Description

基于双系统的未处理事件的提醒方法、装置及系统
本申请要求于2015年03月05日提交中国专利局,申请号为201510098402.4、发明名称为“基于双系统的未处理事件的提醒方法及系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于双系统的未处理事件的提醒方法及系统。
背景技术
手机等通信终端的安全问题越来越受到用户的关注,在单系统上负责处理通信终端安全问题的管家类应用种类繁多,它们可拦截陌生来电,限制应用程序的权限,对应用数据加密等。现有单系统方案的管家类应用虽然在一定程度上保障了通信终端的基础安全问题。但是却不能做到真正的安全,它不能有效防止木马对信息的窃取,也不能防止恶意程度对应用和系统的破坏。
应运而生的双系统通过物理隔绝的方法,实现了更全面的安全防护。所谓双系统是指通信终端中安装有两个操作系统,一般分为普通系统和安全系统,普通系统和安全系统都具备电话和短信等业务功能。目前用户可在当前系统下操作当前系统的所有应用,包括电话和短信,即用户在安全系统中操作安全联系人的电话和短信,在普通系统中操作普通联系人的电话和短信。可见用户只能主动切换到另一个系统下才能操作另一个系统下的电话和短信业务。但是来电和短信作为通信终端的核心业务,不管用户当前处于何种系统,另一个系统的未接来电和未读短信都是重要的消息,靠用户频繁的主动切换系统来查看消息非常不便。因此对于用户未接来电和未读短信,如何安全而有效的提醒用户,是双系统亟待解决的问题。
综上可知,现有技术在实际使用上显然存在不便与缺陷,所以有必要加 以改进。
发明内容
针对上述的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种基于双系统的未处理事件的提醒方法、装置及系统,其通过双系统公共单元实现两个操作系统之间未处理事件信息的双向传输,从而能够方便、及时、安全地提醒用户未处理事件。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种基于双系统的未处理事件的提醒方法,所述双系统包括第一操作系统和第二操作系统,所述方法包括有:

本发明提供基于双系统的未处理事件的提醒技术方案,每个操作系统接收到本系统的未处理事件信息后,将所述未处理事件信息通过双系统公共单元转发给另一个操作系统,由另一个操作系统对所述未处理事件信息进行提醒。借此,本发明通过双系统公共单元实现两个操作系统之间未处理事件信息的双向传输,每个操作系统都能对两个操作系统的未处理事件信息及时进行提醒,无需用户频繁切换系统查看其他操作系统的未处理事件信息,从而可实现方便、及时、安全地提醒用户未处理事件的目的。

图3是本发明优选基于双系统的未处理事件的提醒系统的框架原理图,双系统包括安全系统和普通系统,所述安全系统和普通系统中都包括有依次连接的系统操作界面(SystemUI)、应用层(Phone Application)、电话模块(Iphone)、协议转换层(Radio interface layer,Ril)等,所述安全系统和普通系统的协议转换层通过双系统公共单元20实现通信连接,双系统公共单元20连接虚拟机(Virtual Machine,VM),虚拟机连接各个硬件(Hardware)。在本发明中,所述安全系统的系统操作界面和普通系统的系统操作界面通过双系统公共单元20实现通信连接。
双系统公共单元20根据接收的未接电话和未读短信的联系人类别(即安全联系人或普通联系人),将数据上报给不同的操作系统。对电话和短信上层应用来说,它们只能拿到本方系统的数据。但是为了能够及时提醒用户,另一个系统的未接来电和未读短信需要有一定的信息提示显示在当前系统下。在普通系统下,某些第三方应用有权限读取信息和电话的数据库,出于安全考虑,不能将另一个系统的提示信息转给信息应用和电话应用。因此,本发明优先采用系统操作界面的托盘来完成未接来电和未读短信等未处理事件信息的安全显示,该技术方案对现有结构的修改幅度最小。在现有的单一系统下,托盘能够获取到未接来电和未读短信的信息,双系统中同一个系统下的 电话、短信与托盘也满足上述规则。托盘再通过双系统公共单元20提供的安全数据通道,即可实现安全托盘与普通托盘之间未接来电和未读短信的信息的双向传输。于是通过托盘,用户即可同时看到安全系统和普通系统中的未接电话和未读短信信息。
图4是本发明基于双系统的未处理事件的提醒方法的流程图,其可通过如图1、图2或图3所示的提醒系统100实现,所述双系统包括第一操作系统和第二操作系统,所述方法包括有:
步骤S401,第一操作系统或第二操作系统接收到本系统的未处理事件信息后,将所述未处理事件信息发送给双系统公共单元20。
优选的是,第一操作系统的第一托盘接收到本系统的未处理事件信息后,将该未处理事件信息发送给双系统公共单元20;第二操作系统的第二托盘在接收到本系统的未处理事件信息后,将所述未处理事件信息发送给双系统公共单元20。所述第一托盘是第一操作系统的系统操作界面的组成部分之一,所述第二托盘是第二操作系统的系统操作界面的组成部分之一。当然也可通过第一操作系统或第二操作系统的系统操作界面中的其他形式来接收和发送未处理事件信息,例如系统操作界面的弹出窗口等。
另外,本发明考虑到来电和短信作为通信终端的核心业务,不管用户当前处于何种操作系统,另一个操作系统的未接来电和未读短信都是重要的消息需要及时提醒,因此本发明优选在双系统中对未接电话和/或未读短信这两个未处理事件进行提醒,所述未处理事件信息优选为未接来电信息和/或未读短信信息。当然,本发明也可以对未读邮件、未读即时消息等未处理事件进行提醒。通常双系统由安全系统和普通系统组成,本发明的所述第一操作系统优选为安全系统,所述第二操作系统优选为普通系统。
步骤S402,双系统公共单元20将未处理事件信息转发给第二操作系统或第一操作系统。
优选的是,双系统公共单元20将未处理事件信息转发给第二操作系统的第二托盘或第一操作系统的第一托盘。双系统之间的切换和数据通道的建立 是通过双系统公共单元20辅助完成的,双系统公共单元20独立于第一操作系统和第二操作系统而存在并由底层实现,其对上层应用来说基本都是透明的。通过双系统公共单元20提供的安全数据通道实现第一操作系统和第二操作系统之间的未处理事件信息的双向传输。
步骤S403,第二操作系统或第一操作系统对所述未处理事件信息进行提醒,优选对未接电话信息和/或未读短信信息进行提醒。
优选的是,第二操作系统的第二托盘对来自第一操作系统的第一托盘的未处理事件信息进行提醒;第一操作系统的第一托盘对来自第二操作系统的第二托盘的未处理事件信息进行提醒。为了区分不同操作系统的未处理事件信息,可以将不同操作系统的未处理事件信息进行区分显示,例如采用不同的分组、图标、颜色和/或文字等方式来区分显示,以提醒用户。

图7A~图7D是本发明第三实施例中基于双系统的未处理事件的提醒方法的操作界面图。在本实施例中用户使用双系统的通信终端,且普通系统下有2个未接来电,安全系统下有3个未接来电。
若用户当前处于安全系统时,安全托盘不仅接收到安全系统的3个未接来电信息,而且会接收到普通系统的2个未接来电信息,并在安全托盘中分组显示普通系统下的2个未接来电,安全系统下的3个未接来电,如图7A所示。同时,安全系统的电话应用只能获取本系统的未接来电信息,即只能显示安全系统的3个未接来电信息,如图7B所示。
若用户当前处于普通系统时,普通托盘不仅接收到普通系统的2个未接来电信息,而且会接收到安全系统的3个未接来电信息,并在安全托盘中分组显示普通系统下的2个未接来电,安全系统下的3个未接来电,如图7C所示。同时,普通系统的电话应用只能获取本系统的未接来电信息,即只能显示普通系统的2个未接来电信息,如图7D所示。
更好的是,当用户在托盘中点击查看电话和短信的详情信息时,则通过系统无缝切换,输入密码后跳转到相应的系统的相关应用中。而为了区分提示信息的安全类型,将相同应用的提醒信息分成两组,即安全来电、普通来电分别显示,并配以不同的图标,以比较醒目的方式提示用户。
本发明还提供一种基于双系统的未处理事件的提醒装置,包括:通信总线、输入装置、输出装置、存储器以及处理器,其中,存储器中存储一组程序代码,且处理器用于调用存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:

综上所述,本发明提供基于双系统的未处理事件的提醒技术方案,每个 操作系统接收到本系统的未处理事件信息后,将所述未处理事件信息通过双系统公共单元转发给另一个操作系统,由另一个操作系统对所述未处理事件信息进行提醒。借此,本发明通过双系统公共单元实现两个操作系统之间未处理事件信息的双向传输,每个操作系统都能对两个操作系统的未处理事件信息及时进行提醒,无需用户频繁切换系统查看其他操作系统的未处理事件信息,从而可实现方便、及时、安全地提醒用户未处理事件的目的。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

    信息提醒模块,设置于所述第二操作系统或所述第一操作系统中,用于对来自所述第一操作系统或所述第二操作系统的所述未处理事件信息进行提醒。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的提醒系统,其特征在于,所述信息发送模块设置于所述第一操作系统的第一托盘或所述第二操作系统的第二托盘中,用于接收到本系统的所述未处理事件信息后,将所述未处理事件信息发送给所述双系统公共单元;
    所述双系统公共单元用于将接收到的所述未处理事件信息转发给所述第二操作系统的所述第二托盘或所述第一操作系统的所述第一托盘;
    所述信息提醒模块设置于所述第二操作系统的所述第二托盘或所述第一 操作系统的所述第一托盘中,用于对来自所述第一操作系统的第一托盘或所述第二操作系统的第二托盘的所述未处理事件信息进行提醒。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的提醒系统,其特征在于,所述第一操作系统为安全系统,所述第二操作系统为普通系统;和/或
    所述未处理事件信息为未接来电信息和/或未读短信信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的提醒系统,其特征在于,所述信息发送模块包括:
    第一发送子模块,设置于所述安全系统中,用于接收到本系统的第一未处理事件信息后,将所述第一未处理事件信息的部分内容发送给所述双系统公共单元;
    第二发送子模块,设置于所述普通系统中,用于接收到本系统的第二未处理事件信息后,将所述第二未处理事件信息的全部内容发送给所述双系统公共单元;
    所述双系统公共单元用于将所述第一未处理事件信息的部分内容转发给所述普通系统;或者,将所述第二未处理事件信息的全部内容转发给所述安全系统;

    所述双系统公共单元将所述未处理事件信息转发给所述第二操作系统或所述第一操作系统;
    所述第二操作系统或所述第一操作系统对所述未处理事件信息进行提醒。

    所述第二操作系统或所述第一操作系统对所述未处理事件信息进行提醒的步骤包括:
    所述第二操作系统的所述第二托盘或所述第一操作系统的所述第一托盘对所述未处理事件信息进行提醒。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的提醒装置,其特征在于,所述第一操作系统为安全系统,所述第二操作系统为普通系统;和/或
    所述未处理事件信息为未接来电信息和/或未读短信信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的提醒装置,其特征在于,所述第一操作系统或所述第二操作系统接收到本系统的未处理事件信息后,将所述未处理事件信息发送给双系统公共单元的步骤包括:
    所述安全系统接收到本系统的第一未处理事件信息后,将所述第一未处理事件信息的部分内容发送给所述双系统公共单元;
    所述普通系统接收到本系统的第二未处理事件信息后,将所述第二未处理事件信息的全部内容发送给所述双系统公共单元;
    所述双系统公共单元将所述未处理事件信息转发给所述第二操作系统或所述第一操作系统的步骤包括:
    所述双系统公共单元将所述第一未处理事件信息的部分内容转发给所述普通系统;
    所述双系统公共单元将所述第二未处理事件信息的全部内容转发给所述安全系统;
    所述第二操作系统或所述第一操作系统对所述未处理事件信息进行提醒的步骤包括:
    所述普通系统对来自所述安全系统的所述第一未处理事件信息的部分内容进行提醒;
    所述安全系统对来自所述普通系统的所述第二未处理事件信息的全部内容进行提醒。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的提醒装置,其特征在于,所述第一操作系统 或所述第二操作系统接收到本系统的未处理事件信息后,将所述未处理事件信息发送给双系统公共单元的步骤之前包括:
    为所述安全系统中的安全联系人设置虚拟联系人信息;
    所述第一操作系统或所述第二操作系统接收到本系统的未处理事件信息后,将所述未处理事件信息发送给双系统公共单元的步骤还包括:
    所述安全系统接收到所述安全联系人的第三未处理事件信息后,将所述第三未处理事件信息中的安全联系人信息修改为所述安全联系人对应的所述虚拟联系人信息;
    将修改后的所述第三未处理事件信息发送给所述双系统公共单元;
    所述双系统公共单元将所述未处理事件信息转发给所述第二操作系统或所述第一操作系统的步骤包括:
    所述双系统公共单元将修改后的所述第三未处理事件信息转发给所述普通系统;
    所述第二操作系统或所述第一操作系统对所述未处理事件信息进行提醒的步骤包括:
    所述普通系统对来自所述安全系统的修改后的所述第三未处理事件信息进行提醒。
