Abstract

Multi-layer anti-ballistic coat characterized in that it consists of at least two layers of anti-balistic element and at least two films made of a polymeric material having a thickness of 3mm to 10μm placed between the layers of anti-balistic element wherein anti-ballistic element layers and a film made of polymeric material are fused by high-frequency current.

Description

Multi-layer anti-ballistic coat Technical field
Multi-layer anti-ballistic coat which applies to materials used in the manufacture of armor for personal anti-ballistic protection measures, in particular bulletproof vests.
Background Art
In the current state of the art are known various types of components and materials, and combinations thereof to improve anti-ballistic properties of the materials used in the manufacture of anti-ballistic personal protection measures, in particular bulletproof vests . US Patent US20140069269 Ai describes assembly for antiballistic protection based on the use of multi-layered combination of anti-ballistic materials. In turn, from US patent 6389594 Bi it is known the solution to strengthen the anti- ballistic material in the form of ceramic tiles. However, prior art solutions do not eliminate the possibility of leaving the projectile out of antiballistic material with shot near the edge or the angle shot and anti-ballistic material does not protect against UV rays , penetration of dust particles or other contamination that may adversely affect the anti-ballistic properties of the material. Multi-layer anti-ballistic coat being subject of this patent application does not possess the foregoing shortcomings due to fact that it further improves the anti-ballistic properties of anti-balistic material, improves water resistance of this material without causing loss of its anti- ballistic properties and reduces the risk of adverse effects of dynamic changes of weather conditions on the properties of the anti- ballistic material.
Disclosure of invention
The essence of the solution according to the invention is that the coat consists of at least two layers of anti-balistic element and at least two films made of a polymeric material having a thickness of 3mm to ιθμπι placed between the layers of anti-balistic element wherein anti-ballistic element layers and a film made of polymeric material are fused by high-frequency current. The invention may also comprise a anti-ballistic composite comprising at least two woven polymer layers disposed between layers of film. The antiballistic element may be made of various materials, in particular of woven material which is finished with organic chemicals and unidirectional linear polymeric material, which may be finished with X-rays waves and the anti-ballistic element may also be made of laminated material, a composite material and a polymer or polymers composite. Anti-balistic element can be integrated with different techniques, preferably thermally, by means of glue or adhesive materials, by means of ultrasound or the stitched seams along the circumference. The anti-ballistic composite may be made of a laminated material, a composite , polymer or polymers composite.
