本发明公开了一种支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法,包括:通信业务系统接收可穿戴设备的接入请求以供接入该可穿戴设备;通信业务系统进行通信业务的处理以响应该可穿戴设备的接入请求。本发明还公开了一种支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统和一种支持可穿戴设备通信的系统。本发明在保持可穿戴设备便携性与低成本优点的同时,拓展了可穿戴设备在语音通信方面的应用。

本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及通信业务处理方法、系统和支持可穿戴设备通信的系统。
背景技术
随着当前可穿戴设备的日渐普及,由于其体积小、携带方便等特点,也开始出现在越来越多的使用场合,但正是由于可穿戴设备体积小、硬件资源有限,其功能也比较简单。
目前市面上在售的可穿戴设备大多都只具备监测生理指标、显示时间、显示短信和蓝牙通话等功能,而其在通信方面的功能比较薄弱。由于可穿戴设备体积小、硬件资源有限因而很难在保持可穿戴设备便携性优点的同时,更进一步地拓展可穿戴设备在通信业务方面的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种通信业务处理方法、系统和支持可穿戴设备通信的系统,旨在解决进一步拓展可穿戴设备在通信业务方面的应用的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供一种支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法,包括:通信业务系统接收可穿戴设备的接入请求以供接入该可穿戴设备;所述通信业务系统进行通信业务的处理以响应所述可穿戴设备的接入请求。
可选地,所述通信业务系统接收可穿戴设备的接入请求以供接入该可穿戴设备包括:当所述可穿戴设备发送接入请求时,所述通信业务系统获取该可穿戴设备用户的校验语音信息以供进行声纹校验;当获取的校验语音信息的声纹与预设的校验语音信息的声纹一致时,所述通信业务系统完成所述可穿戴设备的接入。
可选地,所述当所述可穿戴设备发送接入请求时,所述通信业务系统获取该可穿戴设备用户的校验语音信息以供进行声纹校验包括:当所述可穿戴设备发送接入请求时,所述通信业务系统向所述可穿戴设备发送随机语音;所述通信业务系统获取该可穿戴设备用户复读所述随机语音形成的校验语音信息以进行声纹校验。
可选地,所述通信业务系统接收可穿戴设备的接入请求以供接入所述可穿戴设备之前包括:当所述通信业务系统检测到所述可穿戴设备已经开机注册并存在所述可穿戴设备的通信业务信息时,所述通信业务系统向所述可穿戴设备发送通信业务提示信息,由所述可穿戴设备以声音和/或振动和/或文字和/或灯光信息形式提醒该可穿戴设备用户。

为实现上述目的,本发明实施例还提供一种支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统,包括:可穿戴设备接入模块,设置为接收可穿戴设备的接入请求以供接入该可穿戴设备;通信业务处理模块,设置为进行通信业务的处理以响应所述可穿戴设备的接入请求。
可选地,所述可穿戴设备接入模块包括:语音获取校验子模块,设置为当所述可穿戴设备发送接入请求时,获取该可穿戴设备用户的校验语音信息以供进行声纹校验;接入子模块,设置为当获取的校验语音信息的声纹与预设的校验语音信息的声纹一致时,完成所述可穿戴设备的接入。
可选地,所述语音获取校验子模块包括:随机语音发送单元,设置为当所述可穿戴设备发送接入请求时,向所述可穿戴设备发送随机语音;语音获取校验单元,设置为获取该可穿戴设备用户复读所述随机语音形成的校验语音信息以进行声纹校验。
可选地,所述支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统包括:通信业务提示模块,设置为当检测到所述可穿戴设备已经开机注册并存在所述可穿戴设备的通信业务信息时,向所述可穿戴设备发送通信业务提示信息,由所述可穿戴设备以声音和/或振动和/或文字和/或灯光信息形式提醒该可穿戴设备用户。
可选地,所述通信业务处理模块包括:通信业务信息第一处理发送单元,设置为当所述可穿戴设备的接入请求为接入以读取通信业务信息时,向所述可穿戴设备发送所述通信业务信息,由所述可穿戴设备以声音和/或振动和/或文字和/或灯光信息形式告知该可穿戴设备用户。

为实现上述目的,本发明实施例还提供一种支持可穿戴设备通信的系统,所述支持可穿戴设备通信的系统包括若干可穿戴设备以及上述任一所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统,其中,所述可穿戴设备设置为向所述支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统发送接入请求和/或业务请求;所述可穿戴设备设置为根据接收到的所述支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统发送的信息以声音和/或振动和/或文字和/或灯光信息形式提醒或告知该可穿戴设备用户。
可选地,所述可穿戴设备包括无线模块、麦克风、扬声器和/或振动马达和/或显示屏和/或发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,简称为发光二极管LED)指示灯;其中,所述无线模块设置为与所述支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统建立连接。
本发明实施例通过通信业务系统接收可穿戴设备的接入请求,实现可穿戴设备的接入并进行与可穿戴设备相关的通信业务的处理,从而使得硬件资源有限的可穿戴终端设备也可以接入通信业务系统,实现未接来电提醒、收听留言、回呼主叫等主要通信业务功能。此外,本发明实施例通过声纹技术以保证可穿戴设备的使用安全性,同时利用语音识别技术,呼叫预先保存在通信业务系统中的联系人。在保持可穿戴设备便携性优点及低成本的同时,本发明实施例利用通信业务系统服务端的计算及存储优势,拓展了可穿戴设备在包括语音通信等通信业务方面的功能与应用。

本发明实施例的核心思想为提供一种用于支持可穿戴设备接入的通信业务系统,并将该通信业务系统作为可穿戴设备业务处理中计算与存储的后台支持,例如,存储可穿戴设备的各种业务数据、根据可穿戴设备的业务指令配置业务数据、存储需要发送给可穿戴设备的语音信息等,从而能够实现在保持可穿戴设备便携性与低成本的同时,拓展了可穿戴设备在包 括语音通信等通信业务方面的功能与应用。
参照图1,图1为本发明实施例支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法第一实施例的流程示意图。在本实施例中,所述支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法包括:
步骤S10,通信业务系统接收可穿戴设备的接入请求以供接入该可穿戴设备;
在本实施例中,通信业务系统是指能够处理与可穿戴设备相关的各种通信业务的系统,包括可穿戴设备的接入处理、通话业务、短信业务、语音视频业务、邮件业务等。本实施例中,用户通过可穿戴设备使用该通信业务之前,需要先将用户的手机(比如手机号码)与可穿戴设备(比如设备ID号)绑定(形成关联关系),并在本实施例的通信业务系统中注册激活,从而可穿戴设备即可作为绑定手机的备用设备,从而替代手机进行相关的通信业务。例如,可穿戴设备可以在用户手机关机或不在身边时,接听其他手机用户的来电、短信等,同时可穿戴设备还可以拨号其他手机等。本实施例中,当可穿戴设备以及与其绑定手机同时开启时,为防止二者冲突,可预设当二者同时开启时的优先级别,优先级别高的进行通信业务的处理。
在本实施例中,当可穿戴设备开机时,自动向通信业务系统发起注册以告知通信业务系统,通信业务系统更新当前该可穿戴设备的开机在线状态,同时通信业务系统不定时向可穿戴设备发送心跳信息以获知可穿戴设备是否仍然处于在线状态。
在本实施例中,尽管可穿戴设备已经与通信业务系统建立了连接,但由于可穿戴设备的相关业务数据信息等都存储于通信业务系统中,因此可穿戴设备必须先接入到通信业务系统中后方可获得存储于通信业务系统中并发送给可穿戴设备的通信业务信息,如未接来电信息、语音信息、短信信息等。或者在接入通信业务系统后,可穿戴设备方可通过获取存储与通信业务系统中的联系人信息进行回拨呼叫、拨号呼叫、发送短信、发送语音信息等等。
本实施例中,可穿戴设备发送的接入请求可以仅仅只是用于接入通信业务系统,待接入后再向通信业务系统发送业务请求;也可以是可穿戴设备以发起某种通信业务请求的方式接入通信业务系统,此时通信业务系统在完成了可穿戴设备的接入之后,将同时处理可穿戴设备发起的该通信业务。但此类方式需要可穿戴设备集成更多硬件资源,比如不同的功能业务操作按键等。
步骤S20,所述通信业务系统进行通信业务的处理以响应所述可穿戴设备的接入请求。
在本实施例中,可穿戴设备可以在接收到通信业务系统的下发提示之后,如未接来电提示、短信提示、语音消息提示等,向通信业务系统发送接入请求,在此类情景下,可穿戴设备发送接入请求并成功接入通信业务系统后,通信业务系统将优先处理未接来电提示、短信提示、语音消息提示等业务。也即通信业务系统将其他用户发送给可穿戴设备用户的来电信息、或者短信信息、或者语音消息等发送给可穿戴设备,以响应可穿戴设备在此类情景下的接入请求。此外,可穿戴设备还可以在没有通信业务系统下发提示的情况下主动接入通信业务系统,而在此类情景下,通信业务系统可以查询是否存在其他用户发送给可穿戴设备用户 的信息,或者通信业务系统等待接收可穿戴设备的业务指令等。本实施例中,当通信业务系统接收到可穿戴设备的接入请求后,将会根据可穿戴设备在不同情景下发送的接入请求进行相应的通信业务处理。
在本实施例中,通信业务系统通过接收可穿戴设备发送的接入请求实现该可穿戴设备的接入,同时,通信业务系统根据可穿戴设备发送的接入请求进行相应的通信业务处理。此外,通信业务系统还可以自动判断可穿戴设备发送接入请求时所对应的情景以做出与当前情景对应的业务处理,例如,当可穿戴设备在通信业务系统下发了业务提示后而发送接入请求时,通信业务系统优先处理该业务提示所对应的业务。通信业务系统的自动判断功能使得可穿戴设备与通信业务系统的各种交互的实现只需通过一个操作按键即可完成,实现了在保持可穿戴设备便携性与低成本的同时,拓展了可穿戴设备在包括语音通信等通信业务方面的功能与应用。
可选地,参照图2,图2为本发明实施例支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法第二实施例的流程示意图。基于本发明实施例支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法第一实施例,在本实施例中,上述步骤S10包括:
步骤S101,当所述可穿戴设备发送接入请求时,所述通信业务系统获取该可穿戴设备用户的校验语音信息以供进行声纹校验;
在本实施例中,为保证可穿戴设备用户的合法身份,当可穿戴设备向通信业务系统发送接入请求时,通信业务系统需要先获取该可穿戴设备用户的校验语音信息以供进行声纹校验。声纹是指用电声学仪器显示的携带言语信息的声波频谱,一般情况下,每个人的声纹都不相同,因此,可以通过识别说话者的声纹以确认该说话者的身份。
本实施例中,鉴于需要保持可穿戴设备的体积小、便携性高、成本低的优点,因此,本实施例优选采用声纹识别方式进行身份校验,这不仅简便可行,同时安全系数也更高。本实施例中采集用户的校验语音信息的方式有很多中,例如,若该可穿戴设备设有显示屏的话,可以直接在显示屏上显示相关内容并要求用户复读,从而获取用户的校验语音信息;又或者是直接播放语音并要求用户复读以此获取用户的校验语音信息;又或者是用户发出随意的或者预先指定的校验语音信息等。
步骤S102,当获取的校验语音信息的声纹与预设的校验语音信息的声纹一致时,所述通信业务系统完成所述可穿戴设备的接入。
当获取的用户的校验语音信息所对应的声纹与预设的校验语音信息所对应的声纹一致时,也即当前可穿戴设备的使用者即为用户本身,也即该使用者的身份合法时,通信业务系统将完成该可穿戴设备的接入。而当声纹校验失败时,此时通信业务系统可以下发失败提醒或再次输入校验语音信息的提醒等。在本实施例中,鉴于可穿戴设备体积小、硬件资源有限等因素的考量,预设的校验语音信息优选由用户预先通过与该可穿戴设备绑定的手机在通信业务系统中进行预先设定。
本实施例中,为保证用户信息的安全性,可以在可穿戴设备向通信业务系统发起接入请求时进行身份验证,同时,鉴于可穿戴设备体积小、硬件资源有限的特点,本实施例优选采用与语音相关的声纹校验,通信业务系统通过获取使用者的语音信息进行声纹校验,从而确认使用者的身份,因而提高了可穿戴设备使用时的安全性。
可选地,参照图3,图3为本发明实施例支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法第三实施例的流程示意图。基于本发明实施例支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法第二实施例,在本实施例中,上述步骤S101包括:
步骤S1011,当所述可穿戴设备发送接入请求时,所述通信业务系统向所述可穿戴设备发送随机语音;
步骤S1012,所述通信业务系统获取该可穿戴设备用户复读该随机语音形成的校验语音信息以进行声纹校验。
本实施例中,鉴于可穿戴设备体积小、硬件资源有限的特点,优选采用随机播放语音的方式,通过用户复读该随机语音以形成校验语音信息并进行声纹校验。当可穿戴设备发送接入请求时,通信业务系统将向该可穿戴设备发送随机语音,例如,随机的一串数字、一句话等,同时要求用户复读该段随机语音,当用户复读完要求的随机语音时,可穿戴设备将用户复读的内容形成校验语音信息并发送给通信业务系统进行声纹的校验。本实施例中,采用随机播放语音的方式采集用户的语音信息可以提升声纹验证的安全性。例如,防止非法使用者通过录制合法用户的语音信息进行声纹校验等。
可选地,参照图4,图4为本发明实施例支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法第四实施例的流程示意图。基于本发明实施例支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法第一实施例,在本实施例中,上述步骤S10之前包括:
步骤S00,当所述通信业务系统检测到所述可穿戴设备已经开机注册并存在该可穿戴设备的通信业务信息时,所述通信业务系统向该可穿戴设备发送通信业务提示信息,由所述可穿戴设备以声音和/或振动和/或文字和/或灯光信息形式提醒该可穿戴设备用户。
在本实施例中,通信业务信息是指如来电、未接来电、短信息、语音留言信息等各种通信业务信息,其中,上述各种通信业务信息都包含有发送者的电话号码。当存在其他用户通过手机拨打可穿戴设备用户的手机时,在未接通可穿戴设备用户手机的情况下,通信业务系统将下发提示信息给可穿戴设备并通过该可穿戴设备以提醒用户。
例如,当其他用户通过手机拨打可穿戴设备用户的手机时,若可穿戴设备用户手机关机,此时将从手机通信网络(例如公共陆地移动网络(PLMN))呼转接入本实施例的通信业务系统,同时,若通信业务系统检测到可穿戴设备开机并在通信业务系统中注册且为在线状态,则通信业务系统将向可穿戴设备下发来电的提示信息,并通过可穿戴设备以声音(扬声器或蜂鸣器)和/或振动(振动马达)和/或文字(显示屏)和/或灯光(LED指示灯)信息形式提醒该可穿戴设备用户,可穿戴设备用户可以根据提醒信息做出相应的处理,例如,接听来电、 读取未接来电或短信息或语音留言等。
在本实施例中,当接收到其他用户发送的相关通信业务信息时,通信业务系统将通过检测可穿戴设备的开机注册情况以确认是否向该可穿戴设备下发提醒消息,并通过例如扬声器发声、或者振动马达振动、或者显示屏显示、或者LED指示灯闪亮等方式提醒用户。本实施例中,优选采用LED指示灯亮的方式提醒可穿戴用户。
可选地,参照图5,图5为本发明实施例支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法第五实施例的流程示意图。基于本发明实施例支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法第四实施例,在本实施例中,上述步骤S20包括:
步骤S201,所述通信业务系统向该可穿戴设备发送所述通信业务信息,由所述可穿戴设备以声音和/或振动和/或文字和/或灯光信息形式告知该可穿戴设备用户。
在本实施例中,可穿戴设备可以直接发送读取通信业务信息的接入请求,此时,通信业务系统将在完成该可穿戴设备的接入之后再向该可穿戴设备发送通信业务信息,但此类方式需要可穿戴设备集成更多硬件资源,比如具有不同通信业务功能的操作按键等。
本实施例优选通信业务系统通过自动判断该可穿戴设备当前所处情景进行相应的业务处理。基于上述第四实施例中存在通信业务系统下发给该可穿戴设备的提示时,在本实施例中,当可穿戴设备向通信业务系统发送接入请求时,通信业务系统将根据可穿戴设备当前所处的情景:存在通信业务系统下发给该可穿戴设备的提示时,自动判断该可穿戴设备的接入请求为读取通信业务信息,又或者是在上述情景下,通信业务系统优先处理上述下发给该可穿戴设备的提示所对应的业务,如,将其他用户发送给可穿戴设备用户的未接来电、短信息、语音留言等发送给可穿戴设备。可穿戴设备接收到该通信业务信息后,通过以声音和/或振动和/或文字和/或灯光信息形式告知该可穿戴设备用户。
例如,通过可穿戴设备内置的扬声器、或者振动马达(如以莫尔斯码形式告知用户)、或者显示器、或者灯光(如以莫尔斯码形式告知用户)等途径告知该可穿戴设备用户。鉴于本实施例中需要保持可穿戴设备体积小、携带方便、成本低的特点,因此,本实施例优选使用内置扬声器,通过语音方式告知用户。若通信业务信息对应的发送者的电话号码存储于通信业务系统中该可穿戴设备对应的联系人群组中,则通过语音播报出该联系人(发送者)的名称。
本实施例中,通信业务系统在接收到可穿戴设备发送的接入请求之后,通过自动判断该可穿戴设备当前所处的情景:存在通信业务系统下发给该可穿戴设备的提示时,通信业务系统向该可穿戴设备发送通信业务信息以响应可穿戴设备的接入请求。

本实施例中,鉴于可穿戴设备体积小、硬件资源有限等因素的考量,预设的呼叫语音信息优选由用户预先通过与该可穿戴设备绑定的手机在通信业务系统中进行预先设定。此外,可穿戴设备用户还可以直接呼叫未保存于通信业务系统中的电话号码。

可穿戴设备接入模块10,设置为接收可穿戴设备的接入请求以供接入该可穿戴设备;
在本实施例中,通信业务系统是指能够处理与可穿戴设备相关的各种通信业务的系统,包括可穿戴设备的接入处理、通话业务、短信业务、语音视频业务、邮件业务等。在本实施例中,当可穿戴设备开机时,自动向通信业务系统发起注册以告知通信业务系统,通信业务系统更新当前该可穿戴设备的开机在线状态,同时通信业务系统不定时向可穿戴设备发送心跳信息以获知可穿戴设备是否仍然处于在线状态。
在本实施例中,尽管可穿戴设备已经与通信业务系统建立了连接,但由于可穿戴设备的相关业务数据信息等都存储于通信业务系统中,因此可穿戴设备必须先通过可穿戴设备接入模块10接入到通信业务系统中后方可获得存储于通信业务系统中并发送给可穿戴设备的通信业务信息,如未接来电信息、语音信息、短信信息等。或者在通过可穿戴设备接入模块10接入通信业务系统后,可穿戴设备方可通过获取存储与通信业务系统中的联系人信息进行回拨呼叫、拨号呼叫、发送短信、发送语音信息等等。
本实施例中,可穿戴设备发送的接入请求可以仅仅只是用于接入通信业务系统,待通过可穿戴设备接入模块10接入后再向通信业务系统发送业务请求;也可以是可穿戴设备以发起某种通信业务请求的方式通过可穿戴设备接入模块10接入通信业务系统,此时可穿戴设备接入模块10在完成了可穿戴设备的接入之后,通信业务处理模块20将处理可穿戴设备发起的该通信业务。
通信业务处理模块20,设置为进行通信业务的处理以响应所述可穿戴设备的接入请求。
在本实施例中,可穿戴设备可以在接收到通信业务处理模块20的下发提示之后,如未接来电提示、短信提示、语音消息提示等,向通信业务系统发送接入请求,在此类情景下,可穿戴设备发送接入请求并成功接入通信业务系统后,通信业务处理模块20将优先处理未接来电提示、短信提示、语音消息提示等业务。也即通信业务处理模块20将其他用户发送给可穿戴设备用户的来电信息、或者短信信息、或者语音消息等发送给可穿戴设备,以响应可穿戴设备在此类情景下的接入请求。本实施例中,当可穿戴设备接入模块10接收到可穿戴设备的接入请求后,通信业务处理模块20将会根据可穿戴设备在不同情景下发送的接入请求进行相应的通信业务处理。
在本实施例中,可穿戴设备接入模块10通过接收可穿戴设备发送的接入请求实现该可穿戴设备的接入,同时,通信业务处理模块20根据可穿戴设备发送的接入请求进行相应的通信业务处理。此外,通信业务处理模块20还可以自动判断可穿戴设备发送接入请求时所对应的情景以做出与当前情景对应的业务处理,例如,当可穿戴设备在通信业务处理模块20下发了业务提示后而发送接入请求时,通信业务处理模块20优先处理该业务提示所对应的业务。通信业务处理模块20的自动判断功能使得可穿戴设备与通信业务系统的各种交互的实现只需通过一个操作按键即可完成,实现了在保持可穿戴设备便携性与低成本的同时,拓展了可穿戴 设备在包括语音通信等通信业务方面的功能与应用。

在本实施例中,为保证可穿戴设备用户的合法身份,当可穿戴设备向通信业务系统发送接入请求时,语音获取校验子模块101需要先获取该可穿戴设备用户的校验语音信息以供进行声纹校验。声纹是指用电声学仪器显示的携带言语信息的声波频谱,一般情况下,每个人的声纹都不相同,因此,可以通过识别说话者的声纹以确认该说话者的身份。
本实施例中,鉴于需要保持可穿戴设备的体积小、便携性高、成本低的优点,因此,本实施例优选采用声纹识别方式进行身份校验,这不仅简便可行,同时安全系数也更高。本实施例中采集用户的校验语音信息的方式有很多中,例如,若该可穿戴设备设有显示屏的话,可以直接在显示屏上显示相关内容并要求用户复读,从而获取用户的校验语音信息;又或者是直接播放语音并要求用户复读以此获取用户的校验语音信息;又或者是用户发出随意的或者预先指定的校验语音信息等。
接入子模块102,设置为当获取的校验语音信息的声纹与预设的校验语音信息的声纹一致时,完成所述可穿戴设备的接入。
当语音获取校验子模块101获取的用户的校验语音信息所对应的声纹与预设的校验语音信息所对应的声纹一致时,也即当前可穿戴设备的使用者即为用户本身,也即该使用者的身份合法时,接入子模块102将完成该可穿戴设备的接入。而当声纹校验失败时,此时接入子模块102可以下发失败提醒或再次输入校验语音信息的提醒等。在本实施例中,鉴于可穿戴设备体积小、硬件资源有限等因素的考量,预设的校验语音信息优选由用户预先通过与该可穿戴设备绑定的手机在通信业务系统中进行预先设定。
本实施例中,为保证用户信息的安全性,可以在可穿戴设备向通信业务系统发起接入请求时进行身份验证,同时,鉴于可穿戴设备体积小、硬件资源有限的特点,本实施例优选采用与语音相关的声纹校验,语音获取校验子模块101通过获取使用者的语音信息进行声纹校验,从而确认使用者的身份,因而提高了可穿戴设备使用时的安全性。

本实施例中,鉴于可穿戴设备体积小、硬件资源有限的特点,优选采用随机播放语音的方式,通过用户复读该随机语音以形成校验语音信息并进行声纹校验。当可穿戴设备发送接入请求时,随机语音发送单元1011将向该可穿戴设备发送随机语音,例如,随机的一串数字、一句话等,同时要求用户复读该段随机语音,当用户复读完要求的随机语音时,可穿戴设备将用户复读的内容形成校验语音信息并发送给语音获取校验单元1012进行声纹的校验。本实施例中,采用随机播放语音的方式采集用户的语音信息可以提升声纹验证的安全性。例如,防止非法使用者通过录制合法用户的语音信息进行声纹校验等。

在本实施例中,支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统220可设置于具有通信、存储及计算功能的终端设备中,例如计算机终端,并通过通信协议与可穿戴设备210建立通信连接,具有该支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统220的计算机终端可通过与可穿戴设备210绑定的移动终 端(手机)进行可穿戴设备210的通信业务的配置与存储,例如配置并存储可穿戴设备210的联系人信息等,同时该计算机终端还可设置为处理可穿戴设备210与其他移动终端的通信业务,例如处理并存储其他移动终端的来电信息、语音留言信息等通信业务信息,当可穿戴设备210向支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统220发送接入请求以获取通信业务信息时,该计算机终端将存储的通信业务信息下发给可穿戴设备210;或者当可穿戴设备210向支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统220发送回拨呼叫请求或通话呼叫请求时,该计算机终端处理可穿戴设备210与其他移动终端的通话连接。对于该计算机终端下发给可穿戴设备210的通信业务信息,可穿戴设备210可通过以声音和/或振动和/或文字和/或灯光信息形式提醒或告知该可穿戴设备用户。
此外,为保证支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统220对于多个可穿戴设备210通信业务的处理能力、响应速度等要求,支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统220还可设置于由多台计算机终端组成的服务器网络上,各台计算机终端对应分工处理可穿戴设备210不同的通信业务,并由一台核心计算机终端进行各种业务的协调处理。例如,对应处理可穿戴设备210的业务数据的配置、对应处理可穿戴设备210的语音业务等。
可选地,基于上述本发明实施例支持可穿戴设备通信的系统的实施例,在本发明实施例支持可穿戴设备通信的系统的另一实施例中,所述可穿戴设备210包括无线模块2101、麦克风2102、扬声器2103和/或振动马达2104和/或显示屏2105和/或LED指示灯2106;其中,所述无线模块2101设置为与所述支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统220建立连接。
在本实施例中,可穿戴设备210包括无线模块2101、麦克风2102,以及扬声器2103和/或振动马达2104和/或显示屏2105和/或LED指示灯2106中的至少一个。
无线模块2101设置为与支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统220建立连接。例如,无线模块2101通过WIFI方式与支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统220建立连接;或者是无线模块2101通过移动通信网络(例如全球移动通信系统(Global System for Mobile Communication,简称为GSM)、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,简称为CDMA))方式与支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统220建立连接,从而实现可穿戴设备210与支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统220的通信业务交互。
麦克风2102设置为接收可穿戴设备用户的语音信息,并将该语音信息通过无线模块2101发送给通信业务系统220。例如,用于声纹校验的语音信息、用于呼叫的语音信息等。
扬声器2103和/或振动马达2104和/或显示屏2105和/或LED指示灯2106设置为以用户能够感知的听觉、触觉、视觉形式,将通信业务系统220下发的通信业务信息提醒或告知用户。例如,其中,振动马达2104、LED指示灯2106可以通过莫尔斯码的形式将通信业务系统220下发的通信业务信息告知用户。
如图20所示,可选地,可穿戴设备210包括无线模块2101、麦克风2102、扬声器2103、LED指示灯2106。本实施例中,其中,扬声器2103设置为将通信业务系统220下发的通信业务信息(如语音留言信息)告知用户,LED指示灯2106设置为将通信业务系统220下发的提 示信息(如有未接来电或语音留言)以灯亮或闪烁的形式提醒用户。
如图21所示,可选地,可穿戴设备210包括无线模块2101、麦克风2102、扬声器2103、振动马达2104。本实施例中,其中,扬声器2103设置为将通信业务系统220下发的通信业务信息(如语音留言信息)告知用户,振动马达2104设置为将通信业务系统220下发的提示信息(如有未接来电或语音留言)以间断振动或连续振动的形式提醒用户。
如图22所示,可选地,可穿戴设备210包括无线模块2101、麦克风2102、扬声器2103、显示屏2105。本实施例中,其中,扬声器2103设置为将通信业务系统220下发的通信业务信息(如语音留言信息)告知用户,显示屏2105设置为将通信业务系统220下发的短信信息或提示信息(如有未接来电或语音留言)显示给用户。
上述可穿戴设备210所包含部件的各实施例中,可根据保持可穿戴设备210体积小、携带方便、成本低等具体需要对可穿戴设备210包括的部件进行设计。此外,出于上述对可穿戴设备210体积小、成本低等需要,可穿戴设备210还可以只设置一个操作控制按钮以获取用户的操作指令,在不同的应用情景下,用户按下该操作控制按钮对应的操作指令不同(或者是通信业务系统220自动判断当前的应用情景,并根据不同的应用情景做出相应的业务处理以响应用户的操作指令)。例如,当存在通信业务系统220下发的通信业务信息时,用户按下该操作控制按钮即可发送接入请求并获取通信业务信息;而当扬声器2103播放通信业务信息过程中或者播放完后的若干秒内用户再次按下该操作控制按钮时,可对应进行回拨呼叫;又或者是可穿戴设备210在接入通信业务系统220后,用户按下该操作控制按钮时,可对应进行通话呼叫。
此外,除上述提到的语音通话业务、短信业务、来电提醒等基本通信业务以外,本发明实施例的通信业务系统220还可以处理如邮件、视频等业务,但这需要增加可穿戴设备210的相关硬件资源以用于支持上述通信业务,因此,本发明实施例基于现有可穿戴设备体积小、成本低等优点,优选扩展其对于语音通话业务、短信业务、来电提醒等基本通信业务的支持与应用。
工业实用性:通过上述描述可知,本发明通过通信业务系统接收可穿戴设备的接入请求,实现可穿戴设备的接入并进行与可穿戴设备相关的通信业务的处理,从而使得硬件资源有限的可穿戴终端设备也可以接入通信业务系统,实现未接来电提醒、收听留言、回呼主叫等主要通信业务功能。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法,包括:
    通信业务系统接收可穿戴设备的接入请求以供接入该可穿戴设备;
    所述通信业务系统进行通信业务的处理以响应所述可穿戴设备的接入请求。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法,其中,所述通信业务系统接收可穿戴设备的接入请求以供接入该可穿戴设备包括:
    当所述可穿戴设备发送接入请求时,所述通信业务系统获取该可穿戴设备用户的校验语音信息以供进行声纹校验;
    当获取的校验语音信息的声纹与预设的校验语音信息的声纹一致时,所述通信业务系统完成所述可穿戴设备的接入。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法,其中,所述当所述可穿戴设备发送接入请求时,所述通信业务系统获取该可穿戴设备用户的校验语音信息以供进行声纹校验包括:
    当所述可穿戴设备发送接入请求时,所述通信业务系统向所述可穿戴设备发送随机语音;
    所述通信业务系统获取该可穿戴设备用户复读所述随机语音形成的校验语音信息以进行声纹校验。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法,其中,所述通信业务系统接收可穿戴设备的接入请求以供接入该可穿戴设备之前包括:
    当所述通信业务系统检测到所述可穿戴设备已经开机注册并存在所述可穿戴设备的通信业务信息时,所述通信业务系统向所述可穿戴设备发送通信业务提示信息,由所述可穿戴设备以声音和/或振动和/或文字信息和/或灯光形式提醒该可穿戴设备用户。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法,其中,所述通信业务系统进行通信业务的处理以响应所述可穿戴设备的接入请求包括:
    所述通信业务系统向所述可穿戴设备发送所述通信业务信息,由所述可穿戴设备以声音和/或振动和/或文字和/或灯光信息形式告知该可穿戴设备用户。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法,其中,所述通信业务系统进行通信业务的处理以响应所述可穿戴设备的接入请求还包括:
    所述通信业务系统查找是否存在所述可穿戴设备的通信业务信息;
    当存在所述可穿戴设备的通信业务信息时,所述通信业务系统向所述可穿戴设备发送所述通信业务信息,由所述可穿戴设备以声音和/或振动和/或文字和/或灯光信息形式告知该可穿戴设备用户。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法,其中,所述通信业务系统进行通信业务的处理以响应所述可穿戴设备的接入请求之后包括:
    当所述可穿戴设备发送回拨呼叫业务请求时,所述通信业务系统根据当前所述可穿戴设备接收的通信业务信息进行回拨呼叫。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法,其中,所述通信业务系统查找是否存在所述可穿戴设备的通信业务信息之后包括:
    当不存在所述可穿戴设备的通信业务信息时,所述通信业务系统向所述可穿戴设备发送查找结果提示信息,由所述可穿戴设备以声音和/或振动和/或文字和/或灯光信息形式提醒该可穿戴设备用户。
  9. 如权利要求1或8所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务的处理方法,其中,所述通信业务系统进行通信业务的处理以响应所述可穿戴设备的接入请求之后包括:
    当所述可穿戴设备发送通话呼叫业务请求时,所述通信业务系统获取该可穿戴设备用户发出的呼叫语音信息以供进行语音识别匹配;
    当获取的呼叫语音信息与预设的联系人标签匹配一致时,所述通信业务系统进行通话呼叫。
  10. 一种支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统,包括:
    可穿戴设备接入模块,设置为接收可穿戴设备的接入请求以供接入该可穿戴设备;
    通信业务处理模块,设置为进行通信业务的处理以响应所述可穿戴设备的接入请求。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统,其中,所述可穿戴设备接入模块包括:
    语音获取校验子模块,设置为当所述可穿戴设备发送接入请求时,获取该可穿戴设备用户的校验语音信息以供进行声纹校验;
    接入子模块,设置为当获取的校验语音信息的声纹与预设的校验语音信息的声纹一致时,完成所述可穿戴设备的接入。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统,其中,所述语音获取校验子模块包括:
    随机语音发送单元,设置为当所述可穿戴设备发送接入请求时,向所述可穿戴设备发送随机语音;
    语音获取校验单元,设置为获取该可穿戴设备用户复读所述随机语音形成的校验语音信息以进行声纹校验。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统,其中,所述支持可穿戴设备的通 信业务系统包括:
    通信业务提示模块,设置为当检测到所述可穿戴设备已经开机注册并存在所述可穿戴设备的通信业务信息时,向所述可穿戴设备发送通信业务提示信息,由所述可穿戴设备以声音和/或振动和/或文字和/或灯光信息形式提醒该可穿戴设备用户。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统,其中,所述通信业务处理模块包括:
    通信业务信息第一处理发送单元,设置为向所述可穿戴设备发送所述通信业务信息,由所述可穿戴设备以声音和/或振动和/或文字和/或灯光信息形式告知该可穿戴设备用户。
  15. 如权利要求10所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统,其中,所述通信业务处理模块还包括:
    通信业务信息查找单元,设置为查找是否存在所述可穿戴设备的通信业务信息;
    通信业务信息第二处理发送单元,设置为当存在所述可穿戴设备的通信业务信息时,向所述可穿戴设备发送所述通信业务信息,由所述可穿戴设备以声音和/或振动和/或文字和/或灯光信息形式告知该可穿戴设备用户。
  16. 如权利要求14或15所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统,其中,所述支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统还包括:
    回拨呼叫模块,设置为当所述可穿戴设备发送回拨呼叫业务请求时,根据当前所述可穿戴设备接收的通信业务信息进行回拨呼叫。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统,其中,所述通信业务处理模块还包括:
    提示信息单元,设置为当不存在所述可穿戴设备的通信业务信息时,向所述可穿戴设备发送查找结果提示信息,由所述可穿戴设备以声音和/或振动和/或文字和/或灯光信息形式提醒该可穿戴设备用户。
  18. 如权利要求10或17所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统,其中,所述支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统还包括:
    语音获取识别模块,设置为当所述可穿戴设备发送通话呼叫业务请求时,获取该可穿戴设备用户发出的呼叫语音信息以供进行语音识别匹配;
    通话呼叫模块,设置为当获取的呼叫语音信息与预设的联系人标签匹配一致时,进行通话呼叫。
  19. 一种支持可穿戴设备通信的系统,包括若干可穿戴设备以及权利要求10-18中任一所述的支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统,其中,
    所述可穿戴设备设置为向所述支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统发送接入请求和/或业务请求;
    所述可穿戴设备还设置为根据接收到的所述支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统发送的信息以声音和/或振动和/或文字和/或灯光信息形式提醒或告知该可穿戴设备用户。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的支持可穿戴设备通信的系统,其中,所述可穿戴设备包括无线模块、麦克风、扬声器和/或振动马达和/或显示屏和/或LED指示灯;其中,所述无线模块设置为与所述支持可穿戴设备的通信业务系统建立连接。
