Abstract
本发明公开了一种扬声器料盘,包括收容固定所述扬声器的收容部及外周部,扬声器包括振膜,并且:所述收容部设置有凹陷形成的收容腔;所述收容腔宽度与扬声器厚度对应,扬声器竖向排列固定于所述收容腔内,收容腔凹陷方向与所述扬声器振膜振动方向垂直。在扬声器的生产、运输过程中,层叠的本发明扬声器料盘上下层之间的扬声器不会因为磁铁的吸附作用而相互吸引,便于扬声器的取放,提高了生产效率,同时避免运输过程中因扬声器相互吸附而导致的扬声器划伤等不良,提高扬声器良率。
Description
本发明涉及扬声器生产领域,尤其是涉及一种扬声器料盘。
随着消费类电子市场的扩大,大量手机、笔记本电脑等消费类电子产品得到广泛应用,作为消费类电子产品中重要的声学部件,扬声器具有广泛的需求。
扬声器在生产、运输过程中,需要放置于料盘内,如图1和图2所示,传统结构的扬声器料盘,设置有若干放置扬声器的凹陷11,扬声器2平放于凹陷11内,即料盘凹陷11下凹的方向与扬声器2振膜振动方向平行。在扬声器生产、运输过程中,为了减小空间,需要将多个料盘层叠放置,由于扬声器内设置有磁铁,现有结构的料盘内扬声器平放,上下两层料盘内的扬声器磁铁相互吸附,使下层的扬声器附着于上层料盘上,不利于扬声器的生产和取放,影响了扬声器的生产效率。
因此,有必要提供一种改进,以克服现有技术扬声器料盘缺陷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种不影响扬声器生产效率,避免上下两层扬声器相互吸附的扬声器料盘。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种扬声器料盘,包括收容固定所述扬声器的收容部及外周部,扬声器包括振膜,并且:所述收容部设置有凹陷形成的收容腔;所述收容腔宽度与扬声器厚度对应,扬声器竖向排列固定于所述收容腔内,收容腔凹陷方向与所述扬声器振膜振动方向垂直。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述收容腔对应扬声器固定位置设置有限位部,所述限位部与扬声器抵接。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述收容腔包括两侧壁,所述限位部设置于所述两侧壁上。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述收容部为多个。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述外周部设置有限位台阶。
作为以上方案的优选,所述扬声器为扬声器单体或扬声器模组。
本发明扬声器料盘,收容扬声器的收容腔凹陷方向与振膜振动方向垂直,收容腔宽度与扬声器的厚度对应,扬声器竖向排列固定于收容腔内,也即扬声器在料盘内的放置方向与现有料盘内扬声器的放置方向垂直,在扬声器的生产、运输过程中,层叠的本发明扬声器料盘上下层之间的扬声器不会因为磁铁的吸附作用而相互吸引,便于扬声器的取放,提高了生产效率;同时避免运输过程中因扬声器相互吸附而导致的扬声器划伤等不良,提高扬声器良率。

下面结合附图,详细说明本发明内容:
如图3、图4所示,本发明扬声器料盘,包括外周部12以及设置于外周部12内的收容部13,扬声器2设置于收容部13内。如图4所示,收容部13为凹陷形成的收容腔,收容部13的收容腔宽度与扬声
器2的厚度对应,扬声器2竖向排列固定于收容部13的收容腔内。扬声器2作为基础结构,包括磁路系统和振动系统,磁路系统包括磁铁及磁间隙,振动系统包括振膜及音圈,音圈设置于磁间隙内。本发明的扬声器料盘,扬声器2竖向排列于收容部13内,也即收容部13的收容腔凹陷方向与扬声器2振膜振动方向垂直。在扬声器的生产、运输过程中,如图5所示,多个本发明扬声器料盘层叠放置,堆叠放置后的本发明扬声器料盘,由于扬声器2竖向排列于收容部13内,多层扬声器料盘内的扬声器不会因为磁铁的吸附作用而相互吸引,有利于扬声器在扬声器料盘内的有序排列,有利于扬声器的生产和取放,提高扬声器生产效率,避免运输过程中因扬声器相互吸附而导致的扬声器划伤等不良,提高扬声器良率。
如图3所示,本发明扬声器料盘收容部13的收容腔内设置有限位部13a,限位部13a与扬声器2抵接,可以对扬声器2进行限位,避免同一料盘的扬声器2之间相互吸引,提高扬声器2在扬声器料盘内排列的有序性。为了提高限位效果,作为进一步的优选,如图3所示,限位部13a设置于收容部13的收容腔两侧壁上。
作为应用于生产、运输过程中的扬声器料盘,本使用新型扬声器料盘设置有多个收容部,为了避免扬声器料盘在层叠过程中相互挤压对扬声器造成损伤,如图3所示,本发明扬声器料盘外周部12设置有限位台阶12a,限位台阶12a设置于外周部侧面的四周,当多个扬声器料盘层叠时,上下两层扬声器料盘之间的限位台阶12a抵接,避免上下两层扬声器料盘层叠过分紧密挤压扬声器2。本
发明扬声器料盘根据实际情况可以收容固定扬声器单体或扬声器模组,均可以有效避免上下层的扬声器相互吸引,提高扬声器在料盘内排列的有序性,提高扬声器生产效率,同时避免运输过程中因扬声器相互吸附而导致的扬声器划伤等不良,提高扬声器良率。

域普通技术人员根据本发明所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。

- 一种扬声器料盘,包括收容固定所述扬声器的收容部及外周部,扬声器包括振膜,其特征在于:所述收容部设置有凹陷形成的收容腔;所述收容腔宽度与扬声器厚度对应,扬声器竖向排列固定于所述收容腔内,收容腔凹陷方向与所述扬声器振膜振动方向垂直。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器料盘,其特征在于:所述收容腔对应扬声器固定位置设置有限位部,所述限位部与扬声器抵接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器料盘,其特征在于:所述收容腔包括两侧壁,所述限位部设置于所述两侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求1所述扬声器料盘,其特征在于:所述收容部为多个。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器料盘,其特征在于:所述外周部设置有限位台阶。
- 根据权利要求1至5任一权利要求所述的扬声器料盘,其特征在于:所述扬声器为扬声器单体或扬声器模组。
