Description

Functional Nonwoven Fabric
The present invention, unlike the conventional techniques that simply add a coating layer or reinforcing means on the surface of the nonwoven fabric to impart functionality, by providing a scrim (scrim) itself used in the manufacture of nonwoven fabric with an adhesive fabric to impart a variety of functionality It relates to a functional nonwoven fabric.
In general, non-woven fabric is a kind of fabric in which various fiber materials such as natural, chemical, and glass are entangled without a certain direction to each other to form a web in a sheet form, and then bonded and stabilized by a chemical or physical method. .
Such a nonwoven fabric is usually laminated by a needle punching after laminating a web layer made of short fibers such as nylon or polyester on a scrim woven from a fiber such as fiber or glass, or spraying high pressure water. It is produced by the spunbond method to bind by using a spunlaced method that is entangled with each other or to irregularly radiate the material forming the web layer itself.
However, the conventional nonwoven fabric as described above has many limitations in its use range, such as being used only in various wicks, reinforcement cloths, filter cloths, etc., as there is no special function.
In order to solve this problem, Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2013-0127565 "Non-woven fabric having heat fusion property and a non-sealed polyurethane artificial leather using the same" by forming a polyurethane film coating layer on the surface of the non-woven fabric, We tried to expand the range of use by giving functionality such as fusion and molding and ease of pattern formation.
In addition, the Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-0490249 "Composite nonwoven fabric for artificial leather and artificial leather using the same" by further laminate the reinforcement made of polyamide fibers on the non-woven fabric, to improve the stability and texture, etc. for the nonwoven fabric Now.
However, the nonwoven fabrics according to the general nonwoven fabric or the prior art as described above simply add a coating layer or reinforcing means to the surface of the nonwoven fabric to impart functionality, and the functions thereof are inadequate and have the following problems.
First, the conventional nonwoven fabrics as described above are difficult to form a variety of patterns, especially three-dimensional patterns, and even if some of the three-dimensional pattern is formed, not only the volume is significantly reduced, but also to form a complex process must be accompanied to form There were very few problems with gender, productivity and usability.
