上设置开关电路,在该第二终端处于关机状态下,该第二USB接口与该第一SIM卡之间处于短路连接状态。
在本实施例中还提供了一种客户识别模块SIM卡的处理装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本发明实施例的一种客户识别模块SIM卡的处理装置的结构框图,如图2所示,该装置位于第一终端中,该装置包括:
接收模块22,设置为接收设置在第一终端的第一SIM卡的第一操作指令;
检测模块24,设置为检测该第一操作指令是否指示对第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作;
指示模块26,设置为若该第一操作指令是指示对该第二SIM卡进行操作,则执行该第一操作指令在该第一终端上对该第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作。
通过上述装置,接收模块22接收设置在第一终端的第一SIM卡的第一操作指令,检测模块24检测该第一操作指令是否指示对第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作,若该第一操作指令是指示对该第二SIM卡进行操作,指示模块26则执行该第一操作指令在该第一终端上对该第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作,针对相关技术中,在终端处于关机状态,无法读取该终端的SIM卡信息,或者,使用该终端的SIM卡,本发明的实施例通过另一终端读取或者使用该终端的SIM卡,解决了相关技术中终端在关机的状态下,无法继续使用终端中的SIM卡问题,实现了终端在关机的状态下,该终端中SIM卡继续被使用。
下面结合优选实施例和实施方式对本发明进行说明。
图3是根据本优选实施例装置模块示意图,如图3所示,该装置包括主手机装置、USB接口-USB接口线,辅助手机装置。发明的SIM卡转接装置由四部分组成,分别为主控子系统(被附着的手机),SIM卡开关切换装置、连接线系统(USB-USB转接线),辅助控制子系统(已经关机的手机)。其中连接线系统(USB-USB转接线)完成数据的传输,这只是物理连接,不需要加电。其中主控子系统(被附着的手机)系统用于建立SIM卡工作环境,需要加载的SIM卡正常工作。其中主控子系统完成数据的加载以及SIM卡应用等的统一控制元管理。
本优选实施例描述了一种利用辅助手机加载已经关机的SIM卡应用,从而使已经关机的手机的SIM卡能够继续正常使用的方法和装置。用户在使用前必须准备好辅助手机和USB-USB连接线,这种USB连接口是适用本手机的USB口,比如微型通用串行总线(Micro Universal Serial Bus,简称为micro-USB)接口等,后续的使用步骤包括:
第一步:用户手机关机时,使用USB-USB连接辅助手机;
第二步:用户在辅助手机上进行已经关机的手机里面的SIM卡的加载动作,这个过程需要开关切换;
第三步:用户在辅助手机上进行打电话或者上网等动作。
如图3所示,当手机关机时,此手机作为辅助控制子系统,因为用户希望继续用这个手机里的SIM卡,因此,用户用连接线系统将此关机的手机和主控子系统(被附着的手机)建立物理连接,同时触发主控子系统,进入SIM卡开关工作状态,切换至用户希望工作的SIM卡上,使关机手机中的SIM卡继续在主控子系统上继续工作。
本优选实施例从物理连接的角度上阐述,图4是根据本发明优选实施例的U/SIM卡的接口示意图,如图4所示,
SIM卡同移动台设备连接时至少需5个连接线:数据I/O口(Data)、复位(RST)、接地端(GND)、电源(VCC)、时钟(CLK)。
图5是根据本发明优选实施例的Micro USB接口示意图,如图5所示,包括,黑线,空端,绿线,白线,红线。表1是Micro USB线接口定义。

图6是根据本发明优选实施例的U/SIM卡-Micro USB连接示意图,如图6所示,SIM卡接口和Micro USB接口建立物理连接,该物理连接是在附手机和主手机手机内部PCB上做连接。但是需要有个开关进行连接的控制,此文称这个开关为SIM卡开关装置。用户在不使用本专利的应用时,附手机可以强制将开关打开,使全球用户身份模块(Universa Subscriber Identity Module简称为U/SIM)卡接口和Micro USB接口连线处于开路状态。但手机关机时,附手机的开关是要强制为短路状态的.这样,即使附手机关机,手机的SIM卡也和手机的MicroUSB口建立正常的物理连接.对于主手机,需要设置一个SIM卡切换开关,主手机内部的电路连接的U/SIM卡开关属于选择性切换开关,用户可以选择连接至USB端的U/SIM卡,也可以选择连接至自己手机原有的U/SIM卡。完全取决于用户是否需要触发外接SIM卡工作。
在本优选实施例中,手机内部的电路连接阐述完全后,来阐述手机和手机之间的连接。
图7是根据本发明优选实施例的手机连接示意图,使用Micro USB—Micro USB口对接线进行连接。如图7所示:
当辅手机和主手机建立好物理连接后,主手机就要做相应的动作了。首先,主手机要判断,是否要加载辅手机的U/SIM卡,这里面有个SIM卡切换开关,如果主手机要用自己的U/SIM卡,这个开关要连接到本机的U/SIM卡电路上,如果主手机要加载辅手机的U/SIM卡,那么这个开关就要切换到USB通路上,从而连接到辅手机的U/SIM卡。主手机就可以正常加载辅手机的U/SIM卡了。
图8是根据本发明优选实施例的工作流程示意图,如图8所示,包括如下步骤:
S801,开始;
S802,系统初始化完成;
S803,是否有关机手机SIM卡继续使用的需求;
S804,USB-USB线建立主辅手机连接;
S805,主手机确认切换到辅手机(关机手机)的SIM卡加载;
S806,启动SIM卡开关切换模块工作;
S807,主控手机工作;
S808,主手机确认切换回自己手机的SIM卡加载;
S809,启动SIM卡开关切换模块工作;
S810,恢复主控手机原SIM卡工作;
S811,结束。
通过上述优选实施例,可以实现手机关机后,手机里面的SIM卡在不用取出的情况下依然可以正常使用,避免了手机用户因为手机关机而导致的用户体验差的问题。
在本优选实施例中,除了Micro-USB接口可以连接之外,可以考虑耳机接口建立物理连接.通过双耳机接口连接主辅手机,从而完成上述应用。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例该的方法。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行上述实施例的方法步骤的程序代码:
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行上述实施例的方法步骤。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

基于本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,接收设置在第一终端的第一SIM卡的第一操作指令,检测该第一操作指令是否指示对第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作,该第二终端处于关机状态,若该第一操作指令是指示对该第二SIM卡进行操作,则执行该第一操作指令在该第一终端上对该第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作,解决相关技术中终端在关机的状态下,无法继续使用终端中的SIM卡问题,实现了终端在关机的状态下,该终端中SIM卡继续被使用。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种客户识别模块SIM卡的处理方法,包括:
    接收设置在第一终端的第一SIM卡的第一操作指令;
    检测所述第一操作指令是否指示对第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作,所述第二终端处于关机状态;
    若所述第一操作指令是指示对所述第二SIM卡进行操作,则执行所述第一操作指令,
    在所述第一终端上对所述第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述第一终端上对所述第二终端中的所述第二SIM卡进行操作包括:
    从所述第一终端向所述第二SIM卡发送第二操作指令,其中,所述第二操作指令用于指示以下至少之一:通讯,网络数据处理业务,读取电话本。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述从所述第一终端向所述第二SIM卡发送第二操作指令包括:
    通过所述第一终端的第一USB接口和所述第二终端的第二USB接口的连接发送所述第二操作指令,其中,所述第一USB接口与所述第一SIM卡连接,所述第二USB接口与所述第二SIM卡连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述从所述第一终端向所述第二SIM卡发送第二操作指令包括:
    通过所述第一终端的第一耳机接口和所述第二终端的第二耳机接口的连接发送所述第二操作指令,其中,所述第一耳机接口与所述第一SIM卡连接,所述第二耳机接口与所述第二SIM卡连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述从所述第一终端向所述第二SIM卡发送第二操作指令包括:
    所述第一终端通过第一连接和第二连接线向所述第二SIM卡发送第二操作指令,其中,所述第一连接线连接所述第一USB接口与所述第一SIM卡,所述第二连接线连接所述第二USB接口与所述第二SIM卡连接,所述第一连接线和所述第二连接线包括:数据输入输出引脚,复位引脚,接地端引脚,电源引脚,时钟引脚。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述检测所述第一操作指令是否指示对第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作包括:
    接收所述第一终端的选择指令,所述选择指令用于指示所述第一USB接口与所述第一SIM卡是否处以连接状态;
    在所述选择指令指示所述第一USB接口与所述第一SIM卡处以连接状态的情况下, 检测所述第一操作指令是否指示对第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述从所述第一终端向所述第二SIM卡发送第二操作指令包括:
    接收所述第二终端的开关指令,所述开关指令用于指示所述第二USB接口是否与所述第二SIM卡之间处于短路连接状态;
    在所述开关指令指示所述第二USB接口与所述第二SIM卡之间处于短路连接状态的情况下,所述第一终端向所述第二SIM卡发送第二操作指令。
  8. 一种客户识别模块SIM卡的处理装置,位于第一终端中,包括:第一SIM卡;
    所述第一SIM卡用于与处于关机状态的第二终端的第二SIM卡连接,其中,所述第一终端通过所述第一SIM卡对所述第二终端的所述第二SIM卡进行操作。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,包括:第一USB接口;
    通过所述第一USB接口和所述第二终端的第二USB接口的连接,来建立所述第一SIM卡与所述第二SIM卡连接,其中,所述第一USB接口与所述第一SIM卡连接,所述第二USB接口与所述第二SIM卡连接。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,包括:第一耳机接口;
    通过所述第一终端的所述第一耳机接口和所述第二终端的第二耳机接口的连接发送所述第二操作指令,其中,所述第一耳机接口与所述第一SIM卡连接,所述第二耳机接口与所述第二SIM卡连接。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,通过第一连接线连接所述第一USB接口与所述第一SIM卡;所述第一连接线包括:数据输入输出接口,复位接口,接地端接口,电源接口,时钟接口。
  12. 一种客户识别模块SIM卡的处理装置,位于第二终端中,包括:第二SIM卡;
    所述第二SIM卡与第一终端的第一SIM卡连接,所述第二终端处于关机状态,其中,所述第一终端通过所述第一SIM卡对所述第二SIM卡进行操作。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,包括:第二USB接口;
    通过第二连接线连接所述第二USB接口与所述第二SIM卡连接,所述第二连接线包括:数据输入输出引脚,复位引脚,接地端引脚,电源引脚,时钟引脚。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,包括:第二耳机接口;
    通过所述第二终端的所述第二耳机接口和所述第一终端的第一耳机接口的连接发送所述第二操作指令,其中,所述第一耳机接口与所述第一SIM卡连接,所述第二耳机接口与所述第二SIM卡连接。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,在所述第二USB接口与所述第一SIM卡连接线路上设置开关电路,在所述第二终端处于关机状态下,所述第二USB接口与所述第一SIM卡之间处于短路连接状态。
  16. 一种客户识别模块SIM卡的处理装置,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收设置在第一终端的第一SIM卡的第一操作指令;
    检测模块,设置为检测所述第一操作指令是否指示对第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作;
    指示模块,设置为若所述第一操作指令是指示对所述第二SIM卡进行操作,则执行
    所述第一操作指令,在所述第一终端上对所述第二终端中的第二SIM卡进行操作。
