Abstract

본 발명의 백라이트 시스템의 경우 태양 아래서 스마트폰 화면을 한번에 밝게 볼 수 있는 기능에 관한 것이다. 보통 자동 센서는 배터리 절약상 꺼두고 햇빛에서 스마트 폰을 사용할 때 화면이 잘 보이지 않아 화면을 밝게 조정하기도 어려운 경우가 많다. 본 백라이트 시스템은 한번의 터치로 화면을 밝게 조절한다. 화면이 어두울 경우 화면이 보이지 않아 화면을 밝게 하기가 쉽지 않은데 본 발명의 경우 어려움 없이 한번의 터치로 배터리의 별도 소모없이 햇빛에서 잘 보이도록 화면을 최대 밝기로 할 수 있다.

화면이 잠겨진 잠금 상태에서 화면 밝기를 최대의 밝기로 조절할 수 있다.
잠금화면에서 상태바가 있는 부분을 터치하거나 길게 누르면 화면이 태양광 모드의 밝기가 되도록 할 수 있다. 오른쪽 구석이나 왼쪽 구석을 누르면 태양광 모드로 되도록 할 수 있다. 버튼을 두어 누르면 태양광 모드가 되도록 할 수 있다.

상태바 바로 아래부분에 둘 수 있다. 태양광모드가 되는 위젯을 둘 수 있다.
태블릿, 카메라 등의 이동기기에서도 가능하다. 갤럭시 엣지 등과 같이 빠르게 실행하는 버튼들이 한쪽 측면에 있는 경우에 여기에 빠르게 실행가능하도록 최대 밝기로 변하는 버튼을 둘 수 있다. 한번더 터치하면 꺼지도록 할 수 있다.
태양광 모드임을 나타내는 아이콘을 둘 수 있다. 태양광모드가 되면 태양광 모드임을 나타내는 아이콘이나 문자를 화면에 잠시 표시할 수 있다.
조명을 한번의 화면터치로 제어하는 버튼을 둘 수 있다.

오른쪽 상단위의 시계 부분에 버튼을 둘 수 있다. 투명한 버튼으로 둘 수 있다. 반투명한 버튼으로 둘 수 있다. 시계 아래 부분에 둘 수 있다. 화면이 꺼지는 버튼을 둘 수 있다. 한번에 태양광 모드로 켜지는 버튼 옆에 화면이 꺼지는 버튼을 둘 수 있다. 잠금화면에서 둘 수 있다. 잠금화면에도 있고 일반화면에도 있도록 할 수 있다. 일반화면으로 전환 후 일정시간 후 사라지도록 할 수 있다. 배경화면에서 있도록 할 수 있다. 배경화면에서만 있도록 할 수 있다. 아이콘 버튼으로 있도록 할 수 있다. 아이콘 버튼으로 항상 설정 가능하도록 할 수 있다. 배경화면은 일반화면을 말한다.

한 라인임을 알아볼 수 있는 시각적 구분을 둘 수 있다. 라인마다 중간에 간격을 띄을 수 있다. 색을 변화시킬 수 있다. 삼각형 모양 등을 갖는 것도 시각적으로 한 배열의 라인임을 알아볼 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다. 키패드의 각각이 높이 전체를 차지할 수 있다. 끝부분이 전체를 차지하도록 닿아있도록 하여 전체 높이를 차지할 수있다. 삼각형과 같이 한쪽에 중심이 쏠리는 모양을 갖을 수 있다. 뒤집는 모양을 반복적으로 배치시킬 수 있다. 각 키패드는 가로로 넓은 모양 부분을 지닐 수 있다.
각각의 좌우가 대칭되면서도 옆의 키보드 각가의 자판을 뒤집는 모양을 반복시켜 공간을 고효율화시키고 이어지도록 할 수 있다. 피아노 키보드 모양으로 할 수 있다. 실시예에서와 같이 버튼이 선으로만 분리될 수 있다.실시예의 모양에서 키 간에 간격을 두어 분리된 버튼 모양을 가질 수 있다.
현재 나와 있는 키패드 관련 기술을 응용하여 적용시킬 수 있다. 많이 쓰는 키는 넓은 면적을 갖도록 할 수 있다.
삼각형 모양은 대체적으로 삼각형과 유사한 모양을 모두 일컬을 수 있다. 곡선이 들어가거나 끝이 둥근 형태도 포함될 수 있다. 선이 꺽인 모양도 모두 포함된다. 하나의 라인으로 보이도록 하나의 라인의 높이의 50%이상 100% 이하가 겹쳐질 수 있다. 양옆에 곡선을 주어 조약돌이 연결된 모양이 될 수 있다.
삼각형 모양일 경우 완전히 하나의 라인에 배열된 라인으로 보일 수 있다. 여기에 곡선을 주어도 마찬가지로 여백이 있더라도 하나의 라인으로 보인다. 곡선 부분을 제하고 0%이상 15%이하의 여백이 가능하다. 돌출부를 한방향으로만 둘 수도 있다.
컴퓨터 키보드와 글자부분 배열 순서를 동일하게 하고 일렬을 유지하면서도 버튼 모양의 중심을 사선으로 배치하고 배치함에 있어 버튼 모양의 중심이 사선 아래와 사선 위를 반복하여 한 배열의 라인을 유지하면서도 가로 방향 너비를 넓히고하나의 배열임을 한눈에 명확히 알아 볼 수 있게 하나의 라인을 갖는 모바일 기기 키보드가 가능하다.

하나의 라인이 둘로 나뉘어지고 버튼 모양에 하나의 라인임을 알 수 있는 하나의 라인에서의 위치를 나타내는 돌출부가 부착될 수 있다. 이 경우 배열 파악이 빠르면서도 보다 큰 버튼을 가질수 있다. 시스템 전체 키보드 설정에서 뿐만 아니라 각 앱에서 임의로 사용가능하게 할 수 있다. 은행앱 일 수 있다. 처음보는 사람도 컴퓨터 배열과 같음을 한번에 알 수 있다.
3. 키보드를 둘로 나눠 위아래로 배열한 가상키보드에 관한 것이다. 키보드의 들어가고 나온 모양 그대로 자를 수 있다. 왼쪽 부분과 오른쪽 부분을 위아래로 배치한 것을 한눈에 알아보는 동시에 왼쪽키보드 인지 오른쪽 키보드인지를 동시에 한번에 알아볼 수 있게 하는 시각적 장치를 둘 수 있다. 키보드가 잘려진 모양을 지니게 할 수 있다. 잘려지는 키보드의 가운데 모양이 양옆과 다르게 하여 가운데를 잘려지게 나타나게 하며 배치하였을 때 오른쪽과 왼쪽이 구분되는 동시에 하나의 키보드가 나뉘었음을 알 수 있게 할 수 있다. 키보드 모양 선의 줄수가 다르게 하여 구분할 수 있다. 중간 부분 선을 하나만 두도록 할 수 있다. 이중간 선이 생략 선을 나타 낼 수 있다. 가운데 부분에 해당하는 부분을 물결모양이나 점선모양 등이나 번개모양과 같은 지그재그 모양을 중간에 두는 선 등으로 표현하는 것이 가능하다. 결모양으로 표시할 수 있다. 도면이 갈렸음을 나타내는 번개 모양으로 표시할 수 있다. 그밖의 도면이 갈렸음을 나타내는 모양을 사용할 수 있다. 키보드 버튼이 특히 클 필요가 있는 용도로 애플리케이션이 작동하는 인터넷 브라우져가 있어 특정 용도로 사용하는 개별 싸이트 전용 키보드로 사용 가능 하게 할 수 있다. 각적 표시를 할 수 있다. 여기에 더하여 작은 그림으로 표시할 수도 있다. 손모양을 그릴수 있다.
4. 프로그램 판매 정렬방법에 대한 것이다. 재설치 정보를 고려한 온라인 프로그램 어플리케이션 판매 방법이 가능하다. 수동 업데이트를 더한 것이 가능하다. 자동 업데이트를 더한 것이 가능하다.수동 업데이트에 가중치를 더한 것이 가능하다. 삭제한 것을 가중치를 고려하여 뺀것이 가능하다. 일정기간 후에 동일 사용자가 다른기기에 재설치하는 것에 가중치를 더한 것이 가능하다. 1년 후에 재설치 하는 등 기준을 마련할 수 있다. 기기를 바꾸었을 때 재설치하는지 여부를 검색할 수 있어 유용하다.
5. 카테고리 한정결제 시스템에 관한 것이다.
신용카드를 사용하는 모바일 앱에서 사용 할 수 있다. 신용카드를 사용하는 모바일 앱에서 결제와 동시에 카테고리 남은 한도의 확인이 가능하도록 할 수 있다. 가계부 앱과 연동 시킬 수 있다. 정보를 가계부 앱으로 보내도록 할 수 있다. 정확한 가계부 작성이 가능하다. 모바일에 설치된 애플리케이션에 개인의 기입이 가능하도록 할 수 있다. 날짜별 설정이나 기입이 가능하도록 할 수 있다. 계산이 가능하도록 할 수 있다. 수입과 지출을 적을 수 있도록 할 수 있다. 카테고리별 지출을 월별 등으로 그래프 등으로 볼 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
핸드폰 인증 소액결제 시스템에서도 카테고리별 결제가 되도록 할 수 있다. 삼성페이 등에서도 사용이 가능하다. 신용카드 등록 후 사용할 수 있다. 결제와 동시에 카테고리별 사용내역을 볼 수 있다.

6. 3d 프린터에 관한 것이다. 3d 프린터 기기에 있어서, 액체가 나오는 곳과 연결되어 액체가 나오는 곳을 움직이는 기둥이 있고 상기 기둥에 미세 조형부분이 연결되어 있는 기기가 가능하다. 여기에서 액체는 플라스틱 등의 조형물의 원료가 녹은 상태를 의미한다. 밑판이 회전하는 3d 프린터 기기가 가능하다. 미세 조형부분이 위 아래로 움직이는 3d 프린터 기기가 가능하다. 미세 조형 부분이 회전하는 3d 프린터 기기가 가능하다. 상기 미세조형 부분에서 공기, 레이져, 물 등이 나올 수 있다. 공기 등의 물질이 나와 가압하여 조형할 수 있다. 여러 미세 구멍에서 공기 등이 조절하여 나와 형태를 만들 수 있다. 가루 등이 나와 형태를 만들 수 있다. 액체가 나와서 형태를 만들 수 있다. 미세 구멍에서 액체가 조절되어 나오는 기술은 2d 프린터 기술을 참고할 수 있다. 마찬가지로 이를 응용하여 액체대신 공기가 나오도록 할 수 있다. 공기가 나오면 별도의 액체가 필요 없으므로 더 간단하고 유지비용이 절감될 수 있다. 미세조형 부분이 침으로 되어 있을 수 있다. 여러개의 침으로 되어 있을 수 있다. 기름일 수 있다. 거품일 수 있다. 열로 되어 있을 수 있다. 자외선, 적외선 등을 사용할 수 있다. 공기 대신 산소 등일 수 있다. 퀄러티를 높이기 위해 뜨거운 공기 등 가열된 것을 사용할 수 있다. 밑판이 회전할 수 있다. 기둥 부분이 회전할 수 있다. 미세 조형부분이 위 아래로 움직일 수 있다. 미세 조정부분이 회전할 수 있다. 모터를 이용할 수 있다. 기어를 이용하여 방향을 바꿀 수 있다. 미세조형 조절부분이 위 아래로 움직일 수 있다. 미세조형 조절부분이 회전할 수 있다. 미세 조형부분이 여러개의 구멍으로 이루어질 수 있다. 프린터와 같이 수많은 미세 구멍으로 이루어질 수도 있다. 기둥은 짧을 수도 있다. 액체가 나오는 부분과 연결된 튜브 등의 부분을 지지해주는 기능을 하는 부분이라 할 수 있다. 플라스틱을 녹일 수 있는 물질 등을 사용할 수 있다. 굳기 전에 조형할 수 있다. 밖을 위주로 프린팅 할때 빠르게 될 수 있다. 거의 대부분 밖을 조형하고 안은 그냥 채우는 경우가 많기 때문에 매우 빠르면서도 섬세하게 프린팅 할 수 있다. 안은 그냥 비게 할 수 있기 때문에 마찬가지로 매우 빠르고 섬세할 수 있다. 안도 조형할 필요가 있는 경우 밖을 한번 프린팅 한 후 안쪽으로 한번더 프린팅 하도록 할 수 있다. 현재 나온 기술들을 조합하여 응용할 수 있다.
7. 진공 청소기에 대한 것이다. 먼지봉투와 미세먼지용 필터를 동시에 사용 가능한 진공 청소기가 가능하다. 싸이클론 방식은 크기가 확보되어야 하기 때문에 소형의 납작한 로봇 청소기에서 사용이 편리하다. 미세먼지용 필터로는 헤파필터가 가능하다. 미세먼지용 필터로 물티슈를 사용할 수 있다. 집게 등 고정부분을 둘 수 있다. 잠금형식으로 고정시킬 수 있다. 회전으로 고정시킬 수 있다. 물티슈가 미세 먼지 필터에 추가로 장착될 수 있다.
8. 선풍기에 대한 것이다.
기화냉각방식을 이용해 바람의 온도를 낮추면서도 선풍기 회전 날개의 앞부분의 바람을 이용해 온도가 냉풍기보다 더 떨어지게 할 수 있다. 흡수 재질은 바람이 잘 통하도록 바람이 통하는 방향으로 세워서 배치할 수 있다. 부직포 등의 재질을 사용할 수 있다. 수분을 계속 공급해 줄 수 있다. 부직포 등을 세워서 사용할 수 있다.
9. 장착형 소화기에 대한 것이다. 투척용 소화기에 쓰는 액체를 일정간격으로 천장에 장착하여 자동으로 불을 끌 수 있게 할 수 있다. 네모 모양으로 만들어 달 수 있다. 반투명 재질이 가능하다. 여러 색을 내어 장식효과를 줄 수 있다. 전구와 같이 회전하여 끼워넣을 수 있다. 1m²마다 설치하도록 할 수 있다. 스프링 쿨러와 동시에 설치 할 수 있다. 불이나면 떨어지도록 할 수 있다. 스프링쿨러와 같은 원리로 파라벤 등이 고온에 녹으면 나오도록 할 수 있다. 스프링 쿨러와 같이 넓은 모양으로 분사되도록 할 수 있다. 가스밸브 근처, 불이 붙기 쉬운 책상, 컴퓨터, 아답터, 플러그 끼는 곳, 부엌, 가스렌지 근처에 배치하도록 할 수 있다. 케이스에 구멍이 있고 그 구멍을 파라벤 등 고온에 쉽게 녹는 물질로 막을 수 있다. 옆면의 아랫부분에 구멍을 둘 수 있다. 구멍을 사면의 아랫부분에 둘 수 있다.
10. 즉각적인 치아 미백제에 대한 것이다. 하얀색 색소와 코팅제를 이용하여 색소가 고정되도록 할 수 있다. 식용색소를 이용할 수 있다. 겔형이나 액체 형 등으로 하여 뚜껑을 붓형식으로 될 수 있다. 튜브형식으로 하여 구멍을 뚫어 짜서 사용하도록 할 수 있다. 얇게 펼 수 있는 납작한 막대기 모양일 수 있다. 끝 부분이 막대기 모양이고 그 끝에 구멍이 있어 그곳에서 액체나 겔 등이 나오도록 할 수 있다. 뚜껑이 납작한 막대기 모양일 수 있다. 끝 부분이 경사져서 바르기 편하게 할 수 있다. 립 글로스 모양과 같은 모양일 수 있다. 치아 미백겔 모양과 같을 수 있다. 시판되는 미백제와 같이 붓에 액체가 미세하게 나오도록 할 수 있다. 코팅액과 색소를 섞어 한번에 바를 수 있도록 할 수 있다. 코팅액을 그 위에 덧바를 수 있다. 코팅액은 시중에 나와 있거나 연구되어 있는 식용가능한 코팅액일 수 있다. 치아미백제에서의 코팅액을 사용할 수 있다. 미백제를 넣어 미백이 동시에 되도록 할 수 있다. 하얀색 색소를 바른 후 코팅제를 바르도록 할 수 있다. 이 명세서에서의 하얀색은 하얀색 계열을 의미한다. 약간의 미색 등이 포함 될 수 있다.
위의 나온 기술은 현재 나온 기술들을 조합하여 사용 가능하다.
1. 간단한 프로그램만으로 가능하고 별도의 백라이트 장착이 필요하지 않아 경제성이 높다. 또한 별도의 센서 장착으로 인한 배터리 소모가 있지 않아 경제성이 높다.
2,3 키보드의 경우 요즘 매일 사용하는 경우가 많아 통화성능만큼이나 중요할 수 있어 중요성이 높아 산업성이 높다 할 수 있다.
4. 검색에 많은 시간이 할애되고 검색 능률을 높이는 것이 시간절약에 매우 도움이 되므로 경제성이 높다. 5. 보안 단계를 다단계로 두어 실제 활용이 가능하다. 6. 3d 프린터가 이미 많이 보급되고 있어 미래에 수요가 높을 수 있다.
7. 진공 청소기의 경우 본 이중의 필터를 사용할 경우 먼지 봉투 부분은 엉성하게 할 수도 있어 경제성이 높다. 8. 에어컨이 전력을 많이 소모하는 반면 선풍기는 시원하지 않아 효율을 높일 경우 수요가 많을 수 있다.
9. 저렴하게 불을 끌 수 있어 경제성이 높다. 10. 식용색소와 미백겔이 판매중에 있다.

  1. 디스플레이와 프로세서가 있고 디스플레이의 밝기를 조절할 수 있는 모바일 기기에서의 화면 밝기 조절 방법에 있어서, 추가 백라이트의 장착 없이; 태양광 모드 신호가 입력되면; 한번의 입력으로 밝은 화면으로 상기 디스플레이의 밝기가 밝게 임시로 켜지는; 햇빛 아래에서 화면을 보기 위한 목적으로 화면이 보이지 않는 상태에서도 켤 수 있는 태양광모드가 되는 모바일 기기에서의 화면 밝기 조절 방법
  2. 청구항 1항에 있어서, 밝기 설정이 원래의 설정을 기억하여 상기 화면이 꺼졌다가 다시 켜지면 기억된 원래 설정된 밝기로 켜지는 모바일 기기에서의 화면 밝기 조절 방법
