M2M通信网络在逻辑功能上可以划分为三层,即:感知延伸层、网络/业务层和应用层。
感知延伸层:主要实现物理世界信息的采集、自动识别和智能控制。其包含的主要部件有M2M终端。例如,条码阅读器、RFID阅读器、近场通信(NFC)终端、视频终端、定位终端、智能终端以及传感监控网络等。
网络/业务层:网络/业务层支撑感知层信息的传递、路由和控制,为物联网人与物、物与物通信提供支撑。结合物联网分类,网络层面具体包含的网络形态有:通信网、互联网、行业网等。其包含的主要部件有M2M业务平台。
应用层:应用层包含各种具体物联网应用,既有公众服务,也有行业服务,行业服务可以是面向公众的行业公众服务,也可以是满足行业内部特定应用需求的行业专用服务。其包含的主要部件有M2M应用服务器,简称为M2M应用。
在实际应用中,普遍存在如终端数量较多、业务数据转发量大、实时性要求较高的M2M应用,其势必会占用大量网络资源,甚至造成网络拥塞,且难以满足实时性的要求。

  12. 根据权利要求11所述的末梢网络建立方法,其中,该方法还包括:M2M网关根据目标M2M终端的标识确定所述目标M2M终端不为域内M2M终端,则M2M网关上报业务数据到M2M平台,由M2M平台进行域外转发。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的末梢网络建立方法,其中,该方法还包括:所述M2M平台根据M2M应用发送的组网确认消息中的组网授权信息检索授权组网的M2M终端的基础数据,为业务能力相同的M2M终端创建群组,并发送群组更新到M2M应用,更新消息中包含群组配置信息;所述M2M平台将所述群组配置信息携带于所述组网确认消息发送给M2M网关。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的末梢网络建立方法,其中,该方法还包括:所述M2M应用在需要向业务能力相同的M2M终端同时进行相同的业务操作时,根据所述群组配置信息发送群组业务请求到M2M平台;
    所述M2M平台接收M2M应用根据群组配置信息发送的群组业务请求,转发所述群组业务请求给M2M网关;
    所述M2M网关接收M2M平台转发的M2M应用发送的群组业务请求,根据所述群组业务请求中群组的标识在群组配置信息中查找对应的群组成员的标识,并分发群组业务请求到群组成员;在接收到所述群组成员反馈的业务响应后,根据各业务响应消息指示的操作执行结果处理分发给所述群组成员的群组业务请求。
  15. 一种M2M网关,包括:第一发送模块、第一接收模块、第二发送模块、建立链接模块、第二接收模块、数据转发模块;其中,
    第一发送模块,配置为发送组网请求消息到M2M平台;
    第一接收模块,配置为接收M2M平台下发的组网确认消息,所述组网确认消息中包含组网授权信息;
    第二发送模块,配置为根据所述组网授权信息发送加域请求到授权组网的M2M终端;
    建立链接模块,配置为接收所述授权组网的M2M终端反馈的加域确认,为所述授权组网的M2M终端建立链接;
    第二接收模块,配置为接收域内M2M终端发送的包含目标M2M终端的标识的数据转发请求;
    数据转发模块,配置为根据目标M2M终端的标识确定所述目标M2M终端为域内M2M终端,直接转发业务数据到所述目标M2M终端。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的M2M网关,其中,所述数据转发模块,还配置为根据目标M2M终端的标识确定所述目标M2M终端不为域内 M2M终端,则上报业务数据到M2M平台,由M2M平台进行域外转发。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的M2M网关,其中,所述组网确认消息还包含M2M平台为业务能力相同的M2M终端创建群组的群组配置信息;
    相应的,所述M2M网关还包括:群业务处理模块,配置为接收M2M平台转发的M2M应用发送的群组业务请求,根据所述群组业务请求中群组的标识在群组配置信息中查找对应的群组成员的标识,并分发群组业务请求到群组成员;在接收到所述群组成员反馈的业务响应后,根据各业务响应消息指示的操作执行结果处理分发给所述群组成员的群组业务请求。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的M2M网关,其中,所述M2M网关还包括:汇聚模块,配置为汇聚所述群组成员反馈的业务响应,反馈群组业务响应给M2M应用,所述群组业务响应消息中包含操作执行结果指示。
  19. 一种M2M平台,包括:第三接收模块、第三发送模块、第四接收模块、第四发送模块;其中,
    第三接收模块,配置为接收M2M网关发送的组网请求消息;
    第三发送模块,配置为转发组网请求消息到M2M应用;
    第四接收模块,配置为接收M2M应用发送的组网确认消息,所述组网确认消息中包含组网授权信息;
    第四发送模块,配置为将M2M应用发送的组网确认消息转发给M2M网关。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的M2M平台,其中,所述M2M平台还包括:域外转发模块,配置为接收M2M网关上报的业务数据,对所述业务数据进行域外转发。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的M2M平台,其中,所述第四接收模块,还配置为根据M2M应用发送的组网确认消息中的组网授权信息检索授权组网的M2M终端的基础数据,为业务能力相同的M2M终端创建群组,并 发送群组更新到M2M应用,更新消息中包含群组配置信息;还配置为将所述群组配置信息携带于所述组网确认消息发送给M2M网关。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的M2M平台,其中,所述M2M平台还包括:
    第五接收模块,配置为接收M2M应用根据群组配置信息发送的群组业务请求;
    第五发送模块,配置为转发群组业务请求给M2M网关。
  23. 一种基于M2M网关的末梢网络建立系统,包括:M2M终端、M2M网关、M2M平台、M2M应用;其中,
    M2M终端,配置为对加域请求进行校验,发送加域确认到M2M网关;在需要发送业务数据给目标M2M终端时,发送数据转发请求到M2M网关,所述数据转发请求包含目标M2M终端的标识;
    M2M网关,配置为发送组网请求消息到M2M平台,根据组网确认消息中的组网授权信息发送加域请求到授权组网的M2M终端,在收到加域确认后为授权组网的M2M终端建立链接;接收M2M终端发送的包含目标M2M终端的标识的数据转发请求,根据目标M2M终端的标识确定所述目标M2M终端为域内M2M终端,直接转发业务数据到所述目标M2M终端;
    M2M平台,配置为转发组网请求消息到M2M应用,将M2M应用发送的组网确认消息转发给M2M网关;
    M2M应用,配置为发送组网确认消息到M2M平台,所述组网确认消息中包含组网授权信息。
  24. 一种第一计算机可读存储介质,该存储介质包括一组指令,所述指令用于执行权利要求1至5任一项所述的基于机器与机器/人之间通信M2M网关的末梢网络建立方法。
  25. 一种第二计算机可读存储介质,该存储介质包括一组指令,所述 指令用于执行权利要求6至10任一项所述的基于M2M网关的末梢网络建立方法。
  26. 一种第三计算机可读存储介质,该存储介质包括一组指令,所述指令用于执行权利要求11至14任一项所述的基于M2M网关的末梢网络建立方法。
