이와는 달리, 한국특허공보(등록번호 제10-512534호)에 따르면, 내부에 공기가 채워진 가압부를 가압함에 따라 공기 이동에 의하여 복사뼈 밑의 성장판을 자극하는 구조로 이루어져 있다. 상기와 같은 구조하에서도 역시 다음과 같은 문제점이 있다.
상기 구조하에서 복사뼈 근처의 성장판 부위 자극이 제대로 수행되지 못하게 된다. 즉, 복사뼈 근처에 위치된 자극지점은, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 복사뼈 아래가 아니라 복사뼈의 수평 뒷부분 약 1 내지 1.5cm 정도와 발뒤꿈치 뼈의 수직 상방향이 교차하는 부위로써, 발목 뒷부분의 우묵하게 들어간 부위에 해당하며 반사요법상 태계 또는 곤륜이라고 명명된 부위에 위치한다. (이하에서는 발목 뒷부분의 자극되는 지점을 서술의 편의상 발목자극부(a)라고 총괄하여 부르기로 한다.) 상기 기술에서 공기압에 의한 팽창으로는 상기 발목자극부를 원활하게 자극하지 못하게 된다. 이는 상기 발목자극부(a)는 상술한 바와 같이 우묵하게 들어간 부위로써 신발 뒷부분의 면과 직접 닿지 못하게 되며, 이를 자극하기 위해서는 상기 자극부위가 일정 정도 간격을 가지고 전후방향으로 유동 되어야 하나, 상술한 구조에서는 단순팽창만 이루어지고, 전후 유동이 되지 않아 직접적인 자극효과를 발휘하지 못하는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 이상에서 상술한 종래 기술에서는 발목자극부(a) 자극에 주안점을 두었으나, 실지 자극이 제대로 수행되지 못할 뿐만 아니라 발바닥의 발뒤꿈치면 자극부분(이하에서는 발뒤꿈치자극부(b)라 부르기로 한다.)에 의한 직접 충격을 가하지 못하여 실지 무릎관절의 성장판 자극이 제대로 이루어지지 않는 문제점이 있다.
상기 구조와는 달리 한국공개특허공보(10-2005-39686호)에 따르면, 신발을 이루는 밑창의 경도를 달리하여 발바닥을 통한 직접 충격을 통하여 성장판의 자극이 이루어지는 구조를 나타내고 있다. 특히 밑창 중에서 중창의 경도를 강하게 하여 발바닥 전체가 받는 충격을 강하게 하는 구조를 취하고 있으나, 상기와 같은 구조하에서는 신발의 착용감이 현저히 저하되는 문제점이 있다. 그리고 무엇보다도 발바닥면 전체의 충격보다는 발뒤꿈치자극부(b)의 충격에 의한 성장판의 직접 자극이 효과적임에도 불구하고, 단순히 전체경도를 향상시키고, 자극전이부재 및 자극분산부재 등을 통하여 발뒤꿈치자극부(b)에 충격을 전달한다고는 하나, 실지 자극전이부재 및 자극분산부재 그리고 힐스퍼방지부재의 역할이 불명료하다는 문제점이 있다. 그리고 이와 같은 구조하에서는 발목자극부(a)는 전혀 자극이 되지 않으므로 효과적인 성장판의 자극이 이루어지지 않는 문제점이 있었다.
이상에서 상술한 바와 같이, 종래의 신발에서는 효과적으로 발목자극부(a)와 발뒤꿈치자극부(b)를 통한 물리적 자극이 제대로 이루어지지 않아 실질적인 성장판의 자극이 이루어지지 않으며, 일부 발에 주는 자극이 강하여 사용자가 오랫동안 사용하기 어렵고, 사용자의 신체변화에 대응하지 못한다는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 성장을 위해 성장판만 자극하는 것은 일부분이며, 성장에 필요한 요소 중에는 단백질과 무기질과 같은 영양소가 필요한데 이는 균형 잡힌 식단과 더불어 섭취한 음식으로부터 영양소를 잘 흡수하여야 하며, 성장호르몬이 가장 활발하게 분비되는 밤 10시부터 새벽 2시 사이에 질 좋은 수면 역시 중요하나, 이에 관련된 내용은 없이 오로지 성장판만 자극하는 방법만 제시되어 있다는 문제점도 있었다.
본 발명의 목적은 상기와 같은 제반 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 사용자에게 저자극을 제공함으로써, 지속적으로 사용하여도 불편함을 느끼지 못하도록 하는 성장용 지압밴드를 제공함에 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 목적은 사용자의 신체변화에 대응할 수 있도록 지압판이 이동가능한 성장용 지압밴드를 제공함에 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 성장과 관련된 혈자리 뿐만 아니라, 성장과 관련된 수면과 영양분 흡수를 원활히 하는 혈자리를 함께 자극하여 성장을 촉진시킬 수 있는 성장용 지압밴드를 제공함에 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 발과 발목에 끼워져 압박하는 밴드부; 상기 밴드부 내측면에 부분적으로 고정되어 발과 발목을 지압하는 판형태의 지압판; 및 상기 지압판 상부면의 중심을 기준으로 방사형태로 부설되는 막대형태의 지압돌기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이때, 상기 지압판은 원판형태인 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 지압돌기의 단면은 삼각형으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
발과 발목에 끼워져 압박하는 밴드부; 상기 밴드부 내측면에 부분적으로 부설되어 발과 발목을 지압하는 판형태의 지압판; 상기 지압판 상부면의 중심을 기준으로 방사형태로 부설되는 막대형태의 지압돌기; 및 상기 지압판의 중심으로부터 일정거리가 이격된 곳에 부설되어 상기 지압판을 밴드부에 고정 및 이를 중심으로 회전할 수 있도록 하는 지압회전축;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이때, 상기 지압판은 원판형태인 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 지압돌기의 단면은 삼각형으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 지압회전축은 리벳팅 방식으로 상기 밴드부에 지압판을 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이상의 설명에서 분명히 알 수 있듯이, 본 발명은 사용자에게 저자극을 제공함으로써, 지속적으로 사용하여도 불편함을 느끼지 못한다는 장점이 있다.
또한, 사용자의 신체변화에 대응할 수 있도록 지압판이 이동가능하다는 장점이 있다.
뿐만 아니라, 성장과 관련된 혈자리 뿐만 아니라, 성장과 관련된 수면과 영양분 흡수를 원활히 하는 혈자리를 함께 자극하여 성장을 촉진한다는 장점이 있다.

이하에서는 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 본 발명을 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.

도 2 내지 도 10 에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 성장용 지압밴드(100)는, 발(200)과 발목(210)에 끼워져 압박하는 밴드부(110); 상기 밴드부(110) 내측면에 부분적으로 고정되어 발(200)과 발목(210)을 지압하는 판형태의 지압판(120); 및 상기 지압판(120) 상부면의 중심을 기준으로 방사형태로 부설되는 막대형태의 지압돌기(140);를 포함하여 이루어진다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 상기 성장용 지압밴드(100)의 형태는 일반적으로 사용되는 발목보호대에 비슷한 형태로서, 발(200)과 발목(210)에 끼워져 압박하는 원통형의 상기 밴드부(110)로 이루어져 있다. 상기 밴드부(110)의 경우, 사용자의 편의에 따라서 발(200)과 발목(210) 부분을 모두 덮거나 혹은 발뒤꿈치 부분은 절개되는 형태로 이루어질 수 있다.
또한, 상기 밴드부(110)는 사용자가 단순히 착용만 하여도 압박을 해 줄 수 있도록 탄성 성질을 가지고 있는 소재를 사용하여 제작되며, 그 중에서도 잠수복의 소재로 많이 사용되고 있으며, 최근에는 의류 소재로도 사용되고 있는 네오플랜(NEOPRENE)로 구성되는 것이 바람직하다고 하겠다.
또한, 필요에 따라서는 발목(210) 부분이나 발등 부분을 쪼여 고정하는 스트랩(미도시)을 더 포함하여 구성하여, 격렬한 운동을 하더라도 쉽게 벗겨지지 않도록 할 수도 있다.
그리고 상기 밴드부(110) 안쪽에는 발(200)과 발목(210) 중 일부분에 지압을 할 수 있는 판형태의 상기 지압판(120)이 부설되며, 상기 지압판(120)은 특정부위를 지압한다.
상기 지압판(120)이 지압하는 부위는 총 6군데이며, 그곳의 명칭은 곤륜(崑崙)혈, 신맥(申脈)혈, 태계(太谿)혈, 조해(照解)혈, 소장(小腸)혈, 실면(失眠)혈이다.
여기서, 각 혈자리의 위치와 효능에 대해서 간단히 알아보도록 하자.
첫째, 곤륜(崑崙)혈(240)이다. 곤륜혈(240)은 발(200)의 바깥쪽 복사뼈(220)(복숭아뼈)의 뒤쪽 즉 복사뼈(220)와 아킬레스(230) 근육의 사이 함몰된 지점에 위치하며(도 2 참조), 일반적으로 곤륜혈(240)은 허리와 하지 질환 및 만성 두통에 효과가 있다고 알려졌으며, 발목(210)의 염좌성 질환에도 사용되고, 비골과 경골의 아래쪽 성장판과 맞닿아 있어 이 부위의 성장에 도움을 준다고 알려져 있다.
둘째, 신맥(申脈)혈(250)이다. 신맥혈(250)은 발(200)의 바깥쪽 복사뼈(220)(복숭아뼈)를 손끝으로 누르며 밑을 향하여 조금씩 밀고 내려가면 밑으로 뼈가 끝남과 동시에 약간 손끝이 들어가는 지점에 위치하며(도 2 참조), 신맥혈(250)은 족태양방광경에 속하는 경혈로서, 우울증과 같은 정신분열증 등의 정신적인 질환을 다스려주고, 불면증에 좋은 경혈로 잠을 잘 오게 하는 특효 혈이며, 아이들의 키가 잘 자라게 도와주는 혈로도 알려져 있다.
셋째, 태계(太谿)혈(260)이다. 태계혈(260)은 발(200)의 안쪽 복사뼈(220)(복숭아뼈)의 뒤쪽 즉 복사뼈(220)와 아킬레스(230) 근육의 사이 함몰된 지점에 위치하며(도 3 참조), 신장 기능을 강화하고 허리와 무릎을 튼튼하게 해주며, 신광, 방광 질환에 적용될 뿐만 아니라, 발목(210)의 염좌성 질환에도 사용되며, 비골과 경골의 아래쪽 성장판과 맞닿아 있어 이 부위의 성장에 도움을 준다고 알려져 있다.
넷째, 조해(照解)혈(270)이다. 조해혈(270)은 발(200)의 안쪽 복사뼈(220)(복숭아뼈) 아래 오목한 지점에 위치하며(도 3 참조), 신맥혈(250)과 유사하게, 우울증과 같은 정신분열증 등의 정신적인 질환을 다스려주고, 불면증에 좋은 경혈로 잠을 잘 오게 하는 특효 혈이며, 아이들의 키가 잘 자라게 도와주는 혈로도 알려져 있다.
다섯째, 소장(小腸)혈(280)이다. 소장혈(280)은 발바닥 가운데 부분에 위치하며(도 4 참조), 일반적으로 소장은 위에서 초보적인 소화를 거친 음식물을 받아들여 비교적 장시간 저장하면서 다음 단계의 소화를 진행하므로 수성지관(受盛之官)이라고 하며, 음식물을 통해 영양분을 흡수하고, 찌꺼기는 소장에서 대장으로 운반하는 역할을 하는데, 이런 소장의 활동이 활발하게 이루어지도록 소장혈을 자극하여 주면 영양분 흡수가 원활히 이루어진다고 알려져 있다.
여섯째, 실면(失眠)혈(290)이다. 실면혈(290)은 발 앞꿈치를 앞쪽으로 젖힌 상태에서 안쪽 복숭아뼈와 바깥 복숭아뼈를 발바닥 쪽으로 선을 그었을 때 중앙 부분(양쪽 발바닥에 뒤꿈치 부분 종골의 중앙 위치)에 위치하며(도 4 참조), 복강신경총처럼 뇌로 올라간 기운을 내리고 심신을 안정시켜 불면증에 좋으며, 생식기와 신장과도 관계가 있어 신부전증이나 당뇨병 등과 같은 신장질환과 생리불순 등 생식기 질환에도 효과적이라고 알려져 있다.
이상과 같은 6군데의 혈자리는 종래의 성장과 관련된 기술과 같이 모두 성장판만을 자극하는 역할을 하는 것은 아니다.
곤륜혈(240)과 태계혈(260)의 경우에는 뼈기능 강화나 종아리 아래쪽 성장판을 자극하는 역할을 하며, 신맥혈(250), 조해혈(270) 및 실면혈(290)의 경우에는 스트레스 해소나 정신적 질환 등에 효과와 함께 질 좋은 잠을 취할 수 있도록 하는 역할을 하고, 소장혈(280)의 경우에는 소장의 기능을 원활히 하여 음식물을 통해 섭취한 영양분을 잘 흡수할 수 있도록 하는 역할을 한다.
이는 성장에 필요한 운동, 수면, 영양분과 일치하는 것으로, 각각의 부분을 비교해 보면, 보통 운동은 운동을 하는 동안에 충격과 자극으로 성장판을 자극하게 되는데, 이를 곤륜혈(240)과 태계혈(260)을 지압하여 비골과 경골의 아래쪽 성장판이 맞닿아 있는 부위가 성장할 수 있도록 하며, 밤 10시에서 새벽 2시 사이에 가장 활발하게 성장호르몬이 분비하게 되는데, 이때, 질 좋은 잠을 취하여야 성장에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있는데, 신맥혈(250), 조해혈(270) 및 실면혈(290)을 지압하여 사용자의 마음의 안정과 잠이 잘 오게 하여 성장호르몬이 활발하게 분비하는 밤 10시에서 새벽 2시 사이에 잘 잘 수 있도록 하고, 음식물을 통해 얻는 영양분을 잘 흡수하여 성장에 도움을 줄 수 있도록 소장혈(280)을 지압하여 소장에서 영양분 흡수가 원활히 잘 이루어 질 수 있도록 한다.
이와 같이 본 발명에 의한 성장용 지압밴드(100)는 단순히 성장판만 자극하여 성장이 이루어지도록 하는 것이 아니라, 성장에 필요한 운동, 수면, 영양분을 충분히 제공하여 성장이 원활히 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
또한, 곤륜혈(240), 신맥혈(250), 태계혈(260), 조해혈(270), 소장혈(280) 및 실면혈(290)을 효과적으로 지압하기 위해서 상기 지압판(120) 상부면의 중심을 기준으로 방사되는 막대형태의 상기 지압돌기(140)를 형성하였다.
상기 지압돌기(140)의 경우에는 종래의 지압돌기(140)과 다르게 지압돌기(140)의 지압 점이 아니라 지압 면으로 구성한다.
그 이유는 지압 점으로 구성하면, 특정 혈자리를 정확히 자극할 수 있다는 장점은 있지만, 사용자의 체중이 지압 점에 집중되게 되어 사용하는 사용자에게 심한 고통을 줄 수 있고, 이로 인해 사용자들은 지속적으로 사용하는 것을 꺼리게 된다. 하지만, 지압 면으로 구성하게 될 경우, 특정 혈자리 및 주변부를 지압하여 자극을 줄 수 있으며, 상기 지압 점처럼 사용자의 체중이 지압 점에 집중되는 것이 아니라 분산이 되게 되어 사용하는 사용자가 느끼는 고통은 줄어들게 될 것이며, 이로 인하여 사용자가 지속적으로 사용하여도 불편함을 느낄 수 없게 된다.
따라서 짧은 시간에 강한 자극을 주기보다는 긴 시간 동안 약한 자극으로 사용자에게 불편함을 해소함과 아울러 성장에 필요한 운동(곤룐혈(240)과 태계혈(260)), 수면(신맥혈(250), 조해혈(270) 및 실면혈(290)), 영양분(소장혈(280))을 지속적으로 자극하여 성장을 촉진 시킬 수 있도록 지압 점이 아니라 지압 면으로 구성하는 것이 바람직하다고 하겠다.
이와 같은 이유로, 상기 지압돌기(140)은 막대형태로 구성이 된다. 하지만, 저자극을 위해 돌출부가 구성되지 않는다면, 지압이 되지 않을 수 있으므로 상기 지압돌기(140)의 단면적은 삼각형 형태로 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기와 같이 구성되는 상기 성장용 지압밴드(100)는 성장기에 해당하는 청소년들이 주로 사용하게 된다. 이때, 성장기에 있는 청소년들의 신체 성장은 다른 나이에 비해 월등히 빠르게 이루어진다. 하지만, 종래에는 이렇게 빠른 신체변화에 대응하는 방법이 개시되어 있지 않았다.
이에 상기 성장용 지압밴드(100)는 사용자의 신체 성장에 따른 변화로 지압위치도 변화하게 되며, 이에 대응할 수 있도록 상기 지압판(120)이 이동할 수 있도록 구성하였다.
이를 위해서, 기본 구성은 앞에서 설명한 지압판이 고정되어 있는 성장용 지압밴드(100)(이하, 고정형 지압판(120)을 가진 성장용 지압밴드라 함.)와 동일하며, 지압회전축(150)을 더 포함하여 지압판이 이동할 수 있는 성장용 지압밴드(100)(이하, 이동형 지압판(130)을 가진 성장용 지압밴드(100)라 함.)를 구성한다.
상기 이동형 지압판(130)을 가진 성장용 지압밴드(100)를 구성하고 있는 구성요소에 대해서 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
발(200)과 발목(210)에 끼워져 압박하는 밴드부(110); 상기 밴드부(110) 내측면에 부분적으로 고정되어 발(200)과 발목(210)을 지압하는 판형태의 지압판(130); 상기 지압판(120) 상부면의 중심을 기준으로 방사형태로 부설되는 막대형태의 지압돌기(140); 및 상기 지압판(120)의 중심으로부터 일정거리가 이격된 곳에 부설되어 상기 지압판(120)을 밴드부(110)에 고정 및 이를 중심으로 회전할 수 있도록 하는 지압회전축(150);을 포함하여 이루어진다.
상기 고정형 지압판(120)을 가진 성장용 지압밴드(100)와 기본 구성이 유사하며, 각각의 역할 역시 유사하므로, 상기 이동형 지압판(130)을 가진 성장용 지압밴드(100)의 설명은 상기 고정형 지압판(120)을 가진 성장용 지압밴드(100)와 차이점을 중심으로 설명하도록 하겠다.
상기 지압회전축(150)의 경우, 상기 이동형 지압판(130)을 밴드부(110)에 고정하는 역할과 아울러 상기 지압회전축(150)을 중심으로 회전할 수 있도록 상기 이동형 지압판(130)의 중심으로부터 일정거리가 이격된 곳에 부설되어, 사용자의 신체 성장에 따라 상기 이동형 지압판(130)을 회전시켜 위치를 변경할 수 있도록 하였다.
단, 상기 지압회전축(150)에 결합한 이동형 지압판(120)이 자유롭게 회전이 되면, 사용자가 원하는 위치에 고정시켜 지압을 할 수 없으므로 회전도 가능하고 고정도 될 수 있도록 리벳팅 방식을 이용하여 고정하였다. 따라서 상기 이동형 지압판(130)은 사용자가 힘을 가하면 상기 지압회전축(150)을 중심으로 회전을 하게 되며, 힘을 따로 가하지 않을 경우 제자리에 고정되어 사용자가 지정한 곳을 지압하게 된다.
이때, 상기 지압회전축(150)을 중심으로 회전하는 상기 이동형 지압판(130)이 형성하는 회전 원의 직경은 대략 2cm 내외이며, 즉 상기 지압회전축(150)을 중심으로 회전반경은 1cm내외가 된다.
또한, 상기 성장용 지압밴드(100)는 도 5에서와같이 발(200)과 발목을 끼우는 형태로 구성될 수도 있고, 도 10과 같이 하나의 띠 형태로 구성하여 발(200)과 발목(210) 및 발등(미도시)을 감싸 고정하도록 구성될 수 있으며, 측면부에 지퍼 등이 부설되어 지퍼를 열어 신고 벗기가 편하며, 지퍼를 잠그어 고정하는 형태로 구성될 수 도 있다.
이상에서와 같이 본 발명을 바람직한 실시 예를 이용하여 상세히 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 범위는 특정 실시 예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 첨부된 특허청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 할 것이다. 또한, 이 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 습득한 자라면, 본 발명의 범주와 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 변형실시가 가능함은 물론이다.
본 발명은 양말처럼 착용하여 사용할 수 있도록 하여, 발목을 보호하는 동시에 밴드 내부에 부설되어 있는 지압판을 통해 성장, 수면 및 영양분 흡수가 원활하도록 하는 혈자리를 지속적으로 자극하여 성장기에 있는 청소년들이 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.

  1. 발과 발목에 끼워져 압박하는 원통형으로 구성된 밴드부;
    상기 밴드부 내측면에 부분적으로 부설되어 발과 발목을 지압하는 판형태의 지압판; 및
    상기 지압판 상부면의 중심을 기준으로 방사되는 막대형태의 지압돌기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성장용 지압밴드.

    상기 지압돌기의 단면은 삼각형으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 성장용 지압밴드.
  4. 발과 발목에 끼워져 압박하는 원통형으로 구성된 밴드부;
    상기 밴드부 내측면에 부분적으로 부설되어 발과 발목을 지압하는 판형태의 지압판;
    상기 지압판 상부면의 중심을 기준으로 방사되는 막대형태의 지압돌기; 및
    상기 지압판의 중심으로부터 일정거리가 이격된 곳에 부설되어 상기 지압판을 밴드부에 고정 및 이를 중심으로 회전할 수 있도록 하는 지압회전축;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성장용 지압밴드.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 지압판은 원판형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 성장용 지압밴드.
  6. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 지압돌기의 단면은 삼각형으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 성장용 지압밴드.
  7. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 지압회전축은 리벳팅 방식으로 고정 부설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성장용 지압밴드.
